Great staff really nice and clean shop my wife came in for some new piercings and the staff was very patient helpful with her questions and while we were here i decided to add to my sleeve and Goldie was great she has light hands and time just flew by with my flash tat it. came out perfect … straight lines and solid colors definitely looking forward to getting more ink here thank you again Esperanza Ink 🤘🏼

I have been following this page for a while and after seeing a special run by one of their artists for lettering I decided to take a leap and get my first tattoo!I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Booking was simple and easy, there was great communication in regards to the appointment and what the process would be like, upon arriving everyone was super friendly and the check in process was fast and easy. I was able to have numbing cream applied which hasn’t been available at other shops I reached out too which was a major plus. I have a tendency to pass out both from anxiety and from pain but Ray was very kind, patient, and understanding with me for the entire process.Any other client probably could have been done faster but I wanted numbing cream and needed a short break half way through (I got dizzy accidentally honestly didn’t even realize holding my breath 😅) but he didn’t seem to be bothered at all and made sure I was okay and comfortable throughout the entire process which I appreciated because I wasn’t made to feel like I was being a burden or dramatic!I already have a few more pieces in mind and willdefinitely be back to get more pieces done by Ray!First picture is what I asked for, second is what I got and I couldn’t be happier!

This place has many talented artist. I went in with Josh to get a stitch tattoo dedicated to my son and he did an amazing job. Recently I went in with Elisea because I wanted to get my left helix and third lobe done and she was so amazing she kept me calm and talked to me so I wouldn’t focus on how nervous I was! I love how my new piercings came out and I loved the fact I was able to do a walk in.I will definitely stick to her when I decide I want another piercing.

I called twice I spoke with a very professional person what gave me directions that were easy to follow although the person I had set the appointment for didnt follow through I could just tell from the mannerism and the respect that was given this would be a great place,so now Im looking forward to getting a tattoo and piercing for my self

Super friendly atmosphere especially for those getting their first tattoo. Every artist is knowledgeable and helpful. For the quality of work, the prices are more than fair.do yourself a favor and it your tattoo here, you won’t be sorry.

Everyone was so kind here and it is super clean! Jovan did my tattoo and he was very attentive to details and how I wanted to my placement to be. He was open to making the changes I needed and communicated with me the whole process. My tattoo is gorgeous and it’s a piece of CA I will take home with me. I would recommend anyone to come here! Ive gotten a piercing here not too long ago and I love it, I needed to get my eyebrow redone and they were able to help me with it. So nice with the whole procedure and everything. Tattoo artists are also very kind and understanding and making sure you are well during your tattoo. Will come again FOR SURE!!

So I went here a while ago but it was my first tattoo so it will always be sentimental to me. Much love to this tattoo shop for making my experience amazing. My best friend and I got matching tattoos as soon as we were 18 and now a few years later it’s still my most complimented piece.

Been here twice now and got both tattoos done by John, wonderful guy. Both visits have left me feeling great after getting them done. Definitely gonna swing by here more often!

I came here for the first time as a walk in and got tattooed by Goldie. Everyone is really nice and accommodating. The second time I came to get pierced by Elisea. She did my septum and navel piercings. She’s amazing and explains the healing process so well. :))) I will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely love the vibe in there. From the moment I made a phone call. Great customer service to the moment I arrived. I definitely would return. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve been coming here and getting tattooed by Jovan for my last few tattoos and I couldn’t be happier. Great artist and great shop.

I consulted Elisea about getting my navel re-pierced after it rejected. She provided me with lots of great, well-detailed information about what to do about my scar and recommended waiting until my scar goes down. Unlike other piercers I have messaged, Elisea was super polite and helpful in wanting me to figure out what to do in order to let me have my navel re-pierced again in the future. Cant wait to visit the shop when the scar heals up!! :)

I normally never write reviews, but I really wanted to give esperanza ink tattoos their props for their amazing customer service! Jovan covered up my tattoo and did an exceptional job!! Will definitely make him my tattoo artist for any other tattoos I’m getting in the future. Highly recommend this place!!

I had a walk in today with I believe his name was Michael I could be mistaken. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming I felt so comfortable and valued. I will definitely be coming back for more tattoos.
