Manny is so creative. I gave him a few ideas and he came up with not only the perfect design but also to scale. He has a fantastic touch for those of you who may need that lighter touch but still can accomplish excellent saturation. The whole studio has a cool vibe. The amount of creativity and talent that the studio holds is astounding!!

I got my first two tattoos done by Kat Perez and they turned out beautiful! She was amazing, kind, made sure we got the exact size and placement that I wanted and calmed my nerves. I recommend going to her and will definitely go back when I want some more, shes the best!

How do you describe perfection? This is one of the best experiences that I’ve had in a tattoo studio. I’ve been working with my artist for about 4 years now, and he has recently opened this studio. Some of the key things I look for are cleanliness, customer, service, and punctuality and then there’s the skill. I have literally watched my tattoo artist hone his craft and nurture his passion, and it has turned into a work of art for me. He works with a few other ladies who are amazing as well. My son and I first visited in July 2023 to each get our first tattoo. Everyone was kind and welcoming! The place is immaculate and tastefully decorated. Kat did my sons tattoo and Manny did mine. They were awesome. Did not hurt, were very kind to us two first timers. I enjoyed working with Manny so much that I had him design my second tattoo which he finished on Friday. I am stunned and thrilled with the result. Better than I imagined! I am already planning #3.

I first learned about Visual Impact because of the donation drive they were hosting to raise food and non-perishable items for those in need. I had been wanting to get my nose pierced for awhile and thought this was the perfect opportunity to do so!From the moment we walked through the door, Kat was extremely personable. She explained the process thoroughly from start to finish. She was patient and answered all of our questions. She made sure to double-check everything to make sure that we received exactly what we wanted. She also weighed in with her professional opinion about where to place the piercing and what size jewelry to get.Although I was super bervouse, Kat made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. The piercing itself was super quick with limited pain. I was very pleased with the results. I would definitely consider Kat for any other piercing or tattoo needs!

I am so thankful that my step daughter and I discovered Mannys shop. We had been working on a memorial tattoo (in honor of my husband) and recently brought our ideas to Manny. He was able to draw out and enhance our ideas. Hes a great artist and was able to bring our vision to life. So glad we found this shop. My wife. My son, and myself went in for matching Tattoos before his deployment and they didnt disappoint. Kat squeezed all 3 of us in on the same day despite us being walk-ins, and gave us an above and beyond experience. Everyone there was extremely friendly and professional. The shop is extremely clean. We also got my 11 year old daughters ears pierced by Dom who was also amazing and made my daughter very comfortable during her first piercing. My daughter and I got our ear pierced. Dom was very intune with anatomy of mine and my daughters ears, which were both different in regards to the different types of piercings. Made sure to explain the process and was very professional, clean, polite, and just all around great. Will definitely come back.

This place has become my go-to tattoo shop. Manny has been my tattoo artist for about 3 years now but yesterday, I got pierced by Kat and tattooed by Yari. One of the best tattoo experiences I’ve had! I had the pleasure of being tattooed by Kat. She was professional, very sweet and gave me this beautiful tattoo that was detailed beautifully. She also stopped and made sure many times that I liked the direction of the tattoo and if there was anything I needed to add or adjust! I was offered things to drink as well as being made sure I was comfortable. I also enjoyed a few cool movies at suggestion. Overall I had such a lovely, nearly painless, experience at a very clean shop. I literally can’t wait to go again!

My friend and I went, scheduled day of. Clear communication even prior to getting there. I could not be more pleased with my experience. Yari did my tattoo and even when I was a little indecisive she was so chill and it turned out more than perfect. Kat pierced my daith and tragus. She explained it all so well and made sure I was good, before after and during the piercing. Pricing was fair. Shop was super clean and everyone was so nice. Could not be more pleased with both my piercings and my tattoo. Will definitely be back!!

I came across this tattoo parlor from seeing them on my Instagram page. I followed their artwork being posted on their social media and knew I had to go check this place out even though it was an hour from me. Made an appointment with Manny, but really anyone you make an appointment with there will do an amazing job. Went yesterday to get two tattoo, one large one of the FL Keys that I have been wanting forever, and another one of my dads writing. The shop is so beautiful and so clean, all the employees there are super friendly as well. If I get anymore tattoos this will be my place. Well worth the drive to get talented people in my opinion. Manny is a tremendously talented artist! He’ll help you bring your tattoo ideas to life in a perfect way. I got a full sleeve done and it couldn’t have been a better experience. It ended up being two sessions, but each time Manny made sure I was doing good through the whole process. I’m so amazed at how it turned out! My experience at visual impact is the experience I wish I had at every tattoo shop. Kat is a great artist, but on top of that she gave me time to figure out placement and was more than happy to resize the tattoo or move it around so that I was 100% happy. She treated me like a customer instead of an annoyance (my experience at other shops).I got a tattoo and a conch piercing.

Kat was amazing! I came in to get my industrial re-pierced. I had taken the original piercing out 6 years ago and thought it had closed. Kat looked at it and thought she could get the jewelry in without re-piercing it. She popped the jewelry in no problem. I asked her how much and she said “oh just the jewelry”! I was so happy and surprised I ended up getting my tragus done as well! Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. Kat was excellent! Extremely knowledgeable! The shop was beautiful and clean! Will 100% be back again for a tattoo and additional piercings!

Visual Impact Tattoo Gallery is one of the best studios I’ve ever been to. It is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Everyone who works there is welcoming and professional (which is not always the case with tattoo shops). Manny is hands down the best tattoo artist. His skills are out of this world! I have many tattoos, but his are always the ones I get constant compliments on. I literally drive 3 hours each way to see him, but he’s worth it!!! As a bonus, he’s also an incredible painter!

I dont write reviews often, but Yari and Kat are phenomenal. Both of them are incredible artists, that are light-handed and easy to work with. Im really OCD about specifics when it comes to tattoos, but Yari and Kat were more than accommodating. Highly recommend this shop.

I recently had a half sleeve done by Manny at Visual Impact - to say Im pleased is an understatement. The design i had in mind is somewhat out of the ordinary - i had called multiple shops around charlotte and none of them would even consider doing it. Manny took it on and nailed it. Aside from his talent, he is very personable and made sure that i was comfortable throughout the two sessions. The atmosphere is great, and the other artists are pleasant to be around as well. Very clean, professional shop that i will definitely be going to in the future!

Today was my first time going with Yari and WOW!!! I was really glad I trusted her because she did such a magnificent work. She put so much passion and time into every single line. My friend and I called the day of and got an appointment for later that night with Yari. We were able to send her pictures and what we wanted via text so by the time we arrived it was drawn up and ready to go. I could not be more happy with our experience! Kat fixed a bad piercing from another shop, that the original piercer was trying to charge me just to screw the head of the stud back on when it kept falling off, didnt even charge me, and was incredibly nice while doing it! Cannot recommend enough and will be telling my friends to go here.

I’ve been following them on Instagram and all their work looked really good, so I gave this shop a shot today.Super impressed. Kat absolutely nailed this little piece. It was a Halloween flash special so I wasn’t expecting a meticulous two-hour session, but that’s exactly what I got. Her line work is outstanding, and we are definitely gonna work on some more tattoos together ASAP.They also use the Saniderm stickers which are awesome, and Kat was a neat freak about keeping the finished piece clean before applying it. I would bet money this heals super fast and without any issue.Shop is pristine, the atmosphere is very relaxed. Definitely check their work out and don’t delay getting an appointment, I have no doubts they’re gonna get very popular and very busy with quality work like they do.I’m a fan. I’ll be back. Came here with my sister on a whim to get a walk-in tattoo. Although I did not get serviced, I was with her as they did her consultation and helped her decide what she wanted (it being her first tattoo). Manny was extremely helpful in aiding her to find the right fit at a good price and was very personable and kind throughout our visit. I highly recommend this place.
