Im giving five stars before the service was even completed. Matt is a caring individual and I truly appreciate his professionalism with my daughter, who has autism. Due to me running a bit behind, she was not able to get the piercing done today. But my daughter, and I did get a chance to know him before his next clients came in, he was patient and caring with my daughter. Looking forward to our next appointment for her first ear piercing.

My daughter got her first lobe piercing today and Matt was amazing from start to finish. The first thing I noticed was how clean and inviting it was when you walk in. Once signed in, we walked into a room to go over the procedure, pick the jewelry and pay. Matt has a calming effect that makes you feel comfortable knowing you’re in good hands. He’s very knowledgeable. We then went to the piercing room where Matt was very detail oriented and took extra time in measuring to make sure her piercing would be in the perfect symmetrical spots. He explained in great detail everything he was doing and also kept checking in on my daughter to ensure she was ok. The process was quick and painless and the piercing looks amazing. My daughter loved it so much she cannot wait to get another piercing! We will return and have Matt do her next piercing!!

We had THE BEST experience with Matthew here! We were vacationing and a couple of us wanted to get our ears pierced. Not only did he make time for us the next day - he worked over his lunchtime to accommodate us! Then he was so professional and took the best care to make sure we were VERY happy with our results! Matt is an exceptional qualified piercer! Makes the scene as comfortable as possible (puts any music you like, gives option for lidocaine, talks to you through the process, and gives you a vibrating tool to distract you). The office is bright, clean, and calming. Hes transparent about the prices and healing process. Great options on jewelry. Overall amazing patient service!

My daughter got her second lobe piercing today and they were amazing from start to finish. From the phone call to make an appointment they were extremely friendly, inviting and knowledgeable. When you arrive it is beautiful when you walk inside. Extremely clean and inviting. Matt got us signed in and gave us water to drink while we waited. Matthew is amazing! I brought in my 9 year old to get first earlobe piercing and Matt treated her like a princess. My daughter was excited because she wanted to get her ears pierced for a while now, but was very scared and nervous about the pain. He made her feel comfortable, safe and he was so gentle with her. One of the great things about coming to this office to get your piercings, is that they are also a medical office and were able to administer a numbing injection and that was a BIG plus for us. Matthew, thank you again for making my daughter first experience a wonderful one. Definitely will be referring friends and family.

Stevo has done several of my piercings since 2013 with NO infection after. Very friendly staff and take their time educating you and making your experience comfortable. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be going back soon!!

Matt did an amazing job piercing my daughter while the price was unexpected I was glad we did it with him no swelling no bleeding he was very professional caring explained everything clearly and went over care with us definitely will return back to this location if ever wanted another piercing

This place is absolutely worth the visit. Honestly, as grateful as I am that I found them through Groupon, I would recommend this place to everyone whether or not a deal was available because my experience was so excellent.The staff is friendly, wonderful with communication throughout the entire process, and they made every possible effort to ensure my comfort!My results (piercing) are fantastic and everything I hoped for. I look forward to visiting them again should the need arise because there is every confidence in a satisfying outcome.

Just got my industrial piercing re-open and for the first time my belly ring (navel) by matt and I am amazed by everything in this place from the moment you enter until the last minute you are in there and he is a PLUS very professional, relaxing and patience piercing doctor (thats going to be my nick name to him because he is a 5 star). Showed up for an appointment, the door is open but no one is at the front desk. No one will answer the phone. This is weird and unprofessional.
