Went there for tattoos for my birthday. Best tattooing experience Ive ever had. I felt super comfortable in the shop and Joey was amazing. I will definitely be going back! The piercer was super fast with my piercings I barely felt anything.

I got my daith and tragus pierced by Amanda (the owner), she was patient and she talked me through the entire process. The next day I walked in for my first tattoo extremely nervous but Nick took the time to get the stencil exactly how I wanted it, he also checked on me about every 5 minutes during the tattoo to be sure I was feeling okay. The studio was also clean and a very positive environment. Overall I was very satisfied:)

Ty does great work! The atmosphere and employees were great and felt very comfortable with everyone there. Will definitely be going back and would reccomend this studio to everyone looking for a tattoo! Ty took my idea and ran with it, making a custom creation of my own.

Ty Riley is one of the best artist is AZ he’s blasted almost all of my body and has fixed some of my old work that I had prior to meeting him! I’ve been getting tatted by Ty for almost 5 years now and he is the only artist that I recommend in AZ. His lines are super clean and shading is buttery smooth!!! He is always fair on prices and works surprisingly fast for how clean and detailed his pieces are!!

Nick did my tattoo and he was amazing :) We showed up on Friday the 13th for the deals. Got there at 8 and waited about 2 hours, everyone was super nice and the atmosphere was great (also they have comfy couches!) Eventually, they let us know my piece was going to take a while and that they probably wouldn’t be able to start until late in the night. We understood as we showed up pretty late and they had been tattooing all day, and they offered to book me and my friend as soon as the next day + honor the discount. We made an appointment (which was today 10/15) and everything went super smooth. Nick is an amazing tattoo artist, and both him and Ty were so easy to talk to. Both me and my friend felt so welcomed and we absolutely will be returning back!!

Got a nose piercing done with Amanda and had an amazing experience!!! she was super nice and fun to talk to and made me very comfortable. which makes or breaks an experience for me. the shop was clean and tidy. my piercing looks super frickin cute with minimal pain/time. she even made sure to make me feel welcome to come back with any issues so she can adjust it accordingly. will definitely be going back for more.

My husband and I decided on getting matching tattoos and wanted to get them done that day if possible. We called on a Sunday and booked the appointment for 2 hrs later. We had 2 pictures of what we wanted to combine. Ty was great and quick at getting them done and they are beautiful. Most likely not his usual type, but he was very professional and great to work with. I feel their prices are very fair as well. Thank you again for working us in and doing a great job!

Nice shop. Joey did a cover up tattoo for me and did a great job.However, the price was extremely high. I came with $200 thinking it would be less and I could tip good. But it was $300 dollars to put a butterfly over a tattoo that was 1.5in X 1.5in. I was told the price up front and needed it done so I agreed. I get it’s a cover up but jeeeze and it only took and hour and a half.I can’t image how much a good size tattoo would cost.

Ty was absolutely amazing! I gave him 2 pictures of 2 different ideas and asked if he could incorporate them together and he did exactly what I asked for. It turned out so much better than I thought it would. He is the guy to see! Picture posted is the day of, Ill post another when healed.

So I impulsively decided I wanted a belly piercing and called to see if they took walk ins and literally within 45 minutes I was there and pierced. Super super quick, The woman was very nice and made me feel super comfortable, she even did a countdown with the needle. Still can’t get over how quick and easy it was !! I will definitely be back again, im glad I decided to give this place a try. Very happy customer

Im on my 9th tattoo from MTK, and Ive always been extremely happy with the work they do. Ive had everything from custom tattoos, verbal requests of ideas,pictures Ive brought in and cover-ups, and theyve all been outstanding work. Currently Amanda is working on a half-sleeve tattoo, and I am blown away at the work shes done so far. She has worked with me with a crazy schedule and has been very easy to work with and accommodated me when Ive had to reschedule. Extremely happy with everything and have always got along with all the artists. Excellent experience! Thanks to the entire staff!!

Ty Riley is hands down the most amazing tattoo artist has done 90% of the work on my body. Very artistic if you give him an idea of what you are wanting he comes up with some pretty amazing stuff. The shop its self is extremely clean and everyone is friendly!

I absolutely love this place. I got a Monroe piercing from the wonderful Amanda and she did a great job. Clean environment, laid back, and very relaxing. She answered all of my questions in a super nice manner. I also got a small tattoo from George the next day and I had an equally amazing experience. He took the time to understand how I envisioned the tattoo and executed it EXACTLY as I wanted. I couldnt be happier with the work Ive had done and the pricing is affordable. You wont regret choosing these awesome people to give you your next awesome body mod!

I came here after nobody would pierce the bottom of my bellybutton as so many people didnt and with my scar tissue wouldnt do it all for years!!The amazing, sweet, experienced Ananda was able to educate me and do it! I cried tears of joy and in love with it! Been almost three weeks & its still perfect & absolutely no issues! Very kind, professional and comfortable place to go!! I came in on a Saturday morning for a tattoo with Ty. Let me start by saying that in the 42 years since me first tattoo I have been inked by six different artists, none of them even come close to the level of artistry, customer service and personality as I experienced with Ty. I will never go anywhere else, unless he does!! Speed and precision do not normally go hand in hand with tattoos but that’s exactly what a tattoo with Ty is. I can’t wait for my next appointment! I absolutely love this place. I have gone there for three tattoos and my husband has gone there for two. They make it such a wonderful, funny, and meaningful experience I will never forget. I brought these ideas in and Jorge always turns them into what I wanted and more to make it so absolutely unique and the most beautiful thing. There is not one thing I dont love about all of my tattoos and I constantly get compliments on all of them. I love every person within that shop and the attitude that they have.I even got one last night where I told Jorge I had this picture and I lost it some time back. I told him what it looked like and he took the time to make it into a beautiful creation no matter how long it took. You can see that Jorge puts his heart and soul into every tattoo along with every guys working in there.The owners, Jacob and Amanda, are such amazing and wonderful family people and they are just so positive and their energy is amazing. I love this place and would recommend anyone to go there.

I have gotten both my ears and nose pierced here by Amanda. And today I was fortunate to have Jorge do a tattoo for me. This shop is top quality. They use awesome equipment. Always sterilized and sanitized well- this place is very clean. You can easily tell everyone there takes great pride in their work. Definitely recommended. Super nice people!

I had chose this place to get my double helix done because it was recommended and the reviews were good. Overall my experience did not live up to my expectations at all. I was treated with unprofessionalism and the only explanation for the negligence was that the anatomy of my ear was difficult to pierce. During the piercing the piercer gave no explanation as to what was happening and left to talk to a walk-in while I sat in the chair on the verge of unconsciousness bleeding a fair amount. I was in extreme pain and incredibly uncomfortable and with absolutely no comfort or reassurance from the piercer as to what was happening. It took way more time then a normal piercing and she left my ear throbbing and bruised. I understand the stress that the piercer must have been in since I was visibly in pain, pale and bleeding a lot, but as a professional with 10+ years of experience I expected different. I hope in the future similar situations are handled differently, for the well-being of the client and businesses reputation.

This is by far one of the best tattoo shops Ive been to. Super comfortable and clean environment and some of the nicest guys Ive met. They played my best friends favorite music to make sure she was really comfortable during her tattoo and even walked us out to our car when we were finished. Ill definitely be coming here again :)

I would recommend this shop to anyone. I was there for about two hours this morning, and watched the shop get cleaned 3 times. I had Shilo tattoo me, who was not rushing, but so progressional about makingSure I was going to be happy. I walked out the door impressed. There was no dirt, or fingerprints anywhere, the bathroom was clean, it was comfortable and outstandingly clean.

Took our daughters here to get their ears pierced it was such a good service! Great company; very polite and informative.She made it a pleasant experience for our daughters.

Friendly workers & artist, also really clean area. Definitely glad this was the place I went to for my first piercing. I was nervous, but they made me feel relaxed and safe incase I started feeling light headed or dizzy for example. I like that they make sure you’re feeling well before you head out & tell you how to follow up with treatment/cleaning & give them a call if any questions or concerns come up. (:

I just got my eyebrow pierced and had a wonderful experience! They got me in super last minute and were extremely nice about it. The environment felt very welcoming and like I was in my own home. It was clean and i’d definitely to back a million times to get something done!

The place is great. Clean and relaxed. The people are welcoming and very knowledgeable. My daughters got piercings and were told exactly what to expect and aftercare was throughly explained. If I ever get another piercing or tattoo, this is where I’ll go.

Well my name is Eliana and I went to go get a tattoo from this place about 2 years ago and its the only tattoo that I have. First off, they are really great with being clean and they make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They are also very friendly but, my tattoo is about 2 inches In length and width and it cost me $160 which is way over priced in my opinion for how small it is. The lines are okay but lots of people say the lines arent fine enough. I even went back to go get my free touch up, it still wasnt fine enough. Personally I wouldnt go back because the price I paid wasnt worth the work that I got.

I went in with my daughter for matching tattoos for her birthday and I am so glad we went there. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure it was a wonderufl experience for my daughters first tattoo. Jorge was our artist and he was AMAZING. We were able to view the work he was doing when we came in and it was gorgeouss. He was very nice, friendly, patient and an extremely talented artist. We could not be more pleased. He definitely made sure we were satisfied. We will be clients for life!!

My girlfriend and i went here and she got her double helix done, but the lady who did the piercings left her in the chair with the rods in her ear to deal with another client while my girlfriends ear was bleeding profusely, she went pale and wanted to pass out and there was no water or anything on hand so i went to my car to get some. after the piercing was finally done i decided to just go somewhere else for the piercing i was going to get myself because i did not trust this piercer now

I was very nervous when I first went in there but the navel piercing only hurted for a second in my opinion. Amanda did a wonderful job and gave me wonderful advice on how to make sure it doesn’t get infected. I would highly recommend getting piercings here ! The price was a little big than I expected but it was totally worth it lol!!!

Mad tatter kustoms charged and kept my retainer for a sleeve that I never received as my artist left the shop. I have documentation of back and forth promises with Amanda to refund me over the course of the past year with nothing in site. Being this retainer was charged by the shop and not the artist I jumped through all the requested hoops, provided proof that the deposit was never reversed or refunded. At the end of the day moral is important when working with any business. If a service is not provided and a retainer is charged that is theft. All it takes is a mailed check. Being taken advantage of is a terrible experience and this could have been easily corrected. I will update if a refund is ever received and this is resolved.

I got a nose piercing here with my sister! Amanda was extremely kind and knew what she was talking about when it came to piercings. I have a nickel allergy and she knew straight away that titanium and surgical steel would work best for me. I had to go back the next day due to a problem with the piercing sinking into my nose (not anything she did wrong; my nose skin is thicker than normal people) and she fixed the issue completely free and my piercing gets compliments on the daily and I was mostly pain free by the third day. Would go here again!!!

Amanda was so great with my nose piercing. I got it done at a different shop in August and it fell out when I was sleeping for around 8 hours and closed up so I went to see Amanda and this hurt way less than the first time I got it done. It stopped hurting after about 3 days. I would highly recommend getting pierced here and she makes sure everything is clean.

My daughter had a peircing emergency. She has a graduation tomorrow and the added stress was the last thing needed. We found Mad Tatter on google and called to ask if they could help. The man that answered was very friendly and said sure without hesitation. When we got there, we were greeted right away and Jacob took us right to the back and saved the day! We were going to be looking for a place to get tattos anyhow and had not even started looking til the nose ring emergency. Now we are scheduled and excited to get tattoos later this week. Came in for a helix piercing which was a good price, I paid $70 including a 23% tip because of the piercer was supportive and detailed step by step and the place was nice and clean! Would recommend to any first timers!

Had a great session with Tye today, great guy and great artists. I got this tattoo for my wife and daughter fighting cancer. They both have Li Fraumeni which is a genetic mutation which puts you at high risk for cancer. The elephant is the animal which represents this syndrome and the flowers are cancer ribbons for breast cancer and adrenal cancer. I highly recommend this place!

Amanda was great! I needed new jewelry for 2 of my piercings and needed her to put it in. She did a great job! Will go back again in the future.

This is my 6th tattoo and my most expensive. Which is crazy considering it is about 2inches. Its also the worst tattoo I have . I now have to get it covered up or touched up. The shading was horrible the line work is trash. When I asked for the tat he didnt tell me the price up front. I assumed it would be no more then 60$ which it should be. But when he went to charge me he charged me 140$$$ which is outrageous to me so I questioned it and he replied with well you dont have to tip me lol thanks I guess. I went with my friends that also got overcharged and one had to get a touch up because lines where missing. One of my friend got a 6-7 inch tattoo with color and shade and he was charged 180$ lol now how does that make sense in pricing my tattoo. To bad it wont let me post a pic of this horrible art work

I came to see Amanda on many recommendations from my areas Facebook page. I suffered from daily migraines and was desperate for relief, as the medication my doctor gave me wasnt working. I reached out to Amanda and made an appointment through Facebook messenger. I came into the shop with my husband and daughter that day to get my diarth (sp?) pierced. I was really nervous , but Amanda explained everything, each step of the way. Everything was clean and sterile. She was amazing with my nerves. Amanda took her time and I was out of there in no time. I am happy to say I havent gotten a migraine since that day. Its been almost 2 months now. Im very grateful to Amanda, she knows what shes doing. Ive already handed out all of the cards I received to other people. Thank you so much Amanda for giving me back my life!! I no longer wake up with an instant migraine and fall asleep with one. Nice people, cool shop. But when me and my friend had our piercings done it was pretty unprofessional. By pretty I mean very. I had my tongue venoms done and the piercer had to walk out and take a break after piercing one because blood made them nauseous (?). After that, my tongue was swollen and it was hard for them to pierce the second one which really scared me. It could have been uneven or even needed repiercing, but oh well. We were also told over the phone we could have a certain type of jewelry for when we got it pierced (needed to ask because I have a strict job) but when we got there they said that was a no-go. Pretty disappointing. My friend said herself she never wants to go there again (and she has a coworker who got a tattoo at Mad Tatter. The lines of the tattoo are scribbly, and it just looks terrible to begin with for such a simple tattoo) and I wouldnt go there again either. Thus, 2 stars.

Haha...my daughter went there 3 weeks after turning 18. Jorge jumped right on that, 20 minutes later, $180 black finger tattoos! Took full advantage of my daughter and her being nieve and nervous! It was all legit, she is of age but morally not cool! Money is more important to these people than the future of a young girl having finger tats! Hope Amanda and the gang sleep well at night!

I Came into this shop just looking to get maybe a small tattoo if that. After apeaking to jeorge and seeing his work i had seen a picture and had to have it. I had expected this to look just like his drawing, however after he was done and i had seen the final piece.i was shocked to say the least. The detail and care that jeorge put into this tattoo is beyond words. I absolutely love the work he did and will be coming back to him very soon. I guess this place belongs exactly where is at. In a strip mall that went under on top of a shady church and an empty parlor.The girl at the counter was extremely unprofessional. I walked right behind two girls. As she was taking care of them she asks me what i wanted. Like if I wanted to announce to said girls and the 1 tattoo artist that i was there for nipple jewelry, needed help putting it in and also a tattoo inquiry. She takes care of them tells me Ill be next. As the girls leave and parlor is still empty. She then makes a phone call; totally ignores me then as she is still on the phone she comes over to see what kind of jewelry I wanted. Cant ask questions or anything her attention was nowhere near me. I start getting irritated at this point from the lack of professionalism. But kinda happy after I see her go thru some box that seem to be jewelry. But nope... minutes continue to go by.. she is still on the phone. After waiting forever I just left. I went to top Rocker tattoo just down the street Unfortunately they didnt have any jewelry onsite but where able to direct me where I needed to go with a smile and in a professional manner.So unless youre ready to drop some serious cash in here and have no questions or care what you do or put in your body this is the place to go. If you do care about what you do to your body dont come here they wont help you or answer any questions.

I got my nose pierced yesterday. I love it. I was so scared and one of the tattoo artist told me not to be. The workers there are so nice. I love this place. I would definitely come back there for another piercing

My wife wanted her first tattoo and it happened to be a sunday at 3pm and Mothers day, so after many attempts of calling and driving around to find nobody open in surprise and el mirage i tried peoria and Mad Tatter popped up so i called and went there, well people it was the best business and people ive dealt with in a long time. George the artist was a cool layed back guy with a great attention to detail, excellent artist, excellent prices. i will never go anywhere else. we all have choices i understand but reviews do help us so i hope this review helps. thanks again George

Staff was really nice and place was clean but the price for a nose piercing is really overpriced. My brother went to another place and got two piercings for only $20 where I just got my nosed pierced and it was $55! I guess it was my fault for not doing enough research but still overpriced in my opinion

It’s pretty sad that I called the day before to SET an appointment, confirmed the date and time— showed up here and there’s “no appointment” —tried to blame it on a “new girl” lol I spoke with Amanda she’s not new. She just over slept and forgot she had a job to do. I should of known it was bs when I didn’t get the phone call reminder that she said I would get lol. Make sure you call them first and remind them that you have an appointment before you waste your time and gas.

Super friendly and clean .. I was really nervous about getting my first piercing but they provided a comfortable atmosphere, would definitely get another piercing here again or maybe even a tattoo.

My best friend and I got elephant tattoos today they are so super cute the shop is very clean I deal with high anxiety when it comes to getting new ink and they were super good with me the guns are quiet so you can actually talk to your artist the whole time all in all I loved it there I will for sure be back for more

I went there with my daughter who want it her nose pierced. I was told that I would need her birth certificate and not just her ID to prove that she was my child. After I left I started thinking about how ridiculous that is. First I am remarried and my ID would not match the birth certificate. I am a medical provider and to treat my adolescent patients I do not require a birth certificate so how in the world is a tattoo parlor requiring that?!?

The artists and body piercers are super friendly and they are really awesome at their jobs I have three tattoos and one ear piercing from them and I recommend them to everyone and anyone looking to have some work done on their bodies.

It was a Cool Shop To go to and had good vibes but I didnt like how I was pierced, with a cork and a needles, I hoped it would be one motion but like it was so painful because of how it was done slow and like kinda rough and I didnt even get to pick my jewelry, I dont even know what size it isBut everyone was friendly and welcoming.

I went there with a friend to have some work done on a tattoo that was messed up. The environment was clean as well as friendly and the quality of artists work is excellent. I plan on going back to to get some work done for myself.

So nice and helped me with my piercings. I will be coming back.

I was happy with my tattoo but when I ran my card to pay for the tattoo they over charged me so I had to go back and talk to them to fix it the next day it was fix but had a new problem they took out the right amount twice went back and talked to them again and two days later it was right if I didnt have the money in my account to cover the mess up my bank would have changed me an overdraft fee but they were nice and fixed the problem but I wont be back because of that

Very disappointed in management. They dont seem to care to follow up with inquiries even if youre been a customer for years. Ive called and emailed them for several days. I will now take my wanted art work elsewhere.

My boyfriend tried to get a tattoo here she told us to come in at 10 so we called her at around 10 when we were on our way and she told us to come back around 12:30 so we went at 12:30 she wasn’t there so we called and she said she was on her way after 45 minutes of waiting we called her again and she said she was 5 minutes away and made us wait another 20 minutes she told us the night before and when we called in the morning that she was working on sketches but when she finally showed up she only had 2 printed pictures that she said she wanted to put together it was overall very unprofessional and wasted our whole day

Middle of no where, its upstairs and got a strange vibe, especially when a newborn baby is in the shop, like they probably lived there. Not trying to judge, but would rather go someplace else.
