Went down to the mall looking for some new chains and left very satisfied. Amit, the person at the counter helped me out immensely. Amit was very knowledgeable and inciteful to my needs and interests.I left with exactly what I wanted. I will definitely make more purchases thru Banter. I also recommend asking for Amit because of his friendly demeanor and knowledge base. he was very patient with my indecisiveness as well.

Called to see if my bracelet was under warranty, was greeted over the phone with laughter. I said “hello is this Banter” with more laughter he’s says “yaaa” I said that’s how you answer a business call? I hung up. I tried to call back to get someone else and ignored my calls. Rude rude rude! I know it’s some jewelry kiosk and maybe they hate their job but I guess I’ll never get my bracelet fixed……

Young women attended me with a bad attitude, after waiting almost 10 minutes because she was attending another customer but She never asked myself what I need, then she started to attend someone else and I kindly told her that I was first waiting she answered me in a bad way and I told my wife that’s not a good customer service she gave me a bad attitude so I better prefer to leave and never come back again.

Took my lady here for a piercing. They let me watch. Very professional and didnt look painful. Thinking about getting one myself.

Its was a nice place me and my daughter got a silver chain its was so nice.Thank you great item 👍
