My favorite place for piercings and tattoos. Donna is a stellar artist, and is very pleasant to sit for. I am so thrilled with all of my work from her, especially my latest piece. Their piercers are pros, and they have an absolutely gorgeous selection of jewelry to choose from.

Laura is always amazing! Informative, attentive and walks you through every step of her process. She’s the best and I trust her with any piercing I might want to get.

I am sad to be leaving this review. I have loved going to Imperial for my piercings over the last few years. I came in to buy a new nose ring and they switched it for me. The girl at the front desk was kind, but the person who changed my jewelry seemed so annoyed by me being there and was frustrated when I asked questions. I left feeling very upset by the experience . I am bummed. Maybe they need to charge for a jewelry change? I would be happy to pay if I would be treated with kindness. I will have to find a new place to go.

Unfortunately, imperial body art will not be the shop that I am going to anymore. I came in the other day, asking for a ball for my vertical laberet. I wasn’t helped for about 15 minutes and I was on my lunch break so I had to go. I came back after I was off of work and although it was busy, I waited again. They told me the ball would be $13 when I had previously told it would be no more than $10, and at all of my piercing appointments they told me it would be five dollars. I’m not happy with the service and then they refused to service me because I was upset when it’s totally valid. The people that work here act incredibly entitled, and when I am not perfect for them, they refuse to help me when I am a loyal customer.

I could not have been more pleased with this place. My 6 yr old decided it was time to get her ears pierced and we called. Front desk was super helpful in processing and picking out jewelry (I appreciate you helping me with my own goof!) Laura took us back and explained everything step by step to my kiddo, which made her feel pretty at ease - enough of an impact for my youngest to ask if she could get hers done! Laura did such a great job including everyone involved and took great care of my Daughters 1st interaction with piercings. I loved this cherished experience, thank you for making it an awesome one. Amazing shop and very professional. They made the process of piercing my nostril and septum so easy. This is the second time I’ve been to this shop and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The girl with the mostly gone eyebrows is hands down the worst. Ive been pierced by them in the past but will never return. I also have been telling everybody who will listen to go else where, people have agreed. apparently the old owner sold and this is whats left. pretty sad.

Horrible experience. Got my 4th lobes pierced yesterday and the “head piercer” pierced them at a severe angle, I’m just in shock. I only have a few piercings but I know enough to know that this is completely ridiculous. One side is worse than the other and would not stop bleeding, it was just pouring blood, I had to remove them. Waste of time and money, I’m so disappointed.

I went here and got my belly button pierced about 6 months ago. First of all their “high quality” piercing jewelry broke twice from the shower. They did it way too high and in the wrong position so no normal size belly ring could fit. They also tried to put in a bar that was way too short for my piercing (normal sized for everyone else) which caused an insane amount of swelling, pain, and if I hadn’t gone back the next day to get a different bar, it would have gotten infected. Once it healed and I realized that none of the belly rings I had bought fit my piercing, I took it out to try to let it heal. It’s now healed but if I ever want to go somewhere else and get it redone correctly I will have an ugly circular scar above it. I’m under 18 and I will have this ugly scar for the rest of my life. I cant speak for this shops tattoos or other piercing, but I would not recommend getting your belly button pierced here.

I called in an emergency situation to get piercings removed for a mri. They fit me right in and got me out.Clean and professional. Wouldnt hesitate to get work done here.Sad to lose all my piercings, but thats life.

I’ve had a few piercings done here and so have my friends and I will always recommend this place! Everyone is so kind and accommodating. We came in as a walk in to get my septum pierced today, and while it was busy, everyone handled it very well. We waited about an hour or so, which is totally fine since we didn’t have an appointment. Kerri was amazing and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable even though I don’t do well around needles. They walked me through breathing and made the piercing quick but precise. It was $80 for both the jewelry and the piercing itself which is very reasonable.

Had my naval pierced before, and was very scared due to my previous experience. The staff here were very calming and it was less painful than popping a pimple!!!!! Plus they had cute options to pick from for the jewlery??? LOVE ❤️

They were super patient with us! My 7 year old got her ears pierced for the first time and they went over everything with her in detail! It was a great experience.

Went in with my daughter, sister and niece to watch them get cartilage piercings. Front staff were very nice and explained pricing and paperwork. The dude that did the piercing (sorry Im terrible with names) was wonderful. He spoke very precise and answered every question we had. He explained the procedure and had a very calming demeanor. He also explained after care and made sure we understood what needed to be done and what to expect. I have a feeling we will be back for more piercings soon.

I have been to this shop several times both for tattoos and piercings and never had a bad experience. But yesterday was a particularly wonderful experience. I went in to get my septum pierced, the 2 front desk ladies were so warm and kind and answered my MANY questions and we so patient with me, they got me in and out of my appointment super quickly and were so awesome. Dan did my piercing and it was so quick, smooth and painless. When people ask for my suggested places to get pierced, this is the only place Ill ever recommend. Their standard for cleanliness and professionalism is higher than any other Ive seen in the area, and their choices in jewelry are so beautiful and diverse. Not to mention they know exactly what theyre doing, and all their piercings turn out great. I could not recommend Imperial, and Dan, more.

My daughter and I both got our nose pierced in October 2023, I went in today and got 3 more piercings in my ears. Love this shop everyone is so helpful and fun. They are very clean and careful and really make sure you know how to take care of your piercings. Highly recommend!

Beyond amazing! I hade my ear lobes stretched for a while but took them out and let my holes shrink about 10 years ago. So, I had no clue what size my current holes were. I walked in and the wonderful people at the front desk asked me about what size I was and how long I had my plugs out. They then took a look at my lobes and with my assistance we guessed at the correct size.They then suggested to get pick 3 sets of plugs, one of the size we thought and then one smaller and one larger to have their piercer test fit. Kerri was wonderful and gentle while trying the different plugs. We found the right size, she gave me some tips if I wanted to size them up again, and she sent us on our way. No charge for the service, just for the jewelry.I will for sure be hack if I decide I need some new piercings.

Super awesome place, very friendly staff! I got two piercings from Laura and it was super quick and easy!

Took my 9 year old here for ear piercings. The front desk person was very helpful in explaining everything and getting us the right jewelry. The jewelry was a bit more expensive than I expected but was very high quality with no screw-on balls to fall off. The piercer, Carrie, was really great with my daughter who was quite nervous. She explained every step and was really thorough with aftercare instructions. Would definitely recommend. I was using Imperial 20 years ago because they were the best, and their quality is still top-notch.

Absolutely adore the vibes of this shop. The 2 people that helped my daughter and I were awesome! Everything was clean, and the piercer was awesome. They gave my daughter a full rundown of everything she needed to do to take care of her new piercing properly. Highly recommend!

Laura pierced my 5 year olds ears and we couldn’t be happier! She was so great with her during the piercing and they turned out so great! The very next day she had almost no pain, they are healing so well!

I took my 12-year old daughter to get her ears pierced here. I also got my tragus pierced. Kerry was fantastic with my daughter and explained the whole process. They were also fantastic with my piercing and explaining things. The person who checked us in was also super friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back and would recommend to others.

Also took my daughter here for her ears and I was highly impressed. We did the Claires thing years ago and were looking to fix that fail. The staff at Imperial was above and beyond. Both my daughter and grandma who came with us were put at ease through the whole process. I couldnt be more happy with our experience.

I have been in 2 times now to see Tabitha. Once for a conch piercing and once for 3 helix piercings. They are so perfect…I love them all!! Everyone in the shop is so helpful and so friendly! I would definitely recommend Tabitha for any of your piercing needs!!

This is absolutely the place to go for piercings (I cant speak to the tattoo side, but Im assuming its the same). Service is top-notch, and it was very clean. Laura did my ear piercings and, wow! She is so fast and so accurate that I didnt have any time to consider the pain before it was already done--I am so impressed by her skills. Also, everyone else working there was just as friendly and welcoming. The person helping me choose the studs was super kind and patient with all my indecisiveness. I cant say enough good things about my experience there.

Excellent experience today getting my nose re-pierced. Didnt actually have to get pierced so they didnt charge me for that, which I thought was upstanding. The three girls there today were helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Laura did my re-pierce/re-opening and she was sweet and made me feel comfortable and in good hands. Great experience!!

Great staff here. got my first piercing with Laura. she was excellent. she told me what to expect and ga e great aftercare instructions. I also dropped in on a number of occasions for consults and she was able to fit me in. If I do any other piercings, Imperial and Laura will be my choice

My best friend and I decided to get piercings for her birthday (rook and hélix piercings).Victoria Starks took great care of us. We absolutely would recommend her. She was thorough in explaining the process and aftercare.Her personality was very comforting and her hands were delicate. We’re so excited to book another piercing appointment with her. Initially, I had a good experience here, the piercing was great and follow Care instructions wet awesome. Unfortunately I made the mistake of getting other jewelry here and being told that they are happy to help if I had issues. Well the last two times I was there the service has been absolute trash. This last girl needs to be fired. I’m sorry I didn’t have an appointment for something that will take 90 seconds. Especially when I was lead to believe you service what you sell and that I could just stop by really quick. I had no issues waiting for 5,10,15 minutes, except she kept finishing each sentence with “if we can even get you in”. Really? Is that how it works, tell me no problem then sorry we can’t help you? Boo. Reevaluate the choices you make when it comes to people that represent you. I deleted a 5 star review to replace it with this one. Which is unfortunate for the artist that did my initial piercings. There are much better places in town. Do better Imperial.

We could not have asked for a better experience. My 12 year old has been wanting his ears pierced for years, and we finally let him for his 12th birthday. We worked with Victoria and she was absolutely phenomenal - she walked our son through every step, made sure he felt comfortable and safe with the entire process. Hes not a big fan of needles (what kid is?!) and she was very gentle, and made the whole thing a total breeze. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone looking to get pierced.

I just stopped by there on my way home and it’s only 7pm. I had been delivering packages all day and my septum ball had fallen out. It says online that it closes at 8. I went to open the door and the lady with either green or colored hair was counting the register and just looked at me. Not very impressed with early closure.

Imperial has been my go-to spot for 20 years. The shop staff excels at customer service, quality jewelry, and professionalism. Over the years, Ive watched the shop grow in diversity and inclusion. Thank you

I had an AMAZING experience with laura a little over a week ago! i initially had my septum pierced at a different shop but the placing was wrong. i came in and they removed it for me and invited me to come back and have it redone. laura was very friendly and explained everything she was doing which i really appreciated. the new septum looks amazing and i will definitely be back for more piercings in the future!

Seemed a lil too uptight for me but I was only there for 15 min but seemed like a lot of uptight-ness.

I did not have a good first experience at imperial with piercing re-insertionI called and made an appointmentUpon arrival the vibe was not friendly, the front desk person was rude; the piercer seemed annoyed.I brought my previous jewelry and many different sized postsThe piercer didn’t ask how long the jewelry had been out, did not sanitize the area being treated, Rushed & Fitted me with my smallest posts.Within 24 hours my nose and Philtrum had both swollen past my jewelery and I had to remove them myself.If a free service Is going to cause such poor service and annoyance, you should charge for it. I would have been happy to pay 10$ per re-insertion for a functional service. Was a waste of all of our time.

I brought my 15 daughter in for a septum piercing today, and the staff at Imperial were awesome! Super prepared, informative, the shop was clean and everything was fast and thorough. It was great experience, will definitely be back in the future!

I went here with my bf a couple years ago. We both got nipple piercings. They did mine at the same time (1 of the peircers was an apprentice). I loved that and mine came out fine. But then they did my bfs. His were free hand and completely crooked.Im looking for a new peircer now for my eyebrow but after reading these reviews, I wont be back but I also wanted others to beware.

Just got my industrial done by Carrie, she was so sweet and absolutely wonderful to work with. She asked me a few questions about my lifestyle and adjusted the angle and jewelry of my piercing to avoid any irritation that might happen in the future! The entire studio is super clean and a comfortable vibe. Jewelry is all high quality with no external threads which is perfect and much safer than other piercings I’ve gotten. They also have saline spray for sale so you don’t have to go looking for it after your piercing. Never going anywhere else. Thank you all so much!

I had a terrible experience here. The tone that was used as i was asking questions about piercings was very rude and aggressive. I was rushed during my whole experience of getting my nose piercing changed. Not only was the woman checking me in rude, the piercer who changed my ring was even worse. She was rushing me when i was asking questions about different gauges to look at. She refuse to show me and told me to lie down. I was not a fan of the way the piercing looked on me so, i asked to see the other option (offering to pay for another piece of jewelry). She refused to show me another one and told me i needed to wait and go sit down because she had another appointment. She was very rude with her tone and the way she treated me. She also made a rude comment towards me. I do not recommend going here for a piercing or tattoo. Staff are very rude and they rush every one of their clients. I did not feel comfortable here and the atmosphere was very tense. As a piercing shop the environment should be welcoming and comfortable, they are dealing with permanent body art. This was not the service i received, especially as a paying costumer. Extremely unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My daughter asked for a helix piercing for her birthday. We were recommended to Laura at Imperial Body Art. We were not disappointed at all. Everyone we had contact with was so friendly and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable throughout the entire experience. We left knowing exactly how to take care of her new piercing and the knowledge that we can call with any questions or problems. The shop itself was very clean, warm, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Laura and Imperial Body Art to anyone.

I went in for my 2nd tattoo by the lovely Donatella. Not Versace, no. The Prima Donna that did my sternum tattoo today was far more elegant and sophisticated than any Versace could even dream of being.Throughout the tattoo, I felt like I was being transported through another dimension. Time was fleeting. Every drop of ink that she pushed into my skin felt like a million kisses by soft, tiny pixies. Not once did she reprimand me for getting the palm-sweats. After all I wasn’t sweating from the pain, because I feel no pain. My palms became moistened when I realize how truly blessed I was to be in that chair with the one and only Donna [last name here].It was crazy how fast and efficient the process was, considering the entire staff was dressed like Gremlins. Yes, the furry suits and all. And it was glorious.I want to give a special thank you to Sam. I found love, lost it, and found it again thanks to you. I will never forget you. Live laugh lesbian.10/10 would recommend.

The women at Imperial were SO helpful in getting my piercing replaced and informing me on better aftercare practices. I had a lot of inflammation and issues with my piercing (which was originally done elsewhere) and they were able to help me and make it much healthier and more comfortable. They were very kind and informative and overall a great vibe. Thanks guys!!

Very friendly and professional! I scheduled to get both my ears done with Victoria. When I showed up for my appointment I asked if they would have time to do my septum as well and they were happy to help. I also had questions regarding the gauges of piercings as I didn’t know for sure what to get and were able to answer all my questions.Victoria was wonderful. She explained everything to me very well and made for a fun experience.Aria (I hope I spelt her name right), was who checked me in and went over all the jewelry options with me. She was very friendly as well and answered all my questions.My wife went back later in the evening to get her nostril pierced with Kerri and said she had a great experience.Excited to go back and get more piercings in the future!

My daughter got her first nose piercing here over Christmas, and had a follow up recently to change out the post.Overall we like this shop. It is clean, staff is friendly, they clearly stay to procedure and law. Our appointments were on time, quick and easy.Will be back for more work in the future!

I would definitely suggest this parlor to a first timer or someone who is super anxious.This place is amazing!!!The people who work here are so professional and kind. The store is super clean and they enforce pandemic safety rules. I was super nervous about getting my piercings.The woman at the counter helped me find jewelry to fit my budget. The gentleman who pierced me was understanding and patient. We swapped nerd facts and he let me know step by step what was happening. My piercings are straight and lined up with each other.

Getting tattooed and pierced usually gets the anxiety going for me. I appreciate when artists can easily recognize this and reassure you. Not only did Laura did a great job throughout the entire piercing process, she was a super kind human! A couple days later I needed to come in and get my piercing bar changed out because of swelling and the Imperial team got me in quickly and were once again just super super nice. I will never get pierced anywhere else.They are worth any wait you may have by making an appointment.

I went in on a Saturday afternoon to get my nostril pierced. I called for an appointment the morning of and they were really nice and fit me right in. It was my first piercing since getting my ears pierced 12 years ago, so I was a little nervous. Dan was great and made me laugh which helped me stay calm throughout the appointment. The whole place is really clean and welcoming and everyone there is friendly and professional. Im super happy with my new piercing! Thanks Dan!

I had the chance to work with Dan Die as my piercer back in November. After my second lobe piercings (on both ears) had healed 2-3 months later I wasnt completely satisfied with where they had landed. I reached out to the shop and they immediately got me in touch with Dan. He listened to me and my thoughts/feelings as a client and was more than happy to figure something out together. From there we set up an appointment very quickly after to get me back in the shop and try again (free of cost since I had jewelry from the shop already)! During my appointment Dan was so good about encouraging me to communicate about the placement and shifting it if I wasnt completely satisfied. I walked away feeling so happy and grateful he wanted me to be 100% excited/happy about my piercings. He truly cares about his clients and is very proud of his work! He wants his clients to be happy and is more than willing to talk it over if they arent. Thank you Dan and Imperial for making me feel heard. Im so in love with my lobes and will be back for future piercings!

Got my septum pierced here and Paul did a great job! Paul made sure my experience was as painless as possible, the shop is clean, everyone was friendly and professional. They have a great selection of jewelry with a wide range of price points. I got my septum re-pierced. The shop was very clean and immediately I felt very comfortable. The front of house was very informative and nice. Kerri was very quick and to the point. The entire time they were talking me through the process and made it as painless as possible. After I got pierced, they gave me all the information needed for maintenance as well as a pamphlet to take home with me. I would highly recommend Imperial if you are looking for a body piercing shop that is impeccably clean and knows exactly what they are doing. My only complaint is that the shop turned off Coheed to put on something not as good as Coheed. Other than that, it was a perfect experience!

I had an amazing experience here. The front desk staff were so helpful and kind. They patiently helped me pick jewelry and gave me several options in different styles and price ranges. Even though the jewelry I wanted isnt standard for the initial piercing Paul agreed to give it a shot and it came out exactly how I imagined. Paul really took his time making sure the markings were just right and explained everything he was doing so I felt comfortable. Overall I was most impressed at how much time they spent working with me which gave the impression that the result was just as important to them as it was to me. Thanks Imperial!

I’ve been coming here to stretch my ears for awhile and they’ve done a good job each time but it is so expensive. I spend well over $100 for the one set of jewelry and them stretching my lobes. Also when I go in there they treat me like I’m a 5 year old. Hearing them talk to customers and then talk to me they dumb everything down so that I can “understand” I’m 16 and I can see how some piercers can be hesitant of my knowledge but they just think I’m stupid. When I was in there last time she said that I wasn’t ready to go up all the way and when I reassured her that I was she said fine but I suggest getting the smaller sized jewelry. The tapers went through like butter. I barely felt it and that just proved my point. I wouldn’t go here because some of the staff are extremely rude.

I gotmy nose pierced that and they were so helpful. They are professional and they use safety first. They wash their hands used gloves and cleaned the area well. I was very impressed and they did a great job on my piercing and explained the after care well. They do an excellent job!

Staff was so helpful today. I needed to get my 5 jewelery pieces taken out so I could get an MRI done today without blocking the view. They revived 4 and replaced them with temporary pieces. And removed the fifth, and I got to put in a new piece of jewelry there instead. I love it there.

My son just got his ears pierced by Laura. We were able to book the appointment the same day. The shop is clean and everyone working was super friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of piercings. Laura was professional, courteous, and did an awesome job! Highly recommend her!

Just had my first ever piercing, tongue piercing by Kerri. She was great! The shop was clean, professional, and friendly. The process of making an appointment was easy. Once you arrive they give you one on one attention while picking the jewelry. Laura was amazing letting us know what was going to happen before, during and after. Great experience!

Matt and his apprentice Victoria were fantastic for my second lobe piercings. They took their time making sure it was clean and lined up. They were professional and the environment was extremely clean. I also got a new nose stud while I was there. It was hand bended to my nose to fit comfortably. Amazing place for piercings and jewelry, would highly recommend!

Victoria did a great job on my nostril piercing. It was my first piercing, and not only did she answer any questions I had, but she also has a great personality and made me feel very comfortable as a first timer. The placement that she picked was great for the stud that I chose. If I want any more piercings in the future, I’d totally go back to her.

I traveled from Puerto Rico to buy a piece of jewelry, and even though they close at 7, they wouldnt open their register at 6:35 for a cash purchase. Super disappointed because we made a point to buy from them (where we got our piercing). Wont be spending $$ here again..

Came in for 2 nipple piercings, they were very welcoming and professional at the front desk. Matts intern introduced herself and asked permission to be present, she even held my hand during my piercing! Matt was very professional, explained everything to me and made sure I was happy and comfortable at every stage. He explained aftercare very clearly and made sure I knew he was available if any issues arose. Dont get me wrong, the piercings hurt like crazy but theyve been healing really well and I am so grateful to have had this experience here with these wonderful people. Highly recommend!

I had gotten 3 piercings here a bit ago it was in 3 different appointments all with Laura and don’t get me wrong she was great and I had so much anxiety and the way she helped me calm down was great however I booked an appointment to get another piercing and went in thinking okay we are gonna do this it’s going to look great and Laura is going to be doing it because that’s who I booked with right? Wrong I was sad to see she went out of town for a week and I wasn’t aware of this because I booked with her thinking she is going to be there. I walked into my appointment was told she wasn’t there but had not gotten a call or anything so when I get there someone else had offered to do it and unfortunately my anatomy of my ear was wrong for the piercings I wanted so I said I wanted to think about it and rescheduled because I had already put down a deposit for the appointment. I miss the appointment because I didn’t even know who was going to be piercing me and they charged me for the piercing which I didn’t argue with them about because yes I missed the appointment and it was my fault but I was just upset that I wasn’t told that the person I wanted to pierce me and the person I booked with was not there and I wasn’t given a heads up.

The staff were friendly and the spaces were clean. I had my appointment with Laura for my piercings. She was wonderful! Her cheerful and professional attitude helped to make the experience less intimidating. Thank you Laura and Imperial Body Art!

I was pierced by Victoria Starks. She did an absolutely amazing job. I get anxiety with needles and she was so patient and so kind. Got me through my anxiety and I left with a beautiful piercing. She took the time to give me all the after care instructions. She answered all my questions even the silly stupid ones. I can easily sit through a 8 hr tattoo but do not do well with piercings. If you’re like me and need someone thats a compassionate piercer this is the place for you!

Don’t be fooled by the amazing aesthetic of Imperial Body Art—they prioritize guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and excellent customer service. I’ve gotten four piercings from IBA and while I have since removed three of them (for reasons unrelated to the piercings themselves!), I love my eyebrow piercing. It was expertly pierced in less than 20 minutes by a professional who loves their work, as were all of my piercings. I plan on driving for 4 hours just to get tattooed eventually! I got my nipples and tongue pierced by Laura and it was so easy to talk to her. She guided me through the whole process and it went really fast. She told me how to keep them clean and everything for the healing process. Definitely going here for all my piercings.

I had my nostril pierced. I originally scheduled my appointment, but had to cancel it because things came up with my family. Travis was awesome and rescheduled me as soon as they could get me in. Paul did my piercing. He was super nice and gentle with everything. He walked me through the process, and the aftercare in detail. I had questions and he answered them thoroughly. The studio was very clean, as well as all the instruments. I will absolutely be coming back, especially to Paul for my next piercing!

I stopped in to have Dan look at a piercing I had done previously at a different shop. I had some concerns about healing he fit me right in. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My concerns were resolved, and I left feeling confident in the knowledge that I was given for aftercare. I felt safe, comfy, and the shop was super clean. There was a wide variety of jewelry to chose from for all piercings. I recommend them for all your piercing needs.

I took my daughter here twice for piercings, and Laura did a great job both times! Laura is helpful and answers any questions. She is also very skilled and gives guidence to help you get what you want. Before leaving she gave detailed instructions for after care.

I had my ears pierced by Kerrie and was very happy with the experience. She is very kind and patient, and the piercings turned out perfect. I am a 53 year old woman new to the world of piercing (better late than never) and I appreciate her patience and willingness to explain things in detail. I took my young daughter to get her ears pierced, and Laura did an awesome job. She had no swelling or oozing at all! And I really appreciated how thoroughly she explained the procedure and the after care. The studio was very clean and Tabatha, at the front, was professional and friendly. I knocked off one star only because it was very pricey! $119 for both ears and tiny titanium earrings, compared to $50 at Hippie Hoops and Holes, with earrings included. Also, if youre taking children, beware of lots of nude photography on the walls.

I made an appointment to have each tragus pierced. I arrived early and we got started. My piercer promptly introduced herself, Laura. She evaluated my anatomy and let me know that while my tragus was small, she was comfortable going forward. She was friendly and professional, gave me ample opportunity to ask all my questions. I told her I was nervous as I ironically don’t like needles. She had me take deep breaths first and explained what she was doing as she did it, no surprises. My piercings turned out beautiful! Laura was amazing and went out of her way to make me as comfortable as possible. She was also very clear on aftercare and the shop emailed detailed instructions as well.

I have not gotten pierced there yet, I emphasize yet as after visiting today and talking with Dan Die i was very impressed with his attitude and professionalism and will be getting pierced there very soon. He advised me to wait just a little bit longer before sizing up in guages and offered to help me chose stones that were in line with what I wanted them for. Many shops would have just went for the quick buck but Dan and Imperial just proved to me that they are exceptional and care about the client over the dollar. I highly recommend going to this shop.

I got pierced by Paul today, and he did a fantastic job! The setup was quick, non-threatening as he explained everything he was doing, and very clean. And the actual piercing was the most painless Ive had, out of five piercings so far. :) Thanks for a great experience, atmosphere, and most importantly, a beautiful piercing! I definitely will be back if I ever decide to get pierced again (and it gets more addictive every time...) :)

Such amazing service!! I went in for a naval (belly button) piercing, and Dan made me feel so at ease & comfortable! I was super nervous because I am a total baby when it comes to needles. He went over everything in DETAIL, including breathing techniques, placement, what tools he was using..etc. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! I am so happy & it has definitely brought my mommy bod more confidence! Thanks Dan!!

Dan checked us in; very professional and very attentive, gave us all the information we needed and walked us through the whole process. Then it was Paul who actually performed the service (nose piercing) for my 15-year old daughter. Also very professional, answered all questions, very patient and obviously a pro at what he does. The facility is very nice also; very clean and very organized. Overall a great experience; my daughters friend also made an appointment for herself that very same day.

I love Kerrie - so professional & a super clean shops with great high end jewelry options! She pierced my entire left ear & also my nipples - which other piecers have complimented placements on both! Kerrie has even helped me while I was out of state to find a piercer with her level of expertise (although I still had to come to Kerrie when I was back in state to have something fixed!) she’s a real pro & so thankful for her in IDAHO!

This shop is amazing!! I had to have an emergency MRI a week after getting brand-new lobe piercings at another shop and, of course, had to take my jewelry out. The holes sealed back up during the procedure and I couldn’t get my earrings back in, so I called these wonderful people up and they let me swing by. They reopened my piercings and put my jewelry back in all while being extremely kind, clean, and professional. Made my otherwise miserable day much better. I can’t thank them enough.

Dan Die was my guy. The dude was very friendly, clean, and all about making it a positive experience. His piercing was very quick and smooth. After-care counseling was on point. Two-thumbs way up for this place. When my daughter decides to get her ears pierced, Im bringing her to Imperial.P.s. They have a pretty decent selection of studs, hoops, plugs, etc... I recently went to Imperial to get a daith piercing. Id heard it might cure the chronic migraines Ive suffered (as many as four or five a week) for more than 20 years. While my research showed there is currently NO medical research to back up these claims (yet), I was desperate enough to give it a try. When I called to make the appointment, they were extremely friendly and quick to tell me there was no guarantee the piercing would cure my migraines, but they assured me they were familiar with and well trained in it and that its quite popular for various reasons. The day of my appointment, the entire staff was extremely professional. My piercer explained the procedure thoroughly before he began. He did such a great job that it didnt hurt at all. The best part is that its now been more than six weeks since I had it done and Im completely migraine free!!! From everything I read, it works like acupuncture, however everyone is different. While it works for some, it doesnt work for others. Im glad I gave it a try. It was well worth it!! Due to the friendliness and professionalism of their staff, I highly recommend Imperial for all your body art needs!!

So I made an appointment to come in and get my nose double pierced and the person on the phone was really polite and informative, Laura was the artist who pierced me and she was amazing, really knowledgeable and accommodating. Its nice when someone is confident in their skills and makes you feel less nervous about the whole thing. If I ever want another piercing I’ll definitely be coming back here to Laura!

I had purchased several pieces of jewelry from Imperial to have my currents replaced and I had always been super impressed by the selection they had to choose from and the staff was always very friendly and informative. At my most recent visit, I had a lobe piercing by Laura. She was very professional and even though I had done this before, she still walked me through everything I should expect. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend Imerial as well as Laura!

Just got my nose pierced tonight, very friendly staff when first coming in. I like that they were able to answer my questions. Matt pierced my nose & was beyond amazing! He was very clean & professional & gave me clear instructions on how to clean & maintain my piercing. Very knowledgeable about it which makes me feel good. He also made the piercing part so easy, having me breath through it made the poke a whole lot easier!!

I had a wonderful piercing experience!! I got my snake bites done by the amazing Laura! I love her weird and fun Aittude. She was very sweet and put up with my scared and excited self, she did a great job reassuring me and I felt completely safe. As for the piercing part, one breath in and out and the needle was in my lip. It hurt yes but far less than I expected it to. It wasnt bad at all! The only part that was bad Was putting the jewelry in. And it wasnt bad as in it hurt or anything, its just a bit uncomfortable. I recommend these guys completely and especially for piercings. :)

Such amazing staff! My 10 year old got her ears pierced at Claires and was having itching and a rash. They made an appoinment for us and looked at the piercing and skin and was able to help us resolve the issue even though we werent their clients. Wish we had gone with them in the first place! I cant recommend them high enough :)

I made an appointment to get my belly done, I last minute wanted my nose done too and they fit me in! great service too, everyone’s very friendly. Went in and got my belly button pierced in late February. This was my first piercing anywhere other than my ears and i was very excited. The staff was very nice and so was the lady who did my piercing. It was also very clean. A few weeks later i stopped back in unannounced because never having a piercing anywhere other than my ears i was paranoid it was healing wrong. When i walked in the same lady who pierced it took a look at it and replaced my jewelry right away. The original jewelry was too long for my belly button which is probably used on most patients and looked good at the time because it was so swollen. She replaced it and put in a new jewelry. Both free or charge! And she helped me right away after just walking in unannounced. My belly button piercing has healed literally perfectly it’s been 6 months and it’s never been a problem. I will be coming back!!

Ive gotten both of my body piercings here and I have nothing but positive things to say. The receptionists are very friendly and walked me through all of the different jewelry options and even tried to accommodate my desire for matching jewelry. Dan was calm and professional both times and even talked me down from a near panic attack on my first piercing. LOVE LOVE LOVE this shop and will be getting any and all future piercings here.

I am rather disappointed in the service I have received. First off I have had a couple of tattoos done by other artists and I have never had the run around until now. I was given a 100 dollar deposit that was getting pretty far past dated though on the receipt it did state open date. I wanted to be sure I could still use the 100 dollars before I started trying to plan for a tattoo. The front desk lady was rude and seemed like she did not want to help me at all. She just kept telling me to e-mail the artist but before I left the place I wanted to be sure Travis would still accept the deposit. I had to ask her three times before she went back to ask. After that two months worth of e-mailing Travis back and forth and all I got was the run around I told him from the start what I wanted, who I was, and about the 100 dollars. I got the general questions but in the end I just got I dont know who you are or what you want, which was the first e-mail I sent, and I never once was asked to make an appointment for a consultation. I asked twice when I could make an appointment and never got a reply back. In the end they got a free 100 dollars for a service they obviously never looked to provide. I now have an appointment and deposit made with Angel at An Angels Touch Tattoo. Who is a down to Earth guy and straight to the point no beating around the bush.

Not enough variety in jewelry, the prices were all higher than most other shops. Which would have been fine if the staff had put more effort into customer service. However in our experience there was a lack of acknowledgement for our needs and comforting conversation which is a must in a piercing parlor.Edit: I would have gladly removed this negative review if the owner had decided to be kind in their response, however the response was very attacking. They blamed me for MY bad experience even though out of my 22 reviews, 20 of them have been 5 stars. My main problem with my experience was not addressed, I was not mad about the prices, I was mad about the service I received. The person piercing me was blatantly rude and thats that.

Went in with my darling friend and her two cute teenagers for them to have a their lobes pierced. I was tagging a long to decide if I wanted to use this company to do my daughters pierced the following month.I will not be using this place ever. My friend will also not be using them either after our prejudice experience while there spending over $240.00. My friend arrived 15 min early to her 2 appointments that were scheduled for her 2 girls to get their ears pierced. The women at the counter took one look at all the bubbly blondes I watched how immediately this employee become very rude and brash toned about time, details, and just made it very obvious she was burden by us being there. Time got brought up like 4 times. Youd have to be deaf to not pick up on how obvious this lady was being with her rude tone. We were scheduled for 5:30pm with another appt at 6pm. 1 hour as well as how early we had showed up. We left at 6:03pm..... I still can not figure out what the time brash tone was all about. We just left rushed and stunned.Sadly, it was only this womens issue. The women that peirced the girls were super sweet and good with the girls. I just felt that after it was all said & done both us and our young girls felt unwelcomed, rushed and treated less then because we didnt fit the style of what this women felt was their typical customers. What would have been a fun day turned into tight lips and sad hearts.

Absolutely no where else I’d go for my piercings. Imperial has an incredibly helpful and kind staff, I have never once felt rushed while picking out my jewelry and/or filling out paperwork! I’ve had my cartilage pierced twice by Paul and some friends who have gotten nose piercings done by him as well! Paul is very patient and really takes his time with you and your piercings, I cannot say enough great things about him and the staff!

I got my septum pierced at imperial. The staff was very friendly, and Matt was extremely professional. He talked me through the whole piercing and made me feel very comfortable. The instruments he used were clean, along with the piercing room. He made sure I understood how to care for the piercing and how to clean it. He was even able to get me a replacement ball, since I lost one off of the jewelry! I plan on going to Imperial for any other piercings I plan on getting.

My friend and I went in to see Laura for a nostril piercing and they look fantastic! She was really nice and knew what she was doing. Made sure we asked any questions we needed and completely told us how to take care of them. I would definitely recommend going here for piercings!

Imperial was able to fit me in the same day for a piercing. Laura was the best, she took my concerns into account and explained everything super thorough! She also assisted me with choosing which jewelry would go best with my other surrounding piercings. The rooms are cleaner than a hospital , and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going anywhere else than Imperial. As soon as she got done with my piercing , she put the instruments immediately in a “bio hazard” container (i think that’s what it was called...), so that gave me extra assurance that the instruments being used are fully sterilized / disinfected.Following the appointment , I got an emailed copy of my release form along with detailed aftercare instructions and to-do’s and what not to-do. In addition, they included information on irritation vs. infection. Any piercing questions I thought of afterward, it was all answered in this email!10/10 recommend imperial 🖤

Made an appointment and went in to get a jewelry change for my daith piercing due to a metal allergy to my old jewelry. Asked them specifically for a segmented ring and they told me no problem, we just have these plain ones. Paid them $20 for it, but thought it looked weird when I got home. Been cleaning it and following aftercare instructions but found out today its a jump ring in my ear not a segmented one and my ear is now infected. Would not recommend this place and if you do go be very careful.

Paul did an amazing job with my nose piercing about 6 weeks ago. Its in a great condition with no infections or anything. He was a very calming piercer and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that wants a piercing but is afraid to get one.

I made an appointment and had my nosed pierced on 2/19/16 at Imperial Body Art. I chose this shop because of the excellent reviews I found posted on multiple online sites.I couldnt be happier with my experience. Everyone was polite and friendly and very professional. The shop was exceptionally clean and bright and I did not find it intimidating at all.Paul did my piercing and he was excellent! He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Example: as I was deciding which nose stud I wanted, I felt as though I should purchase the pricier real gold option. However, Paul suggested that I spend less and try the surgical grade stainless steel stud and see how well I like it before investing in anything else. Excellent advice given by someone who is more concerned with my satisfaction than making more money. I was so impressed!He also gave me excellent advice on choosing the size of stud I wanted, and a friend has since commented that my piercing is the most perfectly placed nose stud shed seen. Thanks, Paul! My husband and friend were allowed to come back with me to the room and record the event. I noticed that when Paul walked into the room after washing his hands to get started, he still used a paper towel on the door knobs before pulling on his gloves so he wouldnt touch anything not sanitized. Everything was so clean!Paul talked me through the piercing, even telling me when to breath, and I was surprised by how painless the whole experience was. What was I so nervous about? My experience at Imperial Body Art was truly exceptional. I hope to head back in May and get my belly button done, too! Nose piercings might be the vanilla ice cream of the body art world, but it still makes me feel like a million bucks that I finally had the courage to do what Ive always wanted and I found a great place to do it!

I went in for a very simple two minute service, which I had scheduled an appointment for a week in advance. When I scheduled the appointment, they did not inform me that masks are required, so I had to buy an expensive one on the spot (and so did another woman who came in after me, so clearly I wasnt the only one they regretted to inform). They also were running behind schedule, but not once did they apologize for the wait. Not only were they rude and unapologetic, but I felt like a biohazard instead of a customer the entire time. The staff is not welcoming, and the man who provided me service did not inform me of anything regarding my piercing or jewelry, he simply asked if I liked it and sent me on my way. Poor customer service and poor attitudes. Felt like a burden and an idiot the entire time.

I went in to get my nose pierced yesterday, Paul did an amazing job. He was patient during the whole process, and explained the cleaning process very well. He made sure I had a good experience. I will definitely go back to him, if I ever get anything else done.

Previously went here for a septumpiercing and the staff was knowledgeable and nice. I would give that visit a 5/5 but we went in again for another piercing today and we were definitely not treated as well.My feedback to staff is leave your bad days at the door and/or take time for your mental health so you’re not snapping at customers. Dan Die has done three of my piercings, all of which I am in love with. I had my septum, philtrum, and a nostril which was matched to an existing nostril on the other side (old one not done by Dan).None of these piercing have given me issues, they all look INCREDIBLE, and Dan taught me how to breathe though getting a piercing properly, which honestly helped immensely though all three piercings they performed!I honestly couldn’t recommend Dan enough. Dan makes sure you are comfortable, understand the process, and gives detailed healing information while also just being an outgoing fun person. I moved away this summer and still haven’t wanted to look for another person to do any piercings.

I went here on August 6th to get my nose pierced for my 18th birthday. I initially wanted a hoop but I was told I had to get a stud first, let it heal, and then get a hoop which is fine. They said that they’d pierce it a little differently so that when I decide to get a hoop it would be the right placement. The lady with a blue pixie cut was super nice and talked me through the healing and piercing process. However, she pierced it wrong. She pierced it at a downwards angle and way too low for a hoop. I went to the front and paid for it while she went in the back nervously to get her higher up. The owner(?) came out to look at my piercing and told me that the piercing was at the wrong angle and was too low and might heal wrong but “it might be fine”. What? They offered me no discount or refund and I paid full price with a very good tip and was told AFTER that she messed it up. Tonight I went to a different place to get a hoop in and they looked at what I have and told me immediately that a hoop would not work in my nose because of the placement and the angle pierced. They gave me the hoop anyways and it looked so terrible. Now, I can’t get my initial hoop that I specifically asked for and I’m stuck with a wonky stud in. Place is clean and the people are nice but will tell you after you pay that they messed it up. Nice.

I wish I could give 0 stars, I asked for a conch piercing and told them I wanted to eventually put a hoop in, so they needed to make the piercing big enough to put a hoop into. Months later I went to a different place to get the piercing checked out and they informed me there that my piercing hole wasn’t big enough to fit a hoop without the hoop bending or getting infected easily. So now I have to pay extra to get my original piercing slightly stretched every couple months until I can finally put a hoop in. If in the beginning imperial had pierced the right size hole, I wouldn’t be paying way extra and having to wait extra long just to put a hoop in. Think twice before using this place for your piercing.

Very kind, sanitary and professional.Have a lot of great choices for body jewelry.I got my nose pierced here and it literally was so quick and done well I felt little to no pain. Eyes didnt even water. They put a metal cylinder in my nostril to prevent a double pierce or an accident. They were very cautious and cared about after care and showed me what to do for healing process. Ill be back again in a few weeks to get my promised discount off of my 2nd pair of nose jewelry. Overall great experience.

Ive been here before and had a good experience but a few negative things happened this time. I specifically scheduled an appointment with Laura because shes pierced me twice before and I like her work. They didnt even tell me, oh Laura isnt here today, would it be okay if someone else does it? They just send me back with someone else. Also, when picking out jewelry the lady at the counter asked if I wanted 18 or 16 gauge and I said 16, since Id been deciding between 14 and 16. Apparently there was no communication to the piercer, because after she pierced me, she told the front that she did 18 gauge. Isnt the end of the world since I can stretch it later, but I was still annoyed. She did a fine job with the placement and piercing, but I was put off by the lack of communication about the piercer and the jewelry.

I came here for my first piercing and I had such a great experience. They were very clean and careful, and the price is very reasonable. Paul, the one who did my piercing, is super kind and talks you through the whole thing. They give you lots of information about aftercare as well. I highly recommend this place!

The people here simply do not know what they are doing. They botched my wife’s bellybutton piercing leaving the stud underneath a layer of her skin. They refused to fix it while there and after we got home we called for advice at which they refused to say anything unless she made another appointment ( which wouldn’t be until 3 days out while her skin is actively healing over the stud). The lady we spoke to was named “Karen” go figure. But long story short it was horrible experience after which we immediately called another shop “Talon” and they immediately had us drive in to fix the issue no charge. Whatever you do avoid Imperial. If you wanna get pierced in Idaho Talon is where it’s at.

Laura was super gentle, REALLY smart and educational about my piercing and aftercare, and really talked me through the whole process. I cant recommend them enough!

This is the ONLY place I go for my piercings. Everyone has always been so professional with me. They’ve done such an amazing job with placing my piercings, making sure I understand the process and they have always made sure I was comfortable. A lot of parlors are dark and uncomfortable but this is literally the furthest thing from that.

First time here was at the end of January. I saw Matt to have an Industrial and Daith done. Very helpful and answered any questions I had. I had to go in yesterday because one of the ends came off my industrial. Dan was able to get me in quickly to get things changed out. Their frontdesk gal was extremely helpful. Very enjoyable experience both times and would give more than 5 stars if I could. But I suppose repeat business for some future tattoos and more piercings will have to do!

Laura was a pro, she helped my daughter with a nose piercing gone wrong that was done elsewhere. Got my daughter the proper jewlery switched out and gave her better after care info, all painless and without making us feel stupid. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience getting a piercing done here. The person who does piercings (I cant remember his name now) is professional, helpful, honest, and experienced. The business itself is very clean, and they only use industrial grade jewelry which is a huge plus.

Got my daiths pierced here back in 2016 for an onset of chronic migraines! They did an excellent job and have a wide variety of jewelry for every budget!

I was checked in super quickly by Pauls apprentice (name blanks my mind at the moment) he was very very friendly and a great person to see when I first walked in. I came in with jewelry that I had purchased before hand. But I wanted a perfectly safe one purchased from this shop until my piercing heals. Paul was SO nice to consider my future jewlery size when he was marking lines for the piercing to make sure I would be happy when I went to change out other jewlery later on.I will be coming back to Imperial for any future piercings I get.

Dan Die is an incredible piercer with an eye for unique jewelry. Not only have I been pierced by him, but he helped style my whole jewelry look for my wedding. He helped me pick out what to wear in my ears and nose, and his choices were so unique i would have never chosen them myself. He made me look like a goddess with the jewelry he picked. I adore this man.

I was really nervous to get my belly button pierced, but Matt was very professional and really helped calmed me down. He did an excellent job it looks great, and did not hurt at all! Also everything was very sterile. I would recommend him and the shop!

I have gotten over 8 large tattoos by Nathan Ealey at Imperial body Arts. The shop has always been clean, organized and everyone there was very knowledgeable and friendly. I haven’t gotten and piercings there yet but as far as the tattoos some are as large as 12 inches tall and 8 inches wide, and each and everyone was exactly what I wanted. It’s never difficult to work around my schedule nor is the pricing bad. He has done things from custom script to vivid color pictures on me and I loved it all, there’s a reason this place has been around for so long!!!

Bad customer service, all I wanted was to come look at jewelry and PURCHASE a new ring for my piercing, and was told that since my piercing was done a little over a month ago they would not sell to me which is absolutely ridiculous. I wasn’t expecting them to mess with my piercing I just wanted to buy new jewelry. Ridiculous will definitely not buy anything from them or recommend their service to anyone. I have heard a lot of negative experiences from this location anyways just wanted to stop by because it is closer to where I live but nah..

I got a septum piercing from Paul and it was absolutely perfect. He was incredibly gentle and I barely felt a thing. They were professional, clean and prompt. They have a great selection of jewelry as well.

Place was really clean so thats a plus . Was rather disappointed in the customer service; I went in to get a piercing removed bc it locked shut on me. The entire time the piercer was making comments about all the wrong things about it (placement, jewlery type, etc) and even was saying my home shop (+600miles away) didnt know what they were doing. Love my home shop and he was being a douche about everything. Just a generally rude guy. Not gonna come back.

I went to get my vertical labret done by Dan Die. He was professional, kind, and patient with me. Since this was my first time getting professionally pierced, I was nervous about the pain and wasnt quite sure what to expect. But after this experience I will definitely be coming back again. I could tell that he was passionate about his clients and his career, and was extremely knowledgeable about the process and aftercare. I thank god that I went to him and not somewhere else. My piercing was quick, and the labret is perfectly straight. Thank you Dan!

Paul did my tragus piercing and did not only an excellent job with that but with his sterile/clean tequnique. I felt comfortable going into this clean, friendly and organized place. I got pierced here, and have to say its the most professional place Ive been to. I would never expect any less from them, they have the best team! Ive had a few bad piercings elsewhere and this is now one of the ONLY places in town I reccomend.

I had an amazing experience here. They got me in on my birthday with only 2 weeks ahead of time, while most other places were booked out a month in advance. I showed Justin what I liked and the idea, and he drew out something even more amazing and better, but kept it at the same adorable price. Would recommend to anyone looking to get work done.

The employees here are cool and very nice, and the piercings they do are good as well, however it is just very very expensive. $100 for both ears with jewelry starting at $22 a piece? $140-$150 for lobes is kind of insane lolwent to ikon and got both ears done with jewelry for only $50

Came into the shop & immediately felt like we were a burden & very un-welcomed....The guy behind the counter wouldnt even acknowledge us also there was a woman behind the counter on the phone with a customer that seemed like they just wanted basic information... her body language while she was on the phone was telling me that she didnt care about what the customer on the phone needed. She made faces and gestures like they were taking up too much her time. We just wanted a simple work done & was told to come back 7 hrs later at 8pm....Should have known from the first time we came in almost a year ago we had the same treatment when all we wanted was a simple nose piercing... That time all the guy cared about was the half naked girl who was flirting with him. Its ok, we just went clear across town to Icon tattoo in Boise who were very welcoming, amazing artists & have excellent customer service skills. We would rather spend our hard earned money where we feel welcomed.

The piercer was very rude to my friend she put my new nose ring in then we went back to the front her worker didn’t tell the piercer that my friend was getting a new ring in her nose too and she got attitude when she took us back again my friend nose ring fell out 2 days before we went and the piercer automatically denied to put a piercing in her nose and said it already closed when it’s still open

Only 1 other customer in the shop when i went in. Lady working asked me if i had an appt. I told her i was just there to buy a septum piercing and nothing else. Told me they are trying to limit number of people in the store and wouldn’t let me just buy one without an appt. she said the next appt wasn’t until 4:15pm! It was 11:05am when i stopped in. It would have taken 10 minutes for me to get what i needed and i was even wearing a mask. Not to mention i tried calling the store prior like 5 times to ask and no one would answer.

Staff is nice. Store is nice. Wanted to make a special order for an unusual piece of jewelry. Was told that the owner makes the orders. Left my info to wait for a call back. Didnt get one. I did a follow up call, was told I will get a call back. Ended up finding the piece I wanted on Amazon of all places

So I’m really irritated. Was told by one of my friends that Ikon is having to fix a lot of Imperials work because it is done poorly and by inexperienced piercers. Thought my conch was fine until I went into Ikon (who was amazing) to check it out and said it was off and in an odd spot with too short of a bar. I’m no piercer so how am I supposed to know proper placement and what length they put in? Took two people to take it out with PLIERS because it was way too tight and short on my poor ear and felt like I was going through more pain than when I got it pierced. People are super nice and confident here, but incorrect and poor quality. Go to Ikon, they’re inexpensive and really good

I was nervous for my first tattoo but Ryan gave me full confidence in his work and he definitely showed his fantastic art skills! Everybody is impressed with the tattoo and it was an all around great experience. Highly recommended him and another tattoo may be in the works.

Once again great service. I already had my ears pierced here awhile back but decided to go with a thicker gauge and hoops. I stopped by and they helped me find what I wanted then they put them in for me. Matt and Laura are awesome. I highly recommend Imperial

Paul at Imperial Body Art was very helpful and professional when I went in to get my nipples pierced. He is very skilled and even replaced my old barbells when my nips tried to eat them with longer ones. Im definitely coming back for any other piercings Ill have in the future.

I go here for ALL my piercings. Dan is the best in the business. He explains everything and makes sure your COMFORTABLE. Fixed botched piercing. Did my ex’s septum. Even though my ex is ugly af he did great on the septum! I’ve also had 6 piercings in my ears by the tattoo artist here and he did phenomenal! They know what they’re doing and they actually care. The piercing experience to them is a journey. I’ve gone in to get my nostril checked on and I was told that the piercer is excited to put another piece of jewelery in the piercing. 10/10 DEFINITELY recommended

Dropped in to take a look at jewelry. Two staff members standing there behind the counter. One immediately jumped acted like I was out of line walking through the door. Kept telling me she would have to check to see if they have time to let me look. That I would have to make an appointment lol. Meanwhile these two are standing there doing nothing. Just wanted to buy earrings to take with me. You know Boise is growing when our tat shops get snooty.

I had a absolute horrible experience here. Staff was very rude. I *TRIED* to get my nose pierced, was punctured *MULTIPLE* times by the needle because he couldnt get the hoop in so he kept REPIERCING the same hole. Then he ended it by saying I would never be able to have my nose pierced because my anatomy is wrong... Ive had multiple piercers since say he obviously had no idea what he was talking about. So I was pierced, but left with no nose piercing. And he made it sound like he was being polite by not making ME pay for the piercing *I did not receive*. And THEN he told my FRIEND her anatomy was wrong as well!They do have a great selection of jewelry and such a nice shop, its a shame Ill never give them my business.

Spouse got her septum pierced here. Her and I were both initially apprehensive about the place being clean or accommodating but quickly found out imperial is both. Extremely professional, clean, willing to work with customers, and also very communicative and open about the process.

Laura is my hero! After getting a D ring literally stuck in my nose and clamped so tight it started to imbed in my skin, I went to Laura in great deal of pain and in desperate need of professional help. The process was very unpleasant and stressful for everyone but Laura took care of it like a professional and was very empathetic and patient. I am so grateful for her and her expertise. This was no joking matter! But she handled it like a rockstar and my nose feels SO SO much better already.

I received snake bites from this buisness and during the healing process, I did everything they told me to do, and they did not heal like they were supposed to and one got infected. I have also heard from good, reliable, friends that the customer service is not good and have seen a few of their comments towards others. The responces from this buisness tend to be snarky and rude. Seems like someone doesnt have anything better to do then respond rudely to people who are leaving their honest review.

Didnt even make it back to the piercer. The front desk girls were so rude and pushy that I just left and went to Talon. The girls insisted that the lip piercing I have had for almost 10 years (just needed a new ring and for it to be popped through) needed to be completely repierced and then refused to sell me jewlery. I gave two stars instead of one just because I didnt get to meet the piercer.
