My friends and I just came in, it was such a great experience!!!! Courtney pierced my belly button and she slayed, also vibes were great. She was super sweet!! Carey did 2 of my tattoos, they look great! He was also very nice and welcoming. Jon also ate!! We were walk ins so we appreciate that they took 3 walk ins. overall the experience was great and will be back!

I had such an amazing experience here. Jon and Courtney are AMAZING! I loved the positive energy right when i walked in. Jon did such good work on the tattoo and even touched up one of my others no charge. I’ve gone to so many places and this is by far the best and will be making the drive to come back. Definitely come!

Amazing experience, Billy did an amazing job on my first hand piece. He was so friendly, awesome personality, and made it a very relaxed environment. I definitely found my artist in Nashville and will recommend him to anyone looking to get a tattoo. He even let me come in early before the shop was open to work with my schedule. Also affordable!

Both of my sons and I have gotten different piercings from Art Immortal. My boys absolutely loved Courtney. It was my youngest sons very first piercings, he has a lot of anxiety anyway and she was so patient with him. When he got ready to change them out, we couldnt get the balls off. We literally tried everything so I called and asked if they would get them off for us and they were happy to help. She even put the new ones in for him. Highly recommend for piercings!

I got my ear lobes repierced and my nose done. Courtney is amazing and super sweet and funny. She definitely helped me with the process and made me feel less nervous. She is amazing.

Courtney is literally the sweetest human being and has such a genuine & calm vibe. She did my septum & smiley in less than 5 minutes and it was the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. I would die for that woman. 1000000/10 recommend!!!!!

Think about a cat when it goes to a vet office. Dont know whats gonna happen and always on guard, ready to fight, ready to bite and claw.I wasnt like that at all! I was all in and ready for my piercings! I went on the 2nd of December for 1 nose piercing... Came out with 2. The Saturday after that or so I went for a Medusa and labert piercing all in 1 session as well.Courtney is really good at getting you too just relax, enjoy the experience, breath always breath. I felt naturally comfortable with her and very trusting.Think about it this way:I used to hate needles and never want anything to do with them. But when it comes to tattoos and piercings Im getting that. And if I can do it so can you.

I went in SO SCARED to get my navel repierced but Courtney took that feeling away. She was amazing! It was hands down the best experience ever, she really calmed me & reassured me the whole time 🥹 so Courtney if you see this pls leave your cashapp. I absolutely love my piercing 😍😍😍 thank you!

Came in needing an emergency cover up, last minute no appointment, just walked in and showed them what I needed covered without any idea of what to do.Billy drew up a design to cover it and did the work without a problem, by far one of the best experiences I’ve had and at such a short notice! Definitely will be coming back!

Unless you are getting a tat less than a centimeter small and zero shading or color you can’t walk in. Despite calling ahead and being told by the lady that answered that they take walk-ins. I was told 3 hours before closing that I couldn’t be ‘fit in’. Apparently the Ricky guy to the right doesn’t actually want to make money. Also, cob webs are up year round like it’s Halloween decor. I have a couple thousand dollars of work I need done and will be going somewhere also now that I know they can’t do a simple 1 inch tat.

Was referred to this shop from a friend. Went to the shop on 02/24/24 and I must say it was standing room only when I walked in. Was thinking there is no way I will get my tattoo done on this day due to the amount of people in the shop. Talked to Nick Sadler about my ideas. He told me it would be a 2 hr wait. I agreed left to get something to eat came back and he had my piece ready and got straight to work. His professionalism and calm demeanor was very inviting and very nice. And my price turned out better than I could have expected! He is very top notch and very easy to talk to and cut up with! I will definitely be back and will be bringing more business his way. I’ve gotten my conch and nostril pierced here and courtney always gets me right! both are fully healed and i plan to keep coming here for more! heads up though, cash is preferred here

Stood in the freezing cold on Friday the 13th for a flash tattoo, totally worth it! Got this amazing piece for $31! Nick was my artist and did a great job. Even though he had been tattooing for hours, I still got top-notch service and my tattoo is pretty much already healed up with no issues. Will 100% keep him in mind next time I want some work done.

Went to get my daith pierced due to migraines. Courtney was absolutely amazing! Very calm toned and super sweet. She done great with the piercing and talked through the entire process with me. Would highly recommend Courtney for any piercings.

Idk what has changed in the past few years, but I was not happy with the service. With the exception of Courtney who did my piercing, no one else seemed like they wanted to be there. I also don’t like that I was given a number to text if I had any questions and have not received a response. I came here because I’ve gotten a piercing here before by a woman named Christina and was kinda hoping she was still there. This is one of the cheapest shops for what I wanted, but I guess you get what you pay for. I would recommend you finding a different shop and being willing to pay more for a better experience.

This is my favorite and only tattoo place Ill come to, its super clean, welcoming, and the staff are phenomenal!! Everyone is inviting and so nice!! I came in for a flash sheet tattoo and it came out amazing, Jeff was really nice and professional as well. Definitely recommend him.

I went in for eyebrow/anti eyebrow piercings, and it was quick and painless. Jennah was friendly and informative, and the piercings are healing nicely. The only critical thing Id say is that its cash only, which is archaic and inconvenient, though there is an ATM inside. I just wish I knew about that ahead of time.

I went and got my lobes re-pierced and also got both of my upper lobes pierced. Courtney was phenomenal and I 100% recommend her to anyone getting any piercings. She fully explained ever detail and went through everything step by step before and even as we were doing it. She was extremely patient and understanding and answered every question I had. I will definitely be going back and Ill recommend Art Immortal to everyone I know.

Courtney pierced my snake bites. She was super sweet the whole time. She took her time to make sure the placements were right! She had a positive attitude the whole time! I was nervous even though I’ve had piercings before but she was patient and made the experience great! She talks you through every step and she was gentle but fast. Highly recommend her for your piercings!!!

Ricky Smith is the best!!! I got 2 F13 tattoos off their flash art & I absolutely love them! He went above and beyond when he didn’t have to! Added shading & more details that I loved! Will be back to see him! Not to mention we also had a blast! So much fun w/him!

Went today for the flash tattoos, we had a different artist and picked different tattoos and we all had amazing experiences..our tattoos came out so good and we had a blast! We will be returning very soon!

My tattoo artist was Ricky Smith, he did an amazing job and was very professional. I was there with my wife and her friend and we all got multiple tattoos. He was very friendly and let us know everything he was doing before he did it. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a tattoo. I will be coming back for multiple tattoos from him.

Very dark inside and small waiting area. There were a lot of people when I went in. This was my 1st tattoo, wished I would have visited the place before coming otherwise I would not have gotten here.Ricky did a good job and explained everything. Also cash only. This will probably be the only tattoo I will have. If I do get another one, I will go to Louisville, KY to Ink and Dagger

I literally just left from getting my nipples pierced & my husband getting his face pierced (anti brow) and Courtney did a AMAZING JOB!!! She is so sweet & is really good at calming you down if youre nervous! I was just a little nervous about getting them pierced again, but it wasnt too painful! She has the area nice & clean! She did a great job on both of us & were so glad we decided to come here! If youre thinking about getting a piercing, DEFINITELY go to Courtney, shes the best!

Walked up to the shop and was greeted by Nick and some other guy(I cant remember his name, but he was great! Talked to me while I was waiting on Nick to draw up my tattoo) Everyone there was super cool and good conversations throughout. I got referred to Nick through a friend, and Im so glad I did! I scheduled an appointment with Billy, for my first tattoo, and he did a phenomenal job! It turned out exactly how I had imagined it, and he was super professional and friendly during the entire appointment. It makes me want to go back for more some time.

My sister uses Art Immortal for all of her tattoo needs, so I decided to give it a try since I did not want to wait 3 months to get tattooed at the shop I usually go to. I am so glad I did! Nick did a tattoo on my hand and it is PERFECTION. He’s extremely personable and professional which made the whole experience even better. He did such a good job with the first tattoo that I decided to go back and get a second tattoo on my other hand. I am beyond pleased with my second tattoo, just like the first! Before I left, I spoke with him about an idea I have for another tattoo. I will definitely go back to see him again! Also, Kourtney was super friendly too. She gave me a third opinion on the original idea I had in mind, which I’m extremely thankful she was honest with me. Great experience! Billy Gale did my tattoo. It was my first and he was very nice and comforting. It came out exactly as I wanted and is healing very nicely! The whole staff was friendly. My boyfriend got a tiny rick tattoo by the other artist there (Dylan) who was also amazing. Will definitely return! :)

This shop came recommended from a co-worker and now ill be recommending them as well! I came in for a nose piercing and was helped by Christina. I was greeted at the door and she made me feel like family right away even tho we just met. She was very gentle with me and answered all questions and concerns. 100% professional! Highly recommend Ray for your tattoo. Does awesome work and works really fast. I got a chest tattoo which was painful but with the speed and quality of the work it was well worth it. Christina was also a sweet heart, does quality piercing and is genuinely one of the nicest people you can meet. Great over all experience, Will be back soon!

Just got tattooed by Blake and he has the SOFTEST HAND I’ve ever had being tattooed. Also he’s great at packing in that color!! 10/10 will get more work here again.

Artist doing my work was nice and professional, as was the girl checking people in. The guy walking around in the pink bandanna was not. He wouldnt let my boyfriend in the back with me(understandle if its policy but say it a little nicer). He kept walking outside to smoke after every session and proceeded to stare in my boyfriends direction, laugh and shake his head. My boyfriend was there for moral support and was considering getting a tattoo at some point but I doubt he would get it from this shop after how he was treated. Be more mature and do better.

I went in for my first tattoo last week, already knowing what I wanted I went to see Ray. My sister had recommended from prior work she’s had done from him and I liked the results. When I got there staff was really friendly and are good people and for sure a really really clean spot. As far as Ray tattooing the man is really good at what he does.. he’s really detailed makes sure he’s doing the job the way you want it to come out. He’s not very heavy handed so that’s good makes the process a bit less painful, on top of that he’s really friendly cool guy and has some experience under his belt. I already know for sure I’m coming back to see him to get more work done. So ever trying to get a first tattoo or more done I’d for sure go with Ray.

Christina Douglas is the best! She is so sweet and kind. We went with our friend to get a piercing and she was super nervous and kinda scared. Christian helped ease her fear and made all of us feel very comfortable. She gave great after care instructions and gave each of us her card with her personal number on it. Me and all of my friends plan to come back to get a few piercings. We had an awesome experience.

My husband and I came in for a quick couples tattoo, Ray Sorro helped us and was very professional and efficient. He was clean and got the tattoos done quickly and was very nice while doing so! We loved him! My husband plans to come back to get his sleeve done!

I usually go to art immortal for my piercings with Courtney but the other day I came in for a tattoo. I don’t do well with sitting still or talking to people but Carey was able to give me an excellent experience! Definitely plan on being back for more.

Just came back from taking my sister to Christina at Art Immortal Tattoo to get her nose pierced. Everyone there was really nice, especially Christina. Her nose piercing looks awesome. Cant wait to go back and talk to a tattoo artist about a tattoo. The atmosphere there is so friendly. And there are semi private booths for both tattoos and piercings.

Ive had several pieces of work done by Nick Sadler and he is the absolute best! The shop is kept immaculately clean and I really, really, appreciate how they handled the Pandemic. All of the employees are exceptionally kind and you can tell that they take pride in the work they do. I absolutely adore this shop and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high quality tattoos or piercings!

Nick Sadler was our tattoo artist not once or twice but three times so far within the last month. He’s a soft spoken, professional and caring person and a beautiful artist.. He took his time to make sure the tattoos were exactly what we wanted and that we loved them. He’s a genuine artist who takes pride in his work and it shows. We highly recommend Nick and his creative self. :)

We called Monday to see if we can make an appointment for their December flash because we didn’t want to have to wait if there was appointments because we’d have to drive an hour to get here. The man on the phone said it was fine to come in on Wednesday with no appointment and walk in because Wednesdays were slow. We got here at 2:30 (they open at 2), waited to see if someone would acknowledge us but got ignored for 10 minutes. With someone coming in and out near the front desk. Finally someone comes out to tell us they closed their books for the flashes we specifically came for and won’t be open for another 2 hours, maybe and that there was already appointments for it. When we were told WALK INS were fine. The original guy on the phone said all of the artists knew how to do all the flashes and it wasn’t a problem, so we basically wasted our time and gas to come here for no reason.

Took my teenagers over for their first piercings tonight! The lady there was so professional and so sweet and went out of her way to explain the process and what she was about to do and what she expected of them. I couldn’t be more happy with the visit tonight. This same business has done all of my piercings and I’ve never had a bad experience there.

My nose piercing was quick and easy. Courtney is such a sweetheart. The only issue I had was after a week, the nose stud started “sinking in,” and my skin grew over the stud of the jewelry. The nose jewelry post was not long enough, and the jewel on top was not big enough to allow room for the post-swelling. I constantly had to break the skin, which could have caused an infection if continued. By the time it was looked at by a piercer at another shop, she had suggested I immediately change the jewelry to the correct size and leave it be, aside from the aftercare. Please provide the right size jewelry to future customers, and if that is too costly, charge a fee for the jewelry like some other shops. I gave three stars because they quickly serviced me as a walk-in, and Courtney was super sweet and friendly.

I love the experience I had at Art Immortal. Billy was my artist, I showed him what I wanted and told him he could add his own artistic flair. What he came up with was amazing and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Billy, you will have a repeat customer for sure!

We did a walk in piercing. When we got there we were greeted with kindness and were taken back within 5 minutes. Shop was very neat and clean. Would totally recommend anyone get a tattoo or piercing at this place. If i could rate the performance on the piercee, Christina Douglas, i would also give her five stars.

My husband and I went last weekend to get couple tattoos and Jaisey Ayers did an AWESOME JOB on us both! They looked flawless and the experience was all around great. It was only my second tattoo and I got mine on my rib cage which is usually very painful but he was very light handed and made me feel comfortable! Would recommend this shop to anyone!

I came in for their 31 special. Blake was the artist who did my tattoo. He squeezed me and my sister in between his normal scheduled appointments. He did not rush like youd assume from someone who was busy. My tattoo was a simple outline and he executed it flawlessly. We will definitely be coming back for More scheduled planned artwork.

Christina Douglas is by far the most amazing piercer Ive ever met. Literally NO ONE else in Tennessee (or United States😜) is as great as this lady. Her bedside manner is amazing and she was extremely comforting! I wish i could scream from the rooftop for any female (or Male) wanting a piercing to come see Christina. Best EVER hands down!

Got my septum done here and Christina was FANTASTIC. She talked me through the process before and during, helped me understand what my deviated septum meant for how my piercing was aligned, set me up to contact her with any questions for after I left, and -if you cant tell- was super sweet! Its been a few days and Im healing well, have had no extra bleeding, and it doesnt hurt any more than expected. Will definitely be seeing her for any future piercings. 10/10

Absolutely best place to get tattoos or piercing. My wife has got her tattoos by Nick Sadler and piercings done by Courtney. There always easy to work with and very knowledgeable on the work they do!

I rarely ever do reviews but this place was awesome! The staff was nice and immediately directed me to speak with the artist, Jesse about my idea. I loved his enthusiasm about my tattoo which made me happier. The printer was down and i was worried a tiny bit when he said it but omg he drew it better than what i had shown him. I was super impressed by his ability to draw a circle and straight lines. Throughout the entire process he was confident which made me have more confidence in him. And to end i ended leaving with a gorgeous and bad*** tattoo that made my year.

I got my daith pierced here and not only was it a super clean environment, the guys (and lady interning) were super nice. Jesse instructed the lady interning on how to properly pierce my ear and he was very patient and thorough in his teaching. She did an excellent job and wasnt nervous or shaky at all. He pierced my sisters septum and did a wonderful job!! She has a very small area to pierce and he let us know up front there is a very small window there to pierce and did it perfectly. I look forward to coming back for all of my future piercings and tattoo work. We went to the newly opened Portland, TN location

Was considering going here but asked if I can get a tattoo scheduled the day before my bday (friday 13th) and they said they dont play favorites or make exceptions. I wasnt asking them to do such a thing and the response was kind of rude. Me and my best friend were considering getting tattooed here whether it was my bday or not. A simple no would have been enough.

Nick Sadler has done about 90% of my tattoos and I can definitely say I couldn’t ask for a better tattoo artist. He follows all safety and COVID regulations, is friendly and upbeat, and will not disappoint you!

Great tattoo work, but the price was too much. I paid $80 for the semi colon on my wrist about 2inches and only took 10mins. I will not return and dont recommend.Too add to the owners comment, Like I stated a simple semi colon being $80 is too much, you are lucky that I said that it was a great job done on it, when anybody could draw/ tattoo a semi colon! So dont act like it was a big piece, you over charged! I have gotten tattoos before in other states including here and yes it was stated that you did over charge me. With the preparation, location, time and tattoo this is still too much period. Stop trying to justify yall charging too much for semi colon.

My lip piercing is crooked. Its very painful. Ive been following all aftercare suggested by this shop but got a 2nd opinion and the crooked jewelry has left an open wound inside my lip. Ive been told by 2 other shops my piercing needs to be taken out to repierce it after it heals. Very disappointed and not looking forward to the pain.

THE WORST !!! literally called to make sure they do the tattoo we wanted told us yes we got there waited an hour and half on the tattoo artist (we thought he knew he was about to do our tattoo) they ask him he says no so they push us off to another artist who didn’t want to do it in the first place then that artist started getting rude so we left because we didn’t want to get something permanent with a tattoo artist that didn’t feel comfortable it was unprofessional NEVER COMING BACK !
