Fantastic facility and professional staff that are thorough regarding informed consent pertaining to the procedure being performed as well as treatment and outcome expectations. Post-procedure instructions regarding site care were explained in detail and hard copy information was provided prior to treatment session conclusion. I would strongly recommend the Matthews location for tattoo removal.

Im only on my second treatment-but so far so good! I saw changes after the first treatment. Im not going to say its not uncomfortable-but they do make it as comfortable and easy as possible!
