Leo is amazing! I came here and Leo helped me with my piercings which had bumps. He changed my jewelry for some ofhigh-quality! and he explained everything to me and answered all my questions kindly! Also, everything is clean and sterilize! I will definitely come back to get my piercings done here. I 100% recommend this place!

I have known Leo and Patrick for 20 years. I love them both. Ric is nice and polite, but I dont know him too well. Patrick has done most of my tattoos, and I absolutely love love love his work. Leo has corrected most piercings I have had done by others. He has gone out of his way to help me find a material that my body wouldnt reject and then suggested jewelry for my industrial that wouldnt fall out randomly.The shop is kept exceptionally clean and sanitized. They definitely dont cut corners there.Prices are matched to the quality of the artists and piercer at this shop. Each are more than worth their costs. Hands down.10/10 recommend this shop to those who want quality tattoos and piercings in an extremely clean environment.

Coming from upstate NY and having my own artist there, I was hesitant to let anyone ink my skin down here. Spent forever reading reviews. There arent many reviews here on their tattoo artists, but I did read amazing reviews about Patrick. So I visited the shop, let Patrick know what I was looking for and he beyond delivered! First and foremost he was super nice and understood what I was looking for (even though 2 tattoos were self explanatory). But the one he designed was exactly what I wanted! His booth is pretty cool too, check out his drawings on the wall, theyre awesome. He worked hard on my tattoo and it came out amazing, this was a cover up, you cant see what was there at all. So definitely go see him if youre looking for a great tattoo, you wont be disappointed. Im going to try to see him again before I relocate at the end of June!

Leo helped me out last minute after my original piercer put the wrong size labret post in my nose causing an irritation bump. He educated me and helped me find the perfect option for my needs. I’ll be going to him from now on.

Ric.. idk even know what to say about him. He was informative, respectful, did amazing work, stayed late after the shop was suppose to closed.. LIGHT HANDED! Had him fix up and add to a chest/sternum piece and it was a great experience. He definitely knows what he’s doing and I’m serious - I have never been to the same artist twice, but I will definitely be seeing him again. Very funny, relaxed, fair pricing and overall, idk if I’ve ever been happier. Next time I’m in Orlando, I plan on coming to him to add on to the work he’s done and corrected. 100/10.Highly recommend him and his professionalism and no pressure, easy going, persona. TL;DR - HIGHLY recommend this place and Leo for all your piercing needs!I came in as a very late walk-in with the permission and understanding of the piercer, Leo. He made the decision to stay 30 minutes after his usual time to wait for me as I needed a consult for two very irritated nostril piercings (that I got done elsewhere).I’m very new to piercings and had made a number of mistakes (incorrect aftercare, poor jewelry quality, non-APP studio, etc.) which led to the state of my piercings.I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder and I was super nervous going in. I was already coming in late, without an appointment, and with an issue that didn’t stem from this studio. Very scary for me!Leo turned out to be one of the MOST kindest people I’ve met. He carefully listened to my story, gave me recommendations, changed and removed my old jewelry, and was INCREDIBLE every step of the way.One of the things I’d like to highlight, especially for those with GAD (or just fellow anxious friends), is that Leo narrated everything he did without me even needing to ask. “I’m going to clean your nose with this”, “I’m starting to touch the inside of your nose”, “I’m passing through the threading” - I mean EVERYTHING.I felt so comforted and assured by Leo’s professionalism and skill - and trust that is a huge compliment from me.I’m excited to come back to Leo in 2 weeks for a check up on my piercings - and to continue to come back to Dungeon for more piercings (after some healing time lol)!

Id been wanting to get my nose re-pierced for a while and took my time looking for a reputable shop. Im definitely glad I decided on coming here! Leo seems to be very serious about his work and took the time to make sure everything was sterilized and that my piercing was done in the perfect spot. Im definitely looking forward to coming back!

10/10 would definitely recommend! PROFESSIONAL and sanitary. Carries HIGH QUALITY JEWELRY (so its a little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. do NOT be cheap with body modifications) I got my naval pierced and Leo was very informative, professional, he explained everything for me to understand and was willing to take and answer any questions i may have had. He was nice, very straight forward and quick with the piercing. It turned out beautiful and was explained the after care perfectly. The young woman at the front desk was very attentive and so sweet i loved the vibes here! Most definitely coming back for near future piercings! Very excited

On Wednesday my friend and I went to get our nostril and septum pierced respectively. We read the reviews and were a bit intimidated by all the claims of poor customer service, but Leo was really, really nice! He was very informative and explained all the procedures. It was a quick but extremely thorough process and he took both of us in even though we didn’t have an appointment. We had no problems and would definitely go again.

I went in today with a friend and we were both pierced by Leo. We made the appointment a couple of days before and ended up running a bit late and Leo was still extremely accommodating. The girl working at the front was super nice and answered all of our questions. The place was clean and quiet and there was a good variety of piercings for the navel but I was only given one option for my septum which was fine since its the one I wanted in the first place.The piercing process was super quick and we also ended up purchasing our saline spray from the shop as well. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend Leo for your piercings.

I had my high nostril piercings done here. Everything was very clean and sanitary. Everyone was so nice and Leo did an awesome job! He was very careful and took his time lining up the markings on my nose to make sure they were symmetrical before he did the piercing. If I decide to get more piercings Im definitely coming back!

Leo, the piercer working at this shop, helped me out with picking the perfect jewelry for my sister’s birthday, along with helping me find a shorter bar for my well healed helix piercing. His piercing room is so clean and well organized, and he is very detailed in his instructions for piercing care.After switching out the labret for my helix downsize, Leo stated that he didn’t feel comfortable with how much of a downsize it was, and put back in the original bar with the new jewelry piece. He gave me the shorter bar to use myself if i still wanted it shorter. This tells me that he cares a lot about his work and the health of the people that come in! He is extremely professional. I’m so glad to have gone here and will recommend it to all my friends interested in piercings.

I definitely do not get any of the negative reviews I’ve seen about anyone here?! Leo was my piercer and he was so nice! Very blunt but also deeply cares about what he does. I felt a little light headed after I got the piercings done and let him know right away he got me water and we just sat and chilled until I felt better. I will definitely be coming here for more piercings he is also the only person in central Florida area I believe to be in the National piercing group I forget the name but yeah basically he knows his stuff and will take great care of anyone who comes through the shops doors!

Love this place got my piercing done Friday, I’m a first timer.I was really nerves and excited. I saw the reviews and see that Dungeon was a great place to go . My piercer was LEO . People said he is rude in the reviews but actually that’s just his personality. I have friends who’s like that and I can be like that to . But he just serious about his job . Like not everyone a smiling ear to ear person who laughs and stuff every second . He just a layback person. He was kind to me the whole time when he was piercing me and told me what to expect. He very professional in what he do and take it seriously which I like because this is people body’s your working with . You have to be on point .He help me pick out the perfect size jewelry. I love my piercings and would be back to get my rest after these heal up .Thanks Leo appreciate it.

I can not recommend this shop more highly! I have been back several times [just to buy more jewelry!] after getting my nose pierced about a year ago. When getting pierced, Leo could not have been more professional, patient and excellent at what he did! I felt in very good hands, and I was! I have friends that have had piercings done and had tons of issues with infections etc. But Leo told me exactly what to do, and what not to do! I followed his instructions exactly and NEVER had a single problem! The jewelry they pierce with is EXCELLENT and allowed me to switch studs even while my piercing was healing. When I went back with questions about jewelry etc, both Leo and Monica were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They take their time and answer questions fully and I appreciated the time they took to inform me as I made decisions on what jewelry to purchase. I have so enjoyed my piercing, and if I ever decide to get another, I will not even CONSIDER another place! Right now I am in the process of getting another tattoo, and I am going to stick with this shop because I trust them! Awesome job guys!

I got my earlobes pierced by Leo about 7 weeks ago. I had previous trauma from the two previous times I had my ears pierced because they were done as a child at the classic shopping-mall stand that uses those nasty piercing guns (yup, they got infected both times and were lopsided). I chose Dungeon because of Leo’s reputation, expertise, as well as the fact that he is highly certified. His personality is very straight-forward, because he genuinely cares about making sure his clients are educated and handling their piercings properly. I don’t go to a piercing/tattoo shop to get kissed up to.. I go to whoever has the most qualified person to do the job I want done. That’s him. Leo was very careful, considerate and professional. I can really tell he takes his work seriously.Fast forward to today, I had to get an MRI and was forced to take my earrings out for the first time since my piercing. I struggled to get my earrings back in afterwards and evidently irritated my piercing and it started bleeding. I called Dungeon in a panic, and Leo graciously fit me in between appointments to check on my piercing and re-insert my earring for me. I am so so so thankful. He was understanding of the fact that I’ve had horrible experiences with previous piercings, and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. If I decide to get any future piercings, I’ll come back here.

Leo is the best! I realized I have an allergy to nickel and my nostril piercing started to form a bump from it no matter how much care I did. Leo talked me through what was going on with it replaced it and literally a DAY after its already gone down in size. I have gone in several times over the last few years and have never had an issue with Leo, the jewelry purchased, etc. The selection of jewelry may be limited on when their last shipment was received, but I have loved every piece ever bought and would recommend the shop always.I had my bellybutton pierced for my 18th birthday years ago, my nose jewelry correctly resized, and received information regarding piercing choice and care over the years.I felt compelled to write a good review after reading through some of the one-star reviews with a friend that I referred the shop to.Great work guys!

I got my second nostril piercing done here last week and had an amazing experience! My friends and I all got nostrils done and the staff was amazing and fun to talk to; and Leo (I believe that was his name) was so professional. We came an hour away just to go to someone who was part of the APP for so long and it was worth it. The piercing room was so clean and sterile and Leo was professional, and talked through everything with me every step of the way; because despite not being new at piercings I’m terrified of needles. A week in it doesn’t even feel like a new piercing. The next morning I had no pain or swelling or anything! It’s healing more beautifully than any piercing ive ever had. Thank you!Edit 11/30/2021: two months in and my nose is still healed beautifully. I can’t thank you enough. I recommend this shop for piercings so much.

I had my septum pierced today. The staff was super easygoing and I felt 100% comfortable in the store. Leo is a very cool dude and knows exactly what he is doing. He explained the piercing process and the aftercare to me step by step. The room where he performs the piercings looks like a doctors office. Everything is super clean and sterile. Ill definitely be back here next time I want a piercing done.

Original post 2017/2018I dont understand why there are negative reviews on here! Leo is the only person in Orlando with a certification from the association of professional piercers, so you know hes following the best practices in the industry that are meant to keep everyone safe and happy. Everything was sterile and professional. I got to choose from a nice selection of high quality jewelry, and everyone was so patient and laughed along with me at my indecisiveness at choosing the jewelry and and choosing the placement for my nose piercing. Ive been pierced here twice already, and after the first time I knew I was coming back here because it was a great experience. All of the staff were super friendly, patient, and professional. Leo went over all of the care instructions with me before I got pierced, and let me know everything that was going on while I was being pierced. Overall great experience both times, so if youve been trying to find a piercer in Orlando, this is where to go.EDIT Nov 2020: my piercings and jewelry are all still in perfect shape years later. They carry the best quality jewelry-it’s made to last in your skin and placed properly to lower odds of rejection. The internal threading is easy on your skin and ensures your piercing doesn’t fall out even after years. I know a lot of people with my piercing who went anywhere and their piercing rejected or fell out after 6 months and closed up. Mine are in great shape after years. This is where you want to go for piercings in Orlando, case closed!Edit Jan 2023: My piercings are still 100% good as when I got them pierced. No issues with jewelry falling out, rejecting, nothing! Titanium jewelry from here is the way to go :)

I got my ears pierced here today. My first ever piercing, and it was an amazing experience. Leo is very patient and kind when explaining how to care for my piercings, and was gentle when doing the actual piercing. 10/10, I will definitely be coming here again for any future piercings.

Leo is a very serious guy and I see that some of the reviews are even saying hes rude but I want to say that his serious nature is a good thing.He takes Covid seriously.He takes cleanliness seriously.He takes what he does seriously.All of that is reflected in the quality of work that he does.Leo has knowledge, skill, and consideration. If you ask him questions about piercing he will give you the right answers and give you context, not just a do it. He even let me know that because of masking my piercing would likely take longer than the normal estimates to heal which is something I hadnt seen in the research I had done.I came in with my friend/roomie to get our septums pierced. Leo used sterilized packs for each of our piercings. New gloves, new tools, new everything. Not only that but when he pulled the gloves from the sterilized pack to do my piercing and one of the gloves ripped, he pulled a whole new sterilized pack out instead of just getting a new glove. I saw more care and consideration from him for our safety than Ive seen from some medical staff at doctors offices that Ive been to. What is more is that he handled my piercing deftly and with skill even though I have a tendency to squirm.Leo was also up front and honest about my future jewelry choices and even turned down a sale; letting me know that I wouldnt be able to wear something like that for a long time and not to rush things.Leo is skilled, knowledgeable, and honest.I most definitely recommend him for your piercing needs.Seriously =D

Just got a septum piercing done by Leo. He was amazing. He made me feel so comfortable and secure during the whole process and educated me about everything. I’m obsessed with my new look. He knows what he’s doing!!! 10/10 definitely recommend.

Made an appointment with Leo for a tragus piercing and was in and out within 20 minutes. He made sure to tell me how to care for my new piercing, what to expect with it, and important dos/donts for choosing jewelry for it and my other piercings. Most places Ive gone to just kind of get you in and out without much explanation. In addition, he takes pride in his jewelry quality and has an excellent selection of pieces to choose from. I will be coming back for other earrings and will highly recommend him to anyone wishing to get a new piercing.

My friend and I got our nipples pierced here by Leo in May of 2018. This was my first piercing anywhere other than my ears, so I wasnt really sure what to expect from the experience. Leo was very professional and thorough, he explained the entire process to put us at ease, and he answered all our questions and explained the aftercare beautifully. He even let my friend and me be in the room together and witness each others piercings because he could tell we were nervous. To the people commenting that Leo wasnt very comforting, if you need to be comforted through a piercing then maybe you shouldnt be getting one? Hes there to do to a job and he knows his stuff, its not his responsibility to hold your hand and kiss you on the forehead when youre scared. Hes a no-nonsense kind of dude.A few weeks after I got my piercing, I woke up from a nap and found that my jewelry had come unscrewed and the barbell fell out. I was freaking out because I couldnt get the bar back in, so I called Leo at the shop at 9:30 pm. He told me to come in, kept the shop open past closing for me, and helped me. He fitted me with a brand new longer bar to accomodate for the swelling from me messing with it, and he only charged me like $10 for the materials. Yeah, he made fun of me a little bit because I was kind of a hot mess, but I totally deserved it, lol.Im very pleased with Leo and the business he runs. His shop is clean and professional, and he genuinely cares for the health and safety of his clients. Maybe hes a little gruff, but hes in a business where you need to be tough sometimes. If you cant handle that, I suggest going elsewhere. But if you want the best, go to Leo. And for gods sake, be polite and make an appointment.

Best experience at a piercing shop I’ve ever had and I didn’t even get a piercing done (yet)! I’ve always had awful piercing experiences since I was 16 but can’t seem to stay away, so I got a couple of piercings done at another shop about 6 months ago and the piercings were NOT healing. Finally after doing everything I could I went back to heavily researching piercers in the area and came across Leo. I popped into the shop that day to ask his opinion on what I should do and he made sure to take care of me. He swapped out my jewelry (conch & nose) while the piercings were very fragile and sensitive he was extremely careful and didn’t hurt me at ALL. Leo will be the only person to pierce my skin again and the only thing I’m upset about is that I didn’t find him sooner!

I came here for my first piercing ever. Not only was the staff so friendly and helpful (because I was nervous as all hell), but they made me feel safe. Monica (whom sadly doesnt work there anymore), was amazing. She told me step by step what she was going to do. Helped me pick out the best jewelry for me (I tend to be allergic to a lot of things and I needed a small stud for my job). She was patient, and after the procedure didnt mind asking her questions on anything. (Trust me, I asked plenty). The place is super clean, and the guys up there are awesome. Patrick is one of the best tattoo artists around. His work is like nothing Ive seen. Hes done a Muriel on my brothers back, and my friends arm. All of which I perfection. I had a PA done by Leo over a week ago. I was very very nervous and apprehensive about having it done. But Leo explained everything and actually showed placement before actually doing the procedure.The procedure was uncomfortable but the actual piercing took only a few seconds. After that all was fine.The healing has gone very well and I have not had the excessive bleeding that some people get.One thing about Leo’s sterile technique. He followed a very strict procedure. A procedure that matches what you would see in an emergency room. I truly believe that with Leo’s membership in APP and his sterile technique is why the piercing went so well and why I am not having any healing issuesI will definitely be going back to Leo for gauge ups on my Prince Albert

I had my first piercing by Leo done back in December, and a 4th one done today. After a not so great experience at another local shop, an out of town friend recommended that I find a local APP piercer, which led me to Leo. It was nice to have so many options of quality jewelry to choose from, and not being pierced with some mystery metal of an improper style that you just end up having to replace right off because it causes you problems. He takes what he does seriously, ensures proper placement to your liking, and makes sure you leave educated on the aftercare for your particular piercing - and hes always been very helpful when Ive had any questions or concerns. You can tell he really cares about what he does, and is very knowledgable when it comes to piercing. Id easily recommend Leo to anyone looking to get a piercing.

Have been going to Leo since I was 14. Im now almost 24 and I still go to him for my piercings. Just got my rook pierced last March and he did a great job. It healed so well and Ive never had issues with it. He also said the jewelry had a warranty so if a diamond ever fell out it would be covered :)

I went in to see the piercer, Leo, and since I had been pierced before by him I completely trusted the process. I was wrong. He pierced me crooked, in addition to using the wrong size bar. I asked him if the size was appropriate before and after the piercing, and he told me “it looks fine/ the size is fine” so I trusted him and left happy. A week later, after suffering from pain in both piercings and no amount of advice was working, I went into another shop to have them removed and get an professional opinion on the placement, which felt wrong and caused constant pain. The piercer told me that whoever did my piercings should be “ashamed of themselves”, in addition to using the wrong size they also caused a tear in my scar tissue which is extremely painful, even after removing the piercings. The piercer at the new shop called his manager in for a second opinion, and they also said that the piercing was extremely messed up- both in size and placement. I was told that if I had left them in the jewelry would have embedded itself in my piercing. They also said that the placement of the piercing with the size of the bar made pain unavoidable and that whoever pierced me should have known that just by looking at it. Both piercers called the work “extremely unprofessional” and I agree after the pain I’ve suffered this week. The entire process was painful, expensive, and disappointing. I trusted the piercer at Dungeon and it was misplaced. I hope that the piercer never does this to another person.EDIT: I contacted the owner and received a response lacking all professionalism. I highly recommend nobody goes to this shop, as it seems instead of taking responsibility it’s employees give attitude instead of fixing their mistakes. Extremely rude. Also, if the piercer was as professional as they say I wouldn’t have been pierced crooked. I wouldn’t have had to suffer through pain for a week as my piercing slowly got more irritated. If the bar was the right size, I wouldn’t’ve seen my piercing embed itself into my skin. My experience was painful and unprofessional, they can deny it all they want but I just came here warn others.

Walked into Dungeon yesterday without an appointment. Although it was busy, I was welcomed and taken very good care of. Christine is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out some beautiful new jewelry. The jewelry selection is amazing and they only have the highest quality. While I waited patiently for Leo to pierce me, I watched more than one person come in and get turned away for wanting something that goes against their strict policy regarding safety and ethics (in this case very young minors) and they handled the negativity with grace and professionalism. This speaks volumes to their high level of quality (and Im sure incites negative reviews, unfortunately.) When it was my turn, Leo took his time with me just like he did everyone else, making sure I was informed and comfortable. Ill never go anywhere else in Orlando.

I understand, (given the location of the place ) that the people who work here may deal with the college kid crowed.... they may have people who come in with lack of knowledge/ or even customers who are rude, hey maybe they have to answer redundant questions. I understand having off days too. HOWEVER, I have never been treated so rudely from a professional place of business before.... and by someone who was highly talked about in the community. I had high hopes for Leo as I have heard good things about his work. I was told he was the best in Orlando and very reputable. Needless to say, We walked in, quietly and politely waited to be seen by Leo ( Yes we did schedule an appointment a week or so ahead of time). We were greeted VERY rudely, it did not stop there. At one point he said put a mask on or get out in a very harsh loud tone towards others who just walked in ( we have no issue wearing a mask or respecting any rules in place for one at all, Im sure those other people have no issue with respecting that either) that reaction alone to people was uncalled for. While we were talking to Leo about the piercings process/ jewelry Leo was incredible unprofessional and.. again.. rude. Many questions were greeted with unprofessional responses... and a lack or care in general ( I wanted to leave at this point) We inquired about specific jewelry size suggestions for a pervious pieced septum, to which Leo responded You guys are making this very difficult ( or mislabel / something along those lines)... because of a single simple question... that shouldnt have received a response like that. At this point I was so shocked, uncomfortable, and dumbfounded by his attitude, I left the studio to sit out in the car. This is a grown man, running a place of business, where is the professionalism? I honestly can not believe this man owns this place, as it appears he knows nothing of customer service or respect for others. Like I said, hey if your having a bad day, I have been there, I get that... but under no circumstances should you ever take it out on anyone else... LET ALONE YOUR CLIENTS. I read over some other one star reviews and it appears this is a reoccurring theme, to which is responded to by again a rude, aggressive, and extremely defensive. Body modification is supposed to be something beautiful, fun, and exciting, yet Leo single handedly made this experience terrible, which is unfortunate. My boyfriend has gone to Leo a few times ( which to me is now shocking), this was my first interaction with him. I am so dumbfounded and flustered that Im still sitting here in shock.

Got my nipples pierced today with Leo and I would highly recommend. He is knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and walked me through the entire process in detail. Hope to get more done with him soon.

I went here Friday, May 11 for my belly piercing because I had read good reviews on a guy named “Leo”... The only thing that came back GOOD out of this service was my belly piercing. Leo was extremely rude in my opinion. I was a bit nervous and he did not make me feel any more comfortable. I’d ask a question and he’d reply in a sarcastic manner. I wish I would have went else where.. I wouldn’t go back to this place. The room where he did my piercing looked like a doctor’s office, it was very clean. But as far as customer service...issa no for me.

This place is awesome. Ive gotten 3 tattoos already two on my wrist area and one on the side of my chest and they healed beautifully. Thats def my go-to. Reading majority of the comments I couldnt agree more on. Professional and VERY VERY clean. Never once felt uncomfortable walking in. Reading all the reviews on the piercer motivates me more to get a piercing there also!! I definitely recommend. Wow, this place is EXTREMELY professional! Monica did my septum piercing today, and I was very impressed with how passionate and educated she was! Put me at ease right away- this was my first piercing, and she made the experience as chill as possible. She knew exactly what she was doing, and the gear was all sterile, I have no doubt that my nose is going to heal perfectly. I do not know much about piercings but I had always wanted my cartilage pierced. Last month I went with my friend to get her septum pierced and I asked the piercer, Monica, questions about it. She was super nice and informative and really educated me. Her knowledge ultimately swayed my decision to go through with it. She was super professional and made me feel confident and comfortable with my decision. I love my new piercings! I would recommend this place to anyone but especially if youre apprehensive or do not know much about piercings. They will give you all the information you need.

I went into this shop with 3 different styles of tattoos on my back from a previous artist and asked to have them all merged into one cohesive piece. Patrick was able to not only do this; he was able to add something more to the tattoo. He incorporated everything I asked him to and it turned out great. I went back for a second tattoo with him and was one again pleased with the outcome. Ive gotten numerous compliments on my tattoos already, his shading is sick. I would highly recommend this shop. Patrick is a great artist and a cool down to Earth guy while youre waiting hours under the needle.

I came in today to have my anchor piercings removed which I mistakenly called them sub dermals. Monica was so knowledgeable and kind, she educated me on the different types of piercings and told me the ones I had were anchors. She was very quick and thorough and caused me very little pain given the fact I have had my piercings for 6 years. I would recommended her to anyone who is not only getting a piercing, but who may need one removed. She truly is a professional and I am so glad I went to her!!!

Completely unprofessional and rude, came in nicely asking about a tattoo i wanted to get and what his professional opinion/recommendation on the tattoo would be. Was actually excited and something i wanted to commit to. Guy i spoke to had the biggest attitude and was straight rude. I was tryna to be a customer for them and asked nicely for more information but completely pushed me to the side.Wouldn’t recommend and wouldnt trust them marking something on my body permanently, just for the attitudes alone and customer service. Highly disappointed, wont return.

I have now visited this shop during their posted business hours THREE SEPARATE TIMES without being able to get in or even get anyone to answer the phone. I recently visited Dungeon to get a Medic Alert tattoo. Patrick is the guy I go. I saw Patricks work on a tattoo my friend had and thought he did really nice work. Nice clean lines and a steady hand. They recently move locations just one door down from where they were at the corner of Dean and University. the new shop is really nice.

Stepping into the piercing room is like a doctors office. Only APP certified place in the orlando area and it makes a huge difference from how well you get pierced and how higenically to the quality of jewelry they give you.Update 2019: Went in again and got my wife pierced. Leo was awesome as always and pierced her with the utmost precision. He even made sure her piercings were properly centered where she wanted them by measuring her with a ruler and measuring clamps.

I understand if you do not have an appointment that you cannot always get helped, however, he could have politely asked me to make an appointment. A few weeks ago, I went into Dungeon wanting a new piece of jewelry for my conch piercing but without a specific style in mind. Taking into account the shape and size (tiny) of my inner ear, piercing assistant/salesperson Christine recommended a dainty Swarovski Crystal Life Warranty piece by the brand Industrial Strength. I loved the design but asked if they carried anything similar in rose gold, and Christine informed me that all titanium jewelry can be made to resemble any other metal through a process known as anodizing. Piercer Leo then anodized my selected piece to a beautiful shade of rose gold and changed out my old jewelry for the new one at no additional charge. (I still tipped.) The Dungeon staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and nonjudgmental--despite my relatively clean cut appearance and the fact that Ive been mispronouncing conch for nearly seven years. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Dungeon Body Piercing & Tattoos and definitely plan on returning for any future piercing or tattoo needs.

Ive been getting pierced by many since I was about 16 and Im now 24. This is the FIRST place that has ever been this PROFESSIONAL. Leo takes pride in what he does and loves the art of body piercing and body modification. He was the most knowledgable person Ive met in his field. He walked me step by step through everything, including educating me on types of jewlery. Hes also certified through APP (Association Of Professional Piercers). Need less to say, I wont be going anywhere else for a piercing. After seeing the level of cleanliness and sterilization process that resembles what someone would do in the medical field, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEO. They go above and beyond and you see exactly what you pay for.

Dungeon tattoo & body piercing studio is amazing, and will be the only place I go to for now on for my piercing needs. Firstly I messaged back and forth kind of late with them about a concern I had from another shop. They answered all my questions and gave me by far the most information I had ever received. They didnt just try to get me to come in and spend money at all; they cared! I went in today and the piercer here helped me, cleaned and switched out my jewelry to higher grade. We talked about what had probanly went wrong and he gave me a ton of information about what I should and shouldnt do for now on. Best piercer Ive ever met. Plus, their jewelry is the most beautiful Ive seen a tattoo place carry.

I will never go to another shop for my next tattoos. Rick was my tattoo artist and not only did he do an incredible job with the tattoo, he was just a really nice person and you can tell he cares about his work.Originally I had called and asked to come in about 2 hours before the shop closed and they said that it was fine. Rick drew my tattoo up, and went on a smoke break which I joined him for. He ended up asking me if I could return the next day so he wouldnt have to rush the tattoo and do the best job possible, which I was fine with. I came back at noon the next day and met Patrick and Rick outside, at which point Rick asked me if I had eaten today. I had not and he asked if I wanted to go to Firehouse Subs first. So the three of us go get subs and Rick even offered to pay for my food. We ate our food, smoked a cigarette and then got to work on the tattoo. Rick was so nice and easy to talk to. My last artist barely spoke 2 sentences to me and made me feel like I was wasting his time. We took a smoke break before adding my color, which was nice because the area was starting to get pretty sensitive. In the end the tattoo came out looking amazing, It looks exactly like the picture I had given him. Rick is awesome about making suggestions about what could make the tattoo look better. The tattoo I got is pretty different than what I originally had planned on getting, but all of Ricks suggestions made it so much better than it would have been, had he just gone ahead and done what I asked for in the beginning.Overall, even though my experience was pretty unorthodox, it was memorable and I left extremely pleased with the whole thing. All of the people at Dungeon and Mystic are super friendly and happy to do whatever for you. I will definitely be returning to them in the near future.

Have had over 20 plus piercings done I had a missing ball to my industrial so I called the company who made that specific jewelry piece and they suggested going here. I just moved to orlando from Missouri and haven’t been able to find a studio that fits my standards for piercings and tattoos. I decided to give it a try and I am soooo disappointed. I immediately told him I wanted to get a piercing but wasn’t quite sure what I wanted yet I wanted to see the jewelry options...he literally told me he wasn’t comfortable piercing me and wasn’t going to do what I wanted cuz of the healing time and cuz I wasn’t “sure” and could regret the piercing later...I wanted an orbital which I’ve had done before. The next thing when he was putting the ball onto my industrial he asked how old the piercing was and I had said 4 years but it was irritated because of the missing ball he then says “doesn’t look like it’s that old and tells me I “better start taking care of it” I am nobody new to piercings I take extremely good care of them and the jewelry I put in them. Totally disrespectful and talked to me like I was stupid. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and rude he was, made both me and my friend uncomfortable while we were there and if I wouldn’t of really needed that ball I would have left a lot sooner. awful place. There are multiple other businesses in Orlando who sell the same quality and brand jewelry with much better customer service. Just read the reviews and how the owner responds and disrespects customers who have bad experiences.

Went to Dungeon a few days ago to buy a new nose stud since I was having a reaction to the steel one I was pierced with (from someplace else) Monica was the piercer that helped me and explained the issue I was having and assisted me in finding the right jewelry. She was so knowledgeable and gave me so much info. She also cleaned my piercing and put in the new stud. Highly recommend seeing her for all piercing related needs.

I went to potententially get an industrial piercing. The piercer was very honest and wants the best for his customers and denied me the piercing because it would cause too many problems and I was not fit for it. I appreciate their honesty and they really saved me from potentially ending up with a big problem. They are really great and professional I would 10/10 trust them with piercing needs.

I got my nose pierced at another shop in town and after a few weeks developed a large bump next to the piercing. After doing some research online, I guessed it was an irritation bump from bad jewelry. Based on a recommendation to search the APP website as well as the Anatometal shop locator, I ended up here hoping the piercer could fix my problem. He took one look at it and confirmed my thoughts about the cheap jewelry. I bought some better stuff and he changed it out for me. It bled and made a mess but healed with amazing speed. 3 days later you couldn’t even tell there had been a problem. It was so refreshing to do a ton of research online and then go into the shop and have exactly the experience I was expecting. I definitely learned my lesson the hard way and wish I’d just come here the first time.

One star gives this place too much credit. I will never go to this shop again. I gave it a shot and came here expecting excellence because of good reviews and unfortunately I overlooked the bad reviews. I got a bad vibe as soon as I walked in. Well now I understand why. I had to go to a completely different shop to have a very infected earring removed because the piercing was done crooked and the jewelry was far too short. The piercing was so swollen and infected (even after using the H2Ocean regularly) that it covered the entire earring. After some extreme pain, a skilled piercer at a different shop was able to remove the jewelry and tell me all of the things that this place did wrong. He also told me that I was lucky it didnt have to be removed by a surgeon! Dungeon Tattoo told me to come back another day when the piercer was in the shop (even though I needed immediate assistance because of the infection caused by a crooked piercing and the short jewelry). Thank goodness I didnt wait to come back or this issue could have been a surgical issue. I will be leaving a complaint on the better business bureau BBB website.If you want to get a good idea of the character of the shop owner, go look at the responses he makes to bad reviews on google. Not exactly professional and obviously thin-skinned. So I expect Ill get a great laugh out of the defensive response I get to this review.

I can honestly appreciate the cleanliness and professionalism of this place. There was a large selection of smoking products, a piercer, and tattoo artist always present. I recieved a tattoo from Patrick, he charged a fair rate, worked quickly, safe, and with great precision.

Clean environment and following all Covid-related guidelines. Leo patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. Absolutely worth paying to have a piercing done right. If I get more done Ill be coming back.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Came here with someone wanting to purchase a new nose stud. As weve never used neometal studs before we asked to see the backing of one to see the length only to be argued with and told by the owner he wasnt going to walk into the room they keep them in (none were on display in the case) to show us what they looked like as he didnt want to walk back and forth. Sorry but Im not going to purchase a $40 piece of jewelry before seeing what it looks like. Will NOT be back... Its a shame because they did have good quality jewelry and I wanted to purchase after confirming what the backing looked like...(Edited after lazy owner replied) I would just like to point out your mistake in your reply.. We first nicely asked you to show us the nose piercings you have available to purchase, we only were annoyed and stated we were leaving after you refused to show us the product after you snapped at us stating Its not going to change. WHAT? its a completely different piece, not for an ear piercing but for nose, so obviously we would like to ensure the size is what we wanted. You state What you showed us wasnt going to magically change Yet you did NOT show us the piercing we were inquiring to purchase, only a COMPLETELY different one, so we did not decide to NOT believe you didnt have shorter options, we were basically told we need to purchase them in order to THEN see them. Yes, they are different from the ones you showed us. But thats ok, you wanted to lose an $80 purchase for your laziness for not wanting to walk 5 feet to the next room so we can actually see the size before we purchased it. Also if it is protocol to take all customers into the back room we would have then said ok, we will purchase this and go get it measured. We were not once told AFTER buying it we would then get it measured. You would think since we kept asking to see them in person you would have said that?? But you didnt? If you were honestly too lazy to even do that you could have told us to come back tomorrow nicely instead of snapping on us. But thats ok we found a NICER, cleaner store nearby. Recommend all stay away from this unprofessional shop.Also I love how the other person I came here with and had a bad experience with the rude owner refusing to walk to the back room to get the jewelry so we can see before we purchased it, but made it seem like he refused us service to her reply (Sable) That did not happen, after we asked him politely a few times to see the actual jewelry we wanted to purchase and him literally saying basically he wasnt going to waste his time to get it unless we bought it first, we then informed him (not rudely might I add) that we were leaving to look somewhere else with nicer employees. We did thank the nice younger girl working there and told her she was very helpful before leaving and that she did nothing wrong as WE LEFT by our own choice. Wow I cannot fathom how incredibly psychotic the owner is with him trying to lie like that. Good luck to this shop we informed everyone we know in the area to stay away. Also wanted to point out we came in about 45 minutes before they closed. Wasnt aware buying only a piece of jewelry would be such a hassle for your lazy self.

I was going to show him what gauge I had so started to pull down my mask, which Iunderstand with these COVID times, he did not let me do.. but that may have aggravated him, and got him worked up, because he was a little on edge and aggressive with hi words with me. THEN, when I asked to see a nose ring, he said they look best in the glass under the light. I said well, if Im buying it, i want to see it. He said youre looking at it. I walked out. I am a professional.... A Hard working nurse, and Army Veteran. That wasnt even the entire conversation. But enough to know he was not a nice person, and I felt so disrespected. Im sharing what worked for me, what didnt, things I did that made them wanna steal my ability to send pics forever and the end result over ten or so years and months of sitting, silently for hours, paying attention, taking it all in, as I became a human coloring book. 😁1. Call ahead. Either make an appt for a quick consult (tatoo is small, have a pic and there are no to minimal changes) and see if there is an available time to come in and get your desires fulfilled.... With regard to tattoos or piercings. No magicians here guys.If you are looking for custom art, call ahead for a consult and tell them that! These guys are pretty chill and, without inundating them with screenshots, can turn your vision into a piece of walking art if you allow THEM to direct you in what they need.2. COMMUNICATE! Wishy washy decisions wont go over Well for you if you cant make a decision on what you want permanently inked/pierced on your body.3. Know what you want. Where you want your new art to be. AND listen to the artist/piercer and their recommendations. Remember, this is what they do for a living and likely know just a tad more regarding the subject matter than you do.4. Appreciate their professionalism, time, and artistic abilities regardless of what they are doing for you. This isnt a hobby for them. They have strict policies in effect for the safety of you and others. Dont get ticked because they wont do something, they all are the utmost professional people and have earned that respect with their education (continuing), extreme amount of experience and safety guidelines by which they follow.5. Dont call for a quote or ask over social media. There is no way, aside from I want a 4 leaf, all green, clover behind my ear, for them to know how big it will be, how much detail, what the canvas looks like, how long it may take. All of these plus some are vital and must be taken into consideration in order to give a quote.There is only one thing on my body that doesnt belong to an artist at the dungeon. He is our family go to for tattoo guy! Lol! I have two daughters which have both been initiated and are hooked! Neither of them will get work done elsewhere; one learned the hard way on a spur of the moment decision. 3x back to the other shop before it looks like it wont fade tomorrow.Use the handy guideline above and your experience should be an enjoyable one!YOU leave happy with your choice and results!Cheers!

Don’t ever in your life get a piercing from any one in the world other than Leo. There’s no piercer more knowledgeable or invested in you than him.

If I could reply to the owner directly I would...but anyone considering shopping here should seriously look to other shops (There are a ton in the area).For proof of the lack of customer service, just look at the owners replies to customers making genuine expressions of their OPINION of the store. He attacks each person and makes brash statements which is VERY unprofessional. TO THE OWNER, please learn some professionalism (and how to be an adult) and not just make childish statements targeting people that have OBVIOUSLY had a poor experience in your store.

Went in for a nose ring and the dude was just rude. I felt like I was intruding on his day and argued with me about what size should be in my nose and not what it is. I wont ever go back. There are better shops with nicer people in the immediate area.

Wow, thats all I can say. What a rude owner. A friend and I went here to look at some jewelery and shortly after we arrived the owner came in. I could barely get out 2 words before he started to scold us and said that only 1 person could be in the shop at a time and if we didnt have an appointment we needed to leave. What??? Ok, to say the least,, we wont be back
