Showed up later than expected, the lady that attended my visit was willing to pull back out supplies despite closing in 30 mins. Had a friendly chat as we quickly moved through the motions.

Bought A gold cross 8 months ago and paid for the replacement warranty. Bale on cross broke and they were out of stock. I was told to stop by on Wednesdays to see if it was in stock, I asked that it be ordered and was told that they dont do that, I asked that salesperson take my number and call me when it does come in and was told that they dont have time for that. I decided to go and pay to have the cross repaired. Very Bad Customer Service!! There warranty isnt worth the paper that it is printed on and the 2 people working today were Too busy talking to people to do there Job.

My daughter kills earrings, not on purpose but she is so tough on them so I find myself here every few months. The staff is always excellent and I never have to wait for service, have bad service or have any issue with the products. They also do offer warranties on the jewelry which is nice when shopping for kids.

Their website says they pierce noses. I drove all the way out there to be told no, they do not. I had tried to call before arriving but the phone just rang and rang. Not a happy customer

Didnt actually get a piercing. I bet they do a fine job for a mall kiosk.

Friendly staff and decent prices you should go check them out Im sure youll find a piece of jewelry youll love there for yourself or a love one.
