Lovely atmosphere. Immaculate offices. Was greeted with a warm smile. Never felt pressured during the consultation. I was so assured by Mary’s knowledge and her desire to give me everything I needed to formulate a decision that I went ahead and had my first session that afternoon. Austin also took great care of me - very kind and patient. Both were so friendly and professional I have no hesitation in recommending this location.

I’m 3 sessions in and my tattoo is fading fast. It’s not like a day at the spa but Mary and Austen are great. They make the process quick and easy. They are informative, transparent, and good at setting expectations for how long/number of sessions it will likely take. And they are always smiling and easy going. Overall, great experience.

I went to the Beekman location since it was very convenient for me to go to. Mary was the staff member that helped me during my free consultation yesterday and she was great. I am about halfway through my removal process and my skin is taking it really well! I chose removery because of their gentle process, the removal leaves the skin the least damaged. It’s refreshing when any company that wants your business puts your best interests first. That’s what Removery did for me today in my free consultation. Without a hard (or for that matter- any) sales pitch, what I got instead, was a thorough education in the process from Mary. She went through every detail, answered every question, then left it up to me as to how or when I wanted to proceed. I’m 50/50 on whether I’ll go through with the procedure. It’s weird to say but I actually enjoy coming to my laser tattoo removal appointments. Austen, who does my laser is efficient and each appointment is less than 20 minutes. I am having 4 tattoos removed and after only 3 appointments I can see a significant difference. Austen is very knowledgeable about the laser being used for my skin tone and keeps me informed about the progress of each of my tattoos being removed. Shante, the receptionist is also very friendly and helpful with scheduling for my upcoming appointments. I’m glad that I chose this location and I’m very happy with the results so far. I’ve been wanting to have my tattoo of 17yrs removed. My first in person inquiry was with MARY/BEEKMAN LOCATION. She has lessen my anxiety&answered all of my questions. She is very warm&accomodating-pleasant personality! Mary plays a big part of my decision in moving forward with my tattoo removal. Also, RACHEL, who scheduled my appointment was very helpful.

I absolutely love the result the photos are attached. It has been three sessions so far. I come here once every 2,5-3 months as recommended for better results.I was told today I might need 3 more sessions to get rid of the tattoo completely and that’s amazing. The staff is so sweet and helpful! They even opened a few minutes early to squeeze me in as it was my first appointment. When I went in for my actual session every detail of the process and what I could expect was explained and all of my questions were answered, this office has a great staff!

I made a consult appt with Mary at the Beekman NYC location. She was friendly and guided me thru the process. I was happy that since my first consult in 2020, I was able to include a back tattoo with some red ink. In 2020 I was advised it was not doable. Price is determined with a measuring grid by square inch (this may be wrong) I opted for Ally financing, they offer an 18 month 0% APR option. I was also lucky to be fit in same day for my first session. Austen, the laser tech, went over all information and covered all the bases.She numbed me with ice and the cooling machine also helped with the sting. I have a high tolerance for pain and its super quick. After it feels like a sunburn but a few hours later, you feel nothing. Once i got home i didnt feel any pain or discomfort. Im looking forward to this journey and removing these tattoos. Also, thank you for the after care package.All I can say both Mary and Austen are fantastic and the coffee at Variety on the corner was great.

I started treatments with the Beekman location maybe last fall (2022) and so far I’ve been really happy with their services as well as the folks who work there! They are all super friendly, informative and make the process easy, quick and as comfortable as possible. I really feel that they care about your concerns and needs. Its been amazing experience. It was my first time here and I expected it to be much more painful. Tattoo removal was very quick, minimally painful and comfortable. I expected a much more painful process, but surprisingly everything went much more pleasantly. At a tattoo removal consultation with artist Mary, she spoke about all the details of healing and the whole process that awaits me to remove all the tattoos that I plan. They answered all my questions and outlined all the steps that I have to go through to remove the tattoo. Now all my fears and worries are gone. I am looking forward to our next session. For anyone who is in doubt whether to remove a tattoo or not, and where - I recommend this tattoo removal studio, this is the best option for those who are planning for the first time, but are worried. I recommend! Also the place is very clean and cozy, its nice to be in the studio.

So glad I made the decision to choose this location for my tattoo removal. Deciding to remove a tattoo is not a light decision and the entire process can seem intimidating, but from the initial consultation the staff made me feel very comfortable and I felt like I had made the right choice.Mary is very knowledgeable and transparent about the process during the consultation and also provides you with reasonable expectations for how long the entire removal process may take.I also really appreciate how you dont pay per session, but a lump sum until the tattoo is completely removed to your liking.The staff are great and seem genuinely invested in your removal process - an example is that they will refuse to treat you if you have had sun exposure and always make sure to time your treatments at least 6 - 10 weeks apart :) The facilities are always super clean as well.If youre looking for a honest and safe place to do your tattoo removal, this is it.

This place is AMAZING! I have my share of regrettable tattoos and came to Removery after going through a couple of consults with other doctors. The team at Removery are knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely caring. Im a big baby and laser tattoo removal hasnt been a walk in the park. HOWEVER, all of the technicians are AMAZING. Theyre so patient and always make sure youre comfortable and go at your pace. Because Im such a baby I need them to count (yes COUNT!) and take breaks and they never make me feel like Im annoying or a burden. DO NOT consider another place to get your tattoos removed. Theyre reasonably priced and the team is great. Even if you dont live super close to this location, Id commute to come here. I promise you wont regret it! I wish there was a button to provide 5 +++++ stars!

I started treatments at Removery a couple of months ago and have been so incredibly impressed from the very beginning! Their service is top-notch and their team is so wonderful. My schedule is absolutely crazy and is constantly changing and they are always so graciously accommodating! They always help to get me in when I need to. By far, the best experience I have had with tattoo removal! Prior to visiting, I had tried tatoo removal at two other establishments. I not only left disappointed, but discouraged as I wasn’t seeing results and experienced some scarring. Upon my initial consultation, I knew that this experience would be different. Mary was not only one of the most kind individuals, but extremely knowledgeable about removal. She explained how it works, the rationale behind my scarring, and gave me realistic expectations based on what had transpired with my historical removals. She went above and beyond by having an initial test done free of charge, to determine if the removal would even work based on my tattoo type and prior removals. I had my first full session and I can honestly say, by far, it was the least painful. I highly recommend if you want personable service, a great experience and overall honesty. They truly care about the person and their experience, and speak from facts and experience.

I just had another in my series of appointments at Removery. Every technician and member of the team there, every time I’ve gone, has been exceptionally skilled, patient, honest and kind. I’ve got a long way to go, but at Removery, they have been consistently clear and intentional about progress and expectations. The technology is cutting edge and, though it’s not the cheapest, it’s fair, given what other, less sophisticated places charge - never mind what dermatologists charge! Highly recommend.

She made the time for me on the spot to sit with me and answer all my questions in terms of pricing and scheduling my first laser appointment, as well as share with me any additional information in terms of process, pre-care and after care.I just had my first laser tattoo removal session with Austen who took her time to make me feel comfortable by walking me through the whole treatment process, prepping me by icing the area, being mindful and checking in on me during the entire laser process (which took less than 10 minutes) and then revisiting the aftercare with me and providing printed instructions as well aftercare ointments.Thank you Shante, Austen, and Removery for being so kind and accommodating to this nervous newb.

Such a great experience so far! Ana was so kind and informative and really make the process of removal some less daunting. While this is obviously a big financial commitment for most people, The Finery is super fair with pricing and understands the value of your money. I was super happy to hear that they will refund clients if fewer sessions than expected are needed, and will offer a free year of sessions if more are needed than expected. I also feel super confident in the professionalism and exceptional knowledge of the staff at The Finery, and I am comfortable putting my trust in them to do the best job possible.

It is simultaneously the most painful but bearable experience. For me it feels like a thousand tiny rubber bands snapping deep into my skin in perfect synchronization. I hold two stress balls and breath deep while looking towards the ceiling mouthing curses.I’m removing two large color tattoos on the center of my back & the second on my shin/ankle. It would take maybe 30 seconds per tattoo, if I didn’t stop for a break or two per tattoo.Afterwards my skin feels like a mild sunburn for a few hours but luckily I’ve healed quickly. Some swelling in my ankle and capillary breakage, but the skin doesn’t break. No scabs.The staff is so welcoming, friendly, helpful, informative and considerate. It’s like visiting life long friends each session. Very happy with my treatment. I’ve had 3 sessions and am already seeing the colors fade!

I’ve previously visited and started my tattoo removal elsewhere (I won’t mention the location name), although they were partially removed my skin has some discoloration and I experience a lot of bubbling, I could even smell my skin burning. This is my second visit here at Removery and it has been the best decision I made! The ladies in the office are super sweet and nice; very informative and super educated in the field. The process was explain thoroughly, expectations were set and my overall experience and skin health was put first. They cater to all areas of people’s wants & needs not to mention financial situation. This was my first time here and I was a little bit nervous because of what I read online. Yes there are packages. And yes they will work with you if you’re on a budget and prefer payment plans rather than paying all in full. I opted for the total removal of my tattoo. It was once something that brought me much joy and well enough said.I worked with Jaime who was very knowledgeable, courteous and calmed my nerves. She was authentic and to the point, not pushy. I’ve gotten laser hair removal on my lady gems & she let me know “it’s a bit spicer” in terms of pain. She was not kidding but it was FASTER than laser hair removal. Faster! .. I am glad i have her on this journey, for this part of my life of growth and transformation.

I had a consultation, then scheduled an appointment and almost gave up on getting my tattoo removed. I came back another day and got the first session done. I can only speak for the first section, but it was not as painful as I thought and the aftercare was simple and smooth.

I went to The Finery for an initial consultation to get two tattoos removed. The building is so nice and clean. I was seen very quickly and Ana explained the process really well. She answered all my questions. They have packages for payment and really great terms for if you don’t use all the sessions you paid for. At the end I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go through with the removal, but Ana gave me a little test area for free to see how I felt. It was wayyy less painful and way faster than I expected. I already made an appointment to come back and start the full process on my tattoo removals.

I had my initial consultation this morning and it was such a pleasant experience. The staff are amazing, personable and communicative. The facility is beautiful and clean and they are very thorough when explaining the process. The prices are very reasonable and They also walk you through all the payment options. I was so highly impressed I signed up and had my first treatment on the spot.

Removery has been an incredible experience so far. Shout out to the Beckmann location, Mary and Felirose for being so amazing and supportive during my treatments. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I went in today for a tattoo laser removal session and Amber was my technician. She was absolutely amazing! Friendly and walked me through the whole process. I was a bit nervous because it’s been almost a year since my last laser session, but Amber put my mind at ease. This was also the first time I visited the lower manhattan location and the ambiance is very comforting. Thank you for a great experience and I’ll be back soon.

I just had my first session and already seeing results! I thought it was going to be very painful but relieved to say it actually doesn’t hurt at all.

Had a consultation here not too long ago, can I just say this office is gorgeous?! Had a girl named Ana do my consult and she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Told her I am looking to lighten this for a cover up tattoo and she gave me different pricing options and we got to talking about what my ideas were for the cover up. She even emailed me some tattoo artist recommendations that she knew of and followed up with me after a few days to see if I had any questions. Still deciding on what I want to do but thought I should give this place a shout out for being so thorough and informative. If I do decide to go through with removal I would absolutely go here.
