Beauty in a Canvas Tattoo and Art Gallery

Ryan and Robbie make a great team. Couldn’t ask for better artists. Robbie did a previous tattoo I have and Ryan did the current tattoo that I got last Wednesday. The details and professionalism is something that can’t be taught. I absolutely love my new tattoo. Keep in mind that the tattoo still has to heal. I’ll have to post another picture after it has healed up. I’m in love with my tattoo. Ryan did an amazing job 😍.

By far the best shop in town.Robbie and Ryan are more talented and professional then any other artists Ive been too.I have a stack of cards I pass out when I get compliments on my body art. I will not go anywhere else. I just got a 5hour cover up a week ago and Im already to be back in the chair. They deserve way more than 5 stars. The photos are the most recent ones I got from Robert. I also have two half sleeves from Ryan and he did my moms memorial tattoo on my right thigh. ❤️

First tattoo was with Ryan and he did a phenomenal job. The process was easy, the attention to detail was on point, and he made the whole experience enjoyable!It turned out better than I expected and Ill definitely be back for the next ones!

Went with my sister for my first ever tattoo recently age 32. Was nervous and thankfully chose a great shop. Walked in beauty in a canvas and met Ryan. I was considering this for a while but was nervous and Ryan set me up made me feel comfortable showed his impressive portfolio and did an amazing job bringing out the detail I wanted in my design I picked. So happy that I ended up walking in there again Amazing job but beware u can get addicted I havent stopped since then as shown below all done by Ryan at beauty in a canvas

Very clean and comfortable atmosphere, with lots of beautiful artwork hanging on the walls. Its abundantly clear these guys take pride in their work, and you cant miss with either artist. Ive already booked my 2nd appointment, and cant wait to see how this sleeve turns out!

This tattoo was done today in memory of my son, Christofer. He died of an accidental fentanyl overdose 10/7/2020. He was only 19 years old. Ryan at Beauty in a Canvas was amazing, making sure it was exactly what I wanted. It’s from the poem by EE Cummings, I carry your heart.. thank you Ryan! I love it.

Been searching for the right artist for a long time. It’s not my first tattoo. but after getting the two different ones in less then a month by Ryan and Robbie as well as my daughters first tat and I sent my husband to get his as well with Ryan very detailed and large. We will revisit them again and again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I got a really nice small tattoo behind my ear, and Ryan helped me get my design perfectly, and respected me even though it wasn’t a huge tattoo. He did everything professionally and nicely even after a very long day.

Robert is the one I’ll go to from now on! I have several tattoos but this is by far the best experience and talent that I’ve found in Ocala. Super clean shop, great atmosphere, artist listens to what his clients want, and offers great advice. He also tattooed both by kids for their first and they couldn’t be happier! My daughter was nervous for hers and Robert was so kind and patient. The archangel on my son’s back is a piece of art for sure. They said if they get any more that they’ll be returning to have him do them.

I am extremely satisfied with the performance and professionalism of this studio. Im blown away with how my tattoo looks. Five hours in a chair this time, and I cant wait to do another five more. Robert was my artist. Ryan owns the place, and I cant remember the females name, but I believe shes an apprentice. I definitely recommend this place!

Robbie has been doing my tattoos for 15 year but this is the first time at this shop. The shop is clean and comfortable, both Ryan and Robbie make you feel welcome and talk to you(have had experiences in which I was not spoken to by anyone besides artist working on me). Of course Robbie did an amazing tattoo and it was exactly what I wanted. He even gave suggestions that I went with as opposed to what I thought I wanted. You cant go wrong walking into this shop and getting a tattoo. Will be back a million times over.

Went in today to have wings added to a tattoo I have for my siblings and a fire on my other arm. Diaz was EXCELLENT- he encouraged me to take a look at placement and take photos and look in the mirror to ensure it was exactly what I wanted and where I wanted it. He has a light touch and the details on the logs for the fire are fantastic. The shop was extremely clean and welcoming. Ill be back for sure!

At 71 my daughters took me for my 1st tattoo! Diaz was very welcoming and patient with me throughout the entire process! The studio was very clean and I was very impressed with the quality of the work.
