Came in for my first tattoo, I was nervous as expected, but Brian did such an amazing job. I had a budget of 150 and he gave me the perfect tattoo in my budget. 100% will be going back for more tattoos down the road:)

Great work, one year later and I’m still getting compliments on how vibrant the colors look. This was my first neck tattoo and it hurt like hell at the skull but they did a great job. Kinda pricey. This cost me about $750 but they did do an amazing job regardless

Sam b was FANTASTIC!.Let me start by saying , I used to be terrified of needles until Thursday …. I wanted to overcome my fear so I went to get my nose done , Sam couldn’t have made the experience any better then what she did.She was super understanding and patient with me & once I closed my eyes she had that needle in and out. I’ve seen a few reviews saying it was painless and I can personally say that’s TRUE , my nose piercing hasn’t even swelled up and it’s so cute. Thank you for being you Sam ! Your a rare gem 💕🫶🏽

This was the first time my wife and I went to this shop. It’s clean and it just has this really chill vibe. Samantha did two piercings for my wife, her daith and septum. She was really nice and knowledgeable. She took her time and they came out really nice. We will definitely be back for more. 🤘🏼

I got three flash tattoos while they had their sale a while ago. They were done by John and they healed amazingly. Very funny guy and was overall a good experience.

I booked an appointment for 3 piercings with Samantha. I get there and not only is Samantha not in the shop but instead had her apprentice doing the piercings alone. I never was asked by Samantha if this was ok nor was I told at booking that she wouldn’t even be there. Very disappointed and this review is not geared toward the apprentice at all.

Clean and chill environment with great music. brain, the walk in artist, is absolutely wonderful. excellent line work! but everyone there is welcoming & pleasant. highly recommend! their piercer is incredible as well! she did amazing on my industrial piercing!

Went in to get my snakebites done by Sam, from walking to the piercing area to walking out with my new piercing was a wonderful experience. All staff(including and especially Sam) were all very nice and helpful. Sam talked me through the entire process, giving reassurance and utter care. Asked multiple times if I had questions before and after the piercing. It was quick but not rushed and very well done. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reputable piercer. Not even to mention the lovely atmosphere around the place, it was calming and you always had something to focus on well getting it done. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. My daughter has been going back and forth on having her ears pierced for quite some time and was finally ready to do it. Samantha quickly responded to messages about the process and her availability. She was professional, friendly and did an amazing job at making the process smooth and comfortable for my 8 y/o including talking to her, providing things for my daughter to focus on and even asking if she had questions of her own before the piercing. Samantha was very patient with the expected tears between lobes and prepping my daughter for the second one. The piercings look great and my girl left with smiles and confidence. The facility setup is also very welcoming and clean.

My best friend has never had a tattoo and is terminally ill. She decided to mark this off her bucket list and we contacted 1st Order and spoke to Zach Stephenson. He not only did a beautiful job, but he was so personable and kind. I dont have the words to describe what this day meant to us or how beautiful this piece is to us, but I will never go anywhere else. (navel & both n*pples) Samantha was by far the most welcoming, professional, and SKILLED piercer I have ever had the pleasure of getting stabbed by. I had been wanting to get this heart I had an artist draw for me when I got their autograph, I’m impatient & didn’t want to wait for my artist to have an opening in a few months so after a quick google search & looking at some reviews, 1st Order Tattoo Co. was the place! Zach was super friendly, extremely patient with us making changes to my friends spontaneous tattoo, made great conversation which made it feel homey, & overall was a very pleasant experience! Would definitely go back if I get an itch to get a tattoo & I can’t wait! We were able to walk in that day! Great environment & great people.

I got a septum piercing done here by Samantha about a month 1/2 ago. It’s been healing so well and is in the perfect spot. She made sure to be sanitary before, after, and during the entire piercing process and was so fun to be around. I love the energy of this entire shop and love how my piercing came out.

Ive been both pierced and tattooed here and have had an all over all great experience everytime Ive come in. I was able to bring my baby for the duration of my tattoo and it was nice to see how accepting, excited, and interactive the artist were with him. Will definently be returning!

Got a peircing done elsewhere a week ago and being the idiot I am i kept messing with it until it tightened up against my ear. My ear had swollen up over the head and was extremely painful, they fit me in no problem and had the old peircing out and a new and longer one in, in less than 10 minutes. Everyone there was kind an courteous as well, would highly recommend for a peircing or tattoo!

My daughter wanted a spur of the moment pretty big piece on Sunday. She called and John told her sure. He hand drew wild flowers that wrapped around from her wrist up her forearm. Great shop in Niles. I live in Pittsburgh, so I dont typically travel too far for tattoos, but when you find an artist(Zach) that you like, it makes it worth every mile!Everyone was super friendly when I first arrived and made sure that I was comfortable and I had everything that I would need. Best experience with a shop and artist I’ve ever had. “Big” John was more than understanding of a previous apprentices mess up and fixed mine and my fiancées Tattoos. Partner had belly piercing removed for hip surgery. As reward and karma went to 1st Order to find a new belly piercing and have it put on. Selection was great, staff helpful and the site was very clean and efficient. Been to enough to know a quality shop top to bottom. If up your alley go. You wont be sorry.

The owner or whoever the tatted bald guy is needs an attitude check he sat there and gave me a horrible attitude I would suggest going somewhere else! Also I got a tattoo done once here and it got infected ! Update it’s been 2 years or so since I’ve gotten the tattoo and no the comment the shop saidAbout me saying the spiteful words because I didn’t get my way is delusional I will post a picture showing the recovering hamburger meat they gave me !!! I’ve never been spiteful in my life.. as you can see in the picture I’m including they did a horrible job! But the owner did actually end up making it up to me by doing a new tattoo for free but still doesn’t give an excuse!!!

I have got 2 tattoos by BJ and my lip pierced by Sam. I get tons of compliments on my tattoos done by BJ. The shop was so welcoming and clean. Staff is friendly and very easy to get along with. Also picked up some jewelry. Good selection and price. Best shop in the area by far. If you havent gone in yet I highly recommend you stop in and check it out.

Wasted my time. I called before opening to be a walk in, artist available returned my call at 11 telling me to come in, and I pulled in not a minute later because I was driving nearby. Then I was told it would be two hours because the artist had to work on another customer. I didn’t mind as a walk in of course, so I left, got some food, came back, but then sat there for hours. From 11-2:40, almost 4 hours I waited. No one said anything to me about how much longer it would be. No one apologized or spoke up to me about the situation. The artist that I originally spoke to said nothing to me about my tattoo. Just stood up to take a break with his “2 hour client,” looked at me, sat back down, and continued working on him. Could have at least let me know it would be longer than he thought and had me come back later, or schedule an appointment. So I dipped to go enjoy the nice sunny day outside instead of feeling like an unwelcomed customer.Not coming back because I don’t want to deal with the bad service and weird vibes they gave me.

On a whim I decided I wanted a tattoo. Called them up and made an appointment for a couple hours later. Little did I know I would be blown away by how amazing my tattoo came out. Zach was awesome!!! Did exactly how I wanted it done and asked to put a little extra into and I said sure and BOOM, he knocked it outta the park. Little detailing and coloring made it phenomenal! Cant wait to add to it!
