I have ALWAYS loved Blackwater. Every tattoo and piercing I have, I have gotten from one of the artists at the shop. It’s always so comfortable, the staff is always so welcoming, and the artists are so talented. You will never leave unhappy, their work is unmatched- One of the only shops where I don’t care who is tattooing/piercing me because I know every single one of them will do exceptional work! Highly recommend!

They were awesome! I called with a piercing question (was pierced in Vegas) and even though they didnt do the piercing, they gave me great information to help with re-sizing and care. Very highly recommend! Customer Service means the world.

I went to the Friday the 13th flash sale absolutely amazing prices! I got one piercing and two tattoos, I’m in love with all three. The owner Johnathon did my tattoos and his wife did my conch piercing, thank you guys!

I was at the shop for a while yesterday with my friend getting a tattoo and I will tell you this is the best shop I have ever been to! Comfortable, clean and just a great time for the money and time spent! I will be going there for all my work and recommend them to anyone who asks!!!!

Very kind and patient staff. Told me everything I needed to know about the anatomy I had and the correct anatomy for piercings. Also gave me aftercare info, piercer info for concerns, and ideas for the future.

Just got a small simple tattoo a couple weeks ago. It healed nicely and the tattoo artist Weston and the staff were super nice. He did mine and couple friends all very quickly. A nice shop definitely will go back!!

Got my first tattoo today and Paul Comanescu did a phenomenal job and even dressed it up with additional detail and an extra request without charging me extra. His energy and sense of humor matched mine and my two friends and we all become friends and laughing and singing along to some jelly roll while he gave all three of us tattoos. He has a steady and light hand. Makes sure youre comfortable and not to overwhelm you. I will be going back very soon for more ink as well as piercing. I highly recommend Paul and everyone at blackwater. Thanks dude 🤘🤘

I got my nose pierced today, everyone was extremely nice and it was quick and easy. It’s really clean and professional and a really good price.

The best place!! I recently went and got my nose pierced and new cartilage earrings! Elizabeth is so amazing and kind when it comes to piercing. She listens to you and makes sure you are comfortable the entire time! I would recommend her to anyone looking to get a new piercing. All of the staff I encountered here were so kind and made the experience 10/10!

I’ve been in for multiple piercings for myself, my best friend, and my son! Liz Capp is literally the best! I’ve been other places over the years but will never go anywhere else now! She’s fun, she’s great at what she does, and these piercing heal better and faster than anywhere I’ve gone!

My best friend and I decided to get tattoos very spur of the moment. Blackwater was kind enough to stay home TWO hours late for us. Not only is the place SUPER clean, but it has the absolute BEST staff EVER. My best friend and I had SOOOO much fun. John is an absolute perfectionist and amazing at what he does. Liz and Dominic kept the party going with fun music and making TikTok’s, their kids were even a joy to be around. Seriously can’t wait to go back for another tattoo! Thank you guys for a super fun night we will never forget!!!

The amount of care, kindness, and cleanliness as soon as you walk through those doors is amazing. You don’t feel judged and like the people there are your friends you’ve known for awhile. My husband got his tattoo done by Jimmy and it is magnificent work. I got my nose re-pierced by Liz (after a very bad experience at a different shop) and she definitely gave me a great experience. Can’t wait to come back!

I got my half sleeve worked on here last year and I really liked the two artists who did it. However, It is next to impossible to get an appt scheduled with them and I had a $100 deposit that was never even applied to my bill last year that I have yet to use. Would rather be denied by the artist directly if they dont want to finish my work.

I got my first tattoo here and I am very satisfied with my experience, from the moment i walked In for my appointment to the end of the day when this beauty was completed! Dom is an apprentice here he did an amazing job!He will make sure you are comfortable and even provide some of his own insights which i found very helpful in all my first tattoo experience was absolutely amazing I am happy with my results, definitely will be coming back again.

Very professional!!! I was a walk-in not knowing if I could even get it done but was untimely surprised by how awesome they were and was able to get me in even though on a strict time limit. Johnathon did my tattoo and did a wonderful job, it was everything that I imagined! I gave him my design and he was able to make it happen but made it look even better.They are very accommodating here and will take care of you from the very beginning to the absolute end. He was very thorough filling it in and took his time to make sure no spots were missed. He was quiet but kind I would recommend Blackwater Ink above any shop in the area. My friends and I all wanted piercings so we got together and went for it. The girl that did all of piercings was so thoughtful and explained everything step by step. I ended up talking to Weston and getting a spur of the moment tattoo, plus a touch up. He was amazing. Made me feel so comfortable and was super professional. I scheduled an appointment for a thigh piece immediately after receiving my tattoo by Weston. The whole shop is very clean and has gorgeous decor.

Got both of my tattoos from jon. my 1st one was a walk-in, and i was grateful for him to squeeze me in. he drew up exactly what i asked for but better. he is an amazing artist & very kind. the shop itself is very clean. jon explained everything with detail and took care of me from start to finish. 100% recommend

I met this crew at the Villain Arts Cleveland Tattoo Convention. They had a booth close to mine and cleaned up with tattoo awards! The staff was super chill and you could tell they had a very close chemistry.Antoine Davis, one of their artists, I happened to bump into as I was carrying some things to my booth, offered me a hand which does a lot about his character. I wanted a tattoo that weekend and gave him first dibs because of it . He did an amazing job!I visited their store location weeks later and loved what they did with the place. Its super clean as well.There are absolute favorites of mine and I always think of them first if I have a big tattoo that Im thinking about.

I got a piercing from Shelby she was very thorough and nice and explained everything and it was a clean atmosphere and I would go back there again.

My son got 5 tattoos here and my 2 daughters got piecing.

My husband and I decided to go get tattoos for my birthday. I hadnt gotten a tattoo in over 10 years and was a bit nervous. I walked in today to get a small tattoo on my finger and all of the artists were really kind and took time to tell me there is chance of wearing or fading and may require touch ups. The tattoo is perfect I highly recommend this studio!
