Buy the titanium, not gold!I have completely changed my 5-star review. When I went there, the lady knew she had a problem with her gold earrings the first time and insisted that was the best quality they had when she got pierced on the 1st. I called today the 4th because she is having a allergic reaction and the lady on the phone said it was common for them to have reactions to the gold colored ones, so I told her she had the white gold the first time had a problem. I called to ask if she would switch them out, and she said yes, I mentioned Id do it while she slept if I had to. I went back to clairs, and she wasnt even gonna wash the earrings we picked out, so I offered to buy the solution again so I could make sure the earrings were sanitized..... so, the lady barely tried to get them off, said it was hard because she had to wear gloves. I am getting her tested to see if she is allergic to gold or if they are selling fake gold..

We had amazing experiences at this Claires location. My daughter got her ears pierced and Miss B the manager took her time to get the perfect piercing. She was very helpful in explaining the various types of piercing packages available. Because of her advice we opted to choose a higher quality stud and the piercing has healed beautifully. We also threw a birthday party at this location and it was so fun! Miss B and the piercing princess were attentive, helpful and kind. My daughter LOVED her Claires birthday party and so did I!

I had my granddaughters ears pierced there in October and we are supposed to get a code/coupon for a free pair of earrings a month for a year. I have not received the code/coupon. I was told at the store that they can help me for the first month but that I needed to call customer service and give them the transaction number. I called three times and had to leave a message. No one called me back. I went back to the store and was again told I had to call customer service as maybe the email was entered wrong to which I said I get the rewards emails. On the fourth call I spoke with someone who said she fixed it and to check my junk mail and it will be about a week before I get any emails with the code/coupon. I get the emails for rewards etc just not for the free earrings. So why am I not getting the codes/coupons? I have spent quite a bit of money in that store since October. I won’t be shopping there anymore and will be spreading the news about their poor customer service as well as their inability to not abide by their policies of free earrings a month. Needless to say I am livid but more importantly my granddaughter is disappointed every month when she asks if I got the code/coupon. DO NOT SHOP CLAIRES!

Wonderful experience today! My grand-daughter, almost 2 years old, had her ears pierced. The staff who waited on us, I believe was the manager and she was AMAZING! She was so kind, professional, and thoroughly explained every step and the aftercare instructions. I really appreciated how meticulous she was with the placement of the piercings! I highly recommend Claires.

I’ve never been treated so rudely in a store in my whole like. I am in my 20s trying to buy scrunches with a friend who is also in her 20s and was asked if one of us could leave because “they have a policy about minors”. Not only were we buying things in the store but they were watching us like we were going to steal. It was rude and unprofessional. Wish i could give them negative stars.

Straight up Rude. I was looking to see which earring I wanted. There was no greetings & the lady just wanted me to get the highest priced earring. Then with an attitude she mumbled to herself, walked away & gossips with her coworker at the register.

I bought glue on nails. And spent a lot of money just on nails and they dont even fit

Claires is usually a great place to find cutesy little earings and gifts. But this store is miniture and the service sucks.

There was a baby roach looking bug on one of the airpod cases I have proof and it was disgusting never supporting this store again.
