Alejandro was very helpful and informative when we brought our 5-year old to get her ears pierced for the 1st time. He made us feel comfortable right away, we knew were in good hands. Larissa who did the piercing was so gentle and sweet. She did such an excellent job that our daughter is open to getting her ears pierced again in the future :). I also got a 2nd piercing while there, and it was a great experience for me as well.Thank you, Alejandro and Larissa for a memorable experience. We will be back again soon!

Great experience at Alejandros Tattoo and Piercing. Took a family trip where three of us got piercings. Both Alejandro and Larissa were amazing. Very friendly atmosphere and great customer service.

I initially booked an appt with Alejandro just to change my tragus jewelry. However my mom, sister & I left with matching tattoos. My mom got 2 tattoos in 1 day, her first ever tattoos! We arrived late due to traffic but he was very accommodating. He was patient, professional & clean! Highly recommended his services. He may be a little pricey to some, but you get what you pay for. 😊

Got a dermal anchor removed here and Alejandro exceeded all expectations. He was very knowledgeable and professional and gave me a lot of information on piercings. He said it would be painful but it was quick and painless. He really helped me out. This man will take care of you with whatever you need. Trust.

Customer service is subpar, it would be nice for the owner to not hang up on a potential customer. I just received a phone call and was cussed out and hung up on again. I cant believe someone in the customer service business would do that.

I got my tattoo about two months ago and in less than a week it was completely healed, with the colors more vibrant than when I got it, this guy is a genius in the art of tattooing, thank you Alejandro, your work was impeccable! I went to Alejandro for a tragus piercing and am very happy with my decision. He was so kind and knowledgeable. I did notice that his pricing for the piercing was a little more expensive than what I saw at other shops but I do believe that his jewelry is worth it. I’ll definitely go back for future piercings.

I got a belly piercing there on 3/21/24 and absolutely loved the experience! Alejandro was super nice and caring he even stayed after closing to wait for us to get a notarized form because we forgot!! Super accommodating and did my piercing quickly and easy it barely even hurt! If u wanted to get a piercing this is the place to do it:)

This guy is NOT a tattoo artist. He is an idiot with a tattoo shop. He did my tattoo in about 5 minutes and it hurt way more than it should and charged me 250 dollars. After 3 days it completely peeled off and my arm got infected. He was trying to blame it on me saying I didnt take proper care of the tattoo afterwards but I have other tattoos for years and never had these issues. BE CAREFUL SCAM ARTIST!!!!! All he wants is your moneyUPDATE he told me to comeback and hell fix it but theres no way Im gona trust him again with my skin. Would rather pay someone who knows what they are doingps. If someone could tell me how to post images here Ill post pics of it but not sure howWhat competitor? You dont have any competitors because you are the biggest idiot on the planet. Im a busy person but Ill find the time to bring you to courtWhat Im I lying about??? Its not true that you did my tattoo in less than 10 minutes ??? which was incredibly painful, didnt saturate it right, used shrink wrap instead of a medical gauze, caused me lots of bleeding and infection afterwards and now you have the nerve to call me a liar. YOU FREAK!!!

I took my 2 nieces & little brother to get a nose piercing (for my nieces) & ear piercing for my brother. My first thought when I got there is that, this is a nice place & decent area. Very clean well put together. He was very much so helpful. Where he lost me at was the price for 2 nose piercings and 2 REGULAR ear piercing.$45 each wasn’t the problem. He did his job. But in the midst of everyone getting there piercings, my niece accidentally scratched her nose and the piercing was sticking out, it was NOT fully out, I told her calm down I’ll push the bar back in and we’ll get some treatment for it after. Alejandro was so PERSISTENT that he needed to re-pierce it. In my head I’m just thinking okay he’s going to put a new ring in because it’s already pierced. When he finished fixing her nose ring, he had the AUDACITY to tell me she’s getting double charged. So instead of paying $180 it went up to $236 I paid it because I don’t like confrontation, but I definitely felt like he was fishing for more money and I dont respect a business like that. Quality of work doesn’t mean anything when you aren’t being fair to your customers who already come in to spend money with you.

The overall experience was a 10/10.He was extremely nice.Looked very clean and I enjoy my piercing very much!!!

Alejandro is the best tattoo artist in town! The man is an absolute surgeon in his craft. He is a multi award winner consecutively, year after year, as displayed in his office; but his actual work on you will speak louder. I went to several shops for a cover up and their answers came down to laser removal and/or dozens of hours of reworking. From Day 1 of meeting Alejandro, he gleamed with confidence in covering up and reworking a tribal tattoo that I absolutely hated and he completed it in 9 hours. In the end, I couldnt be happier with the transformation that Alejandro created. Even further, at his facility, you can literally eat off the floor and his location is perfect. Its not in some dirty strip plaza. Its a professional building occupied by true professionals. Honesty, skills, professionalism, confidence, and cleanliness explemfied!! Bravo Alejandro! 10/10 can’t recommend him enough! I got my VCH and was nervous (cuz who just wants to drop their pants? Ya know?) but he was so professional and made it so fast, easy and painless. I accidentally left my ID so I went back and decided to do my industrial and conch. Gave him the freedom to pick the jewelry and he killed it. Absolutely painless (like I didn’t even realize he was finished, I thought he still had the conch to pierce). He’s so kind and welcoming. Will 100% be returning!
