Made a trip to the mall to get a new nose ring here because someone recommended this store to me. The hoop began tarnishing within a week and all of the gemstones have fallen out. It’s a shame because their stuff is beautiful and their associates are super friendly but the jewelry I bought is extremely low quality for the price point.

The energy of Stefan the store manager was second to none. I felt comfortable for the second I walked up. He did my 9 year olds ear piercing and did such a good job!

Got my 2nd piercings today, and it seemed like it was a great experience. The lady was very nice and patient and even asked if I wore big studs so that she didn’t pierce too close to my first ones. I expect them to know the best placement especially if they’re asking questions like that and tell me that with the new piercing I’ll be able to wear my bigger studs with them , but I come home and try on some of my bigger studs and they overlap with my new piercings, so that idea is out the window… pretty disappointed with this experience and the placement of my earrings. It’s not like you can just start anew and re-pierce them either, it’ll take a while to heal and redo.

I researched several locations to get my six year old daughters ears pierced in order to find a place that I felt had the best combination of sanitation, customer service, and selection of piercing earrings that she would be able to choose from. When I came across this location and made a phone call to confirm some things I spoke with an attendant named Monique and she was so sweet and answered every question that I had with kindness and patience. I felt sure that this would be the place. When we arrived Michelle and Tammy were working and OH MY GOODNESS were they the best. They put both my little one and me at ease; and the way that they handle children was beautiful. They gave the option to have both ears done at once and showed my little one everything that they would do first before proceeding with ANY portion of the process. They made things fun by drawing happy faces on her hand and asking her favorite colors etc. And one of the loveliest (and most professional) moments was how critical they both were of the placement of the dots for piercing. I thought I would have to be the one obsessing over the placement but I didnt have to because they were already on it...changing the location 2-3 times and conferring with each other until it was perfect on both sides. I LOVED THAT! And of course she got lollipops after (which they requested permission for first-another win!). My little girl says even though she didnt like the pokey it was still fun and she is happy with her earrings. Cant ask for more than that.With all that said...thank you Michelle and Tammy for your lovely spirits and for making what is already a potentially stressful experience for a little one (and in turn the parent), as memorable as it could be 🖤. Highly recommend. And if you get Michelle or Tammy then I assure you that your experience will be handled with great care.

There are two banter locations in the mall; 457, and 190. 190 (by the carousel) is a great store with an awesome manager! 457 (next to toll house cookies) is an absolute disaster. the manager, candy, is a racist. full stop. as a former employee of hers, i have seen her racism up close and watched as the company did nothing to address it. i’d say steer clear of that location, and frankly, the company itself. unless you like cheap jewelry and infected piercings.

I got my first ever piercing here and I had such a good experience! I was really scared and the person who pierced my ear, Dylan did an amazing job! He made jokes with me and made sure I liked it before piercing my ears! If I ever get another piercing I’ll go here but I am so happy and it looks great!

Way over priced, I was told the peice I bought was solid, it was hollow, makes sense because I have broken it about 4 times. No wonder the dont tell you the weight.

I went with my 5 year old niece to get her ears pierced. The lady that helped us was super nice and super friendly. However her boss came in talking about a conference call in her car and interrupted the majority of our experience. The lady was trying to continue to help us but kept having to answer or chat with the other lady. Was a bit if a bummer added to our experience and made it longer, which caused a hassle. But my niece has her ears pierced and she was happy ☺

I left a three star review for Piercing Pagoda after they insisted on piercing my 6 year old’s ears separately even though there were two associates working at the time and we would have been happy to wait for both to be available. Afterwards, I read the pamphlet I was given from them and it clearly said they always pierce children’s ears at the same time so it’s less traumatic for them, which frustrated me. Piercing Pagoda deleted my review along with the other negative reviews. To me, that’s horrifying. If you want to get a piercing, I would go anywhere else. Maybe somewhere with an ounce of professionalism.

I purchased a nose ring this evening. The sales associate did not ask me if I wanted the one-year warranty for $2.99. I didnt notice this until I ran my card and saw the extra 2.99 on the credit card screen. When I asked why I was charged for that and if she could take the charge off, the associate said she couldnt take it off because I had already swiped my card. Regardless of how cheap or expensive, I should be able to make a choice about how Im spending my money. Ive always bought my nose jewelry here, and now, will never go back.

Got my 3 month old daughter pierced👂🏽 and Tori (downstairs pagoda) did a great job! My daughter only winced and cried for about 30 seconds only.... Quick and almost painless.... Prices are fair too! Would highly recommend pagoda! 🤗

Made an appointment for 10am only to find out they dont open until 12pm. Tried calling customer service and they ALSO dont open until 12pm. Very upsetting and disappointing. Never received any calls regarding they are opening at 12pm just a reminder regarding my appointment at 10am.

Pagoda is my favorite place to buy jewelry, I love their system which allows you to make payments on your choice. Employees seem happy, management is great, they have a cool Asian guy there too

The mgr Emily was very helpful and when we realized we got the wrong size she immediately remedied the situation.

Love this place! Its been in business forever...in this mall! They have great staff that are trained well in piercing and reasonable prices. I had my ears pierced here as well as 3 of my daughters.

Well, the staff was amazing which is why I am going to give this a three. My experience there was terrible though. I was having a great day going to get my ears pierced, but when I walked away I was extremely sad. My ears were pierced wrong and my earring tore through my ear. NEVER going there again.

Everytime I call I dnt get an answer. Good place inside oak park mall to get piercing and jewelry altho they need to cut dwn on the prices becuz sum of it is way too expensive and I dnt no if sum of the jewelry is real or not but ones I bought, which were silver, never faded...
