From the moment we called them to ask some questions they were nice. Very polite and they make you feel right at home. I had Luciano as an artist and it was a great experience. Great artist! Never been to such an upbeat, friendly parlor as this one. Amazing. Great artists who helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Had my first ever tattoo from Leo who is one of the tattoo artists! The best first experience with tattooing I could’ve had, Leo first of all is out of this world talented and the details they fit in were insanely well done. I was nervous but quickly realized how professional Leo is and felt calm by their presence! They got the concept of my tattoo and helped bring it to life exactly how I wanted it pictured in my mind. The tattoo came out STUNNINGLY beautiful and i made the right choice coming to this shop. Beautiful decor and rlly good music too. Super professional yet comfortable and cool, and has the NICEST people ever working there.

I just got my memorial tattoo done here last Wednesday. Great vibes from the businesss decor to the people working there. My artist was Anna and she was amazing. Great bedside manner and she was really receptive to what I was looking to get. Shes got great hands, gets the job done without being heavy handed. If youve got a thing for dad jokes, look no further than the funny man Dan who was sitting at the front desk! Im posting what my tat looked like before it was completed but once it heals Ill post the final product!

I got all my best tattoos at Victory! Everyone is super nice and its super queer friendly. They always use the right pronouns for me. Ive brought several friends to get tattoos here and my sisters gonna get her first tattoo done here. Its a super safe environment

An amazing studio with even more amazing artists!! The tattoo I added was done by Dilan, he did an amazing job and I had the best tattoo experience Ive ever had. But I can also say that all of the other artists are also so friendly and awesome. I havent personally met the owner, but from what I know they are very nice as well! I cant recommend any place more than Victory tattoo, just all around so amazing!!!!!

I love my two tattoos from Anna at Victory Tattoo and highly recommend going to her. I impromptu got a fri the 13th flash sheet tat from her (something I’d wanted for a long time but never found the right image) in the fall when I walked by the Bushwick studio she was working out of at the time. I loved it and wanted to go back for more ink from her.I visited her at Victory for The Kieth Haring apple 🍎 , which looks EXACTLY like the sticker version of it; so so good. I get so many compliments on both of the tattoos and love them so much. The color turned out great and she touched them up 3 weeks later to ensure full saturation. Both healed nicely.I will be returning to Anna again. She is kind, professional, very meticulous and talented. She’s open to doing whatever designs you want; but Bonus points if you’re into cartoons, anime, creepy things, etc, as she has a lot of fun with those sorts of designs.The prices are fair and the studio is sunny, cozy, clean & easy to get to.

First reached out to Morrigan a few months back for my first set of tattoos (matching ones on each arm) been on the fence for years but finally decided to get something done. Was a tad nervous as a first timer, but they were absolutely fantastic both leading up to and during the initial session (and touch up session), and the shop was an absolute vibe. Even stopped by to visit when I’ve been in the neighborhood and it’s always super chill. Morrigan is definitely my go-to artist. ☺️

I had a wonderful experience at Victory! In addition to being very clean and orderly, the vibe is welcoming and comfortable. I got two pieces done with Vamp Stamps and they were excellent to work with. I felt like I was in really good hands for crafting the pieces perfectly in terms of placement, size, and detailed line work. Vic was also in while I was getting work done and they made the experience all the more comfortable. They offered me some water and snacks to keep my blood sugar up and we all had great conversation throughout the appointment too. I’m really looking forward to going back next time I’m in the city!

Ive been going to the artist Morrigan for years, Im so glad to see them in a shop in Manhattan! They are so incredibly talented, they have a delicate hand, crisp lines, deep, rich colors, and amazing, queer designs. Theyve also done outstanding work with the projects Ive brought to them. The shop was clean, the furniture comfortable, and I felt so at ease. Cannot recommend enough!

Seraphim was a real angel! Definitely worked above and beyond the call of duty by accommodating my request for white ink and designing the tattoo to my specifications. I wanted something that will eventually look like a real scar, and this worked wonderfully! That said, my more conventional ink from them looks incredible 2+ years out. Come work with them for fake scar or mole tattoos!!!!

Went in for my first piercing today, the staff there is so welcoming and friendly. You can tell when people really care about their work and this place is one of them, I would highly recommend coming to this place for your first tattoo/piercing, they take really good care of you and make yourself feel comfortable, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Really nice people here. My girlfriend stopped in looking to replace an earring. The piercing specialist wasn’t in to size the hole, but the two tattoo artists were as helpful as they could be and were more than happy to provide guidance.

I have 3 tattoos from Victoria! 2 from her NJ location and 1 from NY location. This shop I really like. The atmosphere and people around make the tattooing experience enjoyable. Victoria herself is an amazing artist that wont just settle for anything. Having an idea is one thing she is very helpful in finding perfect location, shading, size ect. . She is very thoughtful and selfless in making sure your time in her shop is worth it and she does it with a smile! Go here get some ink and thank me later

One of the best Tattoo experiences I ever had in my life. I had an art at All Street, the gallery next-door, and they were able to tattoo my logo perfectly right then and there. I decided to get a piercing on a whim with a friend when I visited new york and this was the closest shop to us at the time, and what a stroke of luck! I got my nose pierced by Dilan and it was the most amazing experience. I was extremely nervous as it was my very first piercing, and Im a wuss when it comes to pain so I teared up a little and he didnt make me feel ashamed at all! He was super nice and sweet, and generally a cool guy. We got to talking about anime and art in general and it was a great convo. My piercing has been healing nicely and it looks so good! I will most definitely be coming back for more! The vibes are great and things are super clean and sanitized. Truly a 5 star experience.

Morgan is a friggen surgeon with those needles. Their line work was no less than astonishing, and I cant wait to go back and get colored in. A+ no notes.

Me and my boyfriend visited for walk in tattoos this week, not having known anything about this place beforehand.Not only were the staff great and welcoming but theyre also incredible artists who made beautiful tattoos for the both of us. Safe to say wed gladly trust these people our skin another time we go to NYC.

Easily my favorite tattoo shop in the city; Morrigan has been my artist for a while now and I love their work, Vic’s work, Jules’ work, and the way Vic runs the place. Tattoo shops have a reputation for a really intimidating, macho atmosphere and that is just not at all how Vic runs things. Big fan.

Vic is the most amazing tattoo artist I’ve met. Very educational about everything she was using and doing and made me feel comfortable. Her design skills are beautiful and was very gentle and quick. The overall atmosphere in the shop feels like you’re hanging out with cool friends and their piercer is a really funny, bubbly person too who helped me with a messed up bridge piercing. Not to mention their prices are the best in the area for that quality. 100/10 will be returning and soon 🖤

Vin, the owner sets a standard of excellence while allowing the space for creative freedom. My 26 year old son was hit and killed by a drunk driver. This tattoo was personal. Therefore it had to be the right place and the right artist. The tattoo artist Dilon was hand picked by God. This entire experience exceeded my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend Victory!!!

This place rules. Got inked by Morgan, who was so lovely and sweet and communicative. The vibes are awesome and welcoming, and I felt really taken care of - we repositioned my stencil a few times to make sure placement was perfect, and i walked out feeling like my hottest most badass self.

Honestly, if I could give more stars I would. Best tattoo parlor ever, I’ve gotten two tattoos from here, both from Morgan and Jules. Theyre both amazing at their job, and the atmosphere is calm and doesn’t induce anxiety at all. I got a chest tattoo, and was super anxious but as the appointment went on, it died down and I was left with excitement for my tattoo. My other tattoo is a arm tattoo and jules kept checking in on me to make sure I was doing okay and if I was feeling alright. I would def return for the vibes and tats :)

Getting a tattoo here was my favorite part about my trip to NYC. I was passing by the shop and stopped to look at all the flash on their door. Vic and Strawberry came out to talk, and next thing you know I had a super sick tattoo on my arm. They were really accommodating and even got my partner in for a tattoo the next day. The artists are all really talented and everyone is super nice! Thank you for making my first tattoo a memorable experience!

The vibes are always great in the NYC shop. Feels like Im hanging out with friends every time I get a piece done here. Not typical scary tattoo shop at all which is a plus especially for new comers. The artistry in this shop is most impressive. Highly recommend!

Went in, not really sure what I wanted. I was greeted by knowledgeable & friendly but chill artists (tattoo AND piercing!) who were super helpful. They have a gumball machine deal where you can do 1 spin for $100 or 2 spins $175 and get 1 or two flash tattoos, respectively. I swear, that machine is clairvoyant because I got the dopest dancing skeletonNot to mention, the space is so pleasing. Black & grey walls donned with art (by shop owner Vic) in vintage and baroque frames. Whole vibe, experience & work is *chefs kiss*

Highly recommend this new addition to third st ! The shop staff was warm & welcoming, the shop was beautifully decorated and super clean . Vic Tamian (tattoo artist) works quickly and efficiently when tattooing, probably the gentlest & fastest tattoo experience I’ve had ! And she has the kindest demeanor. 10/10
