I recently had a fantastic experience at RejuveCare Medical Spa & Clinic for tattoo removal, and I couldnt be more pleased with the results and service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by their attentive staff who made me feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout the entire process.The clinic itself is pristine and well-equipped, giving me confidence in their professionalism and expertise. The technician who performed my tattoo removal was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the procedure, ensuring I felt informed and at ease.What impressed me most was the effectiveness of the treatment. After just a few sessions, I noticed significant fading of my tattoo, which was exactly what I had hoped for. I have been coming to Rejuvecare for over a year for laser hair removal. Everyone is so kind and attentive to my needs. Nurse Natalie is so skilled and knowledgeable at what she does and I’m so appreciative of her attention to detail to my specific needs, especially as someone who is mixed race. I fully trust her with my needs and I’m definitely going to be a long-term client!

Getting a tattoo removal is never fun, but these guys go above and beyond to ensure Im as comfortable as possible. They are so friendly and always offer a warm smile.

Came in with a Botox touch up. Let the provider know that there was a budget. After my touch up I ended up spending $500. Bummer is, we agreed on $350. Pretty sure I will not be going back. Nor, will I ever recommend them.Too bad Shelly wasnt still here.

RejuveCare is amazing. The place is clean, classy and all of the staff are super sweet! Abbey did the Halo Co2 laser on my face to help with my acne scarring and hyperpigmentation and she did an amazing job.I am very pleased with the whole experience and now want to try everything they have to offer.

Dr Neely does a great job. Ive been to the clinic 3 times for disport and havent had any issues. He does the perfect amount of product for what I want. He has great nurses and another doctor he works along side. Ive also had some of his students help and he does a great job guiding them so they learn and Im still happy with the results.

I go here for tattoo removal, great service, always quick and easy and a very friendly and welcoming environment!

Nurse Abbey is wonderful to be treated by! She is knowledgeable and shares so well, that it’s comfortable to ask her questions and feel assured that I’m receiving the best care for me. What’s more is that I feel so comforted by her presence and happy whenever I see her and have been in her care.

New owner Dr. Neely is creepy and unprofessional. Women, beware.Posting this on behalf of my friend who is too creeped out to post herself.Dr. Neely pulled her cellphone number off her medical chart, without her consent, and texted her a personal text unrelated to her procedure, at night from his personal cell number.Again, it was not about her procedure. And she only provided her cell number on her MEDICAL intake form.That might be okay in California, but it’s not here in Montana.Avoid this guy and this clinic and choose someone who has a long standing reputation in our community.

15+ stars before, 2 stars for new owner.I don’t care for the new owners. I’ve been coming to Rejuvecare for over 7 years and have been very happy with the care Shelley, the old owner, gave me. I’m older and have worked outside all my life & never really “took care” of my skin, a little late to the game😉, but the staff was very helpful. I have several medical conditions that have created a very sensitive dermis on my face. In the past, they have been very helpful and very professional and understanding. I recently went for my first appointment since new ownership and won’t be back. First, the wait time was ridiculous, over 30 mins. The Botox tx was thee most painful I have ever experienced. The tech, which I later found out was one of the new owners, didn’t take the time to read my file or know my history, she just blazed ahead and then blamed me for not telling the receptionist about my conditions on the way in! I think that after buying a long established business the new owner would take the time(that’s what i thought the long wait was about) to read up on old clients and know a bit of their history. I will not be back.

The moment I walked in I was treated like a vip client, this clinic has the amazing and friendliest staff! Kristina in the front desk greeted me with a warm and friendliest smile as new client. I tried first there famous hydrafacialn and Cassidy did an amazing job, she made sure I feel comfortable, well trained and expert with Hydrafacial that made me feel so refresh and I had instant glowy skin. In my 2nd and 3rd visits had an opportunity to met Shelly the lovely owner of this clinic, and shes super nice to me, she gave me the B12 injection and revive healthy vitamins IV solution. Im impressed as I never feel any discomfort at all, shes very skilled and knowledgeable about the services she offered in her clinic. Of course I came back and try the clear and brilliance laser treatment with Laura, this clinic never fail to impress me again as Laura is so friendly and super nice, shes knowledgeable and skilled. I had minimal downtime and had a fresh, smooth bright skin after few days. I highly recommend this clinic, they offered many services, skin and wellness, you dont have to look anymore. You should go in RejuveneCare if you want excellent services, amazing staff and beautiful clean clinic.

I got my brows laminated by Cassi and it was such an enjoyable experience!! Not only did she do an excellent job and leave me w brows I’m super happy with, but she’s also a lovely person to chat with! The spa itself has a great vibe and I will definitely be going back! 10/10 recommend!

I went to Rejuvecare to get a CO2 laser scar diminishing treatment. I had this ugly scar and thankfully there are treatments out there that can help. The office visit was outstanding! Dr. Neely and I got to chat while the numbing cream took effect. He is passionate about medicine, culture, and business, and I got a sweet book recommendation. . When the time came, he lasered the living daylights out of my scar. It was like a scene out of a movie. Definitely something I’ve never experienced before. I’m looking forward to seeing how the collagen matrix in the scar reformulates into healthy, better looking skin.

I finally decided to jump in and get lashes extensions! I was nervous about the process and maintenance. Cassidy absolutely is amazing. She explains the whole process and takes her time, is so gentle and gives me amazing results. She doesnt just want good results she wants to make sure my natural lashes are being maintained! She is so flexible with my schedule and makes getting them filled a breeze!! Recommend over and over!!!!!

If you are looking for a wonderful atmosphere with very friendly and professional staff for skin care this is definitely the office to go to. They take time to explain everything they feel that would be of benefit to your skin, but don’t pressure you in any way. Their pricing is very competitive and run frequent specials . I️ have gone to Laura and will continue to schedule my appointments there as long as I️ am within 100 miles of this office !!

I had a hydrafacial done by Cassidy, she was extremely polite and professional the entire time & so was the front desk associate that checked me in and out. The facial itself was amazing, Cassidy checked in multiple times to ensure my comfort throughout the session and was very knowledgeable about skin care questions and recommendations. It was crazy to see all of the oils and stuff that came out of my face during the session. My face hasnt felt/looked this good in a long time and I will for-sure be coming back for another one. I highly recommend this service especially if your face has been breaking out more like mine has due to wearing a mask all day. Thanks ladies! See you soon

I get tattoo removals for military purposes and although it’s very painful I always look forward to going again because the team is so very welcoming and friendly. Definitely worth every penny and will come back for other treatments after my tattoos are gone. Highly recommend!!!

Cassidy Hartford is a professional, knowledgeable, and caring esthetician. Ive seen her twice now for eyelash tinting and eyebrow waxing. She is thorough and efficient. Her kind and calm manner sets the stage for a pleasant experience. Her office space is very clean and the whole staff takes necessary precautions to keep patients healthy.
