Literally best piercing shop Ive ever been to. Quiet, clean and SO friendly. Very knowledgeable all around. Beautiful and large selection of jewelry. Great price ranges for a number of pieces. Would love to come back. Nathan and staff are amazing, thank you for a wonderful experience and great piercings for all 5 of us girls on the trip!!

Took my daughter for her third ear piercing today. Nathan and Alex were more than friendly and made sure all precautions were taken for safety, even for a seemingly average piercing. They were SO friendly and kind to my daughter and I. I loved how they spoke with her regarding the piercing and not me, she is young, but got treated like her option mattered. Loved that! Thank you both so much the experience was awesome!

Yet another great experience for me at AGO! This visit, they answered all of my questions regarding the specific piercing I had in mind, and immediately were knowledgeable of all their options. The piercer took the time to walk me through various ways to customize my look, then let me decide what suited me best. This is always a no-pressure studio and I appreciate how patient and accommodating the staff is. We also discussed many details of the healing process and aftercare which I am thankful for—even if it’s just a refresher!A HUGE thank you to Alex for the PERFECT vertical labret piercing!

Had to give a 1 rating because zero was not available. Worst customer service I have experienced from anyone or any place on the Oregon coast ever. Very expensive, rude female piercer, and had my young daughters in tears because of how she talked to us. We arrived at 5:30 which is clearly stated on their web site as their last walk in time. The piercer took several minutes to answer the doorbell and preceded to tell us she had already cleaned up and put away her equipment away before the 5:30 cutoff time clearly. Do not expect any understanding from the owner, employees actions are backed by him. Sadly, this ruined a big part of our vacation that we had been planning for months. We are happy to have located an amazing spot in Salem to do our piercings, and its only a short drive away, has great customer service with an amazing all around vibe.

I have gone to this business for years.I have gotten several piercings from Alex & Nathan. They have been extremely wonderful! Always sterile, explained everything with great detail and they have a beautiful selection of jewelry!I also have gotten three tattoos from Miles! Wow , wow ,wow. I love this place! Very high quality experience from beginning to end. Loved the interaction and professionalism. Felt like I got exactly what I came for. I paid double what most of my friends have paid for the same piercing but I’m very happy and think I got my moneys worth. I would definitely come back. The piercing was fair price they just have very high quality jewelry. Not a complaint at all I just wasn’t expecting to pay so much! Alex was amazing and she was friendly and helpful. I’ve never felt so comfortable letting people pierce or tattoo my body. I did all my own piercings except for the ones I knew I wanted done professionally and was scared but they were so kind and precise. They are so inviting and aware of their clients. I got my first tattoo here and i was really nervous. I was told I picked a really sensitive spot and it was going to be lot and was properly warned but it was a breeze. I feel bad for not leaving a tip because i was overwhelmed and have a hard time with anxiety but i definitely will double it the next time i come in.

Got my nostril and conch pierced today and I had an amazing experience!! Nathan had immaculate vibes and an incredible selection of BVLA jewelry. Made me feel really calm and helped me pick out jewelry and placement. They had all the BVLA ends of my dreams. Thank you so much Nathan, you’re incredible!!

If you have a young lady who wants to get their ears pierced who lives down at the coast I highly recommend going and having the gentleman in the photo Pierce her ears, he spoke calml and slowly and got down to her eye level, he made sure she understood every step of the way very professional highly recommended.I love my little niece she was a trooper.When he had her sign the paperwork😍 we all about died how cute it was.He showed her all the earrings she could choose from and was not in a hurry at all was really a great experience and she was only 4!

We are in town from Minnesota and couldn’t find any place to get us in for small matching Sasquatch tattoos, and we were treated rudely by a couple places. Ago got us in and out, they were extremely nice, accommodating and professional! They went the extra mile making our trip even more special and memorable.

My girlfriends and I decided that we needed some new adornments while on a girls trip today. We were greeted at the door by Nathan, and had beyond exceptional experience. He was friendly, personable, attentive, and put you at ease. From final decisions on piercings and choosing jewelry, the process was seamless. We already can’t wait to return!

Had my nose pierced today by Nathan. It was easily the best experience Ive ever had with a piercer. The shop is as clean as it can be and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable about aftercare, jewelry, and we even had a conversation with Nathan about the history of some piercings. I cannot recommend Ago strongly enough. I will definitely be using this shop again in the future.

I was coming out of the gym here in Corvallis and saw a truck that had Ago tattoo and piercing. Saw a family getting out of the truck and I ask if they had a business card and got a straight up “NO NO”. I understand if he was not having a good day that’s ok. But if you’re going to be driving a vehicle with a logo that you work at or own you should be a bit more nice. If this is the way he is as a person outside of work I can only imagine how he is at work.

I was tattooed by Lanea, who was very cool and easy to talk to. I felt like I was on the therapist couch getting to spill my guts, with an added bonus of a nice new piece of art on myself. Im from out of town, but will absolutely be back for more whenever I find myself in Newport. Thank you for the conversation and needle therapy ❤️

This place is awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable and clean. Talked over what I wanted and might like later after healing. Recommend very much. Is a little spendy but I am not having any issues. This is my second time of nipple piercings. First time from different place years ago. Was not real happy. This time, very happy. Only sore first couple days. Now feel like normal. Yippeee, love my piercings. Also had my nose done. Will be going back soon for my vch.

I got my nipples pierced here in October of 2021 and it was a great experience. The guy was SUPER professional, very knowledgeable and explained every part of the process which helped ease my nerves. He made the whole process as comfortable and easy as possible. He gave me very detailed aftercare advice and they use very high quality jewelry. The shop itself was very clean and well laid out. He did everything 100% when it came to keeping everything he touched clean and sanitized. The total cost was a little more expensive than I anticipated but 100% worth every penny. Im going back right now to get help changing the jewelry for the first time and I know that Ill have just as great of an experience this time as well. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to anyone looking to get a piercing done.

Had an absolutely awesome experience with my 16 year old daughter. My daughter got her septum pierced and I got a simple nose piercing. Alex is absolutely great. Barely any pain and went by fast. I would definitely do it again and come back again for more piercings or jewelry in the future. Love the beautiful body jewelry there as well.

Great experience! Was just in town for a little birthday vacation and was curious about walk in piercing appointments. Found this place and was welcomed with open arms! Love this shop!! Nathan really knows what he’s doing and is super gentle when piercing. The needles are always brand new and the jewelry is cleaned right in front of us. Everyone there is so friendly, especially the girl at the desk with the amazing pink hair and beautiful makeup. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs a piercing. I haven’t gotten a tattoo here yet but I know others who have and they always turn out great.

Miles has done all but three of my tattoos and if you know me, you know I have too many to count. He’s such an amazing, comfortable to be around, talented artist. Nathan and Alex have done all of my piercings and have created such a safe and healthy art space for me to be able to modify my ears, my nose, and other parts!! I have been going to this shop for years, and NO ONE has the jewelry selection that Nathan maintains here. Nathans skill and pride in his craft is why I wont accept anything less than the best!! Custom jewelry, unique placement, you name it, he can do it!! Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff all around!!! I dropped in while on vacation looking to get an industrial piercing. Nathan was amazing. He was very professional and friendly. We chatted while he did his job with amazing efficiency and before I knew it, he was done! Ive recommend him ever since! I had issues with sensitivity weeks later, he recommended a different metal and shipped it out. Ive never had another issue! Service and jewelry quality is top notch! I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I cannot say enough good things about Alex and her piercing skills. She has done all of my sons piercings and each time she has done an exceptional job. You can tell right away that she is knowledgeable and skilled in her craft. Her customer service also stands out when she talks to my teenage son about the process, treating him with as much respect as she would give any adult client.Thank you Alex for poking holes in my kid!

Their body jewelry selection is excellent and the tattoo artists are very skilled-IF they deign to accept you as a client.I submitted a request for a quote for one very simple line of runes as a memorial tattoo, with plans to add a second line under the first at a later time. They suggested changes that would have made it gigantic and change the entire design, and then refused to give me a quote and said their artists had declined the job when I told them that was not an option. I frankly doubt that any of their artists were consulted in the first place, and I see no reason why I should wear someone elses idea of what MY memorial tattoo should look like.This is not my first tattoo, nor even my second. I have significant coverage and am very experienced with tattooing and tattoo design, and I have never had this happen before, where the artist tries to take over and make it conform to their idea instead of what their customer wants. I understand about suggesting small changes to enhance the design-this was not that. I will be looking elsewhere to have this done to my specifications, and will not be patronizing Ago in the future.Edit: As I expected, a snarky answer telling me that what I want is just simply beneath them, as the great ARTISTES they believe themselves to be, and that I apparently insulted them by making such a ridiculous request for such a silly tattoo as a memorial to my late father.Fun was mentioned twice in the reply-this isnt about FUN, its about commemorating my father, and frankly the frivolous nature of the reply is an insult, to both myself and his memory. I think this was just an attempt make it bigger and more expensive, and while it might have expressed the tattooers vision, it has absolutely nothing to do with mine. Perhaps the shop should be named Ego, which is much more accurate.

The staff at Ago are awesome! Ive gotten both a piercing and a tattoo here. The piercer was very knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease, they were very helpful with aftercare. Miles was awesome for my first tattoo, he made me feel so comfortable the whole time and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.

Nathan pierced my sister’s belly button and not only did a great job with the piercing, but also reacted perfectly when my sister passed out. They really cared about her well being and let her take her time to feel better before walking out of the shop. Nathan also made it very clear that cleanliness and piercing care is one of his top priorities. Would definitely come back for future piercings!

My boyfriend and I came to Newport for a spontaneous last minute trip. We decided we wanted to get some new ink. Searching for a tattoo place Crazy 8’s was the first option we saw. Without reading the reviews we called to see if there was any openings. Alex answered the phone and she gave me the information, although we did not have an appointment. She then told us to come down and they would see what they can do. Walking in, we were immediately welcomed by Nathan with a bright welcoming smile. We had no idea what we wanted or where we wanted the placement. Nathan and Miles helped us out, they were patient and kind. Eventually I gave up and asked Miles If he could freehand a tattoo incorporating the designs I liked. He sketched a beautiful piece and put his own flare on what my boyfriend wanted. He worked with us on our price range and we both walked out with amazing tattoos. We are from Washington will probably never be back in Oregon but definitely would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for new tattoos or a new piercing, clean friendly shop with amazing people and artist.

I stopped in at this shop on vacation. I called them before we left our home to see if they could get us in, and they had an opening for that weekend! It was my baby sister’s first tattoo, and we both wanted something small! Once we got there, the shop was very clean, and the entire staff was so friendly! Nathan, the owner was so kind and answered all our questions! Miles, the tattoo artist, knew exactly what we wanted and was so quick! He did an amazing job, and I have decide I will NEVER go anywhere else for a piercing or a tattoo ever again. Even if it’s a 7 hour drive to get there! The experience we had was so worth it, and the members of the shop were hands down some of the coolest people I’ve ever met! I’m already planning when we’re going next so I can get some more work done! 10/10 recommend!

We stopped in while on vacation and immediately loved the super wide variety of gorgeous jewelry. Nathan was really good at explaining everything as he went and sharing his knowledge on the world of piercings. We loved chatting with the woman (whose name I didnt catch) at the front before and after we got pierced. They were so kind and funny, we loved it there. Id go back again 10/10.

I love this place so much! I only go here for my piercings, and it’s the only place I ever recommend to people. I’ve gone to other places but always had bad reactions, but not here! Nathan is amazing at what he does. The staff there is so helpful and nice. Every time I leave there I want to go back for more! I’ve personally never had a tattoo there but my sister did and it looked amazing, and she was so in love with it. If you want piercings or tattoos, this is the place to go!!

I have been going to Nathan for my piercings for 7 years now. I recommend anyone looking for piercings to go to him. He is very clean, professional, and he doesnt pressure you. I havent had any of my piercings get an infection from him. I love what he has in stock too! Everything is beautiful.

The knowledge of the piercers in this facility is amazing. Nathan and Alexandra are so awesome. Alexandra is a wonderful aprentice and a very good customer service rep. Nathan was awesome and showed me and my son the correct way to do a smiley on my daughter-in-law. He also allowed us in the back and showed us how he changes the titanium jewelry color with his little machine. Its very amazing and I will be going back to get my own piercing.

Nathan did my daith piercing, and was super helpful answering my questions and concerns. He also re-did my naval piercing that someone else was going to charge me for. He said it was still open, so no need to re-pierce, just charged for the jewelry. It hurt way less than my other piercings, and while I live 8 hours away, it is now the only place I will go for piercings. I also got a tattoo from Miles, and he was amazing! My friend and I got matching tattoos and they turned out absolutely perfect. I made a minor change in the middle and he rolled with it. It was down by my ankle, but still had almost no pain. I almost fell asleep during it, even. And it healed up perfectly.The prices were also wonderful, with high quality products and items. And theyre all so friendly and personable. I dont know when Ill be back in Newport again, but I will certainly go back for more art when I am.

The shop owner is also the piercer. He is very clean, and takes his time with the piercing. My girls (teenagers) had a great experience with him. Their piercings are healing beautifully. And they except walk ins! We live in Portland Metro but have decided we will travel to Newport whenever we want to get pierced. He’s that good.

Nathan does awesome piercings 😁 Ive had 2 and felt comfortable bringing my daughter in for her piercings. Will absolutely be back for any further jewelry. I got my first piercing ever from Nathan -- my eyebrow. The piece used medical-grade steel, and Nathan showed me his hospital-quality cleaning equipment. It didnt hurt, and everyone at the studio was really nice to me even though I was a first-timer. I felt really good that Nathan takes health and safety so seriously. And the piece looks amazing -- it healed up great, and Ive loved it ever since. I wont get a piercing done anywhere else -- and I WILL be coming back! Thank you so much, Nathan! Love you, man!

This is seriously my favorite shop! Nathan is hands down the best and most professional piercer around, I can’t wait to get more piercings from him and to take my daughter to him when she’s ready to get her ears pierced. I’ve been tattooed by Miles a few times and have several pieces from their guest artist Kari and I’ve always been completely satisfied and left with beautiful art work from both of them. I would 1000% recommend this shop to anyone!

Absolutely awesome experience getting my septum pierced and getting a beautiful, cruel/conflict free diamond nose stud after she had to widen the established nose piercing. Barely any pain and everything is healing well. I would absolutely come back again for more piercings or jewelry. Truly beautiful body jewelry.

Ago Tattoo and Piercing is my favorite studio. I have been getting piercings from Nathan for 7+ years. Nathan is very helpful when I am trying to design custom earrings. When ordering titanium, it is very interesting to watch Nathan add colors. I get wonderful comments for all of my piercings; the last count was 37! Miles is a great tattoo artist. I did not have much real estate left uninked when Miles came on board, but I enjoy coming in for small artwork every couple months. His additions are great. Miles is happy to do designs I present, and can also create great designs. I am looking forward to booking a few more appointments this summer!

Nathan is very knowledgeable ! He did my daith which turned out great. He also did my septum for me after a different shop had pierced it crooked . He fixed it and made sure it was straight. Used a clamp to ensure it was right. Im pleased with how it turned out. If you want your piercing done right go to Nathan at ago!

I recently went in to get a second lobe piercing, and my experience was really, really good. I had to go in later in the day after work and even though it was late, nothing was rushed and they took their time with me, making sure I was comfortable and happy with the jewelry I had chosen. I was really nervous because Im lousy with pain and needles etc. and my piercer was so, so good about it-- he chatted with me to calm me down and explained each part of the process well so that I didnt have to worry. He answered all of my questions and gave me proper, sensible aftercare advice without spiking my anxiety with dire warnings- a tough balance to strike. You know a place is great when you come in a nervous wreck and leave plotting your next piercing already. Im local to the area but I could easily imagine traveling from out of town to come here.

I am SO picky because I’ve dated a professional tattooer, and I have piercer friends out of state. I found this establishment, and was very interested to see what it’d be like. The gal greeting at the door/keeping Covid protocol in order was so professional and eloquent. My piercer, Nathan, was amazing. He was willing to show me different price points for a piercing. I’ve never had that courtesy before—most places try to upsell. He went above and beyond by discussing why certain piercings wouldn’t work for me while discussing solutions. It was basically pain-free, the price was fair, and I’m so excited to return soon for many more piercings. Highly recommend.

I have gone to this shop ever since I was 18. I have beautiful tattoos from 2 different amazing artists that have come through here in the past and three beautiful piercings from here as well. The shop is always cleaner looking that a brand new house. The staff is amazing and really easy to work with. They have so many guest artists come through for tattooing that you can find an artist for every style and don’t even get me started on the selection of very high quality jewelry. Everyone is certified, everything’s always sterile, and the atmosphere is so calming. And NEVER will you find a piercing gun here. Everything is done as it should be done professionally. Went to get foster kid ears pierced today with another family. While my kiddo wasn’t getting hers done, the other foster kid was, the experience was so overwhelming. We were met at the door, told only one person could come in, even though 2 people were getting their ears done? Additionally, the pricing is $160 for one person, that’s the cheapest price. Their was two dads and two moms wanting to be part of this and that wasn’t allowed. Visiting from out of town as well. The two employees went on and on about overwhelming the child, but really they were overwhelming us. I get limiting space and Covid etc, but wow talk about over board crazy control today. I left feeling speechless and not sure how to feel about this business. In the end it was decided not to get the piercing done because of money, it was not financial possible for the dad to afford both piercings unfortunately from this shop. The experience was meant to be a father daughter bonding day. Instead it turned into tears and not so much fun. While I sat and read most the reviews on here and I’m sure this is a great shop, I did see other families running into the same issue with not being allowed to have mom and dad go in with their kids to watch the big day! Also, it’s super expensive and pricey for just being a ear piercing experience! $160 for that is really expensive, but I guess when you’re the only shop within 100 miles you can charge this!Overall it was draining and disappointing. Wasted our time and left our foster kid in tears. Not the best day!

I dont trust anyone to pierce me or supply jewelry unless Nathan himself does it or if he approves of a business! He has always offered me the best and most professional service and advice, and has guided me through some horror accidents from other places. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, shop setup, and professionalism of the front desk and Nathan. I recently had surgery and they were able to fix my captive ring and reinsert it in my daith. I came here to get an antibrow piercing. All the people there were very friendly and helpful. The guy who did my piercing was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. I walked in on a whim for my first ever piercing. The person who did my piercing was super kind and helpful. A lot of fun off hand knowledge too, which I really enjoyed hearing. Got my ear pierced as a Christmas present while on vacation for new years and they did AMAZING!! they were VERY understanding about my fears of getting the piercing and made it really comfortable. I had an excellent experience getting pierced by Nathan. I have a lot of metal allergies and he was knowledgeable about what I might be able to tolerate. The process was painless and peaceful. It took me a little longer to heal them some, but that was expected with my allergies. I would go back to Nathan for any piercing needs.

For starters, Ive had this place saved for almost a year now. Ive actually called them a couple of times and appointments are usually pushed out pretty far. [So I know this wouldve been a good place.]I called, again, over a week ago inquiring about their upcoming hours and availability. I was told if I came in on Saturday, its first come first serve for walk-ins only. That was perfect, because my birthday was on a Saturday and I was going to come in early to make sure I could get in that day.Fast forward to today. Its over an hour drive for me, but Im still here early. I think I may have even been the first person on the wait list. Im waiting for the phone call to let me know when an artist has arrived, but instead I am told that its not going to happen today, but they could possibly get me in tomorrow.Im absolutely devastated. This tattoo is far from my first, but its without a doubt my most important. Ive been getting tattooed on my birthday for 22 years. Im not driving all the way back here, just to POSSIBLY get a tattoo a day late and a dollar short.Edit:I would have made an appointment if I thought one was necessary. When I called, I was told appointments werent offered on Saturdays and Sundays (which happen to be my only days off). So, when told to come in as early as possible on Saturday for FCFS walk-ins, thats what I did. Thanks for the recommendation though.Oh and Im sorry but... is not an actual apology.

Ive been following Miles and the tattoo/piercing shop since before I moved to Oregon...about a year ago...I convinced my mom to get a tattoo shop here and we were both pleased with the design and result that Miles came up with for our matching mother-daughter tattoos. It by far exceeded our expectations and we are both so in love with how our design turned out. We love his work and I can see myself being a regular client to Miles.

I emailed asking about a few piercings and received a prompt response answering my questions and giving me all the info I needed to make my decision. I came in the next day to get my piercings done. They were extremely professional, the shop was very clean. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

The only place Ill go for piercings! Nathan is great and very knowledgeable. He pierced my tragus about a year ago, and I recently went back to have the jewelry switched out. Hes also helped me with a belly button piercing that was done improperly elsewhere. I now live on the other side of the country but I wait until I come back to Newport to have anything done because hes the only one I trust! The shop is clean and comfortable.

The name has been changed to Ago Tattoos and Piercing. They were phenomenal! Each member was very calm, caring, knowledgeable and helpful. I got my nose pierced with a customized ring! They use a material that never needs to be removed, unless desired. It can even go through an MRI. My family members received some tattoos that were quite delightful as well! They turned out beautiful and immaculate!

Went in yesterday to get piercings, and I was absolutely blown away by how professional and kind the piercer was. He was fantastic about walking through every step of the process with me, and he did a fantastic job. I couldnt be happier with how they turned out.

I have been going to Nathan for over 5 years. He has done several piercings for myself as well as 4 for my girlfriend, my 13 year old sons ears, and my daughters ears when she was 3, and if I trusted him to pierce my daughter that says tons. We drive from Dallas, Or. to have Nathan take care of us and I will never go anywhere else. Nathan has always made us feel like family when we are in the shop. He has the cleanest studio Ive ever been in. From the first time I walked into his studio until now he has always made me feel like Im wanted and welcomed. I lost the only jewelry (for me cheeks) that I had with me on a trip to Newport OR. I looked at Walmart and all the stores but couldn’t find anything that would temporarily work. LAs the time continued I knew my cheeks were closing and I was pretty bummed. I knew I would have trouble getting them back in. The next day the shop was open so I thought I would stop by and grab some jewelry and hope for the best getting it in myself. As we approached I could tell there was a lot of love put into the shop. It was very high end. I haven’t experienced this before but I was impressed and the two workers that helped us were beyond kind. They don’t just send you with jewelry. They show you what products to choose from. Then take you in the back to a private room to size the jewelry and put it in for you. She was so sweet and was empathetic to what I was going through as far as pain. I would say it’s as expensive as any tattoo shop for expensive jewelry. It’s surgical grade so you wouldn’t have to take it out for MRI’s and things. But the experience was much better! I think this should become a standard practice in the piercing industry. I wish I lived closer!

Amazing experience and tattoo from ago. First had my piercing changed and resized which was very needed and he went into depth about why it was so important to have the right size. It was very helpful. Then I was tattooed by malcom. He was extremely kind in helping to calm my nerves because I was getting my first tattoo. Distracting from the tattoo itself and constantly confirming that it was what I wanted. He also explained the process and told me what he was doing at each step. By the time I was actually getting the tattoo I was so calm and i could barely feel it. Malcom is super kind and talented. I would highly recommend him!

You would have to be crazy to go anywhere else but AGO when your tryna get some ink done! I haven’t gotten any piercing here yet or personally met Nathan BUT, I have gotten some ink done by Miles. In November of 2019 I had my septum pierced by Nathan, and it was a great experience all around. I was very comfortable and it was quick and painless. I came in sunday afternoon and got a vertical labret done by Alex, this piercing is directly in the center of your face and it was at utmost importance to me that it was perfectly placed. In my head I imagined I would probably be a pain about the layout, and make the artist do it a few times because I had a placement picked out in my head, but no, she did it absolutely perfectly her first try. Now this next part I add for anyone who has mental health issues or anxiety. I developed a panic disorder since 2019 when i got my septum done, I get lightheaded and nauseous easily because of it, and its common to get lightheaded and nauseous anyway after or during an adrenaline rush. Alex, and the woman working with her who I think i went to school with, were the absolute best. I started to get really lightheaded and expressed that. they had gotten me water before I could ask, and it was a blessing. Alex had a puke bag on hand for me, they both reassured me, were extremely patient with me, and when I had thrown up, they reassured me even more and made me feel so comfortable.. I love both of my piercings, so much, and had lovely experiences getting them done. I think Ive found who I want to do the rest of my piercings for me.

Four of us (female friends for 55 years) have been meeting at the Oregon coast for years, and about three years ago, we decided to start getting tattoos. This year we were in Waldport and for our 3rd tattoo, we chose Ago Tattoo. When we got there, we noted the place was clean and inviting. And it just got better from there. We got Malcolm to do all of the tattoos, and I have to say that we were all very impressed with him--his attitude, his assistance, and his work were excellent. We had a great experience at Ago and with Malcolm and recommend both highly for your next tattoo.

This was a wonderful experience, especially since it was my first time here. Artist, Mr. Leach, did astonishingly clean and colorful tattoos for my friend and I. He even worked within our budget AND touched up another tat of mine while he was at it. Both Mr. Leach and Nathan were courteous, knowledgeable, and inviting. The establishment was very clean and organized in an aesthetic manner. I am definitely going back, because this was so fun made me feel welcome.P.S. They even played my favorite music, on request, to help distract me from pain!

Ive spent a good amount of time here and I always feel so welcome. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Nathan has reopened my tongue piercing for me, as well as changed the jewelry out a couple of times cuz I have a problem with getting the ball on/off.No matter what I want done piercing wise Ill always go to Nathan, hes comfortable to be around and is super informative when answering questions as well as reassuring (and I have asked ALOT of questions)Besides my tongue, Nathan has also pierced my nose , both great experiences with little to no difficulties :). I only say little because I fainted once which was still weirdly enough a good experience, Nathan made sure I was okay and gave me water as well as some candy to settle down before I left. Definitely will be going back in the future.

My 7 year old got her ears pierced and my 11 year old niece got hers done.. they only allowed the person getting pierced and one person to accompany them in which was a bit of a buzzkill for us, because my husband and I both wanted to be there for her. It was clean and had good options, the staff was friendly and courteous. It was a little spendy if youre used to mall ear piercing prices but my 7 year old had no tears and even though she was anxious she left excited .

Nathan was able to have my nose pierced within no more than 10 minutes after walking in without an appointment which was wonderful. He was very helpful and everything was very very clean and legit. He has an awesome selection of nice jewelry too.

I scheduled with Ago Tattoo at the recommendation of a friend. The tattoo artist, Malcolm, was extremely patient as I explained what I wanted and what my design concerns were. I appreciated him using the tablet to modify the font design I had in mind. My design was simple but required a light touch and clean lines and he did just that. I’ve already recommended Malcolm to a friend (who scheduled an appointment today)! Will definitely be back to support this awesome artist.

Ago tattoo has actually been around for a long time. It use to be called a Crazy eights then they just rebranded. I personally don’t have tattoos but my girlfriend only goes to Nathan for her piercings and most of her tattoos. Quality service and products for the price here. If I ever do feel like getting ink on my skin I know that I’d come here without hesitation.

My wife and I had am appointment with John on Saturday April 5 th 2014 at 4 pm. We got the 10 minutes early and Nathan had us fill out the paperwork (Nathan was very kind). At 4:45pm I had nicely asked Nathan if he could ask John how much longer until he was going to be ready for us. Nathan said that he was just about ready to do that but he looked kinda nervous for some reason. Nathan then checked and came out and said that John said it will be just a little bit longer. So we wait another 45 minutes and John comes out and I very nicely ask how much longer does he think. He looked at me like I didnt even deserve to breath the same air as him and said I am getting there. Now I understand sometimes things take longer than expected but it was now 1.5 hours after our appointment was supposed to start. So I was at least hoping for something like I am sorry for the wait. But instead he treated me like crap. So we decided to wait until he was ready and he made sure to take forever to clean his station. Then he comes up and I asked if he still wanted to do our tattoo. He walked away and asked if we paid a deposit. I hadnt so he said then we are done. I said so we wasted almost 2 hours past our appointment time and this is how you are going to treat us? He says yes. I said okay but I am going to make sure everyone knows how you treat your customers. He then proceeds to say in front of customers I am not worried about it, I am booked for two months.I would recommend Nathan for piercings but hope others will show John that be isnt a God. Please dont get a tattoo from John.

Malcom is cool, he took his time to nail exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it, giving me his creative mind that I do not have to create features in mydogs paws I wouldn’t have thought of adding. Throughout the service we had a good time talking and laughing. I will be going back and getting more tattoos, my experience was amazing.

Went in for a simple finger line tattoo that ended up costing $100 for 15 minutes, when asked about a touch up because it didnt stick like a permanent tattoo should, they said well we dont do that free and you should have known they wouldnt have stuck. ..... Way to be about the client and have quality service WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Lanea was the artist... Just fyi

Called in the day before my birthday (couple weeks ago) to ask for an appointment. They do not make appointments but assured me the piercer would be there on my birthday. Drove an hour out the next day and willing to wait my turn to be told the piercer wasnt feeling it that day because he had some athletic thing happening soon.Went to the valley and tipped 50 bucks for people who could be bother to show up that day.

Only ever had good experiences. I’ve had multiple piercings done here as well as a tattoo and I love them all! Without a doubt, the only place on the coast I will let touch me with a needle!

They rip people off and the owner is an arrogant patronizing liar. They charged double for almost the same tattoo but less detail. They wouldnt even listen or see the proof of the price on the original tattoo. Definately would discourage anyone from going there! I also talked to the manager at Big 5 and she said the same thing happened to her! Sad because there is potential there. Just need honesty and a little customer service!!

I live in Montana and was here on vacation. I wanted a tattoo to remember my experience here on the coast. My tattoo faded and looked horrible with in a couple months. I called them today and asked them to touch my tattoo and the man laughed at me and told me they were booked up months in advance. I dont recommend anybody to get a tattoo at crazy eights! They are unprofessional and rude. I am very unsatisfied :(

The women in there were extremely nice. The atmosphere was clean. They were very knowledgeable on their products. I would go there again if I want to get more piercing done.

Went to this shop to see what it was about and walked out with a tattoo that I have been wanting for a long time and Im so very proud to have miles work on my arm. Everyone was very friendly!. ***Warning! If you plan on getting a nose piercing, first find out which side of your face you and your significant other kiss. My wife got a nose stud but the side of her nose she got it on, it always catches in my nostril whenever we kiss. Should have gotten it pierced on the other side. Not serious issue, more of a cute inconvenience***. They have a new name now. I took my girlfriend there to get a belly button piercing. The guy was very informative, very gentle and very professional. She experienced minimal pain. I would definitely go back there again.

Crazy 8 Tattoos are thieves.I just want to make sure no one else gets ripped off by this company. I set up an appointment they had me put down a deposit. They called me and cancelled my appointment. They gave no reason nothing. I asked why they said I was lucky to get an appointment anyway. I asked for my deposit Beck so I could go somewhere else. They said no. I asked why. They said its against policy. I asked about another appointment. They offered one on a day a had to work. I couldnt do it because I had to work. They said will Im sorry but looks like we cant help you. I asked again for my deposit back they said no. They then told me I was being rude. This ask came from a private number not s business number. So I called and left a message asking for my deposit back. They called my wife and started off I come back on there property I will be arrested and they never give deposits back even if they are the ones that cancel. You are warned!
