This was my first time at Dr. Laser and everyone made me feel so special! I was super nervous for my tattoo removal especially because it’s on the bigger side, but Stella made sure I felt more than comfortable. Definitely gonna be my requested esthetician from now on. Taj booked me and was so personable on the phone, she’s so sweet! She was so transparent and went through everything regarding pricing as well as working very well with my budget, I got the 10 pack to start with. Everyone greeted me with open arms and the atmosphere is lovely, can’t wait until my next session.

The location is great, and the business is stylish, has coffee and tea, and is always very clean and smells and looks the part! My experience with Sadie was LIFECHANGING. She is by far the most professional and knowledgeable person I have ever received a treatment from. I am always a little skeptical to try somewhere new, but a coworker recommended services with Sadie. She was patient with me, answered all of my questions and really took the time to make sure that I was comfortable. Prices were fairly priced which didnt break the wallet, was definitely a plus to have affordable options for self care.

I freaking love this place! I’m in the process of having my tattoo removed and I’m also working on hyperpigmentation problems. I’ve been treated so kindly from my first day here and I have to give my gratitude to the entire staff. Especially TAJ at the front desk and STELLA & MOLLY ! I’ve been getting Botox with Jules for a few months now, and couldn’t be happier!. She’s honest about what to expect and doesn’t go overboard, which I love. I just had PRP and microneedling with her, and she made it virtually pain-free and easy.With her knowledge as a licensed nurse practitioner, she answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly and concisely. I trust her and feel like I’m in the most competent hands. I’m excited to see the results, after all three sessions are done!!

I’ve had PRP microneedling done with Stella several times and she’s the best. She’s always very attentive and careful when drawing my blood for the PRP. I’ve seen amazing results with reducing my skin texture and hyperpigmentation - really helps with post acne scars. Would definitely recommend!

Awful customer service, they cancel my laser appointment an hour before. I showed up once and they said my appointment was canceled, but never called or texted me. They have done this multiple times after I laid out a lot of money for the laser sessions. Do not waste your money here .

I made an appt. For cool sculpting and on the day before the appointment they canceled because aesthetician went home sick and probably wouldnt be in the next day. So we rescheduled for the next week, for less session than I originally booked...somehow now it wasnt a good idea to get 4 sessions in a sitting, but when I originally booked -it was fine. Moved my dinner meeting to coincide with treatment...I dont live in NYC so killing two birds with one stone. The day of my new appt. They called to cancel because someone walked in with money in hand and wanted more treatments. So I was canceled to accommodate another person who walked in with money in hand. I on the other hand have already paid in full($3200) and cannot get them to honor my appointments. They did offer.my a facial and then a cool.sculpt on my chin- both of which I never wanted or needed. I booked and paid for the areas I wanted or needed. They hung up on me repeatedly and wouldnt give me the corporate address nor would they refund my money. Let me be clear I NEVER got the opportunity to step foot in the place. But they had thousands of money for weeks- without any honored appointment times. Save your money go to someplace reputable that wont try to steal your hard-earned money and TIME. Taj the supposed store manager was not helpful and rude. If a Zero score was available that is what I would give Dr. Laser. Luckily, my credit card company(Chase-recommend them highly) refunded the money for services I never received and I did not have to get an attorney involved.

Ive been coming here for a year and Ive had such an amazing experience every time. The space is bright and clean. Lexi is always so helpful, patient and sweet at the front desk the minute you walk in. I see Stella for laser and she is so great. I’ve been coming here for Coolsculpting for about 2-3 years now and have had such an amazing experience with Lindsay at the front desk, as well as Kya and Kim. I always feel like Kim genuinely cares about my goals and is honest about what would be effective for me, even if that meant I wouldn’t get a procedure done.That said, the last time I was here I had such a terrible experience that I vowed never to return. I have been getting one large applicator across the lower abdomen for the entirety of my time with Dr Laser. Stella took me back for Coolsculpting and tried to convince me the others had no idea what they were talking about and that she knew what was best (which meant using two applicators). I initially overlooked this and thought it was possible that two smaller applicators would work well now that I’ve got less fat in the area. Then, mid-cycle, Stella returned and stood in the corner of the room, staring at her phone. After a few minutes, she turned to me and asked “Hey, can you do me a favor? Can you write me a review?”. I thought it was odd, but I tried to look past it. The last straw was when Stella repeatedly came into my room to try to pressure me into buying a lot more cycles. I was told I need at least seven more cycles, which seemed really odd to me because this far into the process, even I knew that it’s hard to tell how many more cycles would be necessary because the body processes things at different rates. I said no and told her I bought a house recently using savings and was also unemployed at the time. Stella said that’s fine and that she understood, but soon after brought the receptionist (I think her name was Allie) in to try to coerce me into getting cycles under a payment plan because that’s what “all [her] clients do” and it’s “super affordable”. But if I have no income, it doesn’t matter if the monthly payment is $1 or $500, I can’t afford it. Their attempts to pressure me took up an hour more than I’d ever needed for an appointment. I finished up my last two cycles and I thought that was that. My assumption was that’s the experience I’ll have here at Dr Laser moving forward, no more welcoming front desk or caring technicians.I only returned to this establishment today after at least six months after I explicitly told the person who reached out to me that I would only return if I could see Kim. Thanks to Kim, my experience today was entirely different and it made me feel compelled to say something because I realized that was a bad experience with just two people out of all the amazing people who work here. Also, I worry about how others could have been pressured into taking out loans or buying cycles they did not want, and how many of the reviews here that speak highly of Stella and the receptionist are simply because they asked those who came in to write something nice about them.

I’ve been coming to Dr Laser for monthly laser rejuvenation facials for more than a year now. I never thought I’d be the kind of person who had monthly facials, but Kim is so good—and so relaxing! She is so knowledgeable about skin (and I suffer from hyperpigmentation and eczema), and I trust her with my face, which is noticeably more firm, even, and very glowy. My monthly appointment has become the self care that I need and look forward to every month. And Lexi makes it so easy for me to book: she lets me know when there’s a promotion so I can enjoy this luxury without breaking the bank. I highly recommend Kim as a facialist, and Lexi is awesome.

I’ve been here a few times cause it’s in my neighborhood so convenience is a plus. I’ve gotten two laser facials here and have started getting laser hair removal on my upper face. The latest appointment left some of my eyebrow hairs singed - the follicles are still there but they’re wonky and I’m afraid my only recourse is to pluck these wonky hairs out, which will affect the shape of my brows. The process was pretty quick, which I appreciate, but I don’t want to trade speed for carelessness. I called regarding a refund, which they don’t do, but was able to work with them to swap treatments. Though the laser hair removal experience fell short, they did their best to remedy the situation. Overall I’d say the customer service I received was good.

I had the best experience at Dr Laser, which i attribute to their lovely staff; specifically Lexi and Jules. During my visit to Dr. Laser in Chelsea, Tajs demeanor was shockingly rude and unprofessional when I approached her for information about laser hair removal. Not only did she dismissively brush off my questions, but she also pressured me into purchasing a package immediately, insisting that if I didnt buy it right then, I wouldnt be able to purchase it in the future. Her aggressive sales tactics and lack of respect for my concerns left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. Please retrain your sales staff.

I’ve been coming here for years and unfortunately the service has gone significantly down in the last few months. When Lexi was at the desk everything was courteous and organized. There is now a new girl at the desk (Taj?) and she has not only ignored my requests to book with certain providers, she also has double booked providers multiple times so I’m sitting waiting for an hour. Today I called because there was an issue in the subways and shared I would be a bit behind and was responded to with the strangest attitude from someone who is a representative of the company (as if me being stuck underground was something I was planning?)The biggest issue I had with Taj was she called me and seemed almost mad at me that I didn’t want to buy a services from her and only asked for an appointment when she called - then she booked me and didn’t ask any preliminary questions so when I sat with Kim, Kim had to tell me that I couldn’t be helped that day because I’m on antibiotics. Why are they not asking when scheduling me or when I’m sitting in the lobby for an HOUR?!Sad to see this business go so far downhill

I went to Dr Laser a few weeks ago, and it took me a long time to write this review contemplating if I should really express how this turned out, I had second-degree burns from the aesthetician work , now I have to go to a plastic surgeon to fix my face. I would never recommend this place to anybody not even my enemies.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience here.I really wanted to like this place, given that they had discount on groupon as well as some promotions.TAJ - however, ruined my experience.I just want to share here so that they hire a better receptionist. I usually don’t write bad reviews, so hope this goes a long way.1. DISHONEST PRACTICEShe sold me CoolSculpt without telling me the negative side effects. I only found out that night that there are potential severe side effects. When I called to cancel, they said they don’t accept refund (beware), and that they dont accept refund but can change to other products.2. UNORGANIZED SCHEDULINGEvery time I visit, I always have to wait 5-10minutes. That’s fine, but today I had to wait 30 minutes. No apologies, nothing.3. RUDEAgain, no apologies, when it’s clearly her fault for lack of organization.Doesn’t make eye contact; always stares at her phone while talking when it’s her fault.No signs of respect.I’ve attached screenshots of reviews of TAJ, seems like I’m not the only one here.

I am so happy I found this place. I have used them for tattoo removal, laser hair removal, and different facial treatments. I always ask for an appointment with Kim. I’ve been going here over the last 2 years for microneedling and PRP, and Botox. Jules is the absolute BEST, she is so attentive and really takes the time to get to know you and give you a customized treatment.

Worst experience, fraudulent practices and incredibly rude staff. I booked and paid for a specific treatment (several thousand dollars worth), the treatment was rescheduled by the clinic 5 times with different excuses each time, some about scheduling conflicts, some about the equipment not being available or under service. Each time it was rescheduled the staff phoned me and were incredibly unapologetic, calling me “babe” and “hun” and insisting the rescheduling was no big deal. Weeks went by and I finally asked for a refund and was met with dismissal and attitude. I waited a week for the manager Amanda to phone me, when she finally did, she was incredibly rude and smug, almost expecting an argument and firm in refusal to provide a refund, despite consumer protection laws requiring refunds where services are not able to be provided within a reasonable period of time. I am actually still in the middle of laser treatments separately so am an existing customer (for over a year now) just asking for a refund for this single other treatment. To be honest, I might have waited longer for the treatment to actually be scheduled, but given it’s a relatively invasive procedure on your body, with risks, my experience with this business, its staff and seeing how they operate their business and treat customers makes me uncomfortable at the thought to letting them perform the treatment. Needless to say, wouldn’t recommend.I will leave this review up as long as it takes this clinic to refund the treatment not provided.

Injector Nikeeyas expertise and precision, coupled with the guidance of Sadie and Ashley from the sales team, made the experience both comfortable and effective. I had a great experience at Dr Laser. Sadie gave me a great deal ( I bought a package) and The treatment was throughly explained to me.

I don’t like to leave reviews and complain about places but I can’t help it about Dr Laser. I went in for a tattoo laser removal and I did 4 sessions that made zero difference to begin with. They talked to me about getting my botox there and they would match the price of whatever U was paying. Long story short I bought 50 units that they used in my forhead and crows. They prepared the botox in one other room and didnt take any pictures of my face. I went back and they used whatever they saved for a touch up and didnt work that well again. So the lady up front I think her name was Leticia scheduled me to go get it again with no charge because she said I can see it made no difference. They rescheduled me 4 times for the procedure just to push time and finally I went today. They said no you have to pay..everytime I went I saw new people working there..( tells you a lot ) I refused to pay or even get it for free at this point. they put Joe on the phone a manager I guess. Very arrogant dude with zero knowledge how to treat a client. First thing he said you are not getting anything for free. hmm excuse me but I don’t want any service from your place anymore. i feel ripped off and played by your staff. You at least should listen to me and understand whats going on instead of being so cocky. All he had to say is put the phone down and walk out of the door. I Sure will sir but I will file a small claim as well because you have no picture or proof to show how good of job you guys do.

I stopped in to dr LASER and was immediately welcomed with a friendly face and great attitude from Lexi !Lexi was so helpful and explained everything to me perfectly and aesthetician Kim, as well, helped me with all my questions with my facial package! LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr . Laser!!! Started going to them 2 years ago for laser hair removal (amazing) and based on the wonderful manager Lindsey and INCREDIBLY qualified, knowledgeable and expert technician Stella, I’ve expanded treatment to include 1) Hollywood facials 2) microblading 3) and general facials. I will also now be moving into the treatment of micro-needling in the coming months based on the incredible treatments from Stella I’ve already had, as continued maintenance. MY FACE/SKIN HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER… and I’m not a “teenager” if you catch my drift. Through phenomenal care, I see a dramatic difference in the appearance of my skin!!! The facility itself is immaculate, the service is wonderful, Lindsey and Stella are “rock stars” and I cannot rave enough about this resource.

I usually dont post reviews but Dr Laser Manhattan deserves it. Impeccable customer service starting from Lindsay trickled down to the entire team. Had Microneedling performed by Nurse Michelle and from the first encounter to finish she was extremely professional, informative and attentive to every little detail. She made me feel comfortable and addressed all my concerns beforehand and during the procedure. I usually get my aesthetic procedures done at a dermatologist office but after yesterdays experience I have become a loyal Dr Laser customer. Highly recommend this location.

Disappointed is an understatement!!!!! Ive been going here for tattoo removal. Was initially told the process would be complete after 10 sessions. NOT THE CASE.. After purchasing a package and seeing ZERO results after numerous sessions, I told them I was unhappy with the results so far. They then gave me unlimited sessions to compensate for the work that hasnt been getting done. I then called to make an appointment for another session and I was informed that they wont be honoring the unlimited sessions that I was promised. DO NOT GO HERE!!

KIM AND STELLA ARE THE BEST! I have the lowest pain tolerance and zero lasering history but Kim and Stella are so kind, explanative, receptive, and extremely patient, that for my first full body lasering session, I almost fell asleep. I have visited dr Laser on several occasions and each time my aesthetician has been Kim. Kim is super knowledgeable about the procedures offered and takes the time to explain them to put you at ease. I have had many facials from Kim through the years and came to dr Laser specially for her. I have since added skin rejuvenation laser treatments to my routine. Everything was going great until I noticed that my tattoo removal area has hypo-pigmented, dermatologist told me that the laser was too harsh on my skin which has disturbed my melanocytes. It might never go back to its normal state.Do not allow anyone to laser over the same area multiple times in one session and definitely do not do microneedling in between laser sessions like this place recommends, it left dark scarring.Also you are supposed to start with 8 weeks in between tattoo removal sessions not 6 like they recommended here.I also learned upon doing more research that this places tattoo removal laser is old technology that pushes pigment into the blood stream, more expensive and new lasers do not do this anymore.Please go to a place that solely focuses on tattoo removals.

I am new to laser in general and was quite nervous going in, but everyone from the front desk to the technicians were extremely patient and attentive, answering all my questions. I have seen a few different technicians throughout my sessions, but my favorite so far is Kyla! She is so kind, communicative and made sure I was comfortable. I love this spa! I’ve been here a couple times now for multiple treatments. I’ve had the medical grade facial, the laser treatment for my face, and also laser hair removal. The facial was really amazing, definitely the best I’ve ever had! She carefully analyzed every pore and eliminated all the black heads. I could really feel and see a difference in my skin! The laser facial tightened my pores and also helps produce collagen. It was my first time having laser hair removal ever. I now just finished my second round of hair removal. The staff is very friendly and professional and make you feel comfortable and at home no matter what you are there to get done. The space is also very big and spacious! Overall I highly recommend, a great find in NYC!

Extremely disappointed in my most recent visit. I’ve been going to Dr laser for a couple of years now for different treatments. I went recently for a lip flip and Botox and1) the nurse came in, barely introduced herself and asked what I was doing, had no idea what procedures I had made the appointment for, hadn’t looked at a chart or my profile at all. Which felt off, you would think the medical professional would have an idea of what they’re about to perform beforehand. So, I tell her and she then proceeds to quote me a price and units almost double what I paid. When I tell her how I’ve already made the payment and sorted everything with the receptionist by what they recommended and told me I would need, she seems again underwhelmed and says just ok. As if it wouldn’t be enough or she’s just annoyed she isn’t getting more money out of me. So I’m then uncertain if it’s enough to do what I came in for and felt confused by the whole interaction, but she confirms for me that what I paid for will do the trick. -So, why she quoted and tried to have me buy so much more, I’m not sure. (And of course she doesn’t explain anything. The whole service was pretty awkward and silent. Unlike any other time I’ve been seen.)2) When she goes to do my lip flip (I’ve gotten done twice before at this establishment by different nurses) she does not mark my lips or tell me to pucker, so she can eyeball where to inject before puncturing and making the injection like both of the other two injectors did before, she just goes straight in. The times before they had me make a kiss face a few times while standing on each side of me and looking at all angles to understand my face and specifically what I need. Nothing gel custom, she didn’t feel present. Every injector I’ve had in the past for filler and Botox make you move your face to understand the muscles and where to inject. They’ve always made more injections for my lip flip too, she only did two and the top of my cupids bow. -Maybe because it wasn’t enough for a lip flip?- I’m not sure, but that’s why I had asked.!?All in all I don’t know if she did what she needed or if what I paid for was enough to give me the desired look, I really know nothing and now only feel scared of what she performed. NOT THE WAY YOU WANT TO FEEL AFTER SEEKING COSMETIC SERVICES. She made me feel like she guessed and hoped it would work for my lips or just simply didn’t care to ensure that she would give me the desired look.I’m just really worried about how everything will look in a couple of weeks since she basically got me in and out asap and seemed so non-present. From all of my services and visits to cosmetic practices, this one taught me a lesson.

I bought two vouchers from Sean at the Bryant Park Holiday Market. The spa had a cancellation so I was able to go in with my mother for a same-day appointment. I love this place! They are so kind, courteous, and my skin looks so much better. I already scheduled my next facial, so glad I found this place. Five stars all the way!

DrLASER is the best! I go in for my laser tattoo removal appointment every month and am greeted warmly. Then Im given a state-of-the-art ice pack to numb the area while I wait. The technicians are uniformly down-to-earth, pleasant and extremely good at what they do. I always look forward to my next appointment.

I use Dr Laser for my PRP hair treatments and I find them to be very reasonably priced. They do a great job. don’t get me wrong, the treatments hurt ..sticking 20 or so total needles into your head but they do a nice job.

Ive had issues with scarring and texture for sooo long and tried so many different products to help with it. I went to Dr Laser for laser skin rejuvenations and I literally noticed an improvement in texture after just the first session!! I was also struggling with a breakout and the skin rejuvenation helped keep that at bay too. Im so so grateful for the treatments but also for the service! Abigail and the staff are always super welcoming and Maritza is the best. Whenever I go in for an appointment, she takes her time and offers suggestions for things I can do at home to maintain my results. She genuinely cares and is just a wealth of skincare knowledge lol. I recently went to this spa to get a facial after I had a few skin problems that were caused by blocked pores. From the moment I walked into the spa the front desk was very friendly and accommodating and the esthetician was extremely professional and did a great job focusing on my problem areas. The atmosphere of my facial room was extremely relaxing and calming and exactly what I needed after the last few weeks. I finished my facial by getting the skin rejuvenation which made my skin instantly feel tighter and look brighter. I highly recommend this spa and I can’t wait to go back soon for more treatments!

Just had my first Micro-needling done by “Amy” the (NP). Just a wonderful experience. I was hesitant about it for few months before this appointment but after speaking with “Kathy” several times and asked her plenty of Questions and she answered all of them so after getting so much helpful info and insights about the procedure I felt like I definitely wanna try this here. Now that I got it done absolutely amazing no pain at all. Didn’t even feel a thing and it’s absolutely worth every penny. Called many places before just to get it done , checked reviews and stuff wasn’t that convincing and they overcharge for this same procedure but here at Dr.Laser it’s really the best place in NYC with highly reviewed. Prices are so reasonable and not exorbitant at all. They have great deals and promotion all the time and staffs are super nice and friendly. I absolutely loved it and recommend 100%. All their practitioners are extremely knowledgeable and know what they are doing and understand their clients.

Super Unprofessional, I went for a PRP facial & my skin blew up immediately. I noticed an uncomfortable feeling & the Doctor continued to do the facial not stopping after I asked . Immediately after they sent me to the nearest urgent care . They called a few hours later in hopes to cover their unprofessional acts . I called the next day to complain & no one answered all day . Completely unprofessional & unhygienic as well. Wish I can give this place zero stars .

Although all of the staff I have interacted with are amazing, Jonny, who I believe is the manager, went out of his way to accommodate me and some concerns I had and is very personable, professional, and easy to work with. Another person to mention is Neha, who is one of the nurses there. She has a very gentle but precise hand and a good eye when it comes to injectables. I wouldnt want anyone else to touch my face! I purchased 3 tattoo removal sessions that was almost completely gone thanks to another company I used before Dr. Laser. I went to LaserTouch on Soho a year before Dr. Laser and they pretty much removed my entire tattoo with only 3 sessions. When I got a new job closer to Dr. Laser I decided to try them since their reviews seemed promising. My tattoo is so small and about 75% to 80% gone I didnt think that I would need more than 3 sessions to be at 100% removal. It looks the same since the day I started with them. I should of just sticked to LaserTouch since I saw results immediately.

I didn’t want to post this especially if it might hurt a persons career or livelihood but unfortunately it’s his lying about what he does and his expertise that worries me and worries me on what he might do to others. I went to Dr. Lazer for my first time Botox to the forehead. Akis was the one who did the procedure. After one day I saw two little ripples on either side of my head. Knowing that Botox takes a couple of weeks to set in, I waited. After nearly a month and the two little ripples still there I went back to Akis. He took a look and blatantly lied and said that it wasn’t what he did, but it was my veins that were now more pronounced. That was a bold face lie. I went to another doctor and was told that it was a BOTCH and that I just needed to wait until the Botox went away and that hopefully the tiny ripples would also disappear. I left the consult feeling awful and defeated. He lied but there was nothing I could do…but share my experience. Maybe there are other specialists who work at Dr Laser that are honest and more experienced but I would really do my research before stepping foot into this center.
