Hannah is the sweetest medical assistant ever. She’s so down to earth, professional and personable. Dr. Bernstein is amazing! Great bedside manner- makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. He’s very honest, kind and knows how to treat all skin types. I’m extremely happy I found him as a dermatologist.

Dr. Bernstein did my mohs surgery and Dr. Hoffman stitched me up! I honestly can’t thank both of them enough. Dr. Bernstein was kind and made me laugh to help ease the nerves! He did a wonderful job! Dr. Hoffman is just a gem of a human. Truly such a kind soul. He did an amazing job stitching me up and there is barely any scar only 5 months out. Dr. Bernstein is the very best. I’ve had over ten skin procedures (moh’s) to remove basal and squamous cells. He was the first physician to get all the bad cells in the first procedure. He really know the texture of the skin to remove….better than any previous doctor. Also, staff, RN Isabella was knowledgeable and efficient. She explained every, including what materials to purchase post visit….she was personable too. The experience leading up to the visit was excellent. I received text messages to remind and set expectations. Altogether, super experience.

I like Dr Seidenberg’s practice very much. I have been a patient of his for a number of years. While they certainly offer all of the up-to-date cosmetic options, their focus to me seems to be as actual dermatology MDs rather than as Botox pushers. He clearly has skills that come from years of experience. Plus, he’s a good guy.

A necessary unpleasant procedure turned somehow into a wonderful experience because of your fabulous nurse Skyler. Dr. Bernstein is always a pleasant professional but Skyler is in a class all her own. Please thank her for me.

Dr is super precise and wonderful and doesn’t go overboard. Super communicative about options. Never had to wait more than a few minutes, he is also very punctual. Highly highly recommend.

This was a 5 star experience. Dr Anolik’s office staff is superb. They are kind, empathetic and have an incredible service mentality. It does not feel like a doctor’s office. It feels welcoming and calming. The intake process was smooth and easy to navigate. Dr Anolik is kind, soft spoken and he was able to understand exactly why I was there and he addressed my questions and issues in a way that helped me feel confident in my decision making. His ability to apply his knowledge to my medical condition and make it personal is exactly what I was looking for. I trust him and I trust his staff. That is the highest compliment that I can pay to Dr Anolik and everyone who I met today.

The work was excellent but I had to wait 4 and a half hours before I could leave. I think the waits between procedures was way to long. Perhaps you could have allowed me to go out and get lunch.

I am blown away by my experience at laser and skin! I came here for an excision in regards to a medical concern. First of all shout out to Kevin ( works in office managing phone ) who validated any question I had and got me in touch with the doctor following treatments and procedures with relevant information in the most sensitive way. Dr Bernstein went above and beyond in so many ways. Dr Bernstein called himself to follow up on the recovery. He answered and explained in great detail any questions that came up with such patience . He also asked for pictures to make sure the healing was going smoothly and for me to have the best possible results . I knew following my procedure there may be a scar especially since I was on accutane at the time of the surgery but it was on my back and was for a medical reason so wasn’t going to spend money at this point on laser . I felt like a child in a candy store - Dr Bernstein did laser for me for free following the protocol. I was waiting for a catch but there was none - just a nice guy - I asked him why - he was like cuz I want it to look good and takes me 2 min- he didn’t charge me for the visit - it can cost $500 and he told me to come back he’ll do it for me again. I was like blown away parading to everyone in the office and telling them how I’m like feeling so lucky - they were like yeah he does this all the time - he is just a nice guyDr Bernstein has such a big heart - it wasn’t typical except he does this to his patients .

The best Dr’s and the finest state of the art equipment. Very caring and friendly staff. Nice clean and bight office/ exam rooms. Came all the way from Canada and so glad I did!

If there were an option to rate this place lower than one star, Id gladly take it. My appointment with Dr. Yoon-Soo Cindy Bae was a complete nightmare. Despite arriving 20 minutes early as requested, I was left waiting for a full hour before even catching a glimpse of Dr. Bae. And when she finally decided to grace me with her presence, it was nothing short of a slap in the face.Her so-called consultation lasted a laughable two minutes, during which she spewed out generic laser hair removal facts that I could have easily found online. As if her lack of professionalism wasnt enough, the $10,000 quote I was handed for a full around of laser hair removal for just my arms was downright ridiculous.To top it all off, I was then hit with a $400 consultation fee by a staff member who seemed to enjoy ignoring my questions and concerns entirely.Dont waste your time or money here. The glowing reviews are nothing but a facade. This establishment is a prime example of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.

Pros: Short waiting timeCons: Rushed appointment, questionable recommendations, bizarre contract practicesI saw Dr. Bae for Rosacea and mole evaluation.Unfortunately, I felt the appointment was extremely rushed and poor quality. As soon as Dr. Bae came into the room, it felt like she wanted to be out of there ASAP.Dr. Bae told me that my mole was a fibrous papule, and that I should leave it alone. (Fair enough. Like many people, I Googled my symptoms beforehand so I knew it was likely a fibrous papule. But I also wanted to get it removed for cosmetic reasons.)She then suggested getting a facial, and said the esthetician could attempt to pop the fibrous papule. ????First of all, a fibrous papule is not cystic acne. It cant be popped like one.Second of all, a facial is a horrible recommendation for someone with Rosacea. We tend to have very sensitive skin.Im a physician myself. I was super confused and taken aback by her recommendations. I wondered if she assumed that I couldnt afford expensive cosmetic treatments, and so tried to sell me some facials. (She said that if she did the papule removal, it would be much more expensive than if the aesthetician did it. Im willing to pay more for expertise removal, but I wasnt even offered that option. And as far as I know, fibrous papules are removed via excision or laser, not popping by an esthetician.)Dr. Bae did give me some useful sunscreen application tips, so Im giving 2 stars instead of 1.Also, I asked for a quote for V beam laser for Rosacea. This place forces you to sign a contrast acknowledging the price ($400 per session as of June 2024) before you even make an appointment. I dont understand why I need to sign something when I havent even decided which clinic I would like to use.I really wanted to like this place because its location is convenient for me. Unfortunately, Im left feeling pretty annoyed that I spent my day off going to this appointment, instead of going to the many other dermatology clinics in the city.

Everyone at the office is so nice. Dr. Shelton took his time with me and explained all my options without pushing me into anything. He’s wonderful and I trust his expertise. I felt he was looking out for my best interests and not just trying to sell me something. I also really appreciate the price transparency at the office. A great experience!

I really, really liked Dr. Seidenberg & Dr Hoffman, their nurses, and the entire staff. They were both very thorough, smart, and had great bed-side manner. Today I spent the entire morning with Dr Shelton and his team. As usual he explained what was coming and listened to my questions. The nurses were also quite friendly and helpful. I am most grateful for his skill as a surgeon and as an excellent communicator.

I had my annual skin check with Dr. Cindy Bae today. She was very friendly, upbeat and amicable while performing a thorough skin check. She was open for questions and worked efficiently without rushing.The visit was positively different from last year.

The staff is great! Everyone is kind and professional. My doctor, Leonard Bernstein was friendly and easy going. He explained the details of my condition, the treatment and the expected outcome very clearly and I didnt feel rushed. The treatment I had, the Clear and Brilliant Laser was easy and with the numbing cream that was used it was virtually painless. My face was pink for a couple of days but it wasnt a big deal. The day of the treatment it was the most pink.

My visit to this place was disappointing. The wait time was excessive, the consultation felt rushed and unhelpful, and the pricing was unreasonably high. The overall experience left much to be desired, and I would not recommend it.

I had a a laser facials done by Dr Bernstein. When we initially met, I had a few small red spots I wanted to address. He assured me they would be “gone forever” and I wouldn’t ever need to think about them again.He performed an excel vbeam laser. The swelling was instant, and I had a serious increase in red spots and all over collagen loss.I went back to his office two months later. He said he could fix it with an nd:yag. Which was then performed. That was the laser that really changed everything. I swelled like a balloon, had blistering and couldn’t even open my eyes. I swelled the most along my jawline, which has not been the same since.I made the doctor aware of my reaction and he never saw me in office, he wouldn’t make an appointment. He said my reaction was a “rosacea” reaction. He prescribed doxycycline which I took and didn’t do anything. He never responded to emails again. If anything, I was hoping for clarity around this could happen and what I could do to mend it. Or at least, understand if this is how I look permanently now.I think what has been the most disappointing is the face shape change, my jawline, the sagging around my eyes and the fat distribution all around my face. I have scarring and stretched out skin.I’m honestly devastated and most disappointed in how the doctor handled this after my reaction. He has not even reached out or explained how this could be possible or what has happened. I think this is neglectful and not standard care.This clinic appears to be fantastic for medical procedures and mole removal. I wish the dr had made me aware of the significant risks of the cosmetic applications and how damaging they can be. One year out and I have not healed.

Everyone was so helpful from the pre-patient care (Cynthia in accounting and Monique for scheduling) to the nurses (only remember Cathy, sorry) and doctors (Geronemus and Wilson). I felt taken care of and informed every step of the way. Highly recommend this team if you ever need dermatological care.

Mohs surgery was performed on my nose by Dr. Cindy Bae in January. It has healed beautifully; the scar is barely visible. Dr. Bae did a great job. In general, the practice is well run and all staff are professional and caring.

I’m not sure why I’m leaving a review bc doesn’t everyone know that Dr. Anolik is amazing already?! What I love about him, besides his kind grounded demeanor, is that he knows exactly what I like. To look fresh and not overdone.

Dr. Bernstein is a consummate pro, along with his great team of nurses and technicians. He did a great job on my MOHS surgery. He knows exactly what he’s doing and inspires total confidence. He’s also a very good conversationalist and he and his team are completely in control but they also keep things light so the patient is relaxed. You wouldn’t think having skin cancer surgery could be considered a pleasant experience but in these hands it almost is. Highest recommendation.

Dr Bernstein is excellent. He did Mohs surgery on my husband and annually gives me a fraxel-laser treatment. In more than 11 years I always have been satisfied with cosmetic and medical help. Today Dr Bernstein gave me the CO2 laser treatment, which went well, and I stopped by Dr Bae who did her bit of miracle work.

Hannah takes very good notes during the visit and always provides me with the follow ups that I need to do.They team together to ensure that I fully understand all instructions that need to be followed up. Although the location of this office is not at all convenient for me, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my skin care.

Ive done CO2 lasers with Dr. Geronemus to correct some old acne scars on my face, and he and his staff are all top notch. My results are very good and I cant wait to get more treatments. I feel meticulously taken care of by Dr. Helen Shim and her assistant Hannah. They are both kind, thorough, conscientious, and accessible. Dr Shim, who is also trained in pathology, uses the latest non-invasive diagnostic technologies for skin cancers, which, in my case, has literally saved my smile. She and Hannah conduct longitudinal skin exams where they keep track of all concerning moles for change over time. I leave the office feeling confident that I am getting the best care out there for my damaged skin.

Surgery itself was 5 star. But you send out far too many reminder notices, tell your patients to arrive half hour early. What you DONT say is you dont even open till after 7:30AM so I had to wait downstairs 10 mins. You should have more respect for your patients and share this information along with your excessive reminders.

Ive now seen 3 different doctors for various issues and all of them have been Incredibly sensitive and kind. Event today when they saw me for an emergency without an appointment they didnt treat me like i was being rushed or like a bother. I hope every fantastic nurse and receptionist I spoke to today finds a $100 on their ways home today.

My son has been going to Dr. G, for laser treatments for his PWS since he was just a couple of months old. He is now 2 1/2. We could not be happier with the staff, and the results. Both Dr G. and the staff are always very welcoming and they make the experience as comfortable as possible for him. His PWS is also barely visible at this point.I have also been to see Dr. G for Fraxel and RF micro needling and was very pleased with the results. I have been to medical spas for these treatments, and the results did not even compare. He is extremely knowledgeable and tailors his treatments to your individual needs.We would definitely recommend Dr. G and his associates!!

From the minute I stepped into the offices, I could feel right away I was among true professionals and masters of their craft. From the nurses and technicians (Michelle and Skyler) to the handlers and coordinators (Trish) to Dr. Anolik himself, it’s the A team all the way. And the results are nonpareil.
