I recently had a fantastic experience at Banter. I initially went in to get my sons ears pierced, but the excellent customer service inspired me to get a second piercing for myself. JV, who assisted us, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Kat, who made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Both JV and Kat informed me about all the specials they had going on, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the friendly and professional service at Banter made it a wonderful experience.

Very patient and knowledgeable associates at the Patrick Henry location. While me and my mother could not make up our minds of what to get for our kids during their monthly sale these two ladies made sure we were getting the best deal. Highly recommend.
