The BEST experience!My 9 year old got her ears pierced yesterday and the experience was flawless. We were greeted with a smile and the process was clearly explained to myself and my daughter.We chose to have both ears done at the same time and the ladies were kind, gentle, and reassuring. My daughter didn’t feel a thing!She didn’t even flinch and said she felt absolutely nothing. A big huge smile emerged on her face and we could not be happier!Highly recommend.

My wife and daughter both got additional ear piercings. Very smooth and easy. I would recommend although I personally did not use any of the services on our visit. They were fast and very friendly.

Got my septum done here yesterday, Samantha was patient and kind. She made a small mistake but was so apologetic and genuine (and also human- stuff happens) and fixed it right up for me. 10/10!!!

Everyone was friendly and informative. Jasper took the time to get the placement just right, which was my biggest worry, lol. Would definitely recommend and will return if I need to get poked again.

I got my nostril, helix, and navel pierced here. The jewelry is very high quality, with a large array of sizes, colors, styles, and gems. As far as quality piercings go, it was not very expensive. Would highly recommend.

Helpful and kind.Updated: I’ve gotten a number of piercings here and love it, however I got my cartilage pierced a few months ago and the lady pierced it at an angle so now all my jewelry sits crooked :/ still will come back but would try to avoid this piercer, not sure her name she was younger and blonde. Sweet but an inconvenient error.

I got my first ear cartilage piercing here and it was awesome! The shop is easy to get to and super clean inside! They accept walk ins and the process was very simple! The staff was friendly and made it a pleasant experience. I’m definitely coming back here!!I walked in, was greeted, and was able to talk to a piercer about what I wanted done. IThey helped me pick out my jewelry (implant grade titanium flat back stud for better healing) and a cute little gem to top it off (they had lots of options to choose from). After that they walked me through the cleaning process and home care required for a healthy ear. I gave them my ID for age verification, paid, and did some paperwork. After that the piercer escorted me back to their chair, sat me down and marked 3 possible options for placement. After choosing the spot they actually did the piercing and I’m surprised how it hurt less than expected! It was very quick and clean process. I’m thrilled with the end result!

Brought my 8 year old here for her ear piercing. Such a quick and painless experience! The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to have both her ears done at the same time. Large selection of medical grade stainless steel posts. I would 100% recommend!

Very professional staff ; they did an excellent job piercing my 5yo daughters ears. They gave us detailed aftercare instructions, which we followed, and the piercings are healing nicely. We even requested an upgraded earring with diamond stud and pink anodization, which they were able to do on the spot.Would highly recommend!

We went in for ear piercings for 4 different people, and we didnt have an appointment. We had very little wait time, and the service was wonderful. Everything was explained clearly, and the staff had a great system in place, which made everything very efficient. Samantha was kind and patient. She had great attention to detail and even made sure to explain why the placements would be ideal. In our group, we had a wide age range (13,14,31,68), and Samantha was great with all of us.

Not walk-inEven they were lost as to how long they were waiting and stop counting.I dont know what has happened since the last time Ive been there but the appointment hours and walking hours are the same therefore either way you will be waiting 2 hours or more just to purchase items. I found myself in a group with three others waiting 2 hours as a walk-in to get replacement jewelry. We did not need assistance putting it in we just wanted to buy. When I finally got the jewelry they were not good, look at the pictures, symmetry, length, smooth edges #no, etc..Hopefully you have better luck.!?!?

Highly recommend! Made an appointment with my friend for some body piercings and had the best experience. Jasper, at the counter, was super welcoming, professional and informative about both the piercing process and aftercare. Samantha was our artist and they were also absolutely amazing. They easily addressed any questions or concerns we had and effectively communicated with us throughout the piercing process. I had a piercing done before and was trepidatious to get it again because it was a really bad experience (they pierced it in the wrong spot, that piercing went into my nose, and I got to stop infection). All I can say is I wish I had done it sooner. It was quick, easy and virtually painless, but most of all the piercing looks fantastic and Im having no issues whatsoever.

Took my son to get his septum pierced. The staff and Angela made us feel so comfortable. Angela is hands down amazing! Highly recommend coming here! We will definitely come back again very soon.

We’ve gone here now twice- once for my daughter’s 6th birthday to get her ears pierced and I just went back and got my daith and tragus pierced. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable! Samantha my piercer was great. Highly recommend!

Little bit of a bummer coming here the other day. I have multiple piercings from other places on a certain part of my body. Traci’s said they didn’t know how to pierce that and unfortunately walked away without it being done. Traci’s is so well known for being “the spot for piercings” just surprised they didn’t “know how” idk. Weird vibes.

This place was great. I called to make an appointment but you could just walk-in. It was pretty busy when I went at 3:30 but everyone was kind and the waiting wasn’t that long. I was pierced by Samantha and she was amazing! We talked the whole time and she made the whole process so easy. I will definitely go back for more piercings.

This place made getting my daughters ears pierced a breeze! They explained things to her so perfectly, what they were going to do and how to care for the piercings afterwards, and even offered the double piercers option so that they did both her ears at the same time since she was so nervous. Due to the very affordable prices, I was able to get my ears done a second time as well! (We were honestly expecting to pay an arm and a leg, but that wasnt the case at all!)The shop was very clean and everyone was so helpful and sweet! If we werent moving to Japan, this would be my new go to piercing shop!

I am so glad I found this studio! I was having trouble getting answers and affordable care with my earlobe piercings at another studio in Encinitas. I had gotten my second earlobe piercing over 6 months ago and they just weren’t healing. When I went to Tracy’s they were so helpful, informative, and their pricing was amazing! Roxy was fantastic and gentle with my tender ears and I am already healed up thanks to their help and some gold posts that they were able to put in for me. Thank you for having such a kind, patient and dedicated staff. Also, for not overcharging customers. It’s appreciated!

I’ve been going here for awhile but the prices are just so much for what you get. Why is replacing a ball for a septum piercing 10 dollars (plus tax) when this is the same place I purchased it at? They obviously purchase in bulk just to oversell. Ridiculous.

I live out of state but visit often and Ive gotten two piercings here (literally just left from my second one). The staff Ive worked with have been so sweet and informative both times, really amazing people who are also very good at calming nerves. Plus the place is super comfortable with loads of cute decorations. Just generally a great experience and Im so excited to get more here!

Got my ears pieced a year ago, and my ears have healed super well! The people working here are incredibly kind and professional. The wait for walk ins is very short, although I would recommend making an appointment. My friends and I have gotten pierced here a few times and it’s our go to place at this point.

Yesterday, I had the best experience. I have been pierced in the past so I expected a certain amount of anxiety and pain, much to my surprise it was nothing like that. They are professional, courteous and most of all gentle!!!!! I have many tattoos and was forced to abandon my piercings due to surgery’s so needless to say I felt naked without them. When I decided to re-pierce me I anticipated a certain amount of pain-no pain!!!! They are the BEST!!! If you want it done right go to this shop!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had 3 piercings to my right forward helix a few weeks ago and had a great experience. Came back to get my left side done. After she was finished the middle piercing seemed to low. She happily re pierced the middle one. I was pleased when I left but after I got home I realized it still was not as close to my other side as I would like. I went back to the shop shortly after the staff was super friendly and very understanding of the situation. I had them remove the top two and leave the bottom. Samantha the manager refunded the service fee I did buy the earrings that they used. Unfortunately we are here on vacation and probably wont be back till next year but if I was still here in a few weeks I would still go back to get them re pierced once the ear is healed. Highly recommend!Thank you ladies!

Dropped in today to get a daith piercing and re pierce my right earlobe. I was greeted by a nice guy (didnt catch his name, but he was wearing a cool vest and had dreds and a cowboy hat.) He showed me the jewelry and told me the price, then Arielle did the piercing and I was good to go. She was super fast and super friendly and explained every part is the process. It was a great experience at a reasonable price. I literally just told my friend I need eleventythousand more piercings and I fully intend to get all of them done here

I have been very impressed with Piercing By Tracy for years now. The staff are all very professional and patient, the facility is clean, the selection of jewelry is extensive and beautiful, and the pricing is very reasonable! I was here several years ago, to adjust an incorrectly placed piercing done by another business, and the staff here quickly identified the problem and corrected it. I had my nose pierced here. Best piercing I have had in terms of healing time and no infection. I was pierced with medical grade titanium and I think that made a huge difference. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of jewelry. Definitely recommend.

*edit 5/13/23- I went back to get my septum done! I requested that Sam do it bc she was so helpful before. She was right that it was just a really intense pinch and my eyes watered for a couple minutes but otherwise not very painful at all! Only when I’d forget it was there and touch my face and smack it would it hurt. Been almost 2 weeks now, healing great! Would highly recommend.”Sam was super awesome! I didn’t get pierced here but was having trouble with my stretched lobes. One has been super irritated and uncomfortable and she was super helpful and took the time to explain everything that I needed to do to help it heal up.I bought a pair of 7/16” glass plugs there at the shop and she installed the one in my angry lobe for free! Or at least, the whole charge including plugs was $27 with tax which was super reasonable I thought- I didn’t see a breakdown of the charges but I was very happy with that price for her time and advice and the plugs.Would def come back to get pierced by Sam and to shop for jewelry. In fact I’ll def be back when ready to stretch my lobe back up to the same size as the other, not irritated one. This shop has a great selection of jewelry also and the front clerk was really sweet and helpful also!

A year ago I made an impulse decision to get my nose pierced while on vacation, it didnt go well because I got it done at a mall kiosk and the woman used a gun instead of a needle; I was left with a lot of redness, pain, and my skin hated the surgical metal so much that it rejected it.While on vacation to Oceanside this past week (7•19•23) I decided to search for a piercing shop so that I could get it redone correctly. I found Body Piercing By Tracy on Google and read through the reviews, I felt confident about making this choice so I scheduled an appointment for 1:30PM, but since this was the day I was also leaving to travel back home, I stopped in earlier around 12:00PM just to ask if they werent too busy if they would be able to see me sooner; and they actually were able to. The first thing I noticed was how friendly and welcoming they all were. Unfortunately I didnt get her name, but I was greeted immediately by the really kind blonde with bright blue eyes, she was so informative with every little step of the after care, she gave me a list and went over everything with me to make sure I understood how to avoid infections. I didnt get any information when I got pierced at the mall so all of these things were so new to me and it made me feel so much better; a lot safer too.I got pierced by Devyn, she was honestly so sweet as well, made sure that I was comfortable because I mentioned how Im not a fan of needles and I dont like watching it be done either, but did her best to make me feel at ease.The atmosphere here is really relaxing, they have the best music as well as the best customer service! I appreciate you guys so much, thank you for giving me the best of experiences!!Definitely coming back for sure!

I have been here two times and had great experiences. The first time I got my ears re-pierced after sewing up my stretched ear lobes. Even though it’s an easy piercing it’s hard to get something re-pierced after it’s been sewed up, the skin is really delicate and thin and you want to make sure it’s placed correctly and doesn’t stretch out your ears again. They did a great job.The second time I went to get a new nose ring, my nose was already pierced, but I got a gold stud. I never bought gold anything before so I was really excited. Well they bent into an L-Shape and put it in. But the ring kept falling out because of the shape, when I looked at my nose it was just gone! No nose ring anywhere in sight. I was devastated because it was really expensive and I just had it for less than a week.Well I called the piercing parlor and explained what happened, that it wasn’t fitted correctly. They were sooo nice and replaced it for me for no charge with the exact same stud, just a different shade of gold. They bent it into a corkscrew this time and fitted it really well and I have had no problems with it falling out since. I couldn’t be more happy with their professionalism and handling of the situation!They really took responsibility for fitting the ring really loose, and I couldn’t appreciate it more. You just don’t find service like that anymore. Thank you body piercing by Tracy!

This is the only place you should go to for piercings! They’ve done by ears, nose and septum and all of them turned out beautifully.The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly, I was informed of all aftercare instructions and even given a little paper detailing everything we went over.I’ve gone back a couple times for retainers and size adjustments which they’re always happy to help with.I highly recommend!

Savannah at Body Piercing by Tracy is AWESOME! I went in bc my 2nd and 3rd earlobe piercings had closed after many years of wearing earrings and then many years NOT wearing earrings in those holes. I thought I would have to have them repierced and go through the whole healing process again but Savannah was able to reopen the channels without repiercing! She was so professional and knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable through the process. She is just an absolute darling. I highly recommend this shop and Savannah!! I will definitely return!

I love this place! By far my favorite. Myself and my family have come here for years and the staff is always phenomenal. They truly care, make the entire process easy, and it’s always fun. They’re clean and take the time to go over after care/answer any questions. It never feels rushed. As long as they’re open they’re the only place I will go to. I live in TX now and wait until I’m in San Diego again to go to them.

My 7 yo daughter was scared to death about getting her ears done. Double piercers helped so much! It was over before she had time to freak out! $70. Wish the selection of starter studs to choose from was a bigger variety, but the basics are covered.

Had the best experience getting my nipples pierced by Arielle! She was so welcoming, informative and comforting. Any reservations I had about getting them done were completely gone by the time I had discussed everything with her. She made the experience virtually painless and I’m so glad I didn’t go get them pierced by anyone else. 10/10 recommend Arielle and will definitely be back to get future piercings by her! They did an amazing job with my septum piercing. It wasnt that painful at all. They made sure they didnt go though the cartilage and the whole shop smelled sterile. Everything was aligned evenly and the process was quick. Will definitely go back!

Body piercings by Tracy is the best piercing shop in San Diego County HANDS DOWN. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable! Although all the piercers are great, my personal favorite is Samantha ♡ she is incredibly experienced and has even fixed piercings of mine that I had regrettably gotten elsewhere. I wont make that mistake again! She is sweet, easy to talk to, and she makes you feel comfortable and at home. She also uses the unique shapes of my body to place piercings perfectly. I was always the “emotional support person” that would tag along to the shop while my friends got different piercings throughout the years. I finally decided to get pierced myself!! My friend and I went together and were both pierced. If I could give the entire experience more than five stars, I absolutely would! The vibes in this shop are rad- and the entire time we were there we were relaxed and having a great time. I would definitely return here for another piercing.

I recently went to get my nose re-pierced here and would definitely go again. Samantha was very nice, quick and made sure I understood any after care items before I left. We didn’t have an appointment so when we went in around 5:00 pm, it was about a 45-50 minute wait. The other girls working the counter were very organized for how busy it was and also took the time to answer any questions I had.

My friends and I got 4 piercings as walk-ins. They were so kind and knowledgeable and the shop was very clean and nice. Youre able to pick the jewelry you get put in, which is an option I havent had at other shops. They were careful to get everything lined up perfectly and were all super happy with our piercings! I highly recommend them, they did a great job and it was a great experience.

Staff was super helpful, and everything was sterilized and clean. I went in for a second lobe piercing done by Elyse. She spent time making sure my earrings were aligned perfectly, and explained all the steps to me throughout the entire process in order to ensure that I was comfortable at all times. The piercing itself was not painful at all, and I love it so much that I wish I had done a third lobe piercing as well. I will definitely be back for my third lobe piercing, and am open to exploring even more piercing options after this great experience. Aftercare was also explained really well, and I was told multiple times not to hesitate in reaching out if I have any questions.

My first time receiving a piercing from here. I received a rook piercing from Samantha on Wednesday evening and its healing well! From the time I made my appointment last Sunday to the time I checked in Wednesday, the girls here were really friendly and professional. Ive read reviews about wait times, and was told you can walk in after 3 PM without an appointment, but may have to wait. I would recommend booking the appointment on a weekday as I didnt wait at all. I look forward to new piercings and new jewelry once Im healed. I highly recommend Samantha and will refer lots of people her way. My rook is placed perfectly and Ive had minimal pain and swelling. I love this place! Everyone is always very nice and very helpful! I got my nose re pierced here and while that was much more painful than getting it pierced the first time, they really took care of me. She was quick and got it over with before I could change my mind! The prices are really great also! I went in today to get a new nose ring and she again was quick and super sweet! I always refer people here because I just feel so welcome when I go!

Me and 2 of my friends got piercings during a walk-in. Employees were kind, knowledgeable, and quick to assist! The shop was clean and they dutifully offered masks since we forgot ours in the car. My nose piercing (thanks Samantha!) is healing beautifully and I absolutely love it.

I had Samantha, and she was amazing!!! I got my nose pierced here and they did an amazing job, it was so quick and it didn’t even hurt. They did such a good job walking me through what jewelry to pick as well. Their pricing is pretty reasonable, I got a small stud and it was $50 (including the piercing process). The inside of the building was very clean and professional. They accept walk-ins but I would definitely call before hand and book an appointment, as it makes the job easier for the staff. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

My family and I have been getting pierced at Tracys since 2000. For decades they have consistently employed very knowledgeable, kind, professional and all around wonderful people. This was the second time they have pierced my nose. I was pierced by Arielle and she is WONDERFUL!!! I had my own ideas, she gave her expert opinion, we agreed on the perfect placement and I am BEYOND happy!!! She was quick and easy...I loved every second of being in this shop. They always have had high quality jewellery and were very clean, but since COVID, they are extremely clean, organized, everything spaced out, its appointment only, temperature checks, HEAVEN!! I cannot reccomend them enough....100/10.I came in almost 2 years later to have my jewelry changed and they are still the nicest, cleanest, friendliest shop in San Diego. I moved out of the county and drove back just for Tracys.

I have to say we are from out of town and we did some research before going to get my daughters nose pierced and my daughter was so nervous! From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by a young lady and a gentleman and they both answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable I was impressed and the when the young lady brought her back to do the piercing she was simply amazing she talked her through the whole process and was done in what seemed like a second!! Your business is amazing and very clean! You made my daughter feel super comfortable and it made us parents feel so much better. Thank you for a great experience!!!

I got my lobes pierced here (my first piercing) and I did not come in with an appointment! They took me last minute because there was some sort of mix up with scheduling which was super helpful of them. Samantha did my piecing quickly and I loved that she explained every step of the process to me.I also had an issue with my earring (which to be clear was not the shops fault) when I tried to switch them out so I called them for advice. They suggested that I do a walk-in but since I was out of the area, they put me on hold to get some advice with one of the piercers instead. It was almost their closing time so I was grateful they took my call and assured me that someone could at least talk to me about it. But after waiting about 15 - 20 minutes they hung up on me without warning! Maybe it was an accident, but there wasnt a follow up of any sort. If there wasnt going to be someone that could help me at that time it would have been great if they let me know. I ended up getting advice from another shop since my ears were in pain due to the earrings and I could not wait until the next day to call back this shop.My in person experience was great and I would definitely recommend this place for first-timers but not following up on my issue after putting me on hold was frustrating.

Stephanie was amazing with my 2 children. We showed up first thing in the am and it was a little busy. One piercer for the first part but it wasnt an issue and my cryer didnt cry.

Kind of long but a review from a long time customer , I’m 25 & have been coming since I was 18 … I have in total between both ears 7 sets of earrings ,, I didn’t get them all at once I did them throughout the years ; at the start of me going to this business the attention to detail was amazing , the quality of the jewelry was great , you would do walk ins and the wait time was reasonable,, however within the last two years at this location I’ve gotten a wrong ear piercing done ( the piercier gave me a whole new cartilage done that wasn’t talked about ) I’ve had to come back for two different ear piercings because either they gave me the wrong jewelry size bar or stud on two different occasions causing further inflammation of the piercings , and the wait time for walk ins is extremely long , I’m not sure how the walk ins are organized but they will pick and choose who to do first instead of first come first serve as far as walk ins , on top of all of that even if you purchase jewelry from them and want to switch up the stud color I always have to purchase a whole new bar even though they are compatible , considering the constant mistakes done here I’m parting ways I would give about 2 1/2 stars if I could

Took my 17 yr old in for a belly button piercing and was very happy with the service, cleanliness, and especially the skill of Samantha, the artist. My daughter didnt even feel it. Literally - nothing. It was like when you get a shot from a skilled nurse - technique is so important. Both people we dealt with were friendly and communicated clearly about every step. I highly recommend this studio.

Wow! Amazing experience here. My 3 year old had her ears pierced by two piercers simultaneously. They were so good and had her feeling so calm that she didn’t even notice when they pierced. She didn’t shed a tear and absolutely adores the pretty earrings we got there. Highly recommend!

Great service and very helpful! Preston and Angela helped me today and they were so sweet to me. They also gave me lots of info about aftercare and taking care of my new piercing. Awesome place!! Got my nose pierced here a few years ago and decided to come back for a navel piercing. I was super nervous coming in alone due to COVID regulations (usually Id go with a friend/family member) but everyone who helped me out was super nice and totally willing to guide me through questions and concerns I had. Angela did my piercing and make the process super quick and almost painless!

I went to this place to get a helix piercing and Devon pierced me. She was very knowledgeable and informative. Everyone there was super kind and professional. They all have licenses and the place is very clean.

I have gotten since I turned 18 to get my piercing. First time going there was nice. They talked to me even before I decide for the piercing. They were great super friendly. I have gone there every year since 18. They are great super friendly. I have recommend like 3 other people to go there. Found out my brother as a small reaction to latex because of them. Super friendly and helpful with any concerns. They make you feel relaxed and help out with questions about piercings that you arent even getting that day. They are alittle pricey but its worth it for good piercing and friendly service.

Got my nose pierced here. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Everything was very clean and sterilized. The women who greeted us (Sorry I didnt catch your name) was so friendly and very patient. I already knew what I wanted but I heard her speaking with other customers and she does a great job. Samantha, the body artist, was very friendly, clam, and informative. She did my piercing quickly and with little pain. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I got an industrial piercing done at a different shop that didnt give me any aftercare instructions so my piercing became irritated and started to form a bump. Body Piercing By Tracey gave me very detailed instructions on how to maintain and clean the piercing to get it back to healing properly. The place was clean and very inviting. They also care about your safety. And everyone was very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone! Definitely going to them for my next piercing

I first went to this place when they first open, many moons ago. I got my nose pierced and they were great. At that time (early 2000s) they had many options of nose rings along with other artifacts (which I cant remember). The place was clean and the lady who helped me was very nice and explained the procedure. After all these years I recently went (I was a walk-in) to see if they could shorten my nose ring as it seems to move a lot and the curved part (inside my nose) constantly shows (it looks like a booger 🤣). The lady that helped me was very nice and I believe the selection of items is much bigger then when I originally went when it first opened. The place looks clean and she used gloves and a face mask (which due to COVID they mandate for customers to use one when entering their location). They charged me $5 for the adjustment (although it did t help). Overall I like this place and I would recommend going here for your piercing(s). You can call and set an appointment or they also accept walk-ins but might have to wait if they are busy.

Got my nose pierced a few days ago. The shop was clean, the service was great, & they had a lot of jewelry options. The person that pierced my nose was kind and quick! They made me feel really comfortable. I’ll be back again soon

I was super excited to get my piercings done here since the reviews were so great but it turned out to be a complete disaster. I booked my appointment couple days before so I could be prepared. I drove 50 miles to come to this location and was super excited, but when I got there it took sometime to get the whole process started and once the piercer (Arielle) came out to me after waiting 20 mins she yelled at me and told me she wont be able to do my piercing because she forgot she has to pick up her son from school. I was in shock because that was the whole reason I made an appointment before hand so it would be set in stone. After answering her with I am not sure what to do because I drove 50 miles just to come to this location she told me word for word cool I dont care my son is more important than you are so Im going and she ran out of the store. I was in utter shock with how unprofessional she handled the whole situation. I then asked another worker if there was someone else who could take care of the piercing but all the girls there were so young and didnt have any experience so they said they couldnt and did not know if Arielle would come back even after I already payed the $125. After this experience I definitely do not recommend this place.

I’ve had my earlobes pierced twice here, and both times have been quick, easy, and comfortable! The staff here are great and I’ll definitely be coming back for future piercings.

Samantha was my piercer and she was professional and amazing. She told my friend who also got pierced that she didnt want her to leave unhappy and was willing to fix whatever she could to make my friend happy. I highly recommend Tracys and would go back for any other piercing I may have!

I was visiting from out of state and stopped in just to get pricing. I was immediately greeted and helped even with a ton of others on the store. They helped me choose what would look best on me for the piercing I decided on. The girls there were absolutely fabulous. The prices were the best Ive ever come across with the best selection of jewelry. They even said I could look online at the distribution center they use and they would special order me whatever I wanted. I was in an out within 30 min or less. Than the next day I was having second thoughts on my jewelry selection and went back in with every intention of paying to have it changed but the girls just did it for no charge because they cared that I was happy with my piercings. I will always come back when in town. I come often enough that I can wait to get any new piercings done there. I will refer everyone to them. By far the best, most professional and kindest group of ladies in the business in my opinion hands down!

This place lives up to their reviews, i went in for some basic ear piercing and every single person I interacted with had the best customer service. The actual piercer was super kind and walked me thru the tools she was using and how they were all cleaned. The whole place was super clean and hygienic. I will ONLY be coming here for piercings from now on. 100/10 review! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Arielle did my industrial piercing yesterday with flying colors. This was a special piercing for me spiritually and she was very professional and kind. Sean was the first to speak with me about the healing process and did not pressure me into it. I remember coming here 10 years ago for my second ear lobe piercings and septum piercing and I am happy to see the place still running. Great service and will always come back for my future additions.

I took my daughter here for her second lobe piercing. We were very impressed with the friendliness and skill of the staff. They offered an apprentice to pierce my daughters ears and we were happy with how well she did. We will be back again in the future for more piercings.

Giving tracy’s two stars because all of my recent experiences have not been amazing. The professionalism of the shop has declined heavily and Tracy’s is not the same as it used to be. The staff got completely switched out and it seems like no one there really knows what they’re doing anymore. I understand that people make mistakes and it’s hard to be 100% perfect with body jewelry, but for the prices tracy’s charges I expect perfection. Sad to say I probably won’t be returning here again.

The staff is friendly and respectful. The place was pretty packed when I went in Saturday night, and they still got me in pretty quickly. The front desk girl (didnt catch her name, sorry) was awesome. She was running around the whole time getting people their paperwork and stuff, but never made anyone feel rushed to pick jewelry or anything. I got pierced by Samantha, and she made the whole thing as quick and painless as possible and was totally patient with me, as I was a little fidgety and probably a bit annoying to pierce. Very clean parlor with a lot of beautiful jewelry to choose from. The girls were so incredibly nice and answered all my questions. I’m so happy with my cartilage piercing! Got my first nose piercing done by Angela last weekend, I was a little nervous as I was talked into doing it literally 30 minutes before getting there, by my visiting niece. The shop has a nice selection of high quality jewelry with s-steel from the USA, not China .. and they take time to answer all of your questions and make suggestions. Angela made the whole thing very comforting and explained everything step-by-step, and before I knew it I was pierced and sporting a beautiful stud. A very nice first experience, Id recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Arielle did my septum today and was absolutely amazing! Perfect personality to put people at ease. I felt next to no pain and it looks perfect. Great place. Went here in November for my very first piercing(aside from my ears) I got a nose stud. It was quick and my piercer Savannah was great. She thoroughly explained aftercare and told me to call if I had any problems. A week ago, I decided to go back so I could get my jewelry changed out. Now I am heavily considering a septum and I will absolutely come here. :)

Went there today with a friend to get our belly buttons pierced. They explained prices and maintenace of the piercing before we were even in the room. The paperwork was quick and easy. Staff was friendly, and the piercer was awesome. She even came out to check us out (we both had the piercing earlier in life and had taken the jewelry out) and saw that I might not need to really be pierced, since my hole was still potentially open. So I wasnt rung up just yet. The process was quick and painless, good prices, very informative. I even inquired about a future piercing and she didnt waiver her attention to other customers until she was completely done with me. I loved it, definitely going back and I will DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly and well priced shop.

So. Much. Yes. Stopped in to change my nose piercing jewelry on a whim. Every employee was kind and patient. Knowledgeable and offered good advice. Lots of jewelry options for all of your needs- anywhere from the first piercing to huge gages. Strongly, strongly recommend.

I came in for an industrial piercing, and my friend came along asking about having her tongue pierced. The woman at the front of the store was super sweet about it, answered all our questions honestly, didnt sugarcoat the post care and gave us the price for both. She let us think about it and didnt pressure us at all. My friend didnt do hers for personal reasons, I went ahead and had my industrial. Mind you, I have had other piercings, and Im not good with needles, I always faint. This time though, I was lying down, my friend came in the room with me and we talked, Samantha (my piercer) was very professional and had water ready for me if I needed it. She drew on my ear with a marker to show me where it would be, she tweaked it a little when I asked her to make it a bit more vertical, and she was very patient. When the moment came to pierce, she told me when to breathe in, when to breathe out. It really helped! The second hole pinched a lot more than the first, but after that it was quite painless. So glad I did this!!!Im hoping this is my last (I have to stop sometime no?) but if ever I do decide to get another one, I will definitely go back. And I really recommend this place to anyone who is interested in getting a piercing!

Made an appointment, they asked what type of service (it was 1st ear piercing) and inform you youll be waiting outside until your appointment - covid protocols, they are controlling the flow of customers in store. All sounds and seems like a good system. I arrived and called to check in 10mins before appointment, waited outside 25mins after appointments time, they called us inside went through care and maintenance instructions, picked out earrings and paid, waited inside another 15- 20mins while they called in more people, went back outside to wait as the store had too many people covid or not. 50mins after appointment time, back inside, ushered into room, set up and finally ready to start the piercing. Actual piercing time 3 minutes. Overall impression of shop its poorly managed, look and feel of shop it could use a refresher - its been 26 years since they opened put some effort in.

Tracys body piercing is a very very good place to go. The staff is very helpful and polite and actually care. It is very clean and they know what theyre doing so you dont have to worry about that and overall is just fun to go in there and talk to them they will answer all your questions without attitude.

I was first pierced by Samantha, and then a week later by Angela. Both were great! I would absolutely recommend them. Angela was extremely professional. (She did my nipples so ya I was scared.) But she made the whole experience a lot better. I have recommended them over and over and will continue to do so.

I first came to Body Piercing by Tracy about 7 years ago to consult on a vch. The professional association of piercers who had done it used the wrong gauge and had way too short of a post in. They switched out the jewelry and I was instantly more comfortable. My husband and I talked about nipple piercing for years and after he recently passed away I decided to get them done. My new piercings look great and are very well positioned. I highly recommend you go here for any piercing needs they have really proven to me they know what they are doing and will take good care of you.

I got my nose pierced here back in 2001 and they have come along way since. The ladies are very knowledgeable and care about you!When they say “ Aftercare consults (even if we didnt do the piercing)”. They do just that!I had issues with my dath from another shop out of state. Angela was so kind, helpful and empathetic to my pain. She helped resolve the problem it was the jewelry, as she has suspected, within 24 hours the pain went away.

I have never left a review at any business before but this experience was worth noting. I had the absolute worst experience ever at this shop. ARIEL the piercer was extremely rude the whole time. Initially I blew it off until I had made a statement that I had make up on my nose so we needed to make sure we extra wiped it off as she barely cleaned my ears before she pierced them. She insisted that she was a professional and I came to her. Then immediately without cleaning my nose inserted the plastic piece. I asked if it got cleaned after and she insisted she already cleaned it. SHE DID NOT. She proceeded to rip the plastic piece out of my nose and said fine ill do it again. I was flored because it was pointless now as she already inserted the piece through my nose. She threw all the stuff on the floor and then cursed using the F word that now she would have to clean the floor again. She proceeded to clean my nose and reinsert the piece for the second time. Then she proceeds to ask me if I was from the area and when I said no she continued with the statement of yeah I figured that. Im sorry but what exactly is that supposed to mean? Was this discrimination because I wasnt from the area? I still had one more piercing to go, but I proceeded to cry due to the way she was treating me and she insisted that if I wasnt ready I shouldnt continue to get pierced. When I told her I felt that she was very rude to me she explained that I was difficult to work with. I asked her how when I was just asking questions about the procedure. She told me it was just nothing and proceeded to ask me if I wanted the last piercing as it was an energy transfer and she didnt want me to be upset. I went through with the last piercing as I was already there and traveled from out of town. It has been along time since someone had made me feel this horrible, but she was awful. These are just the major points, the whole time I was there she was making passive aggressive comments. I asked about a type of piercing and when I didnt know the proper name she told me it was common knowledge. The owner should be ashamed to have someone working for her like this. Living all over the country in many different locations this is the worst costumer service and treatment I have ever recieved from a business.

Amazing!! Ariel (not sure of the spelling) re-stretched my belly button piercing that had not been used in over 15 years and I barely felt a thing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone and I plan to visit again.

I went into this awesome and local shop one day to see if they could put jewelry in an old piecing I thought had closed up. They were able to put some in and I ended up getting a new piercing. Theyre super friendly and really make you feel welcomed and at ease. I definitely recommend them!

Today I got my belly button pierced by Samantha - she was so great! The whole thing lasted literally three minutes, it was so quick. She put me totally at ease - it really was over before I knew it. I was a nervous mess and my pain tolerance is super low, but it barely hurt at all and it looks so cute. Thank you guys so much!

Went in to have some earrings swapped out. Angela did the swapping for me and was great. It wasnt an easy job due to some swelling. I wont say it was pain free, but it could have been much worse. Im a piercings kinda girl and I have 16 and they have done all but 1 hehe plus im in the city and take the drive just to get pierced. Now they are kinda high priced ive paid at most 160 for a piercing. But it was in a private place so Idk if thats why but anyhow if piercings are your thing like me you must stop by Tracys!❤❤❤👍

Unfortunately after being a loyal customer for over a decade & referring sooo many people I’m very disappointed with the outcome of my latest piercing and probably won’t be returning. I went in for a forward helix and tragus piercing and paid $200 which I was happy to pay. My original opal I pick for the tragus was dropped so I had to chose something else after I was already pierced. Three weeks later my tragus piercing gets imbedded in my ear because the rod used was too short for the swelling. I went back hoping for some help not expecting to get charged and walked out paying $28 dollars for a new piece of jewelry. The tragus piercing is crooked & alot closer to my face which is why I think it got so swollen. I was told I probably did something in my sleep even though the new forward helix on the same ear healed perfectly fine. I’m the lightest sleeper in the word so if I did something in my sleep I would be able to pinpoint when and what happened. I was pretty disappointed l was charged to correct a mistake that wasn’t mine. The women who had to take the original jewelry out of my ear also agreed the rod was not long enough for the swelling but still charged me. If unfortunate because I’ve been a customer for so long and 12 piercings later I have to find a new piercer. I’d give 1 start but since my forward helix has healed beautifully I’m giving 3.

I got nipples, industrial, and tongue pierced here & I am very happy with my experience! And they all healed beautifully! Absolutely LOVE this place. I went there about 2 years ago to get my belly pierced and recently went back to get my nipples done. Angela is a saint, she made me feel extremely comfortable, she looked at the jewelry I had originally picked out and reccomend I do something smaller because of my psyche. Going in I was nervous because of what I had been told regarding nipple piercings but yet she talked to me and told me it was okay to scream if thats what helps relieve the pain. She proceeded to mark my nipple and asked if it looked good. She put the clamp on and told me to breath and next thing you know I have a fresh set of nipple piercings. Another thing I love about this place is that, they dont rush you out of the shop after you get your piercing, they genuinely care about how you are feeling, if you are light headed they will offer you to come back to the back in order to rehydrate yourself and talk to you to calm your nerves. I highly reccomend this place to anyone looking to get a piercing.

Ariel the piercer was very rude to me and She took a long time to get to my husband and I. I am a paying customer and have been coming here for years, this is the 1st time I asked for them to hurry because I had been waiting and she replied back saying that I should never ask a piercer to hurry and that it’s rude and she said it in a really rude demeanor embarrassed my husband and I and we left the store because that was just outright wrong. Like a couple weeks after getting my ears pierced I NOTICED my right ear is bleeding and the piercing hole is too big for the actual piercing I purchased, I’m pretty disappointed and hoping my ear heals I paid nearly 200$ for this....

My sister and I live in Delmar and my sister has been pierced there before and theyve always been so nice. Today we called twice to see if they needed legal guardian papers to get my septum pierced and all they told us was she needed to bring her driver license, We told them that I was 14 and made an appointment. So we drive from Delmar to Oceanside, and we get there and the previous information that we got told over the phone wasnt right. We needed legal papers (which we couldve brought) and they could pierce my nose. We wasted gas, money, and our time that we couldve spent doing our own thing.

I went in for a vertical tragus piercing, however they looked at my ear and was honest about the consequences of my body rejecting it which I appreciated. So they helped me pick out another piercing that was similar but not as dangerous. I told them I wanted something that would last and they said this piercing would. So I choose a rook piercing on my ear, and I was soooo happy with it! Angela was so sweet and understanding about my fear of needles and was very gentle with my ear. I was pleasantly surprised about how it did not hurt as much as I planned for. It was easy, safe, painless, and a very reasonable price. I look forward to coming in again and perhaps get my second rook done because I was so happy with this one! I will wait for it to heal before I do but I would like to recommend this shop and being a GREAT piercing shop. Choose Traceys if you want a great piercing done! Thank you again soooo much!

I absolutely loved my experience here. I came in for help in removing two, messed up, ear piercings that a DIFFERENT shop had done for me and they needed to come out. The girl I saw had them out in a few minutes, no pain, and wonderful conversation. If I could have had her repierce my ears right then and there I would have. Super reccomend this shop!

Went today for a septum piercing. Customer service with all employees was great. I was in and out in less than 15 min. The whole process was quick. Samantha was very nice and informative. I wasnt scared since i had been wanting it and doing research for months. It was practically painless. There was a pinch feeling. And yes, your eyes will water regardless. Later i forgot that i had it and rubbed an itch... oops. But still no pain. Total price was 75 with ring. I will be going for more😊

This was the place I wanted to go to since I was a young child, I was 21 when I first ever went in!Unfortunately, my piercings of choice did have to be removed for job/ work requirements.Once the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic is over and life resumes I do plan on going back here to see if the piercing holes are open or if theyre needing to be done.... For the 2nd time!!The staff here is amazing and informative about anything piercing related (and they do almost anything... I believe).In due time, if this establishment is still around (which I hope that this legacy continues for centuries), I plan/ hope to have my kiddos get their ears pierced here!!

Amanda got the double love piercings lined up just right and at the right angle so they look really clean and professional. This was my daughters 2nd time piercing her ears and the first time was elsewhere and didnt go well.

I went there for my birthday and got my first piercing. It was quick and painless. I got my lobe pierced. It was normally $25 but on your birthday they take $5 of your purchase so it was only $20. I don’t know do they still do it, I would definitely go back again and get another piercing.

Went there to get my ears stretched, listened and took the advice of whoever it was that helped me, I can’t remember. I had to order new plugs, one cracked, no big deal. I ordered in the size that I was told were in my lobes, I know sizes can vary. A measuring tape later, my plugs measured 3mm.So my earlobes went from no stretch to a 3mm stretch which is an 8 GAUGE when one of the ladies there jammed the plug in my ear. Then said the pain was normal. Upon research alas, severe pain and bleeding are not normal with a new stretch. Just slight discomfort.

I was so happy to get my nose pierced and Ariel did and amazing job and I was so excited, when I went back in to ask a simple question, I felt as though I received some attitude and rebuttals. Although I am happy with my piercing, I will not be returning.

Called to schedule an appointment (not needed but I wanted to make sure I get in as soon as possible since my husband and toddler were coming with me. Autumn took the call and checked me in. She answered all questions and helped me pick out my jewelery. The shop was clean and welcoming. They had some interesting old jewelry and art. Samantha was my piercer. She marked where she would pierced and made sure it was what I wanted.Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional. I was in and out pretty quickly and would totally recommend this shop to anyone getting a piercing.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is so wonderful and informative. They make sure that you are comfortable and that its absolutely what you want before they pierce you. The shop is also very clean and has an awesome vibe.

I was not able to return a lip labret stud and two jewel pieces that I had purchased there the week before. I did not have the labret put on there, but the woman assured me it was the right size. It turned out it wasnt the right size when I got home, and in hindsight, it seemed very expensive (at $48 a pop!). That following week I found a kiosk in the Esco mall that I found a similar labret at for only $10! It fits perfectly, is the same material (surgical steel!) and doesnt cost a fortune, so of course I bought it, and thought I would return the one I bought here.Not only did the two women at Tracys not offer me a refund, or even a partial refund, to make matters worse, they kept me there for over 35 minutes haggling with me! I will not be coming here again, obviously, and its too bad, i was considering getting another piercing, but will not have trouble finding somewhere else.This is the actually first negative review I have ever written on a place, and I feel its totally justified. If I can save one person from wasting their money (and time!) here, I will have done my duty! Please, just go some place else! Horrible customer service, and being out $50 really stings!

The ladies are very friendly and educational. I went on Christmas eve and had my septum pierced. I got a little dizzy, and they had water and a little candy on hand to help me out while I relaxed in the chair.

Staff is Super nice, I got my belly piercing here about 3 months ago, it was my first piercing and they were really nice and let me know how to take care of it and till this day it’s never got infected they were really professional and clean when She pierced me.

I went in to change my septum and a keloided nostril..not only was Ariel completely sweet and super quirky-cute, even through tears while changing out my scarred nose, she put me at ease and made light of the situation and was super helpful with all of my question. She is, hands down, my go to gal from now on for all my piercing needs. :)
