Liz was awesome! Very accommodating with a last-minute request for matching tattoos with friends. She is an amazing artist and made some suggestions on shading and coloring that made our idea even better. Love our loons and plan to go back in the future!

I got a tattoo on a whim one night in Portland, the line work was sub par and the shading was blotchy, my mom thought it was sharpie!I have been waiting to get this Kanji tattoo for over 12 years when i started training Kyokushin Karate. Ryan even worked it into and completely revamped my sad wolf silhouette. Im actually excited to show this thing off. Im glad I waited, it means more knowing it was done by him.

At 69 I just had my first Tattoo, while there my wife also had Steve The Tattoo Guy do some ink on her. Steve took his time with placement and was very personable, and we didnt feel rushed. The folks there are polite and accommodating.Looking forward to having a US flag included with my (We The People) tattoo in the near future.

Got my first tattoo a few weeks ago IM IN LOVE WITH IT STILL, willow did a great job! Nice friendly place they got back to me a few days later! I have nothing but good things to say about how my tattoo came out and how wonderful my artist was! Would totally go back again! I havent recommend any other tattoo place to my friends but this one!

Prevail Ink is an amazing place! Every time I go there I’m comfortable and so happy with the results. I’ve worked with a few artists here and they always do an awesome job. I highly recommend them! Great atmosphere and great artists.

Please please don’t go here if you want to get your nipples pierced please, they have made mine scar, scab and puss up, and pierced with the wrong jewelry. they don’t know how to pick up the phone called over 10 times at different times in the day and still no response, and most of the time they don’t even have piercers there. went to a new piercer and they couldn’t even put the jewelry in because of how bad it’s angled! could only get one in and im in the worse pain of my life and i am forced to close the other one. please please please don’t go here for nipple piercings i am on my hands and knees begging you.

Absolutely LOVE this shop. I have four pieces done all with Willow and I’ve never been disappointed. Anytime I need a touch up she fits me right in! Great conversation, good vibes, good prices and AWESOME INK!

I heard that their tattoo skills are really good and I am sure they are. My wife attempted to set up an appointment for myself and my son. Unfortunately I will never know their tattoo artist skills because they had a moral crisis over using (ᚠᚢᚦᚩᚱᚳ fuþorc) Anglo-Frisian runes over (futhork) medieval Icelandic runes. Their claim was it was a part of their heritage. Myself being of mostly English heritage wanted to use Anglo-Frisian runes. My son designed a family name using Anglo-Frisian runes along with the Tī/Tīr rune and the Gungnir symbol. This apparently offended their Icelandic heritage. We where unaware that we where asking them to do something that would make them feel uncomfortable. Wishing them much success with their business and commend them on taking a stand to do what the feel is right.

Went with my best friend to get them some new ink and ultimately ended up with them getting 2 new pieces as well as my first tattoo. Bernadette was a pleasure to work with and did amazing on all 3 pieces. We will certainly be back for all our future tats!

My piercer was new. Im not sure what piercing I got, because my piercer didnt know... I already had four piercings on the lobe and wanted to add three more up each ear. I was told over the phone that Id be charged by the pair, but I quoted for three, then had to ask for the other three to be done.Within 48 hours 3 earrings one one ear fell out. I went back and she fixed them. Two days later a 4th fell out. When I texted her about it, she blamed the jewelry. I asked her what she could do for me so my expensive holey wont close up. She asked if I had my own jewelry to use, offered some cheap Claires earrings, then blamed the way I was turning the earrings (as youre supposed to) as to why they fell out. She obviously didnt think through her argument and does not back up her work. This experience was more expensive than originally quoted and wholly disappointing.

Its a little tough to review a whole shop when individuals independently work there in their own arts. Case-in-point is I have heard nothing but good things about Chris O Learys tattoo work, and have no experience to report on him myself....The 1-star rating comes from similar 1-star ratings about just getting an appointment and hoping people there get back to you. Late last year, apparently during some studio transition, I sent multiple e-mails to an owner/artist there per her instructions, without response. Follow-up texts yielded no results either. I then saw a post on the Prevail Ink Facebook page to start using a different e-mail address for tattoo appointments. I did so, still without response. I dropped off some homemade cookies around Christmas and inquired about an appointment yet again. I was briefly lectured on the proper way they want to happen, and I asked that she check that e-mail address I was directed to use. All of my e-mails were there. Just ignored....The more confusing (and concerning) part is that I had 4 or 5 past tattoos done at this place by the same artist. She just decided to not do anymore work for me without any explanation. I waited over 6 months to write this review, just in case they really were too busy, or an explanation would be provided. Even a simple I dont want to do that particular tattoo would have been great.Great tattoo work is done there if you can get an appointment... Although, would you want someone to work on you if it was a struggle just to get them to do it? Would they REALLY be interested in your ideas?Zero business professionality....

Sasha designed my upper sleeve and we did the first session today. Not only is the design amazing it looks beautiful and fits exactly what I wanted but couldnt picture before now. Thank you Sasha for making the perfect artwork for me to wear forever!

Amandalyn did my piercings and did a great job. Asked a lot of questions and was right there with chocolate after I passed out 😅 more caring than some doctors Ive had.

Got 2 separate piercings here And I just wanna say they are amazing here will be using them again soon for a tattoo and another piercing.

Got my tattoo done there, and just went to get my badly done piercing (from another shop) taken out. They are clean, professional, and its a very positive space. Highly recommend!

Got the distinct pleasure to work with Bernadette on fixing a Jason Voorhees tattoo I got that is not complete, and the part that is done so far has been hit out of the park. These artist are top notch and worth the investment of a high quality piece of art. Cant wait to get this finished!

I had figured I could trust the 4 star rating here since, it was the best rated in the area but PLEASE don’t make the same mistake. I’m not sure of the other workers but Steve is insanely unprofessional and his work is subpar at best. I will probably upload photos later of it (since it’s now healing and scabbing up), but the lines were shakey, it was the most painful experience ever (I have multiple other tattoos, so I would know the pain tolerance), and he kept making comments about my body and asking if I was seeing anyone. I was so extremely uncomfortable.

It is an amazing shop with artists who really take pride in their work. I have Ryan (Rhino) do my tattoos and his eye for details and personal touches are above and beyond.

My experience here was excellent. The location was clean and well appointed. The staff were all welcoming and personable. Corey did a great job on my tattoos. I highly recommend this parlor if youre in the area.

I got tattoo by the owner of the store Liz,I just got a walk-in tattooI wouldn’t recommend coming here at all, rumors get started about you the minute you leave. super unprofessional staff. Very nosy, no minimum price please save your time, and money from coming in here.

Extremely friendly. I had gotten a piercing at a different location and due to a semi-uncomfortable experience I chose to come here to have them check out my septum ring. I felt heard and validated on my discomfort and they gave me help to try to make the problem resolve.

Best tattooist in state is ChrisOleary. He worked on me th[s morning. I love his work. Ive had many tattoos by Mr. OLeary. Never a problem. Great man to get your tattoo done by Chris.

Very clean, professional and friendly. Made my visit comfortable and a overall good experience. Their artist Stephen is highly skilled and did a amazing job on my tattoo. I will be there again for my future tattoos.

I have been looking around for places to get a tattoo and my sister n law kept saying this one so I had called several times to make an appt and they take my name and number each time but no one ever calls me back so I’m done trying. Don’t say your going to have someone call you and you don’t follow through not professional and you just lost 2 customers because of this experience. Wish u could give no stars

They have a terrible artist named Eric Pelletier doing unsanitary work out from his own apartment. Paid in full an never finished my work. Now refused to finish it.. he’s on drugs straight scatterbrained! Do not get work here!
