Had a great experience here getting a cartilage piercing. The place was clean and tidy. Will was super friendly and did a great job. He explained everything clearly and gave a ton of information about aftercare.

Friend just went in for lobes, tech seemed to want to rush us through. Didnt get to choose jewelry or receive any information on what type of metal was in the jewelry. A week later, both piercings were being enveloped by the ear (one actually had to be removed at an urgent care because it had gone completely inside the lobe, $$$). Went to have the other fixed by another shop, they swapped out the jewelry for titanium with a longer flat-backed post to fix the issue. Would avoid this shop in the future, not sure why the reviews are so good but this was our honest experience.

They never answer the phone nor they emails they just sending u paperwork nd not submitting ur information like they supposed to jokiesha gave me wrong email address now I’m stuck on hold for literally 8 whole hours is ridiculous as ever wen they close at 4 sumthing smh nobody here wants to do they jobs and are for helping the people in need smh it’s sad and unprofessional they need to throw all the workers away nd hire all new staff where’s is the mayor or someone who can help do something bout these lazy workers here smh

Not a fan of the location but the establishment is clean, and Will is very professional. Me and my Daughter got piercings together. I got the surface tragus while my daughter got the industrial. It was fast, almost painless for the tragus and explained everything to us. Yes I would visit here again, even recommend anyone looking to get pierced.

This place is so clean and fresh! Will is an absolute professional and really made sure I was comfortable and happy! The energy there was calm and welcoming (not many shops are)! There wasn’t talking between employees, the priority of both the artists was the client sitting in their chair! Absolutely would recommend to anyone interested in their services!

Great place to get pierced!! Will is GREAT at his job! He used to work @ (H&H) Hustling Hands, piercing there for years! So naturally when I heard he had his own shop I had to go check it out! Everything is with the up and coming styles, Will is on top of his game!Got a new piercing! I’m not going to lie it hurt a tiny bit!! Lol The shop was clean and had good vibes! Went there at 3:55pm just to sit outside ringing the door and calling over and over. No one came to the door or answered the phone.Crazy because I had called before I went there to make sure someone was there and they said it was. So unprofessional. If the shop was closed for a break or something, turn the sign off and put something on the door letting customers know you’ve stepped out. I waited 15 mins before leaving.

I want to give a shoutout to Will for doing his thang on my septum piercing🔥 I was kinda nervous in the beginning but he was so chill and comforting so everything went smooth and the piercing didn’t even hurt😉. I’ll def be back.

He made us feel super comfortable and made sure everything was clean and good to go. He took care of my friend when she almost passed out and got her water, making sure she was okay. He was super sweet!

I highly recommend this place. I went here for nipple piercing and as we all know it’s suppose to be the most pain but my pain was like a 0 out of 10. Will is who did my piercing he so cold at it I mean pain less y’all it was over in a blink of an eye wish I would’ve found them long time again for other piercings.

Got my nose re - pierced today by Will and he was good at everything! I Originally didn’t get it pierced by him and he informed me about what I was doing wrong before. My piercing was done by Brandi and she is absolutely amazing she is so sweet and absolutely beautiful and professional she takes her time listened to what I was thinking about doing and gave me her recommendation for the piercing and placement and she completely walked me through the process and was super quick and I was so excited and love my Marilyn piercing and she did my best friend right after she did mine and we both love it definitely will be going back to her for the rest of the piercings I want to get.

The prices for piercings were cheap, the jewelry was very high quality, the tattoo artist was very talented, and the piercer was quick, and she made it relatively painless. 15/10 would def recommend.
