I came in today to get replacement for a bracelet and Alicia the store manager helped me out so much and I applied for the finance and I got jewelry from me and my boyfriend and she took the time and patience to pick out what I wanted and asked about my style and I am so happy I will definitely be coming back more

I want to thank both Donna and Tracee for the amazing experience at piercing pagoda. I bought a necklace for my mother’s birthday but it was too small. I wanted to exchange the necklace for a bigger size but had lost the receipt. They were able to find my receipt in the system and exchange the necklace for a bigger size. They made the experience so seamless even when they were super busy. This is the quality of service I would like from other stores.
Ive been to more than one banter, but this place will not take no for an answer when they ask if you want their cininleansing solution. They will even ask well, what r u going to use. Asking the same question 4 times is incessant and obnoxious. They will also add insurance without verifying if you want it. They said the systems does it, but they should still verify whether you want it or not. Ive been to this Banter more than 3 times. Each time has been an unpleasant experience. I only encountered a mean person once but Ive never dealt with a friendly associate either.I have to go there today and will see what happens. I almost drove to Philly this time. Ive had pleasant experiences at the Banter in Center City Mall.Update: so, I did go back to this banter. Of course, it was the same pushing thr solution. I told her that i know if i need solution or not and its as though they dont understand no. She then said that it was because she wanted to make sure that im not using alcohol. Well, tell me that when you ask me so that I can understand. Otherwise, it seems like im dealing with an annoying salesperson if you repeatedly ask me the same question. I showed the associate where i wanted my piercings and she kept telling me what she could told me what she could not do because of policy. She did do a good job why the policy is the policy. I was able to understand.I went to Banter at Springfield mall. The associate there did back up the Christiana Mall associate and said she could not do it because of scar tissue . However she did not stop there. She then got a marker and said I will mark the areas that I can do because I want you to have what you want and we will figure it out together. She did that and ultimately found a spot that I liked even more. Like Christiana, she did ask about solution more than once, but she explained why she was asking and inquiring about the solution I had, without me getting irritated and asking why she asked the same question, like I dont know what I want.The associates at Banter PA seem to be more friendly and accommodating within their policy. They really work to get you want while following policy and making sure u r safe.BTW, when I got to the Springfield Banter, they had a raging customer there making threats and screaming. Security was there and police were called. Despite all of the chaos the Associates were still so peaceful and uber-pleasant, moreso than Christiana Banter on a good day at Christiana Banter.Christiana Banter would benefit by going to Philly or Springfield for training. Its nice to to a Banter and have a pleasant experience. Delaware isnt it.
Employees here are so good! Customer service bought me lunch! I liked the atmosphere so much I applied to work here. Really appreciate the professionalism here as well and as a 5 star business owner I envy their production sales
I love going over there because I know I’d be taken care of. Sabrina and Rhea are my favorite because they have excellent customer service and they’re fun to be around . Highly recommend coming here!!

I was at the christiana Mall on Sat 10/12/19 and the lady there pierced my left ear. And it didn’t go threw ,so she had to do it over. And she got to the right ear and did the same thing it didn’t go threw my ear. Smh I was so humiliated, she didn’t know what she was doing. She had me walk away with piercings Lopsided. I went back and said pls do this over and correct, it’s not right!!! So yeah bad experience there! Yes ! it was reported she needs more training!!
