Once you have a relationship with a great jewelry associate you would prefer to go wherever they are. I love Kat and Jevon so much that I had to drive all the way to Patrick Henry Mall just so I could make my purchase from their store. Jevon helped me pick out a couple of gifts for Christmas but made sure that I was getting the best bargain possible and taking advantage of that no interest for 6 months on a purchase over $300. Just think of how much money I saved! I love it! You guys are the best!

Prices have gone up significantly!! I purchased a set similar to this two years ago and paid $30 quality still the same….sub par as this is what I call “starter jewelry” Yikes!! ☹️🤨I will shop elsewhere.

I had an amazing experience at Banter! I was looking to buy my first real gold chainHanna was so helpful in giving me the best options for my price range. She even set me up with a leasing deal so I can afford great quality jewelry! I ended up buying a 14k gold chain, plus screwback earrings that matched perfectly! I was so pleased with the service I came back and bought my wife a new ring. Will definitely recommend!

Had my ears pierced. When I got home I noticed that I had been charged 20.00 for ear care solution. Most offer it free but not in this case. The young lady didnt even say we suggest you purchase the ear care solution etc.... Give me the option to purchase or not. Dont just charge my card and I find out when I get home and look at my receipt. Not only that but while checking out I noticed she had snuck in a 2 year extended warranty charge which I didnt ask for and didnt want. I used the promo of getting a pair of earrings for 50% off went along with my ear piercing. Take the time and review your receipt before you leave. Dont end up with a expensive surprise like I did.

Just left this place and there was no customer service at all. My sister and I approached the Pagoda, no one greeted us or even asked could they help with anything. Granted, it was 5:35, so I know you’re ready to go because it’s almost closing, but still, it’s not 6 yet so we could’ve AT LEAST gotten a “Hello, how are you?”. The young lady that rang my sister up was rude also. Definitely will be going to a different Pagoda next time. This is the first one I’ve been to where there was absolute no customer service.

Stay far away. They don’t have experience within the piercing industry. I got a cartilage piercing (I thought they were legit) but they used a gun, didn’t use gloves, and gave me a butterfly back. When it didn’t go through I was told I couldn’t get a refund and I needed to come back the next day. I did because I lost $80 for nothing and the manager did it. It went through but I still had a butterfly back for a cartilage piercing… save your money and don’t go here :)
