They are very welcoming and take great care before, during and after your session.SERVICEYou are educated before the session around what to expect and how to prepare.During the session, they prep to help clean and help reduce sensitivity. Then, carefully test response to the laser intensity to evaluate your skins response before giving treatment. They monitor your response and allow for breaks if the pain gets a little unbearable (Yes. It hurts but only in brief, small spurts).Once the session is over, the staff carefully explain aftercare to support healing and what to expect as it heals.EQUIPMENTThey use the latest, advanced laser equipment that is very effective. I have seen massive fading after just my first three sessions.ENVIRONMENTThe environment is very clean, welcoming and comfortable.I have trusted Regenerate with my tattoo removal and am looking forward to the next.
