Almost all of my tattoos have been done here by Bonnie Mitchel and they are all so amazing and beautiful, I get compliments daily on them!

I went in with my mother and watched her do the most DETAILED, small, intricate tattoo Ive ever seen. She did an amazing job it was like the picture was printed straight onto her skin!!!

Got my belly button pierced there by Bonnie’s daughter. She’s and amazing piercer and tattoo artist. If you’re looking to get a peircing or tattoo I recommend ink envy. Best place in maine!!

Bonnie-Jean Mitchell, you are amazing with your work! She doesnt usually do walk-ins but she accepted me today. Shes kind and very professional! The place is nice and clean, cleanest shop Ive ever been in. Her work is clean, on point, And looks great! The experience I had today is like no other. I will be going to her from now on for piercings and tattoos!

My 6 year old daughter decided she wanted to get her ears pierced. Shed always said she was going to wait until she was at least 20 to get it done because she was terrified about how much it might hurt, so this was a very sudden change of heart. I wanted her to walk away from the experience with as little trauma as possible. I also knew there was a chance she would lose her nerve when we got there. I reached out to Ink Envy, and Elaine assured me that was she was up for the task. We arrived for our appointment on the Friday evening of a holiday weekend. When we walked in, the place both smelled and looked clean. Despite the upcoming holiday weekend, Elaine never made us feel rushed. She took the time to explain the process to us, putting both my daughters nerves and my nervous mama nerves at ease. When marking dots on my daughters ears, she put so much consideration into placement that after she reviewed it, she consulted with me and my mother (who had come along for the occasion) to make sure we approved as well. At one point, she picked something up and then promptly changed her gloves.This detail to sanitization did not go unnoticed even though she did it so subtly. Once everyone was ok with placement, she had my daughter sit on my lap, and in the span of a minute or 2, my daughters ears were pierced. Right before starting, Elaine offered my daughter a bottle of water. Right after she finished, she rewarded my daughter with chocolate. By the time we left, my daughter said her ears didnt really hurt much and after less than a week, they werent even tender when handling them while cleaning. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. I would truly recommend Elaine to any parent that is looking for someone to pierce a nervous small childs ears.

My daughter had eyebrow and nose pierced at 2 different times and the shop was so so clean and beautifully designed. The owner and her employees were super welcoming and had great sense of humor and the whole experience was perfect! Both piercings were done and had zero swelling, redness or any irritation which made it an even better experience. I cant wait to go back for my next tattoo and will be calling for appointment soon♥️😊

Bonnie Jean is a great tattoo artist,her shop is very clean very welcoming,she pays close attention to deatil,over all a great expirenece. Would recomned to anyone.

I got my nose piercing done on a Friday in February and she had to pierce my nose twice. She gave me an “L” hook and she pierced it way too high. I cleaned it as I should and by the time it was Sunday I had to go to the ER because it was so swollen that the piercing went in my nose and I couldn’t get it out and pretty sure my nose cartilage was cracked because I had a black eye. Would not recommend getting a piercing there.

I got my nipples pierced here in February and the left one is pierced through my areola and has bothered me since getting it. Although these ladies are very nice I would recommend going elsewhere for piercings.

Took the day off from work to get a tattoo. The appointment was set and a reminder was dent the day before. Drove from bangor, waited 35 minutes and hr never showed up. So disappointed
