Love, love, love this shop! The owner is awesome, friendly, and fair prices. The apprentice specials are great for those in a pinch but need some ink therapy. Tony is phenomenal, makes one of a kind pieces and never lets you leave unhappy! Any artist here is great honestly, I havent seen bad work out of this shop and Ive been getting my ink here for 3 years now. Highly recommended the vibes, prices, and artists! Got my nose pierced here, was initially very nervous but the piercer was very nice and helped me relax before doing the piercing. he was also very informative and answered all my questions about the piercing care! great price, great service; will definitely be back for other piercings :)

I had John as a piercer and it was so quick and easy. I couldnt recommend this place more! The prices were great, vibes were great, and the service was even better. I had a bad tattoo done years ago and came here to see how they could fix it and with their knowledge and creativity, Sofia Garza was able to not only fix my previous tattoo but added beautiful colors! As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by a very nice man at the reception area. I didnt catch his name. Our tattoo artist Angel was also very welcoming. Mind you we were a little late to our appointment but they were still very nice and professional.I automatically felt very relaxed and the atmosphere is great and very relaxed. Both gentlemen were very respectful and made my son who was getting his 1st tattoo feel calm and explained the process. The wait time is not long at all. The entire place was clean and the restroom was also maintained clean. Angels work station was organized and clean. He was easy to talk too. I would definitely recommend this place and I recommend Angel for tattoos. However they do have other artist and their artwork looks good on their Facebook. They have reasonable pricing. Overall great place. We plan on going back for more tattoos. They also offer piercings.

My first tattoo was with Sofia early this month & I have already gone 2 times after that. I was nervous at first because I was always afraid but she was very gentle & gave awesome feedback on where I wanted the tattoo. I love her flash sales.

I usually get my piercings at this place but I went somewhere else to get it went to ask how much to change the ring (which I had) the guy wanted to charge $20 just cuz I didn’t get it there… Never again I usually recommend them but I will not from now on…

Went in on 10/24/23 had a great time staff is incredibly friendly i got 2 tattoos and my nipples pierced. the guy that pierced my nipples was INCREDIBLY nice and EXTREMELY respectful!! he got them done quickly and overall made me feel very comfortable. i got 2 tattoos done with tony they are amazing i love them so much he put in so much detail into my small tattoos he was super friendly very easy to talk to overall a really funny and cool guy definitely would go back to get tatted by him. overall a wonderful experience

Great customer service and actually took the time to talk to me which made me less anxious about being there! Was in for a piercing they were vary nice but ended up using the wrong type of piercing the gem was to small the rod was to short it ended up getting imbedded into my skin had to get it fixed. Before getting a piercing make sure to read all reviews good and bad just incase

I went there today 10/29/22 and I got there was greeted and was taken care of really quick. I chose the piercing I wanted and not even 5 minutes I was in it went really well I felt really relaxed I was a little nervous but It wasn’t painful at all. It is my first nose piercing and I love it. I love going there because it is really clean and everyone is very professional and cool. I will be going back to get my second tattoo. I really recommend going to enso ink If you want a really good and cool tattoo enso ink is the place.

The best experience I’ve had with a professional piercer by far! It was a painless and quick procedure. I do have a bit of a needle phobia but with the customer service I received i would surely come back again. (made sure i was feeling fine before leaving the store and even got a complementary drink and snack to ease the nerve) 💯highly recommend!

Took my teenage son by to get his earlobes pierced. I was impressed with the safety measures they took to make sure that not only was I his parent but that he, himself was the one who wanted the piercings. I didnt get the name of the piercer bur he was amazing with my son! He was so patient and awesome at making my son feel comfortable and informed. I would highly reccomend and would go again for myself in the future.

We are waiting for a tattoo sale to allow the chance to review an artist but never have time due to our work schedule conflict with the times of sales, other than that the service is amazing. Couple weeks ago came in with my ol lady and her sister. I got my nose, my ol lady her tragus, and her sister got her belly button. All healing well according to what the Piercing artist told us. Amazing barely felt anything. Just close your eyes relax and let it be. Youll enjoy the results.

I really took a moment before posting this because the customer service was amazing when I went in for a piercing about over a month ago. I just went in for a simple lobe re-piercing. Today, I went to remove the studs and noticed on one of my ears the piercing was off. So now I have a mark from my original closed hole and the new hole they pierced. The holes are so close together but very noticeable..they can’t even be pulled off as a double lobe piercing. I didn’t notice during the healing time because the earrings were placed with a large flat on the front (ball on back) which covered the holes from being seen. I wouldn’t recommend even getting a small re-piercing here.

I got my belly piercing here. My stomach is a bit hard work with but they did such An amazing job! A reasonable price and so much patience! I didn’t get my piercer’s name but she did so wonderful !

Got some piercings about 5 months ago. They will not heal!!! What happened to the guy who did piercings here? The piercing he did healed fast and easy no issues. $80 down the drain. Had to remove piercings.

Just got my 3rd ear lobe piercing yesterday service was great! Lisa was my piercer she is comforting and did a great job. Recommend going on wednesdays they’ve got $10 piercings :)

Got a piercing around the end of November and was hesitant to write a bad review cause they’re a small business. But at the place I explicitly asked what size the gauge was on my nose piercing and was told 22. I remember the guy was hesitant to answer like he didn’t know. I tried changing it recently, only to discover it’s not a 22, it’s a 20. Around the same time my sister got her septum pierced, the guy (we can’t remember his name) admitted after doing it he pierced it crooked and asked if she’d liked him to redo it but she has a low pain tolerance and kept it as is.Our piercings turned out fine, (infection wise because we know how to care for facial piercings) but the gauge size on mine really annoyed me as I’ve wasted money on non refundable jewelry just for it to be the wrong size from what I was told by the guy that pierced my nose. My sister and I both have piercings done at other places and liked those experiences much better. I recommend going somewhere else.

I went in for my nose piercing. And it was very affordable. The person who did my piercing was so friendly, and nice. And it only took less them 10 minutes. Will definitely come for my first tattoo, and maybe more piercings.

My sister got her snake bites here and they didn’t use proper long studs to allow healing. Now my sister is in major pain since her swelling has not gone down since the piercings used were short! If your going to pierce someone, please use the correct length to avoid serious issues like this!

I was pretty skeptical about getting my piercings here due to reading reviews with negative experiences, however everything went very smooth, the woman doing my piercings made sure & double checked I was happy with the placement of piercings & both came out just as I wanted.

The guy at the front desk had me pay $60 just to sit in the tattoo chair.

The stud they pierced my nose with was very small & kept sinking into the hole & so ended up being real uncomfortable. I called & the lady in the front said it was okay to buy another stud & come switch it out, when I did however the piercer said it wasn’t a good idea but switched it anyway. I know nothing about piercings & the stud I bought was too small & he couldn’t let me know that before putting it in. Now it’s fallen out & wont go back in & all that money I wasted down the drain. Very disappointed. Wish I had more help when I went in.

Ive gotten one tattoo here. It came out alright, but I had to ask the artist to redo the lettering about 3 times. If I hadnt asked him to, he wouldve been fine doing it crooked. Id go here again for something small and fun, like a filler, but dont go here if the tattoo is important to you.I have to revise my review because Ive been following the shop and my artist and theyve been growing and making great progress. While small and fun tattoos are safe to get here, Ive been shown that bigger and beautiful pieces can come from these artists.

This place was AMAZING, the staff is so kind and theyre wonderful artist. My two best friends and I got matching tattoos (Orlando Perez) and we have such different personalities that I didnt think that we could agree on anything. Orlando made us feel so comfortable and helped us make our tattoo unique and to express each our personalities. Seriously, get your tattoos here!

I was personally excited at first , and then I got tatted. I had seen their post & everyone seemed to have good work. I paid $80 and got a $50 tattoo job. Almost no shading when I asked for some , the guy who tattooed me MESSED up several times and tried to cover it . My tattoo is definitely going to need some help to make it look complete .. $80 was not worth what I got I paid $60 for my first tattoo and the guy hooked it up .

This was my second time going back. Was nervous as always but employee there was very nice and professional. John was extremely helpful and made me feel calm.let me take my time and made sure I was ok and ready before getting my ears pierced. Very clean, answered questions I had and was very polite. The customer service was great very welcoming: I got my septum piercing done here and the only let down was that the piercer butchered it and kept wiggling the needle around. I ended up taking out the jewelry because it wasn’t placed properly.

So my bf and I went to get tattoos (not matching, dw) during their Black Friday promotion. My boyfriend got dizzy after his tat and the owner saw me kinda freaking out. The owner asked if everything was alright and immediately took control of the situation. He had him take a seat and guided him through some deep breathing. My boyfriend was just fine after, I’m so glad we got it done at Enso. Thank you for taking care of us! Can’t wait to be back!

Its disgusting how a male tattoo artist shames women for having body hair. Dont they shave the area which will be tattooed anyways? Owner didnt even pull him aside to tell him to stop. She said there were too many costumers to call him out!! Do better!

Came in here and it was nice but the lady had to repierce my nose twice she was nice but I came to find out the piercing was in my nose both the balls were in the skin of my nose. 4 hours didn’t even pass my nose wasn’t even swollen

Horrible service the lady doing my piercing yesterday sliced my ear and i called today and they said they will not refund and that i signed a paper. Yes i signed thinking they knew what they were doing….. going to report this to the Texas Department Of State Health Services. Do not recommend

Don’t bother going to any other tattoo/piercing shop, because from my experience, Enso Ink is by far the BEST. I’ve been a committed customer for the past two years and i’ve experienced nothing, but great vibes and friendly-fast service. Enso Ink is also reasonably priced and they won’t scam you like other shops I know. they’re also always there to help if you have any questions or concerns. :-)

Came by to get some barbell replacements. Was told they were $5 per piece (they come in a set of 2–$10 total for both). Paid and went on my way. I received the receipt through email for a “custom amount” $25! I went back clarify and change the amount charged and was only refunded $5 because they are actually $10 PER BARBELL! HA! I only came here because INK ELEPHANT (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!) was waiting for a new shipment, and this place was highly rated and close by. Don’t bother with this place, poor customer service, and a complete rip off.UPDATE: Upon actually reading the reviews and not just looking at the rating, another customer also got overcharged! So if it can happen EVEN JUST ONCE, it can happen again and again and again! SUCH BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please do not waste your time with this sorry excuse of a tattoo shop. I do not know what went wrong, it seemed like this place had good ratings. The name of the artist that did my tattoo (Dan Lopez) did not take his time, and was rushing the entire process. After he was done, I pointed out that my tattoo seemed crooked, and word for word, he said, Its not like youre going to have your arm extended all the time. I did not even get an apology. This is a special date for me, something that I hold true to my heart. Now its ruined. Please, waste your valuable money elsewhere.

Unhygienic. The piercer touched several items outside of the piercing area AFTER putting on her gloves. After piercing my helix she attempted to use the same needle on my tragus, and refused to use a new needle. I left :) and 10/10 don’t recommend

Magic (the master piercer) was super sweet and helped me feel comfortable before getting pierced. Enso used a safe and sanitary technique, I would totally recommend the shop if youre worried about getting infections.

Its been about 10 days since Dan Lopez did a cover up tattoo on my wrist, its still not fully healed but I absolutely love it. Ive gotten many compliments on it and Im definitely going back soon.

Super rude. Called so many times to see if they were still piercing and no one answered. Got my nose pierced there and it got really ugly and Ive pierced it before and I didnt get ugly. Overall the service was just rude. Never again.

Either the main boss and his employees do not coordinate.. One will say one thing and his employees another.. I just went to get a appointment.. He(the boss from this place) asked some questions,, I just simply answered nicely... Well according to his employee I was very disrespectful and my deal with the boss was different from what we had talked about.. The hole deal was what we planed out as sessions for my tattoo didnt happen...and now its unfinished... Very poor customer service

Terrible place… my mom has epilepsy and tried to go into this shop with her service dog and as soon as the owner saw her walk in he stopped her and told her she needed to leave if her service dog had to be with her. He is a medical alert dog and cannot be apart from her due to her having seizures, this place seriously needs to learn their laws…will never ever go here again.
