I went to get my earlobes pierced, 2 on each side. I was a little nervous because I havent had the best experiences with piercings at other places and my ears are extremely sensitive but I had over 10 people recommend Pricsilla and Im honestly so glad I went with her. Her energy is so kind and calming. Ive never had a piercer or tattoo artist that was so nice and comforting the entire time (I have 7 tattoos that are pretty large and 3 other piercings). She was thorough with explaining everything and she talked to me the whole time which is rare with the experiences Ive had. She did an amazing job and I didnt feel rushed at all. I will be recommending her to anyone and everyone, cause she deserves all the hype.

Ive gotten snakebites, a nostril and an eyebrow piercing here. Not a single one ever got infected and they all healed quickly. Priscilla is an amazing piercer- shes very kind and very knowledgeable about her work.

I had my second ear piercing today with Priscilla! She is awesome, nice lady, good customer service! It was quick which I did not expect and most of all no pain and bleeding.. My ears was pinkish after which is normal! I am planning now to have my third piercing!

I don’t normally write reviews for places but considering how bad this place messed up my ear, I had to say something. I was extremely disappointed with this place as soon as I walked in the door but gave it a chance because someone recommended it to me. Right off the bat, the receptionist and the woman who showed me the jewelry were super unwelcoming. I felt like I was being rushed to pick my jewelry even though no one was in line and it was 2 hours before closing. I tried to ask questions about the metals of the jewelry since I have sensitive skin, but the lady showing it to me was super unhelpful and made me feel annoying for asking any questions at all. I just came in to have my jewelry changed out, and they literally destroyed my piercing. I was given new jewelry that was too small and I didn’t want discs put on but they insisted. Pricilla was nicer than the other workers but still didn’t seem to want to answer my questions and then made my healed piercing basically start over the healing process. When I asked about pricing when I came in, they didn’t have answers for me and it felt like they just made up a number when I got to the register. One week later I had to take the piercing out due to how irritated it had gotten and I honestly almost cried due to how much worse it got after having gone to this place and I now have 2 huge bumps on both sides of where my piercing was.

So many people recommended Priscilla. She was great and made us feel comfortable piercing our babies ears and answered all our questions. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to get your piercings done.

Took my daughter for a nose ring and existing piercing jewelry, they were so patient with her and helpful. Nose piercing went smoothly and she had a wonderful experience. Great piercer who has equally great taste. Love it

I don’t recommend this place. First of all jewelry is way over priced, very cheap material… I asked to see their jewelry and they never mentioned they had actual gold earrings…. $60 bucks for a very cheap “stainless steel” hoop for my conch piercing which was placed way too close to the inside of my ear and looked too big. Priscila did my piercing and didn’t really clean my ear well. Piercing was really painful and got infected so bad that I had to go to the emergency room 4 times for strong antibiotics and before I went to the emergency room the third time I asked them through their social media page (Facebook) what they recommended, they told me to remove the piercing and I thought they knew what they were doing since they’ve been open for a long time but the earring was stuck because of how cheap it was… it hurt so bad to take it off and that didn’t help. Once I went to the ER the fourth time because it wasn’t getting better the doctor had to do an incision and drainage because of the fact that I removed my earring while having an infection, that created an abscess and I felt miserable while the doctor injected my ear to numb it and drain it, my hospital bills are very high not counting the medicine and the scars that were left after all the trauma my poor ear went through….. they offered a free piercing but I don’t want to spend another thousands of dollars in medical bills and medicine. I wish they gave me a refund for my $100 bucks I paid for a cheap earring and an unsanitary piercing. Please think twice before going to this place.

I got my nose pierced and I was really nervous, the lady told me I can lay down and I did btw I never layed down for any piercings I’ve always sat down as I was laying down she didn’t tell me she was gonna start she didn’t even mark it and ask me if I wanted the piercing in that area also it hurt so bad and I was bleeding so much I felt blood go down my nose when laying down when I left I was spitting blood , my nose was throbbing all day and 2 hours later when I was eating I started dripping blood from my nose and felt so soar , no after care no advice how to take care of it. I was just told I was all good to go and to pay I left disappointed

Katy was very helpful and knowledgeable with the questions my sister asked about getting a eyebrow piercing. Priscila made my experience getting my nipples pierced for the first. She made sure I wasn’t nervous which I was and made me feel calm. I will forever want to come to ber with my future piercings.

I wasted alot of money here. Over the course of two and half years, I got 7 piercing by Priscilla and they never healed. I thought at first it was me because I understand it can take 1 year for them to fully heal but I now learned that they were pierced wrong and the jewelry they use is cheap and marked way up. I came to this shop with Priscilla because of the reviews but I dont recommend. I feel really bad because I recommended this place to a friend and her two helix piercing got infected and she had to remove them. Now I feel like I wasted time and money. I had to remove some of my piercings and now waiting for them to heal so I can get them properly pierced. I recommend Helix piercing shop, they are very informative and everything is sterile. Their jewelry pieces are high quality and I wish I had gone to them in the first place.

Loved the attentiveness from the employees. I came to get help with a prior piercing from another shop and Priscilla was so helpful and even fixed my piercing. She was very informative and went above and beyond for me. Im glad I came here and will definitely be coming back for all my piercing needs.

They were nice. And the piercing turned out great. Just be prepared that when they say the piercing is $25 they don’t tell you that you also have to purchase the jewelry. Earring was $60. So very misleading. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The wait was a little long since she only accepts walk ins. Probably about an hour to an hour and a half. The experience was very fast, I barley had any time to process it. Which is honestly amazing because it was my first piercing. I got a septum piercing and it was a 4/10 on the pain scale and the cost was $35 plus $12 for the cleaning solution. Definitely recommend, Priscilla is very professional and fast she knows what shes doing.

Katy had to take out my industrial because Priscilla butchered me on purpose .my ear was gonna explode . Cindy the tattoo artist didn’t even put the stencil on the right way . She started good but then Through me under the bus and Messed up withThe lining And the Color yet she wanted over $500 . This is not the place . Now I have a painful ear . And some butchered ink . This is not the place . I wouldn’tRecommend. There piercing jewelry isLiterally hallow and you can buy it for $10 online yet they want $50 for something plain . Maybe recommend a different shop.

Went in for a piercing on 3/17/23. Dont let the entrance trick you. Theres other businesses that share the entrance so just walk through the main door and follow the sign to the back of the common area. The place is on the left. Staff is friendly enough I guess. Lots of jewelry options for piercings. Priscilla did my piercing and I think shes the only one there that does piercings. Shes friendly and professional. Makes everyone from littles to adults feel at ease. Shes super quick with the piercings which may sound wierd. 1 second shes cleaning the area and the next youre done. Good experience and Priscilla is great.

I went there because I had read good reviews. It was hot and stuffy when I went, they were pretty busy. My helix piercing was very painful, the small infinite hoop earring she put in was too small, it never healed. I had to take it off after almost 2 years because it was too painful and I ended up getting a bump that did not go away. Also had my daughters ears pierced the day after i got mine, but not with the same lady. Priscilla did hers but one is slanted and not centered. Her piercings did heal.

I love coming here to get pierced with Priscilla. She is very nice and professional and helps to answer any questions you may have.

I got my second ear lobe piercings here a few Saturdays ago. There were 3 people in front of me for piercings. The first lady getting piercings done must have been getting a million piercings because she was in there for 45+ minutes. The next 2 girls were in and out (about 10 minutes each). I was also in and out in 10 minutes. The girl piercing my ears was nice and did a great job. She sanitized well. I definitely recommend this place.

I give it 5 starts because, I have taken my daughters to get their ears done with Priscilla and she is very fast and careful with babies. Very clean place and she always makes sure have everything ready before you walk in. Also got my first tattoo done from a promotion and it was good experience, the guy was fast and very understanding most of it helpful with tips where get my tatt done for someone it’s their first one.

Got a piercing around 5 days ago. I was consistent with cleaning and caring for it. It was infected from the start, stinging, burning etc. Red around the area. I have had many piercings and this one was off from the start. The placement was great but Im not sure if the equipment was not sterilized or my body refused the piercing either way I had to take the piercing out. :((

Went as a walk in to get my nipples and belly button pierced. They greeted me as soon as I got there. Very friendly environment. Katy was my piercer. She’s very kind and patient. She explained everything. Definitely recommend this place!! Will definitely be returning!!!

Walked-in on a Saturday afternoon and there was a decent line for piercings with one employee piercing.Waited around 30 minutes then Priscilla answered many of my questions (first time) and swiftly jabbed my ears.I bought the anti microbial spray they offer there and so far everything is healing properly.ID and signed consent form requiredRan me about ~ $140 for getting both ears pierced and 2 sets of earrings, decent quality

I have gotten other piercings at other shops and didnt feel comfortable so I decided to come and check out this shop. I came to get my septum pierced and the female piercer, Miss Priscilla was so nice! Made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole thing and she even gave me candy after since I was feeling a bit light headed lolDefinitely coming back for more work done. :)

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Especially someone getting a piercing for the first time. First off, customer service is lacking big time. No one greets you, youre just standing there until someone finally decides to give you the time of day. There was 4 people in there and they saw me and two others come in and not a hello, nothing. They were just eating chips watching tv.The needle wasnt opened in my face nor was I talked through the process. I just got told to lay down and she came back with the needle and just pierced it. I didnt get any aftercare instructions verbally or on paper. Idk how this place or Pris is this highly recommended this place is as ghetto as they come. I will look elsewhere for my next piercings.

The location is a little eerie, but the piercing process was sterile and fine. However, there is a workout bro who works there and hits on underage girls. If you do decide to go, please don’t bring your young daughters, nieces, etc.

Yesterday I took my 15 year old to get a lip piercing she really wanted for months, I wasnt too sure of the place but she had seen on Instagram that Priscilla was very good and had good reviews so I decided to take here there. Well 1st of all the place is a dump, looks dirty, unorganized, the girl at the front desk was clueless, didnt even know how to open the jewelry she was showing us, after waiting an hour Priscilla ends up taking another costumer ahead of us that had only been there 30 minutes, she doesnt go in order and that seems very rude to me since people have lives and have other things to do then be waiting there for hours. And to top it off the soda machine they have there for the costumers is full of black spiders crawling all in there so that just makes me think how clean is the place really 🤔 after waiting an hour and taking the other costumer instead we decided to walk out and leave, very disappointed and very unprofessional.

Clean and organized facility. Staff is very welcoming and eager to get you with what you want done. Priscilla made my experience 10x more memorable. Shes knowledgeable in her piercings and what made me relax with the experience even more was that I saw her prepare the tray and cleaned the metal. I knew she took her job seriously and not just another person getting poked. Kenny took the time to speak to me while waiting on my buddys piercing on a tattoo and Im definitely looking to get my first ink done with him once I finalize my sketch.

So I went a couple days ago and it was really quick and painless!! I didn’t get the name of my piercer but they did well.I was sitting there for like a minute and it was done! It didn’t hurt at all, I just teared up a little. Oh I got my septum done by the way haha!! Anyway I traveled like an hour to get there but it was totally worth it man, I love my piercing and it’s going well so far

I went for the first time ,and I was with Priscilla. She is the sweetest and most lovable person I have ever met. She made me feel so welcomed and relaxed for my first time getting my ear piercings. I got my helix, tragus and conch all done by her. It was all done beautifully. Definitely a professional and makes sure to follow all sanitary rules for your piercings. Definitely have been going back with her to continue my ear collection. ❤️UPDATE: I have gotten 2 additional piercings by her and they came out amazing! I got the snug and flat. In all honesty, she can do everything! She guides you through the whole process ,and I wouldnt want any other person to do the job than her! She even helps if you get an infection! Fair price, but it was my first time getting a piercing and i chose a different piece than the one it comes with and now its turning brown meaning its not real silver. my friend also has bad experiences with the environment there like the people not attending to her when there was no one there and pointless charges for helping her get her septum ball back in which fell again right after she left. the person obviously didnt know what she was doing and still took her money. i would not go back.

I’m turning 15 and my parents finally let me pierce my ears! the piercings I got somewhere else as a baby are messed up, so I’m currently only wearing earrings on my left ear BUT I got a helix! I got nipple piercings and I think Priscilla pierced me if not then some beautiful lady with dark hair pierced me but its been about two months since I got them they never bled never got infected never got gross or anything like you hear from horror stories about getting them done. I highly recommend getting your piercings done here and done by her!!

I just wanted to drop by and pick up some jewelry and the lady asked us to wait outside. No problem. Then she told us to fill out a form, when I explained that all I wanted was to buy some jewelry for a replacement she screamed that she was busy with other customers and to sit down. She was beyond rude. Never again. Avoid this place. Also, it smelled awful inside. Not very clean.

Got a bridge piercing and the experience was pretty dope. The piercer did a fine job and it was straight and whatnot. Problem is that it started nesting real bad with the swelling. No problem, really, I just need a longer piece, right? Second piercer wanted to charge me for it and idk man, you figure they would’ve started me with a longer piece initially since I have bigger facial features? The second piercer had such a little attitude about it and kept saying it wasn’t her fault that my body decided to swell? Oh, bc I choose to swell up myself on purpose? Bro, it’s the principle and Billy from White Buffalo would change out my stuff free of charge if I needed something longer, so I guess I have higher standards. She ended up doing it and blaming me for sleeping on my side? I sleep on my back so idk what that means. All that money she put down for her Barbie body and still no class. Shame lol

Had three piercing done here. Well organized, made me feel comfortable and at lease, since I was very nervous. Ms. Katy is very professional and very patient. I would go back to this place for more piercings.

I got my septum pierced here, it was done with care and experienced no pain whatsoever. the piercer made sure i was okay and sanitized anything and everything before having me, what a pleasant experience!! 10/10 would recommend

Very quick walk in. I signed a form and chose the piercing I liked. I got my nostril pierced on the right side. They do not give any aftercare products to take home, so you have to buy your own. They don’t give you a pamphlet detailing after care and the type of piercing you have eg.: what gauge and milliliter.I was just a bit let down by their type of service. They did make sure I knew how to care for it, but it was just verbal since it wasn’t my first nose piercing. When I got my septum pierced in Hawaii I was given NeilMed aftercare spray and a pamphlet detailing instructions on how to clean my septum piercing and how long it would take to heal. The pamphlet also included the gauge and millimeters of my piercing. I think every piercing company should strive to be meticulous and caring about their clients aftercare. This one, unfortunately was not up to par.

I got a piercing a couple weeks ago. Katy was really patient. I was nervous but she made me feel at ease. Thank you. I was impressed with how everything was kept so clean as well.

My friend and I went for a tragus piercing today (our first real piercing) with Priscilla .She was super friendly, informative, and knew what she was doing. She is so good at what she does. If this place has so many yrs of experience why would they not know which earring to use on a lip. I had mine done 11 days ago ND its been infected since then. No Ive been taking care of it very well plus now Im having to have it removed and take antibiotics. Wth!!

I have looked for a long time at designs and tattoo shops for the unique design I had in mind. Kenny is very talented and proud of his work. He is also very patient and took the time to listen to my ideas and help me get exactly what I wanted. He created a design that was totally what I envisioned. He is very professional and extremely meticulous. The artwork he created is perfect, detailed and precise. One of the best artist and tattoo shop from South Texas to Canada.

I waited like 2 hours but it was packed and its spring break so I wasnt mad. Aside from that the piercer was friendly and quick! Id definitely recommend this place

It’s not that noticeable but my upper lobe piercings are uneven and it bothers me sometimes when I’m looking at them. This is after I let most of the swelling go down and I keep telling myself, it’s fine it’s probably just the jewelry but either way it still bothers me.

I recommend Kenny I got my ear and eyebrow with him he’s very quick and nice.

I got my smiley piercing and also mu tongue piercing and they did a pretty good job because those piercings didn’t hurt at all,little blood almost none and i didn’t have to wait for so long

Last I post this was on 8/22/2018, I went back to get a cat tattoo from this hot burly guy with gray hair looked like his name was tatius or something tough like that. He made my cat look like it had a gut but he was hot so it all good (9/1/20).

Just got angel fang piercings which are noticeably VERY uneven, no warning or walk through piercing process barley any info on aftercare afterwards.

The truth is, super recommended, the customer service from the moment you arrive is very good, everyone is super friendly… Priscilla, the truth is 10 out of 10 for the piercings…

They put the earrings on my 2 and a half month old girl... very good treatment, and I liked that I had brought the wrong earrings and they offered to change them when I had the correct ones at no extra cost, and it is clear that they know what They do it and my daughters hearing is very good.

Very good treatment but they gave me a bad piercing that hurt my lip but I already removed it and they will still compensate me if the place is good.

I recommend them, they do very good work....
