Natasha pierced both of my daughters’ ears and she couldn’t have been nicer or more patient. She was very professional and made my 10 year old feel so comfortable and did my 11 month old’s ears quickly and painlessly.

Great experience. Brought my 7 month old in for her first ear piercing today. Mary was very helpful and knowledgeable. She went thru the entire procedure and the after care instructions. And she was gentle and patient with my little one, who took the piercing like a champ. The piercing itself was quick and easy. Definitely recommend this place.

Wouldn’t take my card yesterday when I wanted to purchase bracelet said only cash .. took my number said she would call me today and placed bracelet on hold for me for today . Here now other person can’t find nothing on hold … ridiculous . I guess I’ll take my 770 elsewhere

Just have to give Mari and Natalie a super big shout out.. Mari did an awesome job helping me pick out my daughters first pair of earrings!! She pierced my 2 month old daughter ears perfectly and Natalie was an awesome spotter making sure she double checked and made sure they were even and perfect!! Baby Leah gives this location and team 2 thumbs up!!

Got my baby ears Pierced at Pagoda with Natalie, and she was amazing. She was very helpful and professional. She also helped me pick out cute little earrings for my two year old and made her day. All the females were kind and great with my toddler.

After getting rudely rejected by Claire’s, another store owner suggested getting my daughter’s ear pierced at Banter. We were warmly welcomed by Natalie & Angelica. They both made my daughter feel at ease and went above and beyond to make her comfortable. Highly recommend!

Mary did an excellent job explaining the processes and after care for ear piercing. I got very nervous but her customer service was wonderful and it didn’t hurt at all. She was also very knowledgeable about other products.

Deb the manger is and amazing person with her staff and extremely friendly , Natalie who sold me jewelry is a sweetheart with an awesome personality and very outgoing highly recommended , Mari who is also an employee is very helpful and kind . Angelica who is an AM is great with customers and a pleasure to deal with . Overall amazing service and staff and would recommend their store and company to others .

Was not impressed. I had an appointment for my daughter and when we arrived the woman said that she already clocked out for lunch and they are mandated to take lunch. So why does the online appointment system account for that? And your telling me that you are fully booked - which was inaccurate because I actually went online and all slots were still open. Poor customer service and just rude.

I arrived at the Banter in Middletown NY, with the hopes of buying new nose rings. Associate, Shayla, was at the counter helping someone within the booth as I waited looking at the selection in the rotating case on the counter…I wanted to see more options because there weren’t many in the case, so I asked Shayla if there was a plate behind the booth that she could pull out so that I could see more of a selection of nose rings. She shook her head and said no, adamant that there is no plate with more rings that she could show me. I told her I’ve been here plenty of times, even just about 3 months ago where the associates have pulled a plate out with more options on it, for me to look at. Her exact words were “I’ve been here for 3 years. There is no plate here. It’s whatever’s in the case.” I knew for a fact that she was lying because I’ve bought plenty of nose rings from Banter with each associate pulling the plate behind the counter out for me to see more rings. I asked Shayla when her manager would be in, and she told me “She’ll be here in the morning.” I asked what her name and the manager’s name was. She told me her managers name was Amanda. Before I left I asked her her name and manager’s name again and she took her pen out with an attitude and wrote both names at the top of my receipt. I do not appreciate being lied to or barely helped for that matter. Shayla’s customer service was terrible, she was very cold and had a nasty attitude. She did not greet me when I approached the counter (which I partly understood because she was helping someone) and even after the customer left, she STILL did not ask if I needed help or wanted to see anything that I was looking at on the counter. If she did not want to show me the plate she could have simply said she wasn’t allowed to take it out or any other reasonable response. But instead she chose to lie, and give me a nasty attitude when I asked to see more of a selection. I needed a new set of nose rings so I ended up choosing a set that I did not want. I would have gladly took my money elsewhere but Banter is the only place that I go to for pure gold rings as I am allergic to other materials and I can not find other quality rings in the area. I’ve spent a fair amount at Banter with usually exceptional help but tonight was horrible at best. I know they don’t give a damn but I will not be shopping here ever again going forward.

Me and my wife have always gone to this place since they have very affordable silver and gold pricing on all products we tend to purchase all warranty for our jewelry and so far this company delivers good service and affordability. Every time there has been an issue we just bring our stuff right back and get it fixed right away or replaced definitely worth the payment on warranty and services from this place. Will continue to shop here and definitely recommend to anybody who has not shopped here before.

Got one ear pierced ( I’m a guy) in November. The staff are friendly and have a lot of experience with general piercings. One of the two women have been piercing for 13 years. Very professional, allow you to get exactly what you come in for. I came back today without expecting to receive my second ear piercing in my right ear, but when my aunt got hers, I had to get mine too. Very well done, and handle people of all ages with care. Keep this shop in mall.

This was my first time ever ordering from this store. I ordered my item online for 2 hour pickup. Well I just went to the store and nobody is there to help me. The kiosk is shut down. Getting someone in customer service is even worse. If this is how business is conducted, I will never order from here again.

The manager here is dope! Shes like 10 employees alone while maintaining a great customer service. You go girl! I went there to fix something and I was impressed.

Rushed here with my sister from out of town because they close at 5p and we wanted to get my daughter’s ears pierced. We unloaded 6 kids ages 7 and ran through the mall with them to get there before they closed. We get there at 4:45p and asked if they would pierce my daughter’s ears and they said no, even though they were still open for another 15 minutes.They turned away business without a care in the world to the customer or the business.

Was charged double on one item and had a piece of glove stuck in my ear for several hours without my knowledge. The piercer made a comment on how the gun took a piece of his glove off yet neglected to inform me that it was stuck behind the earring backing. Unprofessional and disrespectful. The only reason Im giving this place 2 stars is because the piercing was fairly well done, but I will not rate it any higher due to the grief I experienced trying to get the piece of glove out. Will not be returning in the future.

I forgot her name, but she was EXTREMELY nice she was working on 1/25/2019 during the day shift. VERY patient, and even though I am not from Middletown, I WILL be coming back to this location to do business with her once I find out what her name is.
