Undead Ink is one of the best shops on LI. Mike Carro is an amazing artist and does clean professional work. The other artists in the shop are very talented as well. You dont get that arrogant stereotypical tattoo shop attitude here.

Had a tribute tattoo for my wife that was not done well elsewhere so a gave undead ink a shot to fix it up had an appointment with Lorenzo he was very talented and knowledgeable about what to do and did a fantastic job.it looks great he improved on it and was friendly as well as the other staff that were there.it was a great experience with them and I highly recommend them to everyone.thank you again Lorenzo

My got my 1st tattoo I dealt with Edgar, he took his time and made sure the stencil is what I had in mind, very patient and explained everything I needed to know to keep my tattoos safe from infection. The store was clean & friendly and I felt very comfortable

Josh was the artist I worked with. Professional, respectful, passionate about his work, easy to communicate with and a fantastic artist. He did a simple traditional Polish design on me, but his line work is unbeatable. The tattoo looks simple but those lines ARE CRISP. And it healed beautifully.

My daughter and I went in for our first tattoo and Nick was amazing! He explained everything, chose the right placement for our tattoos, and made it a quick and easy experience. We will definitely be going back!

Mike Carro and the staff of Undead Ink came highly recommended! I made my appointment which was 8 months out. I was OK with it because I heard Mike and staff are so good! I asked Mike to try and get me in sooner if he had a cancellation.2 weeks later I got the call!!! And im so happy I was patient enough to consider waiting! The work Mike did is extraordinary! It looks so good as if a pic was photo shopped to my chest! Real professional and clean and everyone was considerate! Consider the artists at Undead Ink! You will be pleased with the work!!!

They explained everything perfectly and treated me with respect. Nick gave me a wonderful tattoo that I adore. I plan to come here again to get more tattoos 😁

Paid a depo for a tatt in Dec 2019 for early 2020 and due to covid appt was cancelled which is understandable. Whats not understandable is I have yet to receive any correspondence regarding a refund or rescheduling since they have opened back up after trying to contact them numerous times. So at this point they have my money without providing the service which is really tasteless especially during a pandemic.Edit: Spoke with owner and he advised artist no longer works there. Updating rating as I did receive response.

I had an appointment to do a saint & the day off I changed the whole idea it was handled very professionally. Mike & i sat down made up a whole new custum peice got it done and I couldnt be happier. *highly recommended* *exquisite work and detail*

Edgar did a PHENOMENAL job on the start of my sleeve. The entire shop is awesome, clean, friendly and exceptionally talented! Will be getting all my work here as well as my family!

First and foremost, I wanna clear up that this review has little to no reflection on the shop or the artists there who actually have experience and treat their clients right. This review is about a guy named Joey Scollo who wasted my time, lied to me a handful of times, and then tried to charge me almost triple what he normally charges for the same type of tattoo. The tattoo idea was simple, a photo realistic tattoo of my dog. But even just this part was unclear as he asked me for photos, but didn’t explain to me that he was gonna try to pick one specific photo for the tattoo. He picked a photo and I explained that I preferred a different photo but the image was blurry so I went home to take more pictures. This part was understandable. However, when I finally had an image picked out that I was happy with, he made a lame excuse, tried to convince me that the image wouldn’t make a good tat, and then he tried to compromise with the original blurry photo. At this point, I already lost a lot of trust with him, so I reached out to a friend who has way more experience than him and I also happened to meet another experienced artist at a local pink tie event. Both artists told me that the image I wanted would make a beautiful tattoo and that there was literally nothing wrong with it. When I told Scollo this, he came up with another lame excuse that made absolutely no sense, and continued to push me towards the original blurry photo. So far in the story, he already lied to me at least 3 different times and his excuses just kept getting weaker and weaker.. he must have thought I was really stupid or something because at no point did he try to keep it real or transparent with me. Naturally, I backed out.So I picked up my deposit, he gave one more feeble attempt to defend his opinion when I saw him but I pretty much just ignored him completely and left.This is where it gets even better! The very next day, this guy posts on Instagram that he has a special of 150$-200$ for animal realism type tattoos. He told me my price was between 400-500$.Not only did this guy lie to me and waste my time, but he tried to charge me almost triple his going rate...I’ve never been tattooed. This guy clearly tried to take advantage and made a complete fool of himself in the process. I hope whoever is reading this stays away! Don’t do business with this guy. Don’t even waste your time. This guy is clearly an amateur and a liar. This is not how you treat people, especially someone who is new and excited to get their first tat. I hope my experience with this guy prevents future bad experiences.

Undead rocks. Recently got my first tattoo with these guys. My artist Edgar made it such an awesome experience. I got there 30 min before my appointment and Edgar was ready for me. He explained the process, gave his input on the art, and made me feel confident. He even helped revise my design to be consistent with future tattoos and to create a flow. I really appreciated his guidance and suggestions considering this is going to be on my skin for life. We decided to go with color in my design. We did the line work first, stopped and had lunch (shout out to the awesome owner who treated me AND his staff to some killer burgers). Next we proceeded with the color. I got my tattoo on my inner bicep, a sensitive spot but I got through it. Felt like a total weenie considering everyone around me was covered in ink haha. But Edgar and the staff made me feel right at home. Cant wait to go back for more ink!

The best tattoo shop on Long Island. Hard to get a booking, and walk in time is rare. Call, book ahead, and you will love their work.

Awesome pple there very friendly ... I got my laser removal done here with the finery and Marco was such a great help ! Definitely recommend this place for tattoo removal and tattoo work here is absolutely amazing 😉

Great place to get an awesone piece..i just went there yesterday and got a jack a d sally tatto i love it..My artist Joe was nice and took his time making sure the tatto came out right ..they also use this new wrap that u leave in 24hrs then come back to change it and leave the second one on for 5 days and there is no need to apply anyrhing to it .i love it so much

Fire Artists all detailed oriented and cool. Technology for print/stencil is there and cleaniness is top notch. They also look at your peice or peices to find what works for you and your body!
