Alexis is my go to girl from here on out ! I was extremely nervous about the entire process and she took the time to walk me through everything and made me feel very comfortable throughout my entire session. I highly recommend booking your next laser appointment with her! The receptionist are always super friendly and willing to help or answer any questions. 10/10!!

Would give O stars if that were an option. I have been a loyal LaserAway customer for many years. This location has gone so far downhill in the last year its not worth even trying. Staff is all new and not experienced. My half hour Botox appointment took an hour and a half and was botched - heavy bruising, lumpy, uneven. Went for a C&B, got numbing and then waited 40 minutes only to be told the one nurse they had was with a whole body hair removal and they couldnt tell me how much longer I would be waiting. After an hour there, I had to leave with face numb and no treatment done. Store manager, Mikaela, didnt call as they promised. When I finally got in touch with her she was unprofessional, unapologetic and gaslit the whole experience. Refused to give me the number of regional manager, Natalie, so I could escalate my complaint. Two days later I am still waiting for a phone call from corporate customer service so I can log a formal complaint agains the store. There are many more effective and legit local options for cosmetic procedures. Do not waste your money or time on LaserAway.

Lillian (apparently works remotely for them) fraudulently opened revolving credit under my daughters name, charging her $2300 after she called immediately back to cancel her first appointment. Her credit has dropped 100 points and there is not one single person at the salon that has returned her call after 3 months of this nonsense. We will be filing a report with the BBB next.

I am in the middle of my LaserAway Hair Removal Treatment. I’m not even halfway done and my results are incredible. Addie is the best nurse I could ever ask for. She is so thorough, knowledgable, and friendly. It’s been so wonderful to have her guide me through my treatment. She makes me feel so comfortable, despite my vulnerability. I cannot recommend a better nurse to have laser hair removal done with. All the staff is wonderful, Hannah, Lacey, Emily, Mikaela, all of the girls are so nice. I will shout from the rooftops about how amazing this experience has been. If you are the right candidate - your life will forever change.

I recently visited Laser Away Boise for an appointment, and it was a positive experience overall. The nurse who attended to me was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to address my concerns and ensuring I felt valued as a patient. However, it was evident that the clinic was quite busy, and the nurses seemed to be handling a heavy workload, which occasionally led to some visible stress among the staff. Despite this, the quality of care remained high, with the nurse maintaining professionalism and attentiveness throughout the appointment. Overall, I would recommend Laser Away Boise for their excellent service, though they may benefit from addressing the workload to improve the overall experience for both staff and patients.

The most amazing staff. The service impeccable. They are the most friendly, personable and accommodating facility Ive ever experienced. They ALL go above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling amazing and ultimately pampered. They should get 10 stars!!!

Exceptional customer service from the first phone call with my sales rep, Hannah to my first visit. Hannah was personal, caring, warm and knowledgeable. She prepared me for my first visit. When I walked in for my appt. in Meridian, ID. Emily from reception warmly greeted me, and made me feel special. The nurse walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable. The entire experience was exceptional. Highly recommend and will return. These ladies already feel like family!

They have Always been professional, caring and the botox treatments work wonderfully. I feel better knowing that a registered nurse is administering them. I have been going there for years and will continue my treatments with them.

Came in for tattoo removal. Jenna was very kind despite being busy. She was extremely polite and considerate and made me feel very welcome and appreciated. Sarah was also very kind. The staff is great, the facility is very modern, clean and bright. Excellent, would recommend.

This was my first experience with laser hair removal and I have been pleased with the process so far. I walked in to see the facility and the director was happy to give me a tour. I found the space to be very clean and inviting and the staff was very friendly. They answered all my questions and were great with follow up. At my first treatment the nurse Sarah was very kind and explained the laser process well. She helped me set expectations and made the experience as enjoyable as possible! I look forward to seeing the progress and am looking forward to trying other treatments here as well!

Love how kind everyone is here! I’ve had mixed experiences of thoroughness with different technicians during laser hair removal. I’m about done with my package and unfortunately still have much more hair growth than I anticipated for how much I have spent.

I had a great experience with this location today! It was my first time getting these treatments so I was very nervous and had even heard that it would be very painful. During my appointment though, I was genuinely shocked at how painless the whole ordeal turned out. The nurse who did my injections was so skilled that I barely felt anything! Everyone there was so friendly and professional too. I will definitely be back!

I just had my first laser appointment yesterday and it was amazing! My provider, RN Janelle, was friendly, informative, and considerate. The treatment was 10x less painful than being waxed. The office staff are so welcoming and kind. I cant wait to go back in 6 weeks for my next appointment! The package that LaserAway set up for me costs $2800 less than the quote i got from Ideal Image and $4700 less than the quote i got from Milan! 🤯 They were so clear and up-front about their pricing and packages, whereas it was not as easy to get quotes from the other two companies I looked into. I highly recommend and I will update as I start to see results! 🤍

This was my first time at this location. I have been going to a location in Arizona for the past two years. I am having tattoo removal done- which is an extremely long process!! We recently moved back to Idaho so I had to change office locations. This was my first time seeing Sarah, she was exceptional. Although tattoo removal hurts SO bad.. she didn’t just rush though it to get it over with. She was thorough and made me comfortable- she stopped anytime I asked her to. I’m excited to see my results after attending this location. I feel like I am getting a better, more thorough treatment at this office compared to my previous on.

I absolutely have to shout out my Nurse\ Laser Tech Ady, or Addison. Not sure which she goes by. She is incredibly amazing at the process and really communicates each step she takes with you. Had my appointment Yesterday at the Meridian location with Janelle W. She was AMAZING!! She was kind, gentle, and explained everything! She was very efficient and my favorite nurse there! I am only getting tattoo removal, but the staff is super friendly, the building looked clean like a medical place should, and the process was quick I was in and out within 45 minutes. This review is for the Boise Idaho location.

My sixth laser treatment with Janelle at the Meridian location was great. I am seeing about 60% hair reduction and I was hoping to see better results. I’ve seen that many specialists don’t focus much on the bikini area but Janelle knew this was a concern of mine so she spent a lot of time in this area. She also bumped up the laser size. It made the treatment go much faster but I’m hoping I will see better result. It was my first leg treatment as well. It did take some time to find the correct setting for my skin tone but I was super happy that Janelle didn’t rush this process. The nurses are great and will focus on the areas you are seeing more hair growth in - if you let them know. I am giving four stars because I am not super happy that laser away doesn’t have price transparency and their prices seem to fluctuate wildly depending on location and time of year. I find some of the front staff to be confusing when trying to explain pricing.

Lillian, a laser tech opened a $2500 credit card under my friends name without her permission. She has been trying to get this straightened out for 3 months without any solutions. BEWARE!!!!

First off let me talk about the staff, sorry I’m bad remembering names but after a few appointments I’ll know all there names. 😂 The staff from start to finish, they were so awesome, genuinely cared and wanted the perfect experience for you. They made you feel at home front entering in the office to leaving the office. The technician fully explained everything, from the start and throughout the process., and continuously checking to make sure you were comfortable throughout the process. Definitely hands down an awesome experience and staff, I’m looking forward to my next treatment.

Today was my 1st time at this Laser Away location in Meridian Idaho. I had the best experience! Hannah and Marie welcomed me in and I could have sat and chatted with them all day! They introduced me to treatments I never really thought twice about but Im now ready to book! Went over all payment options to get the best deal. Nurse Julie was sweet and explained every detail of the procedure, even though I have done this many many times. Just very reassuring! This will definitely be my new go to for all things skin and beauty! Thank you ladies!!

These girls are so sweet and professional. The place is really open and clean, the Hannah and Sarah are incredibly kind and welcoming. Especially in the rooms. Sarah explains the whole process and anything else I might need to know and not think of right then. The hair removal itself is really quick and easy. Pain isn’t too bad but if you have lower tolerance they have different settings to fit your needs. She’s always checking to see how I’m doing throughout and I feel very comfortable the whole time which is really important for certain areas that receive treatment. I’m only 2 sessions into hair removal and so far it’s working great and will continue to say great things about this place!

I went to laser away for lip filler. I had a great experience the lady’s at the front desk made me feel so welcomed when I arrived and they also made sure to block a 30 min window for numbing before my appointment. My injector was great, she was gentle and very explaining while doing the procedure. I love my results

***EDIT*** I am almost done with my laser sessions for Brazilian and under arms, and half way through for my legs and face. Best investment I have ever made! Cant recommend it enough. The amount of time I save not having to shave and no longer having to worry about ingrown, hair, etc- is life changing. If anyone is on the fence, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Laser Away has made the process seamless!Laser Away is a beautiful facility. Everything is so clean and nice. Every staff member Ive had has been do welcoming and helpful. Ive had nurse Sarah do multiple sessions and she is so incredibly nice and very informative. Highly recommend!

Going here initially for a tattoo removal/fade so that I can get it covered up. The staff setting up the appointment was very professional and courteous. Day of appointment staff were great and very professional. The appointment was quick and easy, since it is tattoo removal it is not painless, however within a few hours though it didnt hurt at all. The next day was painless. Looking forward to next session, I also decided to have some hair removal done and looking forward to not having to shave any more. Financial was very easy to set up and get my wife scheduled for her own appointment too. I would highly recommend checking them out for your needs and how they can help you.

Nurse Addison was soooo amazing doing my laser treatment! Not only was she very informative, but she was very professional. However, she still made room for sarcasm and light-heartedness! She, as well as other nurses I’ve had, always ensure that I can feel the laser treatment, but am not in any pain. Not to mention how delightful the office staff are!! Every time I go in there, we’re always able to have some awesome conversations! Absolutely love this place and everyone who works there.

I purchased a package of hydro facials and received several other treatments that I am so excited to try. The facility was clean, professional, and all the staff was wonderful and answered all my questions. I did not feel pressure to purchase additional treatments or products! I tried the clear and brilliant treatment and am excited to see results!

This has been my first laser experience and Ive loved it so far! I just wish I had ditched the waxing sooner. So much less painful and much better results. And the team here at the village is top tier - Friendly and customer oriented for sure.

I do NOT recommend Laser Away at all!! I started a package with them for laser hair removal and when I asked the sales lady what happens if I needed to cancel she told me I would be refunded for just the portion I used. I had a bad reaction/burns on my legs because I am pretty tan and I decided to cancel. I called and let her know I would like a refund for the unused portion. I only had one treatment. She told me I couldn’t get a refund and that I would have to do other treatments to use the money that was spent. After many emails and calls, she finally said she would credit me back but that since I got a special price that they have to go off of the normal pricing so basically I paid $1200 for 1 laser hair session. I emailed customer service twice to let them know how shady this place is and what a bad experience I had. NO response. So I would never recommend anyone go here. I wish I had never even called them.

I’d tried a couple of things in this LA. I love LA always have great deals but I keep going back there not because of the unbeatable pricing but the positive vibes! The ladies work in the office are amazingly professional and easy to approach. They are never pushy to sell. In fact they remember what service I wanted and let me know when there’s a promotion for the specific treatment that I wanted. Ana, the nurse is great at Botox and has got great sense of humor. Someone needs to give the front desk attendant a raise!! When I came in I had a lot of questions for my first appointment, and she was so kind, welcoming, bubbly and happy to answer all of my questions. It can be a vulnerable experience to come in and strip down for laser hair removal, but the nurse and the staff via phone prior to the appointment as well as the staff at the location was top-tier!

I went to laser away to quote some prices and to see what treatments were available. All the staff were fantastic and super friendly. In particular, Jenna the lady upfront was very knowledgeable and happy to show me what they had on offer. She walked me through the clinic to show me what they could do to help treat my facial acne. The clinic was seriously spotless and super modern. It seemed like they had all the technology and equipment necessary to perform various operations. Overall I will definitely be back and was very happy with the Customer service!

The only reason for 4 stars is the inconsistencies with the app. I don’t see all my available services (purchased services). AndI booked on the app for 10:00am. Got a confirmation email for 10:00am. I just showed up to my appointment and the app said 12:15pm. And the girl at the front desk said it showed 12:15pm on her end as well. Last time I attempted to set an appointment on the app, it let me, but I got a call from customer service saying the app was incorrect and that day/time wasn’t correct. And they couldn’t get me in for two weeks.Also purchased a $1 bank of injectibkes on the app. around Thanksgiving timeframe. The $ came out of my account. I was then told the app was wrong and they gave me $1 back.The app is incorrect. Remove the appointment feature or get it right please. When you drive over 30 miles to get here, and arrange your schedule around an appointment, you expect it to be correct.The only reason I continue to go back is because I love the staff. It’s not the least expensive company, but the most convenient, and certainly isn’t the technological capability.

Went in to get some lip filler, and was absolutely blown away by the results! Sarah did the injections and let me check the mirror for every step to make sure I still liked them. Sarah and Anna talked with me before the procedure to make sure they understood exactly what i wanted and that our visions aligned. I wanted just a bit more volume and the top lip to match the bottom lip as it was a bit smaller. They were super nice and calming and told me exactly what to expect since it was my first time getting any sort of filler. Highly recommend this spa, will definitely be returning!

Yesterday was my second laser hair removal treatment. Every time I’ve communicated with anyone in this office, they’ve been professional and friendly. All information has been provided in a frank manner with no room for misunderstanding. The laser treatments have been effective for my dark hair on light skin. Pain is minimal with an ice pack. So far, I’m quite happy overall and will probably treat other areas once finishing this no interest payment plan. Eventually, not shaving ever sounds pretty nice!

I have only had one treatment so far, so too early to tell with results, but I will say the process was more professional, less painful, and a lot quicker! I went to LaserAway for the first time on Jan 20th, for Botox and lip injections.Amanda did my lip injections (juvaderm) and I was beyond pleased with not only her, but also the service and the results. She took her time making sure I got exactly what I wanted and let me look in a mirror after each injection, in order to see how it was coming along. She also notified me of a free facial service specialist I was to get after purchasing a Botox bank, and then followed up by making sure I received and was booked for my free Clear & Brilliant facial, straight away. This was an outstanding deal as these facials run for $500+.She is very thorough, and just like the practitioners, made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and was extremely sweet as well.I will be going back to LaserAway for all my facial needs going forward as I really have never experienced service like this prior to that appt.I have to drive 2 hours just to get there, and that drive is 100% worth it for me.

I had my first laser tattoo removal treatment done by Sarah at The Village location here in Meridian. She was very patient (took breaks when I needed them) and sympathetic to my pain tolerance, which made me feel valued as a person instead of just a customer/job. Also, I was greeted by Hannah right away upon arriving, and wasnt made to feel out of place. Sarah, Hannah, and Jenna were all refreshing to engage with, and Im grateful to them for making the experience especially pleasant.

I’ve been going to LA since April of 2021 and always had great experiences, but this last appt with nurse Sarah was by far my favorite! She was extremely time efficient and had me in and out in about half the time I usually spend there and it’s the best botox I’ve ever had! If you’re considering a lip flip make sure she does it! My experience with the staff has been consistently outstanding. I feel like they actually listen to me and my concerns and needs. They dont push products they wouldnt use themselves, and they truly believe and stand by their services and results. Shootout to Emily and Jenna, they really care about every single person that comes in and I genuinely enjoy when they help me. The staff are endlessly helpful and will do their best to find deals and ways to get the best bang for your buck.

I have very fair skin and dark hair = supposedly perfect candidate for this. I had bikini, pits and legs done, and after more than $3K and eight + treatments, I can hardly notice any hair reduction. I actually have more hair in my bikini area. I had my bikini done in my late 20s and it worked really well - hardly any hair left (also went to a different laser removal clinic). Now I’m in my mid 40s, so maybe it’s due to hormones, but it’s a bummer to waste all that money, time and pain to see very little results. So, if you’re a woman in your mid-40s, you may not want to do this.I also found the CONSTANT sales pitches to be incredibly annoying. Every time after an appointment, as I checked out, I had to go through the sales pitch for whatever they were pushing that day, which was super annoying, especially when I was in a rush. I hate sales pressure, especially when I have to say no multiple times. Plus, I had already spent a lot of money, so if I were to go the laser route (or any one of the many “fix yourself” procedures), I will try another establishment.

They have the kindest staff! The make the process easy and answer questions gladly. I’ve been doing the laser hair removal and am amazed and how quickly I’ve seen results. Highly recommend

Nurse Sarah is super cool and the whole staff is very inviting and friendly. I was very nervous as a male going into this but they make it so easy to feel comfortable talking about all your needs.

I love LaserAway Meridian/Boise Idaho location and fly to this location just for the services I use with them. The two main services I get from LaserAway are their injectibles - Botox Treatment and Fillers.First, the welcoming and reception team. They are some of the warmest and genuinely fun people to be greeted by. They also are supportive, while being honest yet non-judgmental when it comes to asking what they think we should get done. Moreover, with scheduling and services, I get a white-glove servicing treatment - very accommodating with schedule needs and with membership information and accommodation.As for the services, Sarah is my favorite cosmetic technician there. I dont have a lot of wrinkles, but the areas where I do have them are in tricky places. One are small crows feet right at the very tip corners of my eyes. The other is trying to look awake without raising my naturally high eyebrows any further and make me look like Dr. Evil :). Her ability to remove the crows feet wrinkles is exceptional (Ive gone to other Laser Away treatment locations where they said they could not go that close to the eyes).The other is one of my favorites which is her ability to contour my lips using lip fillers and this has been a challenge in many injectible places. I have naturally big lips and my goal to remove lines and create a shapely pout has been denied by several places because they said I already have big lips. With Sarah, she executes this so seamlessly. My creases are gone and she was able to give me the pout-shape without making my lips too large (what some call duck-lips). She does it so effortlessly and you can tell she is injecting in the places where it would create the pout shape. Moreover, her hands are so light that I feel so relaxed and can fall asleep!Thank you Sarah and the entire LaserAway Meridian/Boise team for making us look beautiful. For me, the external helps me feel good internally so I really appreciate you all!

I had Botox done by Sarah and she was absolutely amazing! She really took the time to explain everything to me since it was my first time and always made sure that I was comfortable. On top of that the clinic is so cute and the whole staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I will most definitely be coming back!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing microneedling at Laseraway, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From start to finish, the entire process was professional and incredibly rejuvenating.

I just started laser treatments, and the friendly staff and experience nurse Anna made everything smooth and easy. To my surprise, the laser machine had a cooling system, making treatments more comfortable. Totally recommend this place.

I purchased a package a year ago & little did I know I had free treatments that were going to expire. The lady’s at laser away made sure I knew to use them before they expired. I got the clear & brilliant treatment done & my skin is radiant! I highly recommend laser away, they are the best!!

Do not go to this scam of a companyWent into this clinic with a friend for subtle injectables. After a couple weeks of no results filled out their survey form they sent over via email about the no results. Was later contacted by the regional clinical director Via email stating someone would reach out to us for a solution. Was told by not one, but two staff members that if there’s no results we would receive a refund for the injections but we would have to go in and take before/after pictures to ensure there were no results. Waited over 3 weeks for a call back from this company after calling a couple times a week, texting and emailing to see what else we needed to do in order to speed up the process of a refund. Was contacted today (over two weeks later) by the client care specialist who said that we received the incorrect information and that our case had been closed because notes were entered in our chart stating that we were shown the before/after pictures (which we had never been shown or aware of) and that we didn’t qualify for a refund, only to find out that the TWO individuals from their company, who told us that we would get a refund had apparently given us the incorrect information. After waiting 3 weeks and doing everything that the company had requested, we were told that our case was closed because of incorrect and inaccurate medical notes entered into our chart about our before/after results. This whole experience that we thought would be wonderful, has been so terrible with communication. We went in for a cheaper procedure not expecting a refund for it, but after being told from LaserAways staff that we could get a refund, we did everything they asked and now all of a sudden they don’t do refunds. After they denied any sort of refund they asked who I spoke with about the refund, told them it was multiple people that had given me the incorrect information and that it wasn’t only one person so it was unfortunate that they’re all of a sudden changing their mind. A few days prior I also spoke with an individual who stated she would be the one to give any sort of refund, but then I’m being told they don’t do refunds? I told her to have a good day after I felt we had a professional conversation and she replied with “mhm” and hung up. The lack of professionalism and training in this company is not worth your money. Then, at almost 4 weeks of our first contact we were contacted by (I’m assuming) the regional client care specialist who takes care of most of the laser away locations, although she was pleasant i had to go through the entire process of explaining the situation since, yet again, NO notes about our contact were entered in our charts and the only solution was that she wanted us to contact her if we were to continue future treatments with this company so she could make sure that our experience was good. No refund like we were told because there apparently was a very, very, very subtle difference. Apparently to some other reviews, this is not the first time the company has offered a refund and then changed their mind about it- their staff is not trained on giving out the correct information. This is not a clinic I would recommend, there are plenty of other local clinics in the area that will give you a much better experience and not make you pay for the entire treatment before ever meeting anyone in person. Spend your money elsewhere and please read other reviews from different locations as they all have very similar reviews to this problem.**Adding onto our review**We contacted the company asking for our before/after pictures since we didn’t get them prior, and were told that since my friend didn’t open a case- even though we BOTH have talked to their staff for the last FOUR WEEKS, that she wouldn’t get the pictures unless she pays for them. We have been dealing with this for WEEKS and they’re telling us now that we have to pay for our records or open another case???What a scam of a company.

Got my clear & brilliant yesterday Face, neck and chest. My favorite out of all laseraway has to offer. Sarah was my nurse. She is amazing and has great customer service.

I started my treatment at Laseraway and I am happy, from the first session I noticed changes in my hair, I had little growth and the hair fell just by touching it with my fingers, in the first session I had a little pain during the process, but a little I solved it with ice to numb it, then I had no discomfort, in the second session the pain decreased a lot, I am waiting to see the result, it will surely be amazing, the staff is very friendly and attentive, I always leave happy, they answer my questions and they are always there arrangement of solutions. Another thing I love is that some people there speak Spanish. I am very happy to be at laser away, they are very professional and careful

I signed up for a free consultation via zoom, and they emailed me/called me during the day to confirm the day of, but nobody entered the zoom after 5 mins, consultation is 15 mins. I called them and they confirmed that they had our appt down but forgot. I cancelled then, it was not a good first impression
