Hi, I have gotten my second upper ear piercing pierced about a few months ago and it has gotten infected and worsened as time went on and they only gave me an aftercare kit but it doesn’t work at all…Claire’s please be more cautious while doing ear piercings because it also started bleeding recently and now I have to go to Urgent care..

We wanted to buy a certain product and as we go in they say buy 3 get 3 free get to checkout and one of the clerks say is the limit sign up by this item we wanted. Get up there to pay they say only 2 per person, we told them you said buy 3 get 3 free, well youre supposed to mix and match. As were walking out my son said you need to have a sign, they reply there is back by the item, there wasnt. They were very rude.

Great staff. Helped me with my online order and with my other purchase which included at 20% discount with the coupon I received. Nicely stocked with lots of options and clean and not disordered or junky.

Need at least 1 more person checking people out during holidays. Overall okay place. My daughter loves the variety.

It states online that this store opens at 9 am on the day we went. Arrived at 10 am and it was not open and there is no sign with the hours posted. This was frustrating not knowing what the actual opening time is. It needs to be posted on the store door and corrected online.

Clean and organized store. My 7 year old got her ears pierced. The piercer explained everything and it was quick and easy.

Staff pierced my daughters ears. They used 2staff members to do them at same time. Worked out great.
