Great service! Excellent work. Mag fixed my old tattoo that i got 20 years ago from somewhere else. He not only made it look brand new again but he made it look 10X better with adding his own details and stuff. Great place. Amanda was also very helpful and she does a great job piercing.

I was very satisfied with the tattoo Nick did for my daughter. He was percise and took his time! He was very friendly and made us feel at home while we waitedfor her tattoo to get done! I was also, very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop. I will definitely be back myself and spreading the word.

Came in last week to have my industrial re-pierced. Nick was amazing. He walked me through the entire process, thoroughly explained every step, and consistently checked on me after the piercing to make sure I was okay. Made light jokes in between each step, which if you’re the type of person to get nervous is perfect! The shop was super clean, and the staff was beyond friendly/welcoming. They offer a six month “warranty” with their piercings- any problems, if you lose a piercing ball etc, you can come right back in and they’ll help you no questions asked. Pricing was more than fair. 10/10 recommend.

Maybe its the oddly placed location on route 211, but Im willing to bet its the interesting character selection menu of staff members to choose from. Came here for my first tattoo. Mag was the person who tattooed me and he did a beautiful job. Him and his wife were very sweet and explained everything to me so I would know how to properly take care of my new tattoo. Will definitely be coming back for more.

My artist Anthony saw our vision and came up with a design that was perfect. The artwork was Clean and precise. His tattoo space was super clean . He made us super comfortable the entire time . We will be returning

The owner and his wife were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional with us. We took our 13 month old daughter to get her ears pierced, and the owner explained everything to us before, during, and after. They went above and beyond trying to keep everything clean and sterile, and we especially loved the teamwork.Even though my daughter was a hysterical mess and kicking the entire time, they were still gentle and professional and never lost their patience with her. We loved the friendly family vibe. Even though this was our first experience here, they treated us like friends or part of the family and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process.Id highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting a piercing!!

They are such nice and understanding people! I was pretty nervous going into the tattoo but as soon as I got there I had felt comfortable and relaxed. As well as the amazing support THEY HAVE AMAZING ART!!! The tattoo experience was great and Mag is an amazing artist and amazing with support especially if you need a break or even wanted some of his own ideas incorporated into the tattoo aswell.All in all this experience was SUPER AMAZING and I plan on coming back!!!

I went with my sister to get her Helix pierced and I could not recommend this place more!! We went to their brand new location which is extremely clean and spacious. Good vibes all around. Nick, Amanda and the owner were all incredibly kind and friendly, and each went out of their way to engage us in conversation. Nick did my sisters piercing and he was amazing! He got us comfortable on the couch, played music for us, and explained the whole process to my sister so she knew exactly what to expect. He was so outgoing and funny and had us laughing the whole time, which definitely seemed to make my sister less nervous about her piercing. Throughout the entire piercing process he seemed to take safety and cleanliness very seriously, and my sisters piercing turned out great! After the piercing, he explained and demonstrated in great detail the proper aftercare for her piercing to keep it clean. We truly had the best experience here and I can’t wait to go back and get a piercing myself!!

Very nice people, but I will also let my Tattoo from there speak for itself. $140 for the work. Price was decent if I had gotten a decent tattoo.

I am ashamed to say that after a year of living with a spotty tattoo that I have to leave a review like this. At Artistic Creations I met Nick Grand and had a pleasant relationship with him. After the shop split, when Nick left, I took a trip with a friend to their shop (Orange County Tattoo). Here I got my by far worst tattoo. I said nothing at the time hoping it will heal to perfection like I was told, yet it did not. This was 1 year ago today, since I have stopped communicating with Nick and I have since forgot about the experience (minus the terrible attempt at my creative idea and its permanent mark on my body). Tonight I got a DM on Instagram (where we used to communicate) saying hahaha blocked. Humoring how I have not communicated or taken a step into their shop. Very mature and professional... Since Im unable to give a 0 Star recommendation, the 1 star should do. Not only have they lost my business, they have lost every potential customer I could recommend.

Well I love this place, though I admit I may be a Lil biased, lol. Thanks for the reviews everyone, but as for any of the older ones from a few years ago, they do not reflect the studio now, we just cant get them removed. This is a completely different studio, new owner, new management, great vibes and great, clean work. Customer service and support is unmatched and the place is gorgeous. Definitely check it out for yourself. You will not be disappointed! Best in town!

Nick is amazing!!! Just got home from getting my nose pierced and I love it!!!Amanda is amazing as well!!! The first two times of going there she has pierced my ears and has been stretching them for me.The store is great and I heard they’re moving down the street. I’m so excited for them and their new store!! I’ve been taking my 7 year old daughter every time with me and they’re also amazing with her! They interact with her and actually hold a conversation with her more than they do me haha!They take safety and cleanliness very seriously at that store as well. So, Ive been contemplating on leaving this review or not. but ENOUGH is ENOUGH! Dont go here!!! They take your deposit and act like its your responsibility to contact the shop to see if your art is done. The woman with the red hair that was working on my piece does terrible work. So this was a blessing in disguise. If you know whats best stay away from her. Shes a SUPER MESSY person! The owner does great work, but not pleasant to talk to. I also find it beyond unprofessional to bash other customers in from off potential CLIENTS!!! I didnt have much of an encounter with the two younger staff members.. therefore, i cant speak on them.So if you want to give them free money, be talked about, and to see F Biden flags all over the shop.. This is the place to go.................................... NOTTTTT

Everyone here is so incredibly friendly and have become people that I consider to now be friends. Amanda is an amazing piercer and Mag is an amazing artist/tattooist. Nick, their apprentice, has been nothing but incredible to me and has been tattooing me since October. I couldn’t recommend this place more. everyone is just completely outstanding.

So, I just witnessed while I was getting my tattoo, a very ignorant customer who evidently got the inside ring finger on the palm .... he called to complain that the tattoo had faded almost completely. When the manager tried to explain that tattoos in that area are known to sometimes fade completely and were offering him a complete touch-up, this person wouldnt even hear what was being said.. rude and unnecessary. I have been a customer for well over a year, and I am completely satisfied with everything that I have had done with Orange County tattoo has been the most wonderful experience and 💯 guaranteed. I would recommend them for all piercing and tattoos.

I have spent dozens of hours, across many years having work done by mag, and his work is truly exceptional. He spent hours working on my knee where I have nerve damage, shaking uncontrollably, and he was able to hold my leg down and keep clean lines with no issues. Please don’t go here, my visit was horrible!When i got there, there was a bunch of little kids running around and screaming. in a tattoo shop. one was even playing with the jewelry that people buy, and it was all over on the floor and couches. the old lady in the front wasn’t very nice either. she was rude and with an attitude.when it comes to my piercing, i have no idea what happened. it was fine for the first couple of weeks, then it got infected. i went to them and it’s like they didn’t want to hear it. (once again it was that same older lady from before) my friend got her bellybutton pierced here too and it got infected as well. i also see other reviews on here saying the same thing.the dude who pierced me was nice and all but was super distracted by the little children running around. there was a lady getting tattooed in another room and there was a child in there too. the artist had to stop and start, stop and start every couple seconds because of the kid.the place was overall unprofessional, and my visit was not at all pleasant. If i could, i would give this no stars. i recommend to go somewhere else.

Do not have these people do your Tattoo !!! Nick seemed to be a newbe... i shoud have realized when he was late and complaining about no butter on his bagel before taking care of the customer it wasnt going to be good. It was a VERY simple tattoo.A Heart no bigger then 1 1/2 inside of ring ringer left hand He first positioned stencil upsidedown, and crooked. My outline now looks like Morse Code. The tattoo was only a week old on 2/12 today when i called i was now told by the manager it is an area that can fade easy. This is not my first nor my last tattoo, I will not go back, and if i can keep anyone going to this business it will please me greatly.

Nick was so accommodating and gentle when I got my baby’s ears pierced. They really are the best I would definitely recommend them for baby ears piercing.

My daughter and I came in for nose piercings . I thought it would be painful but it was not. Instead I felt pressure with the needle going in to pierce and it was completely fine. If you’re thinking about getting your nose pierced I would recommend Artistic Creations. Cassidy was the person who pierced us. She explained the maintenance and we also went home with aftercare instructions and piercing aftercare spray.

Would give this place a 0 but unfortunately im only permitted a 1. An establishment that permits this nasty behavior from their secretary someone who represents this Buisness image is so sad. The latina dark skinned frizzy haired human being was very nasty and cursing for no valid reason. So sad proper customer service etiquette is gone. Hope they teach this human being proper customer service.

Vanessa did my very first tattoo in Port Jervis, NY in 1993 & she did a great job. Tattoo still looks good after all these years. So glad she came to Middletown. Now her daughter is working in the shop with her. A very nice, warm and professional young lady! Prices are reasonable. Ive had two piercings done by her and follow-ups to check on my nose piercings were free! Theres a new young lady named Katy who is very talented. She did a tattoo on my daughter, and did a new nose piercing on me... she was very gentle! The jewelry there is awesome and so much to choose from! Hope your experience will be as good as mine😊!

Had a tattoo done here b4. The lady wasnt very nice, but the tattoo came out good. Now, every time I go in there for a tattoo, there is a reason why they cant do it. Mostly because they are unorganized and would prefer to play around with each other. I wasted 2 full days waiting around to see if they could get me in, and again.. they ask me to come back 2morro. NEGATIVE! Never going back here. Complete waste of my time!

Stopped by to get my ears pierced and had a really easy time. Only unpleasant thing about my visit was hearing the needle go through. Definitely will go here again if I want to get any other piercings.

Stopped by on my lunch break worked with Cassidy she was the BESTTTTTT!!! Friendly, reassuring, professional and I didn’t feel a thing when she pierced my belly, great energy here just feels nice and the folks are super friendly will return again for more piercings

This place is the best place Ive ever been too. Friendly, and always willing to help you create your fantasy in ink. They had no problem helping draw up something I had in mind. When I asked about sterilization, they offered up any information I asked about. NO NEEDLE is reused. Everything was taken out of packages in front of me. Ive also gotten every piercing there too. Always without complications or infection. With them its not about the money so much as making sure that were satisfied as customers. I immediately felt like family when I went in 10 years ago. And I always come back. Customer for life. I love this place!!!!!!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I got the triple forward helix piercings paid about $140. The middle piercing my body rejected. The other 2 did not heal properly, had a bump around each of them, even when I used the aftercare and aspirin paste they suggested. I finally decided to take it out after 3 months but the last one I was not able to do it myself, the ring was to tight on the ball. I told the gentleman there and he had a nasty attitude talking about o it is easy but if it was I would not have went to them. There was another young lady there who got the spectrum piercing and they did it wrong the first time and had to fix it. If they are professionals they should know what they are doing and have the attitude of professionals when someone goes back to get help with a piercing they did. Personally I would not go back there at all!!! A waste of a $140!!

Excellent service! went there about 3 months ago to get my cartilege pierced, costed about $50. they did a great job, informed me of things that i didnt know could happen such a bleeding from the piercing which i found out by the owner who had been piercing for over 20 years. my ear healed beautifully, especially with the special antibacterial piercing spray i was given. Very happy

Vanessa and her staff are truly amazing been coming to her for 18 years now and dispite now living 14 hours away I still get work done anytime I am in town. She always makes you feel like family.

I have gotten 2 tattoos from this shop and 4 piercings. I have had nothing but an amazing experience. Whenever I had a question, the staff was always more than willing to listen and give advice. They have always been friendly and knowledgeable.

I went in on Friday the 13th, got 3 tattoos, 2 of which are below my collarbones and are supposed to be identical, well let’s just say I’ll definitely be getting one of them covered up. The other tattoo I got was a lipstick with the #13 on it, the red in the lipstick is almost completely gone. Oh, and during all of this my tattoo artist (Cassidy) was fighting with her mom (the other tattoo artist). Piercings they’re good at, but I will NEVER go back for a tattoo. Now I have to pay another place to fix what Cassidy’s mistakes were.

Its been two years since I went here to get my Tragus piercing. Ive been other places and none of them have healed as nicely as the one I got done here. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a professional piercing.

I had an industrial piercing in my right ear done for my birthday last year and it was done amazingly healed perfectly they helped me through all of it! it was my first serious piercing and I will be going back there again!

I was looking to buy a nose hoop from them that was made of titanium. They 1. didn’t give me the size or gage i asked for. 2. were extremely unprofessional, asking why i couldn’t just use sterling silver (it’s a way lower quality metal) and 3. were overall rude. Would not return back

If you are thinking of getting your belly navel pierced here (DONT GO HERE AT ALL) I had my belly navel pierced here in January and I should say that they dont do the piercing right the needle looked like a tattoo needle and plus the piercing was above my belly navel not on it like a belly button piercing is suppose to look like on people. My belly button piercing was going ok at first but then it got infected with bloody red boils and bumps I looked on there website to see if there was any comments about infections that people had from this place and I read 100 comments saying that they pierced their belly navels with tattoo needles and not a belly navel needle I wanted to sue but my lawyer said that I have already sighed a paper saying that they are not responsible for anything. So I let my belly navel piercing close and it got all better except it left a scar but I use scar gel so the scar is gong away little by little. Dont ever go here to get a belly button piercing because if you do you will wind up in the hospital. BAD BAD BAD PLACE FOR PIERCINGS
