Always a great experience Jenni has done all of my facial piercings and i will never go anywhere else she is very clean and professional, always makes me feel welcome and when I went in today after about a year and a half since my last piercing she talked me through the piercing and made sure I was comfortable. My piercings are always perfect and heal perfect and the process is always quick easy and almost painless because of how fast she works and how comfortable she makes u feel ! I traveled from GA and wanted to get a piercing. Ms. Jenny provided EXCELLENT service. She was quick, knowledgeable, and really made the experience comfortable. I got my belly button pierced as well as the Christina. She advised me of my aftercare and recommended what products to use.Again, she was so quick. You don’t even have time to react!! Just a pinch and we were done. I’m in love and highly recommend this place of business.

Great experience! I went and got both nostrils pierced , it was fast and painless. You can’t beat the price! She was fast, kind, and very informative! Made sure to tell me any information related to my piercing and suggest products to take care of them. Was over in about 6 minutes for both of my piercings! She has a clean work area and makes sure to sanitize everything in her station. If you’re in the market for a piercing, I highly recommend her.

If I could give zero stars I would but had to give at least one. As soon as my sister and I enter, Jennifer has an attitude not sure why since we were nice to her. She proceeded to ask us what we were there for and I was just confused since we had made an appt on her booking site that she urges her clients to use. Yet she doesn’t know who’s on the schedule and at what time they’ll arrive? Sad. Anyways, I wanted two new piercings and two jewelry changes and my sister wanted only a jewelry change but also was considering a tattoo. She texted Jennifer beforehand asking about tattoo prices but she leaves her on read which is so unprofessional. As a business woman, customer service should be her top priority but it’s clearly not. Anyways, once she charged me, we headed over to her jewelry box to see what she had. Her stock was low and had pretty much nothing. I had dm’ed her prior on instagram asking what her stock would be because I’ve come into her shop before with her having little to no options. She did not answer me which is very disappointing because she encourages her customers to message her with any questions. This is just to show that she lacks in professionalism and the knowledge to maintain her jewelry selections. After looking at her options for some time I decided to have just the one jewelry change because I found a piece that I liked but wasn’t excited for. Before she’s about to proceed, she starts talking about a charge that is never on her website when booking AFTER SHE HAD ALREADY CHARGED ME. Once she said that I may have to pay an extra $20 I decided to not go through with any jewelry changes I was so excited for. I got the two piercings and left but immediately returned because I paid for two jewelry changes and didn’t receive any because I truly felt that she was scamming me. Will NEVER be going to her again and have already found a better tattoo/piercing location that will be my go to. I advise those who read this review to not take a chance with her. She’s a disrespectful business woman who charges customers up front before they choose the jewelry they want. If she doesn’t have any good options and the customer changes their mind, she allows no refunds. She is truly scamming customers for a quick buck. Fortunately she was kind enough to give me a refund for the jewelry changes I didn’t do. If you’re looking for a piercing shop DONT GO HERE. You’ll receive better customer service at a tattoo parlor.

I wanted my cheeks pierced, I googled and found pokes by Jenny. In order to schedule the appt, you are required to provide your card information for cancellation purposes. I had no issue in doing so as I was adamant it was going to happen. I arrived at a plaza type of a building, but it was obvious that this was a hotel prior to them transitioning into a building with suite numbers or whatever. Ok, so I arrived at 3 pm and their room number was 238. I didnt bring my phone or anything because I didnt expect for it to be so hard to find but apparently it took me ten minutes as i followed the old numerical signs on the building. So I walked in, smiling as always and said I finally found you,sorry it was harder than I expected. Her vibe was not very pleasant, but we all have bad days so It didnt bother me at all... When it was my turn, I confirmed that I wanted my cheeks and she took my card to charge it, but it declined. Instantly, I knew that I was charged for the cancellation fee because this card was brand new and like I said, this card was specifically for this purpose so nothing is going in or out. I walked to my car, called and confirmed and then I informed her. She told me she had nothing to do with the company, she can only view her schedule from this site. I had to verbally summarize out loud exactly what was going on because I could not believe this girl expected me to pay for a cancellation fee, along with the $40 for my cheeks. And then I looked at her and just reiterated that I am physically present, I was not cancelling my appt. Then she said, oh thats not a cancellation fee, thats for being late because at that time, I could have scheduled that for someone else. My jaw dropped in disbelief. And to be honest, when I walked in, I noticed her kids were there, she was frustrated from all the calls that were coming in, and she was the one doing the piercings...So my first thought was, if she does a good job, Im gonna bless this girl with hella clientele. With just a post on my FB, she would have doubled her sales in as little as a week, and thats not even including my teen daughter and her friends. She was the owner, this was a company she hired. But even if she couldnt physically make any adjustments per the website, she could have charged me 30 for the piercings, hell I would have paid 35 had she at least shown some kind of consideration. This girl lost a sale over $10.60. She acted like she was running a fortune 500 company, but hell even those companies have customer service skills and common sense to make decisions to increase their revenue and not hinder it. If she lacks the common sense to change her gloves after 45 minutes of working around the workplace, its just a matter of time before she infects someone during a piercing.

Great experience! Jennifer is amazing! Piercings were very quick and painless. Prices are awesome. I got my Tragus and Helix done same day and they are healing very nicely. Highly recommended!

I recently visited The piercing Factory for a piercing, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The piercer seemed rushed and inattentive during the procedure. Not only was the piercing done incorrectly, but it also resulted in a painful infection shortly afterward.The lack of proper hygiene practices and attention to detail was evident, leading to unnecessary discomfort and inconvenience for me. I would strongly advise anyone considering getting a piercing to think twice before choosing this studio.Overall, my experience left me deeply disappointed, and I would not recommend The piercing Factory to anyone seeking professional and safe piercing services.

Went with my friends and were on piercing #2! No rejections. She is such an amazing piercer, she really makes you feel comfortable. Will be going again.....and again, and again 😆. The building seems a bit sketchy, but shes decorated her store pretty cute!!

I’m sorry but stay away, got a piercing horrible. It wasn’t properly done at all, infected. Pay someone else don’t go the cheap route same needles are being use for clients, horrible. Nasty attitude, when running a business you have to be more professional ! welcoming a client is always !! Your supposed to make customer feel welcomed & relaxed since there already coming in a bit nervous to get a piercing. Guys to be a piercer you don’t have to be license in the state of Florida!! Do yah research and anyone can print out a Damm certificate making it look professional off Canva be Real !! I’m very upset and disappointed with my service

I got my nose pierced today with my daughter for her 15th birthday… we love our new piercings Jennifer was very sweet and made us feel very comfortable. We definitely will be have soon

First off, Jenny was SO sweet and answered all of my questions before my visit. She seemed super nice right from the beginning! Once we got there, the studio was literally SO cute, she had Squishmallows and Sanrio as decor and it’s totally my vibe! I went with my sister for love piercings and I got my cartilage done too! I’ve gotten my cartilage done before and it was so painful but Jenny did it so quickly and perfectly, I swear it didn’t hurt AT ALL! She’s the best and I’m coming back soon for my tragus! 💗

One afternoon with my coworker we decided to get piercings and came across Jenny’s instagram page The Piercing Factory and headed to her on a rainy afternoon. Even though she had left, she came back to pierce us. I got my nose pierced and my coworker got her nipples She was very thorough on what she was going to do and she was quick. I would recommend her over and over again.

They have a wrong phone number and when I reached the front door I got the appointment after dialing the number from the front door picture. When I went back for the appointment no one was there and the door was locked, so never got piercing done from this place.

The attention was very average, the person who did the piercing was very hateful, lack of attention and professionalism and the piercing was very poorly placed because it festered and he left it in a place that should not be placed, it seems to me that the place lacked cleanliness…. My experience was very bad, I do not recommend it.
