I recently visited AG2G Tattoo Removal and was impressed by the professionalism and care provided by the owners, Monica and German. They took the time to thoroughly explain the tattoo removal process and provided detailed instructions for aftercare. The facility was exceptionally clean and well-organized, making me feel comfortable and confident in their services.

Highly recommend! The customer service is excellent and the area is well-kept. German has been helping me with two laser tattoo removals, and hes done a great job keeping me informed and comfortable. Please remember that this is a journey rather than an instant solution/ overnight fix.

Great service. Pay for what you get. They work with you and your needs. Just communicate with them. I got tattoo removal on a finger. And I got pigment from a nail that was fully black removed and is now clearing up completely. Great people. It’s nice to see the journey and progress of your treatment which they will show you. They can also provide you with a letter indicating that you are getting treatment in case you need it for work etc.picture is after 7 treatments. Keep in mind finger tattoos take longer to remove

Tattoo removal - my dermatologist recommended I look for a picosure laser place which is what ag2g uses. Be prepared it is very painful (hurts a lot more than getting the tattoo, but at least each session is very quick) also takes a few sessions to start seeing results. At first I was worried it wasn’t working but after a few sessions the tattoo is maybe 75% faded. I was hoping for 8-10 sessions but looks to end up more like 12-14 sessions. It is not cheap but also not overpriced - the price is comparable to other professional places. Also once it gets to the final stage they reduce the price to encourage you to finish. Nice husband & wife team, good communication and professional treatment. I recommend.

Had to come a second time, they did amazing. Im in for my last session and they are making sure that my tattoo will be fully gone after this visit by doing two rounds in one!! They know what they are doing and they do it so well. Thank you SO much AG2G!!!!

OMG! This place is amazing! Let me start with the cleaning, they are on point with the space and machines at the spa. Second let’s talk about the customer service, from the moment you book the appointment and meeting in person, they are very professional and knowledgeable about their products and services. And trust me I’m very picky. Lastly their services are the best their laser treatment is really good, I paid for just one section, but after my first section, I booked. Whole package and I’m so happy I did. I also recommend this place to a friend which, she is also so satisfied as well. Overall guys give this place a chance and you would not regret it. After a lot of research and consultations I decided to go here for my tattoo removal. My goal was to fade the tattoo Enough for a decent cover up and I couldnt be more pleased. I was very cautious because not all lasers are designed for dark skin / people of color and even my dermatologist said that the type of laser at Ag2g was what I should be looking for. Great location, extremely professional and very affordable. Highly recommend!

Book an appointment with German Hernandez for a consultation for a tattoo removal, Mr, Hernandez Explained to me the process of removing the ink from my body, and how the ink will disperse my body. He explain to me how to take care for my tattoo removal. The prices where amazing.. the service was a little painful but Dr. Hernandez made a super fun super understanding. The experience was amazing! It’s a small and quiet office, which I like and Monica and German are very attentive. German did a great job at explaining each step of the process to me, as well as providing information on how to take care of my skin after the laser. After each session I saw tremendous progress. In about 5 session my tattoo was very close to gone! I would recommend coming here to anyone how wants to get a tattoo removed.

I went into this establishment on sat Feb 4/23 for paint removal on my face. The female employee said contact me with any concerns and I did a few hours later at 8:50 pm before the business closed. I felt that she intentionally didnt use the same amount of laser energy to make it necessary to come back for another treatment. I took a pic and sent it to her phone after she requested that I do so.Once she received the pic she said that isnt from today. I then proceeded to take another pic with a piece of paper with the date and time next to my face. She text me back and said come in Tuesday Feb 7/23rd.I came in there today Feb 7 2023 and she was acting like I did something wrong. Saying well it fades differently at different point. I stated that she didnt use the same amount of energy throughout the whole session. Finally I was asked to leave by the husband after I said she was a liar. She is a liar and the husband just allowed it. He can see the picture from the previous day and didnt correct the situation.If you want go go to an establishment where they will try to cheat you out your money then this is the place. Good luck

Came for tattoo removal on my lower eye and they ended up accidentally doing it on my eyebrow. They did give me the session for free but very unprofessional as they ended up using the laser in places it wasn’t supposed to be used. Would not recommend due to unprofessionalism.

Excellent service. I went to remove residue and ombré-brows. Very professional, they explained the procedure and what could happen after the laser session. They gave me very good ointment to hydrate the area! Very pleased with the work and the excellent results!!!! 100% recommended!!!

I went to another place and it hasnt been erased since I found this place and I went to the first appointment to erase it. I started to see the change in several sections of the tattoo.
