Terrible customer service. I came to switch out my septum piercing, and two days later, I had to come back because the ball fell out due to them not screwing it in properly. They insisted that I pay $5 even though I had the ball with me and my septum was still in. They were rude about it when I asked why

This was a virgin tattoo/ first tattoo. The artist name was Adan, he was very patient when it came to changing the sytle and me asking million qustions. I was pleasantly surpised at the results and affordability. I paid $120 for a big red rose and thats exactly what I got. Cant wait for it to heal now.

I went here to simply have my nose ring changed from a stud to a hoop. I originally went to another shop to have the piercing done but I didn’t want to do the travel to do a simple change. Well never again. Going into the shop should of been a sign. It was very small and dirty and people looked piled up around each other. The person then took me to the back, sat me down and took off my nose stud but then was unable to put the hoop in. He continually pushed around I guess trying to find the hole but hurting me and making me bleed in the process. After about 10 minutes or so he informed me he couldn’t do it and believes the original piercer made my piercing crooked. I was hurt and upset and contacted the shop that did my original piercing. The piercer messaged me right away saying he’s sure he did not mess up on a simple nose piercing and that the person was most likely unfamiliar on how to properly change jewelry. He then offered me to come into the shop and they can do the change. I went to that shop and no lie the change from the stud to the hoop was only about 30 seconds and pain free. The only good thing I have to say about this shop is the piercer was very apologetic that he was hurting me and did not ask for money when he couldn’t finish the job.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I went in to get a piercing and not only was the piercer rude but he missed where he marked completely. It was extremely crooked and when I asked he said it was suppose to look like that due to the swelling. I had to take it out the next day and get it re done by someone who knew what they were doing. I would not recommend this place if you want a piercing.

Got a helix ear piercing, got to choose between a ring and a stud, I would hope that they would know a ring is a no no for a fresh piercing. Maybe it was the material of the jewelry or the way it was pierced but it got infected despite doing daily saline washes. The $5 lobe piercings I got at the back of the pharmacy/jewelry store on 116 worked out 10000% better than this.

Don’t come here for anything. They don’t care about the process of anything you’re getting done . They take your money and are rude immediately after .

I called two days prior to arrival to ask if they took walking for tattoos. They told me they open at 11am. Got there around 1045am— no one showed up until 1145am, with a child in a stroller.They arrived , opened the gate to only close it back up and leave me waiting in the rain.Never returning. He should have said they would be late or if I could have come back. But all I got was the gate shut in my face in the rain.Would not come to waste money here.

Got my nose pierced here, they use a technique where they put this thing inside your nose prior to piercing it so as soon as the needle goes through your nose it stops. Make the process so much easier and it hurt less than getting a shot at the doctors. Very clean and did it so fast. 10/10

Unprofessional, dirty, unorganized, rude and inconsistent prices for the same exact items. Will never return. Don’t waste your hard earned money with these people

Come here for my peircings and tattoos, very nice people and clean environment. They listen to what you want and are very attentive when it comes to the designs. Luis is an awesome artist can duplicate almost anything you show him!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This guy had ONE JOB. To get a Black heart on my wrist. I ended up with something not symmetrical and the ink is patchy. That’s what I get for stopping at a shop I didn’t do my research on. But i thought a heart was easy enough. He also did my friends blue heart. More symmetrical than mine but still not great and also patchy. Now we have to get that covered. WISH I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS.

Got the ptfe in my surface piercings replaced with metal bars. The piercer there had 15 years experience and it showed. Found the perfect sizes and replaced them with no pulling or discomfort. Quick, painless, and expertly done.

Wasnt the very cleanest place. My tattoo artist would stop tattooing and check his phone whenever he received a message. He would pick up his phone and go back to the tattoo with the same gloves. Thats not sanitary at all considering that a tattoo is an open wound and phones carry so many bacteria. The artist was trying to rush it so the lines didnt come out as straight as possible. My tattoo was only line work so it was very disappointing. The only positive thing about it was the people were very friendly.

STAY AWAY! DO NOT COME HERE TO GET PIERCED. I came here on a Saturday night, around 9, soon as I got there I kinda knew I shouldnt have let the guy pierce me considering he had his friends just chilling in the back while they were drinking Coronas. One friend had to get up from the piercing chair. Now, Im not saying the piercer was drinking, but I will assume considering how bad of a job he did. He did not know what he was doing, or he was drunk. I left this shop with a hole in my cartiledge & no actual piercing cause I no longer wished to work with someone incompetent. The piercer was taking longer than 5 minutes to put the ring in, as you can tell I was in PAIN. A piercing should take SECONDS, no longer than minutes. Please, save yourself the trouble.

Love the atmosphere there very helpful clean, organized and will work around your price range and expression and very reassuring when it comes to a mom taking her son to get his first tatoo

This shop has very good artists but they need to change their attitude towards people when they walk in they are very nasty and standoffish . Most of the time I come in this shop and try to get the artists attention even when they are not tattooing they look at me and turn away. No acknowledgment of your customers. This happened every single time I went. The 3rd time I went I wanted the guy that did my first 2 tattoos to do my 3rd which he was, but at the last minute switched to another artist. The 2nd artist spelled one of the words wrong on my arm and when I came back to tel him about it, he tried to tell me t was all “one word”. I understand he speaks very little English but if artists are messing up simple words like “UNTIL” and spelling it “UNITIL” then something is highly wrong. Again this shop does have great artists, most of which speak very little English so pay very close attention to detail when getting your tattoo printed.

Ive gotten many piercings in my life. This was the quickest and most efficient piercer Ive been too. He was done in about 10 seconds. Will go back here for future piercings.

Oscar was organized and was receptive to ideas. My tattoo is still in the healing process but I am happy with my scar covering design and message.

I got my first tattoo done this weekend. I love it!! Miguel answered all my questions and covered up my scar extremely well. I highly recommend this place.

No exactly up to code...after getting a tattoo I decided to get my septum pierced guy had no idea what he was doing pierced it to far foward and crooked .... Wouldnt even offer a repierce, not to mention that the guy who did my tattoo seemed bothered the whole time I will never be going here again
