They two ladies I met today were extremely kind and dealt with my talkative self! They worked with me financial as well. The procedure was VERY quick. This is the 3rd place I came in order to remove my tattoos. I think they have the most modern lasers. I have blue e green colored tattoos to remove and this color is the worse. I’m seeing great results just in one session. Also the staff is very accommodating and understanding. I’m so happy to find them.

Upon my arrival Lisa was very courteous and professional. She answered all my questions in my free consultation and was very straight forward with how the process is. She was very informative and pricing is given in your consultation , keep in mind tattoo size , color all play part in how many sessions. They offer pay as you go per laser session or you can pay all upfront. Office was very modern and in great location!

The service here has been greater than imagined. They have either the option for session-by-session payments, or one price for unlimited sessions until the tattoo is removed (which can be financed monthly), and you have access to all the different locations! So it’s really a great concept.Not only that, but the staff is incredible. From the beginning, Lisa treated me with so much care, extremely kind and personable, truly extraordinary and professional.Stephanie, which also works at the studio, is so amazing and fun and truly a gem.These ladies have somehow made the experience of tattoo removal fun and enjoyable for me and provided a level of ease and comfortability, that I genuinely have looked forward to coming to the appointments!There has been great progress on my tattoo, which was really dark and lots of ink, but has now significantly faded with still unlimited sessions to go!So sad to be leaving this studio as i’m moving cities but I am sure I will have a great experience at the next studio with Removery, for which they also made a seamless transition for me.Wishing the lovely Stephanie and Lisa the best. This place is wonderful. They are very informative and make you feel as comfortable as possible. I’m so happy I decided to start my removal process with them. Lisa did my consultation and Stephanie was my laser tech. They were both professional and friendly. I have only nice things to say about my experience.

I’m happy with the results so far. However, the process is not for the faint at heart and expect to pay a pretty penny. Also, I would have loved to know some of the side effects like burning, itching and bubbling in the lásered area that would occur and how to treat them before I got started. Nevertheless, I do recommend Removery but think they can improve in informing customers on the aftercare process and how to treat the affected area.I added pictures so others can see what the process may look like.

Lisa was very informative & took the time to really explain the process, laser technology & costs.As this was my 1st time visiting & I was only interested in obtaining information at this time (as my research journey is just seriously getting underway), I was hesitant that my visit would be inundated with sales pitches. Fortunately this was not the case. I appreciate the support Lisa gave me. I felt comfortable to let her know that I was also looking at other places that provide laser treatments & she was quite kind to share her thoughts on what I should ask the other places for better supporting me to make an informed decision. This is where I learned that there a different types of lasers out in the market, which can produce different results of removal.Although I didn’t go further in purchasing any treatment plans, I felt the experience was more than sufficient & I felt supported.My visit was only a couple of days ago & I still have my research appointments to manage in the next weeks, but I think I might see myself coming back to Removery:).Nevertheless, this review is to share so you too can consider them as a great business to seek information & I believe treatment. I was late because of toooo much traffic in Orlando but thanks to them they let me have the consultation. They were nice and friendly! I was comfortable and relax during the laser treatment and it was fast!! Highly recommended.

Had a great experience for my first time tattoo removal today! The front desk staff and care team were incredibly friendly, personable and took their time to explain all my options, and treatment plan. I never felt rushed or forced to make a decision and they even fit me in right after my consultation for my first treatment that day. The office is very clean, and professional and I felt comfortable during the entire process. The pain was quite minimal, and procedure quite fast. They applied ice to my wrist prior to the laser, and cooling air was also blown on the laser site, making the experience much more tolerable! Very good first experience! Would definitely recommend and will be sending my husband to them as well very soon.

I have made two separate attempts to reach out and talk to someone about getting a free consultation. The first time was in December of 2023 and I wanted to make an appointment for early January.I received a message from Megan that they weren’t booking for January.Like, not even an explanation or “we’re not booking that far in advance yet.” Just a completely dense and rude response and no follow up.I messaged again today thinking that I would be able to talk to someone again about a consultation and pricing. Well Megan texts again, pushing me to come in on the same day.I let her know I wasn’t available today, and she responds with “what about tomorrow?”I’ve worked in customer service for many, many years. This low level of customer service makes me believe they’ve given a 15 year old child a cell phone and told her to text appointments with not even so much as a sense of how to be accommodating.Megan, next time try asking something along the lines of, “What day and time work best for your consultation appointment?”Learning the basics of communication can go a super long way! I’m going to find another tattoo removal place with a higher level of professionalism but I hope Megan will get the training she needs!

Several months ago I went in for JUST a consultation. It was four days after I got the tattoo. I instantly regretted it. I was in shock and vulnerable because the tattoo was a mess. Going for the consultation I was crying and in a panic. The tech mentioned that they do trials on fresh tattoos. I didnt do my research and not knowing the process of removal. I put my trust in them because supposedly they are the EXPERTS. Stephanie put a water patch over my FOUR day fresh tattoo and lasered it. My tattoo hadnt even gone through the healing process before they lasered it. I am sooo depressed over this whole approach. They left my skin with scars and discoloration. BEWARE they sadly take advantage of the vulnerable. They also made me pay for this session that I didnt even ask for and they just added more stress to my entire situation! Now I will be left with a branded and burned image of the tattoo.

I met with Lisa and Stephanie and they are the best! I highly recommend this location as their service was immaculate and answered all my questions thoroughly and properly. They made me feel comfortable about my purchase and throughout my first tattoo removal with them! Will be recommending to my friends and family. Big mess up with my appointment in Walnut Creek. I had booked my appointment long time ago. They cancelled my appointment last minute. After checking me up again the appointment was late for over 30 minutes. I was in working time, no good. Im starting getting impatient with Removal. My tattoo removal is not near completion. Also now theyre telling me that appointments are 10/12 weeks out. Why??? When I started with my removal the appointments were 4/6 weeks.Not happy.

Lisa is so awesome. The whole team is as polite as can be. You can tell they really care about their patients. Also, the whole store is very clean.

Have been coming to Removery for 8 months now (getting 3 tattoos removed) and they are truly the sweetest team. Had my first session with Stefanie today and she’s great, she’ll make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Also thankful for Lisa who I’m usually in contact with for appointments etc, she’s very helpful and does her best to accommodate my needs. My tattoos have significantly faded and they assure you the most efficient removal process possible. Can’t wait until they’re completely gone! This rating is on the CONSULTATION ONLY.I did not get the removal but the consultation and price was very good.I have a tattoo about a inch and a half thick and 3 inches long and i was charged $2,000.I think its reasonable, but I think if it was a little cheaper I wouldve started the process.It would take anywhere from a year to a year and a half to remove it completely. (8-9) sessions.When I get the removal I will re post.I spoke to Lisa on East Colonial drive and she was great, very friendly, explained everything, great sense of humor and just great attitude 😁.

I choose Removery because of Stephanie and Lisa. They attacked my initial inquiry with an urgency that implied a lot of respect for my time and an eagerness to provide their service to me. Theyre very professional, quick and efficient. They dont use chemical injected numbing agents. Their pricing and payment structure provide the appropriate incentives for them to provide the best service. The size of their organization is reassuring as well. Stephanie the nurse that took care of me was AMAZING! She squeezed me in the day off and made me feel super comfortable. Don’t let them sell you on a package unless you’re ok with the torture without numbing cream. Most laser spas/clinics give a lidocaine, they do not! I bought a package of 3 three for my tattoo that covers my entire back. After going through one session of hell I told them I can’t go through with the rest of the treatment and they kept my money! Thank god I only bought the 3 session package and not the $6000+ unlimited package that they tried to push on me. They take 0 liability for anything by the way. I received an email saying they don’t give refunds for anything at all, even if they’ve burned, scarred, or damaged your skin. They don’t care. They will still keep your money. I am a business owner as well and fully understand booking policies, but I don’t even have any appts booked with them nor have I cancelled anything. I feel like I am being cornered with having to choose losing $1000 or going through torture. No consideration for their customers. They just care about keeping your $.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I absolutely swear by them. Stephanie and Lisa are welcoming and easy to talk to. The process of having the tattoo removed is obviously not very fun but the staff makes it a more comfortable experience and Stephanie works fast but is also a perfectionist so that the treatments are as easy and thorough as possible. Ive had really incredible fading from them in just 5 sessions so far, even though my tattoo is on the top of my foot (the further the tattoo is from your heart, the longer it usually takes to fade) and the ink was incredibly dark so I can only imagine how helpful this place would be if I had a more centrally located tattoo!

The location is very clean and I’m always in/out in no time. I’m very impressed with my experience and can see solid results after just three sessions. The removal process is somewhat painful, like getting a tattoo, but much quicker. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a clean and welcoming tattoo removal place.

So far so good. I set up a consultation and was able to get my first session in that same hour! Pricing is reasonable for a medium size tattoo. Halli answered all of my questions and Laser Tech Colleen was swift and got me through it, not as bad as I expected. I’ve only had one session and I’ve already noticed faded areas! Ample parking, clean and inviting facility and a Starbucks nearby.

Tattoo Artist checking in here. I have been on a tattoo removal journey for a year and a half. I was getting treatment at another “medical spa” before I started working with the lovely staff here at Removery. In comparison I had 15 sessions at the “medical spa” over the last year and a half which was extremely painful, loads of aftercare and 3 days down time (my tattoo is large scale from top hip to knee) post treatment with very little results. In addition to having minimal results, I also bought 2 “full treatment” packages from them and they wanted more money still (for who knows how many more treatments) to obtain complete removal. I had my suspicions about the other place and so I set up a consultation with Removery. I was relieved to find out that my tattoo can in fact be completely erased and they gave me a fair timeline with plenty of examples of similar “darkness” of tattoos and their end results. I had my first removal treatment with them 3 days ago and I was blown away with how much easier the aftercare was in comparison to my previous experience. Equatable to the pain you’d feel after getting tattooed (very minimal discomfort) vs at the previous business the pain afterwards was so bad my entire body felt drained, I’d have to ice for a few days in addition to getting enormous blistering and bruising. The staff at Removery is also happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have through the process and check up on you a few days after treatment to make sure everything is still going okay.I couldn’t recommend Removery more for their professional and honest communication. They also have fair pricing for just lightening a tattoo for cover up or a price plan for complete removal package, they will treat you until it’s gone! I am excited to continue working with them and wish I would’ve come to see them sooner.

I have been receiving treatments with Colleen at the Orlando Removery location for several tattoo removals varying in size, age, and color. The staff at this location is incredible professional, accommodating, and well trained. Colleen has taken the time to explain the variances in how they are treating each removal every session and shows true care for her clients. I have seen some areas of stubborn red and blue ink removed completely already and look forward to finishing my treatments with them. This review is based off of my first interactions and treatment as I am in the beginning process of removal. The staff are very friendly, informative, transparent, and knowledgable. I learned a lot from the consultation and during the treatment process. The treatment itself took under a minute for the outline of my medium sized tattoo. I imagine the following appointments will be quick. The facility itself very clean. I read a lot of reviews on the place prior to visiting and so far the glowing reviews are accurate.

My consultation and experience with my very first laser tattoo removal was wonderful . lisa and lilian made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process . i am in the process of getting my entire left hand tattoo removed , and the pain was not nearly as bad as i was expecting thankful . i will definitely be recommending removery tattoo removal to anyone who is wanting to get any tattoos removed !

Highly recommend Removery for tattoo removal!I’ve been living with some lame tattoos because the cost in the US has always been insane. Randomly discovered Removery last year and did a consult. To my surprise, the all in cost for unlimited sessions on the 9 I wanted gone equaled about 4-5 sessions based on previous quotes for just 1 tattoo. ONE!Started at the Longwood location off 434 and crossing paths with an old friend who would end up being the NP doing my sessions. She has since moved to the Bumby location and we have continued with removal there.Both locations are super easy to get too. Friendly staff. Very clean facilities. Affordable pricing (I did not need it but they do offer financing). Their focus and knowledge is centered around tattoo removal and they utilize trained/educated medical professionals, not just licensed techs. I feel safe and comfortable every time I show up.Definitely give this place a try if looking to remove some tattoos!

Stopped by to ask some questions and the staff were all friendly. I felt comfortable, welcomed, and the place was very clean.

I came into Removery very anxious about the desicion of getting laser removal but as soon as I came in the environment felt calming, they made me felt comfortable throughout the whole session and may I say this is a very professional staff and I loved it so much! Im not gonna lie my pain tolerance is low for so I had quite an experience with it but thats just me! I was such a crybaby and they were so nice with me that even in pain it was a great experience! The techniques used in both tattoos I got treatment on that day was so bad that in 3 days I can say I have seen differences in shades! I recommend these people a 100%!

It’s have been my 3rd session and have been so extremely painful, each person and body is different but on me is extremely painful, but the ladies at removery are so polite, kindness and you feel safe and comfortable with them, the session long only seconds but for me is like an eternity. The progress on my tattoos are great and removing. I really recommend this place to remove your tattoos. Just be prepare to pain🥲
