Infinite Body Piercing

Nabbed a rare same day Saturday evening appointment yesterday, got my second lobes pierced and wanted to check if an older conch piercing was still open.Steele helped me with the piercing jewelry, some new 5/8” plugs for my stretched ears and a style for my existing conch piercing. They even helped me try to find some merch that was low stock.Noel was my piercer, they explained everything they were doing as they were doing it, the piercing was quick and (almost) painless and they helped me figure out if any of my existing piercings were still open. The conch was unfortunately not open but we found an anti-tragus that was so we stuck something in there.Overall the experience was great from start to finish. The staff I worked with was helpful and friendly, and the shop was clean and sanitary. As a bonus it’s a 10 minute walk from my apartment so I’m excited to go back.

Infinite provides the perfect piercing experience. They are very well educated and they know their craft well. Pixie was phenomenal in saving my tongue and industrial, and they managed to save me money as well by opting to reopen the piercing rather than repierce… I didn’t even know that was an option upon walking in! Truly outstanding staff here, I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in, and I can’t wait to come back and get more work done!

Had a Jacobs Ladder pierced by Zach on 6/1.I was pretty nervous... Already had my eyebrows, nose and nipple pierced tho... But due to the location, cant blame me for nervousness.. But Zach and the receptionist made me feel at ease. From the moment I walked in drum and bass was playing and I saw a photo of piercer wearing a La Parka mask... I felt much more calm with all the positive vibes. It went great! Im excited to see it in action lol.Thanks again for the great experience!

I was in Philadelphia in December of 2006 (yes, 2006) for, I believe a Modern Language Association conference, when I wandered into Infinite. I was 39 and my intention was to remind myself, turning 40 soon, to enjoy my life, maintain my youth, and have fun! Today, 2024, I STILL have this piercing! The artist was : Jen : and all of the Piercers had THE most beautiful piercings I had ever seen. 20 piercings placed so elegantly upon the structure of the face that it looked more like 3 in the sense of the piercings intentional designs. Amazing. The piercer had told me this eyebrow ring would last maybe 3 or so years, explaining the relationship between the curvature of the eyebrow and the nature of the ring. She explained that the arch of the rings pierce had to be placed pretty-much exactly with the eyebrows curvature so that the eyebrow would not push it out. The physics must have been exact! Thank you, Infinite, for giving me a piercing that I have soo loved, and that has lasted 18 years. !!

I got my second lobe piercings, and had a great experience. The place was a bit crowded, but everything was very efficiently organized so it never felt chaotic. Noel was very knowledgeable and patient, and answered all of my questions very well. I was super nervous due to a bad experience with my first piercing, but I felt much better when I discovered how professional and experienced she was. The piercing itself was very quick and relatively painless, and I left the establishment with detailed aftercare instructions, an awesome piercing, and a smile on my face! They were also very LGBTQ+ friendly; very chill and accepting about names and pronouns. I will definitely be returning for any future piercings.

The staff here is amazing! I got my vertical labret pierced by Zach and it was a 10/10 experience. He made the whole process so comforting. He’s super kind and considerate, highly recommend!Everyone at the counter was also extremely friendly and more than happy to pull out jewelry to look at and answer questions. The only downside for me was waiting an hour despite having an appointment. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get pierced, though!

I had an appointment for an industrial piercing on the 18th, it went very smoothly, the whole thing only took about 45 minutes. Pixie was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and they were patient and detailed in our discussion before the piercing took place.The piercing itself was quick and incredibly well performed. Pixie also took time to explain to me exactly how to care for my piercing while it heals.Overall, I’m very satisfied and look forward to get pierced here again.

Honestly, I would never want to go anywhere else for this space and the crew is just feking incredible. Every step of the process has been executed with care, and presence, and humor. For something that is (Im discovering) a very intimate process (piercing) I want to feel like I am being held by people that actually are about their work and their offering, and this spot (and the folks that Ive interacted with) here are absolutely spot on.Shout out to the guest piercer from Chicago that did my first lobes. I ordered a couple studs from their online website. The website was super clear and easy to use. The jewelry pieces got delivered faster than expected and came in a cute little box with a sticker. It even came with instructions for the press-fit jewelry. The little hand written thank you from Maddie made it a little more personal. Will definitely be ordering any future pieces I need from here!

I have heard nothing but great things about infinite. My husband has 5 piercings there and my good friend 3, both of which directed me there for another piercing.We decided somewhat last minute to drop in on a Saturday around 6 PM. The front desk woman could not have been more rude. She made me feel unwelcomed for not having an appointment, and I felt judged the entire time I was in the space. I totally get being appointments only now, but perhaps a sign should be posted saying this. The website has an option for to book an appointment, but no where that says it is mandatory. I still would have understood this policy, if she was not completely rude and dismissive of me and my friends.We then asked to look at the jewelry, no help was offered. When I asked a question about a piece she again made me feel dumb for not realizing it was something I would need an appointment to fit.For a company that praises themselves on making people feel welcomed and comfortable, she was anything but. I felt judged and like an outsider.We went a few doors down to No Kai Oi, who could not have been any nicer. I am happy my money went to a shop/workers who are kind, love what they do, and value their customers.

Started making an appointment online and read through terms, called the shop before making the appointment to confirm I could bring my little sister who was turning 16 this year. Was told my dad needed to be present and bring her passport/birth certificate. My family drove an hour to Philly to meet me. Waited 30 mins in the waiting area. Was told she couldn’t get the piercing because she wasn’t 16 yet.

Amelia was super professional, warm, and welcoming. My friend and I got our septum pierced and its healed beautifully! I also needed a small adjustment so I could flip the ring when Im at work and Amelia was super helpful and happy to help me. Will definitely be back for more ear piercings in the future!

This is my third time coming to infinite for a piercing. I love their professionalism! Today I had my piercings done by the lovely Noel😊🖤! She was very knowledgeable and informative .She made sure to explain every step of the procedure and also that I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who wants to have a piercing done right. It’s definitely worth every penny!!! This is the only place I will have a piercing done .

Its an interesting place with lots of people with alternative presentations. But the staff is very professional and kind, so even an older ordinary looking woman is made to feel comfortable. They are super clean and careful with all piercings.

I felt judged and was made uncomfortable by the staff here. So much that I ended up changing my mind about wanting to spend my money there, so I left after waiting there for half an hour. they were making negative comments in front of me about where I had gotten a piercing done at, and the piercer also made me feel physically uncomfortable by getting in my face asking me questions. i was coming in for a downsize and had gotten it originally pierced elsewhere. I also made an appointment and still had to wait 20-30 minutes to be seen. one of my friends also got a septum pierced here, told me they pierced it twice in one sitting because it was crooked and gave her super incorrect instructions for fixing it. please do better…

I made an appointment to have my jewelry changed, despite the website stating that it could be done on a walk-in basis. I made the appointment specifically so I could fit it in on my lunch break - it’s a 40 minute walk for me, so time was tight. When I arrived, I was told that no one could see me for 60-90 minutes, because of short staffing and walk-in appointments who were currently waiting.I understand the short staffing, but a) it would have been nice to receive a text or email about it so that I could plan accordingly and b) if I have an appointment, why would that not be accommodated before the walk-in appointments?I did not have the time to wait around for an hour so I didn’t get my jewelry changed and I ended up going elsewhere. The staff was nice enough but I feel like I wasted an entire lunch hour. The shop is cute but based on my experience, I wouldn’t go back.

I have been going here to get pierced for more than a year now. I hoped to give the professionals and practitioners the benefit of the doubt and trust them. I have been so forgiving to this place and my first couple of experiences were good. I think their staff overturned because its not the same. Ive had multiple piercings come out crooked, puss filled and inflamed because of their neglect. Under a seemingly performative charm I could recognize that they were annoyed and confused about me requesting to switch to gold as I have a metal allergy and could only wear gold jewelry since 6 months old. They made a big deal to the point where I felt like I was doing something wrong for asking for gold jewelry and sharing my allergy. They even told me that what I pointed out as an allergic reaction on MY body, was not an allergic reaction, as if my skin just looks rough and leathery on a normal basis, as if the reaction didnt happen immediately after the piercing, refusing to acknowledge diverse bodies and a plethora of allergic reactions possible depending on the individual. They gaslighted me for more than 8 months about this gold issue, piercing me with titanium (each time a total of 7 times), it would result to the piercing healing poorly with abnormal reactions and then them telling me to come back so they could take a look at it. Each time instead of just saying we dont have gold and giving me my jewelry measurements, they made me come in to tell me I was wrong, when I know my body better than anyone else. Then had me wait half an hour for them putting an order in for the gold I NEEDED months ago, they had me go through this whole loop hole of nothing to tell me the jewelry I needed was going to cost $450-$600 for them to order, for one gold barbell. I bought a replacement elsewhere for $250. They also do not allow outsider jewelry so I have to either switch it out myself or find a more accommodating shop.They wasted my time, money and caused me a great amount of harm, confusion and stress. I believe piercings are supposed to be a therapeutic experience of release. I know no one is perfect and I gave them grace and kept going back believing it was just one bad experience but it ended up being a combination of bad communication and bad customer service that ruined the experience and has led me to leaving this review and ending my loyalty as a customer.

Had my septum pierced at Infinite 4 months ago. I’ve come back to try to have my jewelry switched out and been turned away 4 times now. different employee each time, different times of day- this last time they had at least 6 employees loitering around, some smoking out front. It wasn’t busy, piercing healed fine. Not sure what the issue is. Waste of money, energy, and time. I want a refund for all those Ubers. I was trying to purchase BVLA too (An expensive brand).

My friends and I have gotten several piercings here (septum, nose, helix, ears) over the last few months and every time we have a great experience.Extremely clean shop, all the piercers are kind and really take their time. I will only come here for any piercing needs from here on out!

I’ve now had 3 piercings done here- 1 lobe, 1 nose, and 1 conch. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, and the piercers are super calm and knowledgeable. They make the entire process leading up to, during, and after the piercing super non intimidating which I appreciate so much!!! I do be recommending it to friends.

Zach, Zach, and the rest of the staff are professional, personable, and above all else knowledgable with experience in piercings wherever one may venture. The have the most extensive stock of multitude gauges, shapes, lengths, sizes, etc that I have been able to find. The fair price, personality, professionalism, product availability make Infinite for me the only place locally to get upgraded. 😀

Great place to get a piercing. I had my septum pierced by Casey today. They were amazing. Very knowledgeable and skilled. Kudos to all the staff that I interacted with. Everyone was pleasant. I will be coming back for my angel bites after my septum heals.

Very happy with my nose/nostril piercing 😊 The shop is super clean and sharp, the jewelry selection is beautiful, and my piercer Ursula was so kind! They explained every step so I knew what to expect as we went along.Love how thorough and thoughtful their intake process is as well (makes total sense you shouldnt fly within two weeks of getting pierced!) Today was my second visit here. Both great experiences. This time Mantis did my septum piercing. He assessed my nose first and then explained everything each step of the way. He constantly reassured me and kept checking on my comfort. Gave great instructions for after care. The front desk staff is also amazing and so helpful and professional. When I was done everyone came over to check on me and make sure I loved my piercing. 10/10 experience

I had a great experience getting my rook and 3rd lobe pierced in November (1st photo) at the Baltimore location. My piercer, Heather, was really great with providing follow up aftercare advice when my rook was a bit angry. I also ordered a little Queztalli kite tail charm (2nd photo, 3rd piercing) online and it shipped very fast!

I want to sing the praises of everyone at Infinite Piercing. They are knowledgable people with a very helpful personable style. Noel especially was so calm and skillful today taking care of my very uncomfortable, self inflicted issue. The selection of jewelry is also incredible.

Adding another great review! I had a great experience here with my nose piercing. The front staff were super courteous and helpful. My piercer (Ursula) was amazing. She walked through every step very calmly and made me feel very comfortable. She positioned my nostril piercing perfectly and overall just a great experience. Would highly recommend!

I have been here two times and got a total of 6 piercings on my ear lobes and helixes. I had pleasant experiences both times with booking and getting the piercings done, and both piercers are amazing, patient, and skillful.However, I suspect that their “14k gold” (the answer I got when asked about the material) jewelry are actually 14k gold-plated nickel or brass, as I had allergic reactions to them whenever I use them, even on healed piercings. You can see from the photos that the stems that actually goes through your skin are not gold and appeared to have turned into a dark metal after only a few days, which should not happen to quality gold (I used my own jewelry at the top to compare). It is very painful to heal a helix piercing in something that’s not gold or gold-plated silver when you have metal allergies to anything but gold and silver. And my helix was so swollen that my husband and I had to use a folk and tweezer to get it out of my ear. Even though I followed the aftercare instructions very carefully my piercings won’t heal until I took them out and replaced with my own gold jewelries. I wish there was more transparency about the materials for these jewelries especially for the price point and the fact that they would only use their own jewelry in new piercings.

Fantastic piercing studio--and they helped make my birthday weekend absolutely perfect! I got my philtrum and chest surface bar done by Ursula who was fabulous. Id never had a surface piercing done before and she talked me through the whole process completely, and in a realistic manner for my anatomy. I also had my nostril and triangle done by Zach who was just as fabulous. He explained everything he was doing and frequently checked in with me, especially while performing my triangle. He made me feel very comfortable through both his demeanor and knowledge, especially after Id previously had subpar genital piercing experiences elsewhere. The folks at the counter were very nice and helpful as well, especially Bea who helped me both days I came in and was so sweet. Charlie assisted me as well at the counter and made picking out my jewelry a breeze. Im over the moon happy about all my piercings! I will definitely be back here for all my future piercings and jewelry changes! Thank you so much!!

I came here with my mom to get a tragus piercing. My mom got second lobe piercings, and while she had a good experience, I did not(hence averaging our two experiences in the star rating). I have 5 existing(4 of which are at least 2 y/o) cartilage piercings, and was told that they would not pierce the ear I wanted because I have had a piercing in the past few months. While I understand the reasoning behind this policy, my upset was at the condescending way I was talked to and how I could not find this on their website (what I found through research is merely the suggestion, not hard rule, of waiting for full healing on one ear before getting the other ear pierced). Because of the way I felt talked down to, I would never return to or recommend this place to a friend; however this was my experience, my mom did have a pleasant piercing experience.

I travel around 45 minutes from out of state specifically for this piercing shop whenever I get a new piercing, need a piercing reopened, or want to buy new hardware. The entire facility is sterile and all the piercers are experts in their art. I especially appreciate that all the hardware is implant-grade titanium. Ive been able to have an MRI done and still keep my piercings in (check with your doctor before you do this)!They are very transparent about pricing, and theyll reopen/stretch piercings for free. The piercing services and jewelry are not cheap, but the professionalism and quality are worth it.

Have been to a few piercing studios and will never go to another one. They are extremely professional and thorough at Infinite. They walk you through everything, are very hygienic, and make everything as smooth and painless as possible. Not to mention, they’re personable and have good jewelry selection. I’ve had two piercers here, the most recent being Amelia who I would definitely recommend! -she redid my philtrum/Medusa which had closed and made sure it looked better than the previous one! ✨If you want your piercings done the right way, come here.

I had my lip pierced here a few months ago. Staff was super nice; they answered all of my questions through email as well as in person and gave clear descriptions on the website which answered most of my questions anyway. Aside from the initial swelling, Ive had no issues with my piercing and Im super happy with it!

The only place to get pierced in Philly. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve gotten 9 piercings from them and I have to specifically praise Casey for my last appointment. She was very thorough and competent, and gave me exactly what I wanted. and also macguyver’d a way to make my piercings equidistant and symmetrical. I am so happy thanks! :)

I went to Zach for a fourchette piercing (hes the only one who does this piercing at Infinite). He was super professional, super friendly, super knowledgeable. He consulted me that I didnt have the right anatomy for it, so I ended up getting a VCH. As a woman, theres always a bit of a concern going to a guy for an intimate piercing. He made it not weird at all. He even gave me the marker he used to make one dot to mark me. I liked that because everyone can be confident theyre getting all clean equipment. I highly recommend him.

Love this place. I have gotten my first nostril piercing here, and after that, I returned for a Koch, lip, and tragus piercing. I will also return again for my helix. They are wonderful, very informative, and the environment is great and peaceful. I go there so much now that they recognize me by name its amazing. I cant wait to see them again. I also have bought all of my rare pieces from them. The selection is great, and you could buy from the website or in-store.

I came here to have my nipple piercings checked (they were so painful after a jewelry change) and the staff here made me feel so comfortable and helped me. I wouldn’t normally leave a review but they were so knowledgeable and professional. Firm but caring, just how I like a service haha. I’d recommend

I’ve gone to Infinite Body Piercing some years ago to receive my 1st tongue piercing. Observing the surroundings, the place was very clean, and procedures were in an orderly fashion. Update: I went to get another tongue piercing, August 3, 2023 due to my taking out my 1st one, this time was quite different, appointments were to be made, ID 🪪 is a must, forms are to be filled out. the choosing of your jewelry accessories , are chosen prior to getting your piercing(s). My piercer was ZACH, he was/is so informative, his coaxing was quite relaxing & comforting. I had both nose & tongue piercing, naturally the initial stick takes one by surprise. There was no pain or discomfort of the aftermath. September 1, 2023 I requested for ZACH he checked on both my piercings. Nevertheless, ZACH is the go-to-guy. I highly recommend him.

Went here to get my tragus piercing changed. The lady at the front was very patient with me since it took me a while to decide on what I wanted. The lady who actually changed my piercing was very kind as well. I think her name was Karli. She also pierced my sisters ears above her rook. Very patient and explained what she was going to do before she did it and answered any questions we had. The people at the front were nice but it was a Tuesday so probably less people for them to deal with.Tip: if they dont have the jewelry you are looking for they can order it for you.

These guys are amazing. I was getting a piercing done over a crooked one I got from another place. They did an evaluation of my face, and stuck me in a sterile lab with Dr Professor Zach Fitz. He was very patient; gave excellent detailed expectations; meticulous in placement; made me feel welcome and comfortable. Cannot recommend enough. They are highly professional. The total package

Update: Went here yesterday for an appointment. Usually, I have a good experience. The girl behind the counter had a major attitude. It was as if she did not want to be there or that this place is beneath her. When I was deciding on the piercing, she was rolling her eyes, looking around the room - she seemed to be very annoyed. Hopefully, next time I go in, I wont be dealing with her. In fact, Ill ask for a different person.Ive been going here for many years to get pierced. Its clean and the piercers are extremely professional and knowledgeable. FYI, you have to make an appointment for a piercing.

Love this shop!! Zach was my piercer and did a great job explaining the process and answered all of my questions. The staff at the counter were all super friendly and helpful as well. I ended up needing my bar adjusted (nipple swelling was a little more than expected) and had no issue receiving prompt service. Pixie changed my bars, she was super nice and made me feel comfortable. I brought my elementary-aged child here for her first ear piercings, on the recommendation of many other local families. It was a GREAT experience from start to finish. Online booking and reminders, a clear process to confirm identity, easy check-in. The shop is very clean, and everyone we interacted with was kind and efficient. Ursula was the professional who performed the piercings - they were excellent. Thorough, professional, calm. Considering the price of mall gun piercings these days, this was well worth it. Appreciated the shop asking for pronouns and preferred names - clear that they respect their clientele. Great experience, thank you!!

The best. Got my first and second ever set of piercings here and they were friendly, informative, and professional. They are fastidious about cleanliness in a way this is almost clinical, with chairs like those in dentist offices and always wearing fresh gloves. Also, once you get your piercings you can come here forever for free to get them to change the jewelry and get any complications checked out. The only downside is the price, which can add up plus jewelry plus both sides (if you’re getting that) and that booking has to be done in advance.

The wait was minimal, and honestly the space is beautiful so I wouldnt have minded waiting longer. They have some really unique jewelry on display from artists that I had a lot of funning browsing.Ursula was my (septum) piercer and she was an absolute gem. It was my first time in a while getting a piercing, so I was a bit nervous. She was very personable and calm, so I felt immediately at ease. She also made sure to thoroughly explain every part of the process, from cleaning to piercing - there were no surprises, which was a relief. She was clear about aftercare and went over things that are normal and things to look out for. I would love to return to her for future services!Payment was also super easy, and it was even more affordable than I was expecting. Cash for tip is encouraged, but they do accept it other ways as well.I would absolutely recommend Infinite to folks who are beginners, experts, and everyone in between. Austin did my piercings and he is a god send. He made sure I was safe, comfortable, and explained everything he was doing to me as he was doing my piercings. They welcome suggestions and if you are not satisfied with something, they will fix it right away. As a client, I can tell the staff enjoy what they do!!! I got my vertical philtrum piercing done by studio manager John Logger yesterday, and Ive gotten other piercings here before. Went into it knowing I have a asymmetrical face and wanting a cool piercing to highlight it, not hide it. John was so excited and included me in every step. It was a tricky piercing to get straight due to the way my face lines up, so we took it out the first attempt and tried again the next day. And he nailed it. The placement is exactly what I envisioned. I cant wait to keep working with him for downsizes and healing. Thank you so much.

I just got my nipple piercings done by Pixie and I had a wonderful experience. She was very informative and discussed what would happen during the piercing. She discussed aftercare with me as well. Definitely recommend anyone to go to pixie!!

I will say that my initial piercing experience and first downsize was lovely ! My initial piercer and the piercer who completed my first downsize were kind, caring, and efficient. However, upon going in for my second recommended downsize, everything started going downhill. At my first attempt for this downsize, the piercer yanked my lip around with various tools for about 30 minutes. Ouch! They could not get the top of the jewelry unscrewed. I understand that problems arise, but perhaps tell the client or grab another staff member instead of painfully yanking their semi fresh lip piercing around for half an hour. I ended up leaving without a downsize because my lip was so swollen from this whole ordeal that I now was unable to get smaller jewelry. I came back today, a few months later, to try again. While the experience was fine and only briefly painful this time, my jewelry came unscrewed and fell out within 2 hours of me coming home. Now, I’m left with loose jewelry that I haphazardly reinstalled myself, I’m out the cost of a jewelry change appointment and the 2+ hours this collective mess has cost me, and I’m too scared to go back and get it tightened because I don’t want to end up with another pinch and yank happy piercer trying to put this back in. For the only APP piercing shop in the Philly area, I expected better.

This is my second time here and second time meeting with Pixie! She was great and puts you at ease detailing the process and prepping you for what to expect. The staff moves like a well oiled machine and the staff made it clear that they like to stay on schedule; that said, I did not feel rushed at all to make my jewelry selection either. From the minute I arrived, until the moment I left, I felt that all staff were very attentive! Id recommend this place several times over to anyone interested in getting a piercing.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve had 6 piercings done here and all of the piercers are attentive in a way that feels both chill and almost medical in their level of procedural cleanliness and regard for their craft. It’s easy to get advice on styles and help understanding the products and I never feel rushed. Also, they have cool free stickers. Also, tip your piercers.The one thing I don’t like about Infinite is that they have so much cool stuff that I almost always buy something when I go in.

Everyone I’ve encountered here has been so friendly and accommodating. I recently needed a nostril retainer and was serviced quickly via walk in on a Monday evening. I came all the way from north Jersey. Zach was awesome. He was funny and made me feel comfortable. I didn’t felt anything as he swapped the jewelry. When I came back to have my post put back in, I decided to buy something new. Everything wasbeautiful, but I found a winner. Maddie helped me narrow down my options on which piece matched my skin tone. Amelia was also wonderful. She put my post back in with ease and made me feel great about my new selection. I didn’t feel a thing and felt like a million bucks with my new jewelry. I can’t say enough about how nice everyone was and accommodating me so quickly me as a walk-in.(twice). The jewelry change is FREE! I only paid for my jewelry and a respectful tip. Highly recommend this location. Philly Philly.

I came to Infinite Body Piercing on two separate occasions and both trips were amazing! Appointments are required for piercings or more complex appointments if you need extra assistance with picking out jewelry, asking questions, etc. Walk-ins are accepted for simple jewelry changes or to browse their selection.The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming and their jewelry selection is stunning. Pixie did a jewelry change on me and did a piercing for a friend. She’s thorough, great educator on piercing aftercare, and a sweet human being all the way around. On a separate occasion, John did a tragus piercing for me and he was also awesome! He’s funny and made the piercing process seamless and painless. They have a great rewards system where after the fourth piercing, the fifth piercing is free (price of jewelry isn’t included in this).Although definitely on the pricier end, I think the prices are justified with the piercers, jewelry selection, and customer service. I’ll definitely be back for all piercing needs or jewelry changes.

I had an amazing experience here!! I got my nose pierced here a couple days by Austin, and have had absolutely no issues with the piercing so far. Austin was amazing during the session, and even told me some very funny stories that had me laughing to help distract from the pain. He made me very comfortable by giving me a step by step of what he was doing while he was piercing my nose, and even helped guide my breathing to keep me calm and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Cannot recommend this place enough. I have gone twice so far to get my earlobes pierced and then my eyebrow and lip. I was pierced by Pixie both times, and they were incredibly accommodating, super personable, unmistakably stylish, and exhaustingly knowledgeable. I didnt know much of anything about piercings, and Pixie explained everything that they were doing and meticulously made sure that my piercing matched the contours of my face and my own taste and preferences. 10/10 will be coming back to get more piercings done!

Ive got my 4-5 piercings here, and this is the only place that I go to. I like the staff, specifically the thick young lady, with all of the tattoos and piercing on her face who works the register. I like the piercer who has the hoop through her nose and I believe she wears glasses, there is also another young lady with a hoop through her nose and wears glasses but she is more tall and thicker they are both good.

Went here for the first time today. Space is very clean and they have an amazing selection of jewelry to choose from. Counter staff was very friendly and helpful. Jordyn did a great job on my third lobe piercing and was very helpful with finding the perfect size for my stretched lobe piercings which I have not had jewelry in for quite some time. Even splurged on some new earrings for my second lobe piercings. Will definitely be back!

I have ordered jewelry from their online store several times. One of the pieces I received was 14 k gold and tarnished after 1 week (to no fault of the store). I contacted them and they were awesome. They emailed me a return shipping label and immediately sent me a replacement earring. Will definitely use this business again!

I stopped in for a walk-in jewelry removal and had a great experience with Austin! He was super friendly, professional, and fast. I had a labret post I hadnt been able to unscrew for about 4 years and he removed it within like 30 seconds, and didnt charge me anything. Other local piercing shops charge $30+ for jewelry removal and you have to make an appointment. I was super happy with the service I received from Austin as well as the rest of the staff at the front desk. Thank you!

Came in today for a septum piercing. Arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment and was in and out within 20 minutes. Got my septum pierced by Zach in Philly. He was amazing, his thorough explanation took longer than the piercing itself. I was definitely in shock because it all happened so fast but it was relatively painless. No surprises. Zach really took his time to explain everything and answer your questions before poking you. He also prefaced that if I wasnt happy with the way it healed at all that I could come back and see him. Just that little bit of compassion really surprised me.The shop was packed when I checked in. Great for them, not so great for me because Im an anxious lil bb. Everyone was friendly and professional though so no qualms there. I get all the hype now and why theyre booked up so far in advance. No regrets. If I ever get more piercings, Ill def return.They accept card and then I chose to tip in cash.

My go-to piercing spot, staff is ALWAYS super nice. First came to this place in 2019 for an Industrial (which is now long gone) and a nose piercing which have healed nicely and I recently just got a second nostril piercing by Jordyn who was super sweet and I would trust her for any piercing (as well as most of the staff.) I did have an issue with said Industrial when a piercer (I am unsure if hes still staffed there anymore) has given a too-short of a barbell however, the rest of the staff/management tried to accommodate me as best as possible! Theyre always booked up for a reason! Thank you guys for all that you do!

I got three piercings done by guest piercer Jerry and really enjoyed the experience! I set up my appointment quickly and easily using their online system. I called prior to my appointment with a few questions which were answered promptly by the staff. Upon arriving I checked in and had my temperature taken and then was able to ask a few more specific questions to my piercer. We discussed my eligibility based on my anatomy and selected the jewelry before getting started. During the process he explained everything he was doing, which I greatly appreciated. He was very experienced and also took time to build a personal connection and make me feel safe and comfortable. He pierced quickly and efficiently and involved me in the entire process. His warm, open personality really made it a great experience. This is the only place I’ll be getting pierced from now on.

I have followed Ursula from NJ to now here in Philly. She has a gentle touch as far as removing infected piercings, which she did NOT do and offered her professional opinion when asked. I had to search for her, lol, after a recent surgery, she re-opened closed piercings with new jewelry. Needless to say, I have another appointment scheduled for May 2023 with her for new piercings. The staff there are friendly and Ursula is AMAZING!!

Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the staff at the counter to our piercer. My friend and I both went in to get piercings and Zach, our piercer, was absolutely wonderful. He was really professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. I have been a fan of Infinite since I had my first piercing there years ago. It is the only place I have gone to for any piercing since then. The entire staff is amazing, from the front counter folx to the piercers themselves. Everyone there is knowledgable, patient, and kind. They will answer all your questions and take the time to make sure you actually understand without making you feel like it is the 50th time they have answered that exact question that day. My last experience there was just a few weeks ago with Pixie and I cannot recommend them enough. They were patient, warm and welcoming, and above all provided an amazing experience. I knew I was in competent hands. Knew I was being pierced by someone with legit skills. I will never visit another studio except Infinite for my inevitable future piercings. I certainly cannot praise my experience with Pixie enough, and I hope to schedule with them for anything I have done in the future.

Got my nose pierced at their Baltimore location ( It was a great experience as well!), but as I do live in PA I’ve been helped through the whole healing process by the stuff from the Philly studio and am still amazed at how professional, precise and kind everyone has been. A great piercing by Pixie who has lots of experience. Went to another shop a couple of years ago for nipple piercings that were poorly done and after researching quality shops, came across Infinite to re-pierce and correctly place. Shop was clean and bright. Pixie took lots of time to listen and prep as I was particular about placement and size. She thoroughly marked, validated placement with me, and perfectly placed 6ga bars exactly as I wanted them. She answered all my questions, offered great instructions, and we discussed follow-up and future work. Highly recommend this place and Pixie for a quality and safe piercing.

I stopped by on a whim- I was feeling spontaneous and wanted to get my nose pierced and this was the first shop I saw. The staff was welcoming and took care of me right away. Quick and easy and now I have a cute little nose ring.

My partner had a piercing emergency and they were able to squeeze him in same day even though all of their online appointments were booked. Everyone was very nice and the piercer did a great job of explaining what he was doing. The shop was also very clean. I also love that they have a place on the form for pronouns and legal name vs preferred name!

I received a Tragus piercing by Zack. I have to say it was truly a pleasure having Zach as my technician. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I LOVE my new piercing. I went to the Baltimore location for high nostril piercings and one side was done with a longer bar to help with swelling and I was told to come back to either location to get a shorter bar a few weeks later. Well today is a few weeks later and I went to the Philadelphia location for the downsize. My experience was fine and I had no complaints, until I got home 45 mins later. Where the back of my piercing supposedly fell out. I called and was told to either come back or go to a local shop in my area. So a local shop I went, Baker street tattoo in Media. Where I was informed that the piercer here at infinite left a piece of jewelry in my nose that was too small to downsize to. This is what fell out. I then called Infinite to make them aware of this and they did NOT care. The person answering the phone said “ok so is there anything else”. Did not offer me any kind of understanding or apology. Will not being going back to the Philadelphia location again and I suggest you don’t either. Go to somewhere that cares enough not leave jewelry lodged in your nose and can offer a simple apology.

I cant recommend this place high enough!! Ive gotten many piercings here over the past 10 years, including nipple, tragus, ear cartilage, nostril, septum, and lip piercings! The staff is amazingly helpful, friendly, and respectful. I learn something new everytime I go (like today, the piercer showed me an excellent trick to take out tricky septum clickers by myself).Most importantly, I trust the piercers here to tell me when they think that a specific piercing might not heal well for my body. For example, I went in to get my tongue pierced, and after having me move my mouth and tongue around a bunch, the piercer was SO apologetic and told me that in his professional opinion I should not get my tongue pierced. He said that my tongue is very short and runs the risk of complications/splitting. He was so nice about it and I ended up getting a lip piercing that I love, and avoided future problems healing a piercing that wasnt suitable for my body!10/10 experiences all around.

Dont come here if you are looking to get multiple peircings done at once, I wanted to get 4 Helix peircings done, 2 on each ear and they refused which is fine its their right, but I wasted time coming there just to be turned away, needless to say I still got them done at a better peircing place so its whatever, take the warning if you want more then 1 on each ear 🙄

Went in today to get my lobes re-pierced after I neglected them for a long time - I was a little early and they took me right in. Charlot was SO sweet and helpful, and Zach, who did the piercing, was awesome, friendly, and made me feel comfortable and at-ease during the process. It was quick and pretty painless. I live all the way out in Media, but Im really glad I took the trip here, it was worth it.

I just wanted to say I highly recommend this place! I had called beforehand as I had gotten a recent navel piercing at another shop and unfortunately the jewelry did not suit my anatomy. Both the jeweler and the piercer had extensive knowledge no matter what questions or concerns I had. Everything was absolutely sterile, organized and relaxed. I do not remember the name of the person who inserted my new floating navel piece, but they were awesome!! Extremely educated and professional. I could not recommend this shop more : )

I had my nostril pierced at Infinite Piercing three days ago. The glowing reviews helped me make my decision and I was not disappointed. The counter staff was friendly and welcoming and it was very clean inside. My piercing was done by John and he was wonderful! He talked me through every step he took and and made me feel very at ease. I was provided with very thorough aftercare instructions and he patiently answered the many questions I had.I would definitely recommend Infinite Piercing and John to anyone in the Philadelphia area looking to get a piercing!

I got both my septum and nostril piercings here. Staff is friendly and the service they provide is excellent! My septum was a hard case to get pierced straight ( I had it pierced crooked in the past too). With Zach’s perfectionist attitude and professionalism I got a pretty straight septum piercing! I am so happy. Also, psyched about the nostril piercing too! Anyways, some months of healing ahead, but I am already super excited about how this combo came out!

I had John Logger and he was amazing! From start to finish John was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and skillful. He is very calm and helpful throughout the whole process. He answers all of your questions and walks you step by step through the process. I was a bit nervous nervous but after the first five seconds of meeting and talking to John I felt immediately at ease. The studio itself is very clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The jewelry to choose from is beautiful! Some pieces can be expensive but depending on your price you can absolutely find something in your budget. I think the pricing is absolutely appropriate. You get an excellent piercer, QUALITY jewelry (which is so important), and clean facility. It doesnt just stop at the initial piercing appt. They like for you to come back so they can check on the healing process (No charge and no appointment needed!!) and size down your gauge as needed. They provide you with a booklet that lays out step by step after care and FAQs. They really take the time to ensure that all of your needs are met. I also in the past had a piercing done by a different studio and went to them for advice and help and they were amazing during that experience too. If you are considering getting a piercing done i 100000% recommend infinite piercing and John himself. Some studios will charge less.....PSA been there, done that and I regret it!! Thankfully like I said infinite was there to save the day but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING OR PLANNING ON A PIERCING- INFINITE SHOULD BE YOUR #1 CHOICE!!!

I got two piercings from Pixie. She was excellent and so was all of the staff that was working. They answered every question I had. They even tell you to schedule a follow up appointment in a few weeks to make sire you are healing properly. I never had a piercer do that! Definitely going back for any other piercing I may want!!

When I was looking for a place in Philly to get pierced, people always recommended Infinite - and for good reason. I got my lobes and septum pierced here and had a great experience. The place is extremely clean and is very safe RE: Covid procedures. My piercer was very nice and clearly experienced - I barely felt a thing for any of the piercings and they healed nicely. Will definitely be going back!

I love this place ! Been here a few time before but never brought anything or got pierced. Staff was always very friendly but today really impressed me ! I got my philtrum pierced last Monday by some not to creditable location and the bar and stud were too small and I was feeling so much tightness and pressure. The counter crew and Andrew knew exactly how I was feeling and really wanted to help me and showed concern. They switched me out for much better jewelry and a longer bar . The only thing that sucks is the wait time on the weekends, best to get there early but hey you meet some really nice people in there while you wait!

Any time I go here I feel so welcome! Which is so important to me particularly, because I recall years ago when I first got into body mods, some shops Id try to go into or check out would come off so snobby or have an attitude that seemed like, why are you even in here? Or oh great youre going to waste my time. When in reality I was searching for a great shop to pierce me and that also had quality body jewelry. Well, infinite became that positive place for me and has remained so. Everyone is always super friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a variety of services and items. Everything is also very clean and sterile which of course is SUPER important. Theyll always answer any questions you have too. Its a convenient location and easily accessible by septa also, if you dont want to drive into Philly! Ive gone here and have recommended this place for years. Its definitely worth checking out.

My sister and I had Andrew as our piercer! He was great! Very friendly and professional, and helped maintain our nerves by talking us through the entire process! No surprises. Ive been there 2 other times, always excellent service from the staff! Definitely cant wait to revisit!!

Ive gotten 2 piercings different times a forward helix and a conch, and each time has been so awesome!!! Everyone is super friendly and takes time with you from deciding jewelry(the collection is amazing) to the actual placement of your new piercing. I can’t wait to finish styling my ear with infinite!! 7/31/21 I got my tragus pierced here. The sales associate & the piercer were both friendly. The facility is very sanitary, stylish & they have a HUGE selection of jewelry. They also offer post follow up. In 6-8 weeks you return with your drivers license to have your piercing checked. I will definitely return to this location**UPDATE: 9/22/21, I returned to this location for my 6-8 week check up & was informed that my piercing needed to be REMOVED!! The new piercer said the angle was pointing inward too much to the ear canal vs. out towards the opening, thus putting pressure on something which resulted in a bump. She said it would never heal correctly & the best advice is to remove it immediately to avoid scar tissue. They said they would re-pierce it in 2-3 months and comp the $35 tragus piercing fee, sterilizing & reusing the body jewelry which cost over +$100. I’m so disappointed that I was pierced by someone inexperienced the first time. For almost 8 weeks, I have be using my saline spray & doing everything as advised only to result in this. I don’t like the inconsistency in the staff, I have lost all confidence in the personnel. My follow up appointment is with someone new to the staff at Infinite Body Piercing

This place is professional, clean, and friendly. Felt very comfortable getting pierced here and will definitely go back for all my future piercings and jewelry. Zach took care of my husband and I. He was very skilled and we had a great time hanging with him during. Highly recommended!

I got my nose done today, and my experience was wonderful. The girls at the front were so nice and helpful with filling out paperwork and picking out jewelry. Zach did the actual piercing, he was incredibly nice and made me feel comfortable when I was clearly nervous. All around great experience, if I ever want another piercing I’ll definitely be returning.

I’ve been here a few times. If you’re getting pierced this is the place to go! Especially for those invasive piercings , don’t short cut (go to the professionals)! Since I started seeing John (almost 10 years ago!) at Infinite I have not gotten pierced by anyone else or anywhere else. The shop is relaxed and clean. The piercers are experienced and experts at placement. Highly highly recommended.

I went to infinite after getting pierced at a different place. The other place I went to gave me low quality jewelry and was giving my new piercings trouble. Zach was awesome! He changed my jewelry for free and he was very informative and walked me through everything he was doing. Everything is super clean and they have a wide variety of jewelry to choose from. Great service, knowledgeable technicians and nice environment. I got my tragus pierced here years ago and always go back every couple of years to replace or upgrade the earring. I do wish they could do a better job of clarifying what type of jewelry is for ear piercings vs. nose piercings. I’ve made the mistake of buying a nose piercing thinking it was for ears and had to return it.

I legitimately love this place!Its beautiful, clean and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating.I originally scheduled my appointment for a nostril piercing but while waiting in the lobby I had a split second decision to get my genitals pierced (Lorum) and I wasnt sure how they would deal with me changing my mind. The piercer was actually excited to do it and even asked if another one of the piercers would watch in. Typically in a situation so... exposed...you might say no, but everyone was so chill and nice that I felt comfortable enough to say yes.They gave me all the information I needed for aftercare and talked to me about options on gaging my Lorum if I wanted too in the future.My piercing healed perfectly and I get compliments on it all the time with my partners.10/10 would recommend this place!

I had a great experience getting my nostrils pierced by Zac F. Today was the second time I’ve been pierced by him, and both times he’s went out of his way to make me feel v comfortable by communicating, informing and creating a safe space for me. That being said, I feel the need to mention the unsettling experience I had in the waiting area. I came in a little late (4:05) for my 4:00pm appointment and was not greeted when I walked in. Which isn’t a big deal, it be like that sometimes. What really upset me was when a person walked in trying to sell an electric heater. The person appeared to be someone without housing and in need. I understand not everyone knows how to act in this situation, but the last reaction I expected from the counter staff was that of dismissal and humiliation. It made me v uncomfortable to see one employee laugh and cringe at the person trying to sell the heater while the other employee “humored” that person. Once the person left the shop the staff continued to giggle and the same employee who was literally laughing in this persons face said “ omg I can’t believe how nice you are!”to the other employee, like being nice to a person like that was uncalled for. I feel like this review isn’t properly expressing how rude and humiliating the whole experience was. I don’t know if they were running a promotion or if the staff saw that I was upset but they gave me 20%off.All you had to do was decline and be on your way. And I know it was such a small interaction and it seemed to be nothing to you, but to me it was hurtful to watch. I just didn’t expect this kind of behavior at a place that I thought was safe for everyone.

I got my ears pierced over 8 years ago overseas, and the experience did not go well. I have very large earlobes and the studs I was given were too small. Long story short, my ears got infected and I took the studs out. Fast forward to early 2015. I went to Infinite to try my luck again, and they couldnt have been friendlier or more professional. The gentleman who pierced my ears saw that they were large and got longer press-fit earrings for them, and gave me detailed instructions for aftercare. The procedure was clean, sanitary, and quick. I was very pleased. I recently lost the end of one of my earrings and ordered a new one from their website. Stephanie emailed me to make sure that I only needed the end and not a post as well, and then shipped the part to me quickly. It arrived within a few days along with a hand-written note stating that it had been bent for me (standard for those types of earrings). I cant say enough nice things about these guys! They are so helpful and make you feel very comfortable and relaxed during the piercing process. I highly recommend them!

I came here to have my VCH pierced. I was nervous of course but Zach made me feel comfortable. He was super professional and explained everything he was going to do, and continued talking throughout and checking if I was ok. It has been 5 weeks and Ive had no issues. It healed up quickly and the benefits are as great as what youve read 😉

I have updated my rating from one to five stars. Yesterday I went to Infinite Body and I had the best service and experience. The receptionists were actively listening and helping with lots of patience and care. The piercer, Anna York, did an amazing job taking care of my piercing problems.

It was an awesome experience! I had Zach as my piercer, and I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with someone so patient and understanding. He switched out some jewelry for me to help an old piercing heal up (it wasn’t pierced at infinite, just for the record), did a guiche piercing, and we talked about more piercings for the near future. I’m looking forward to working with him again! Thanks again Zach!

Brought in my sister for a nostril piercing, my sister is a young adult with special needs. As her caretaker, finding her someone to take care of her and to be patient with her was nerve wrecking for me. We walked into Infinite and were welcomed by Jade. My sister admitted she was nervous and Jade was so kind enough to stop what she was doing to ask her if she wanted to talk about her feelings. My heart was so full knowing that my sister was able to feel comfortable and safe around another stranger. Jades compassion and patience made us all feel at ease. She is very professional and understanding and explained the next steps extremely well for my sister to understand. We were called in by Zach who welcomed us with positivity and a smile. He cracked a few jokes to make my sister at ease. He was excellent in explaining to her what to expect and how to take care of her nose piercing. Not only was he was excellent at taking care of her, but was also compassionate and patient when she started to squint and move around during the piercing. The piercing came out perfect and my sisters smile hasn’t left since. I will always recommend Infinite for anyone’s piercings especially those who are also sensitive and need extra care. Took my 16 year old daughter to get a helix, and I got a cartilage piercing. We both had Andrew. He was the best! He put us both completely at ease and explained everything from beginning to end. He was meticulous about the placements of the piercings and wanted to be sure we achieved the look we wanted.The rest of the staff was kind, and professional yet affable. Recently got my septum pierced here, and was welcomed in the moment my friend and I stepped into the shop. The staff who I met at the front counter was really helpful in answering my questions about the piercing beforehand, and gave insight about what my options we in terms of jewelry. Brandon Simon did my piercing and I am absolutely in love with it. He talked me through the whole process beforehand and while he was doing it, the atmosphere was really calm and at ease which I appreciated.

I was visiting Philly and my Marilyn piercings came out. Its 3 months until I go back home and was worried about the piercing closing up. First time here and was introduced to them by my friend. John took care of me for the actual piercing and was really friendly, skilled, and helpful.My original goal was second and third lobe piercings with a cartilage on both sides; but because of my original first lobes being uneven- John recommended something a little bit different (thanks piercing pagoda for a botched job)Really happy with the entire process; and i cant wait to give them my business again in the future!

This was my very first time visiting the place. Id called ahead and spoke with Charles, who gave me the breakdown of what they do, including ear piercing.My friend and I went there, found it was busy, brightly lit, and clean (relatively speaking). We immediately felt at ease (even though one of the female staff members seemed to have a Resting B*tch Face, the others compensated for that).Charles was very nice and detailed. After talking with him and filling out the paperwork, I was ready. However it turned out that when answering my questions over the phone earlier, Charles neglected to mention that the wait times for ear piercing on a Saturday evening can be in the 90-minute to 2-hour range! 😥So, my friend and I explored South Street a while, then went back to Infinite. Within 15 minutes I was taken to the back for the piercing and re-piercing. We were impressed by the piercers professional-yet-cool-bro attitude, his medical gloves, the professional licenses hanging on the wall, and the general quasi-clinical setting that was very artsy without being grungy or unhygienic.I left a tip, and Ill be back in 8 weeks for the follow-up.

I’ve been frequenting infinite for over a decade. And on my last visit for a simple jewelry change, I ended up needing the piercing surgically removed. Infinite’s response upon hearing was “so sorry to hear that”. No offer of condolences, complementary service, let alone reimbursement. “That’s unfortunate.” It’s a no for me.

Awesome place. The staff really knows their stuff. Very polite and very professional. They also place a high importance on cleanliness. They can be a little pricey compared to some other places but if you want a piercing done right the cost is justified. The jewelry can be expensive too but again they use a higher quality than some other places. Overall 5 stars. I was very happy with my piercing.

I absolutely love this place. The space is very clean and everyone is very professional. There are loads of places on south street that boast piercing services, but Infinite is really stellar. Everyone is very kind from the moment you walk in. Ive Ben pierced here twice (for my HCH and triangle) and both times my pierced was incredibly relaxing, talked me through the entire process, made sure I knew what was going on at every step of the way and made the process as comfortable as they could!! I recommend this place for piercings a thousand times over.

Very professional. The staff are all friendly and approachable. The piercing rooms make you feel like you are at the doctors - very sterile and clean. I have had two piercings done here - lip and nose. Both times, I informed them of my tendency to pass out... They were very understanding and politely walked me through each step of the piercing process. I would absolutely recommend this place to a friend!

I went to infinite to get my tragus and cartilage pierced. I had Robert as my piercer and he was so amazing. He talked through every step and was happy to answer any questions I had. He gave great guidance thats easy to follow to keep my new piercings from getting infected. The store is clean and more inviting than a tattoo parlor. The counter workers were cheerful and helpful. I went at noon on a Wednesday so it wasnt to crowded. Took about an hour for the whole process and it didnt feel like the staff was pressuring or rushing me at all. Will definitely go here if I want more piercings

I got all my piercings here. I recommend them to everyone I know when someone wants a new piercing. They are really clean and they clean everything in front of you before touching you. They change there gloves constantly throughout the piercing process and make sure to give you proper advice to clean your piercings as well as sterilize your jewelry before they put them on you. I love this place. always go here for new piercings never anywhere else.

Had nose piercing, which Ive always loved but just got around to having the nerve to just do it!. Superb service! And Dustin, my attendant was outstanding. Love U Dustin, youre the greatest! Unlike another shop where I attempted to get my piercing (NW Philly, is much closer to where I live), I received the look, snickers (I am a 55 yo plus woman) and felt I was being talking down to. I felt quite uncomfortable and out of place. When the piercer shouted, asking what I was there for and he indicated there was a 2 hour wait, I bolted with the intentions of never returning. At Infinite Piercing, the staff was very accommodating and I felt very comfortable. And it also helped seeing another mature woman walk in for service, and the staff and general atmosphere was just as accommodating to her as well. Thank you Infinite Piercing, I will be returning in a couple of months to treat myself to new jewelry for Christmas.

I’d give this place all the stars in the world! I’m no longer living in the area, but going to Infinite is totally worth the trip. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They have the most beautiful jewelry collection, I could spend all my money there. The manager is extremely nice and showed true kindness towards me. Very clean and professional shop and they are APP certified! They have a great selection of quality jewelry and are willing to make special orders for you. There has been an issue with a special order I made through them but they have been very polite and proactive about getting it fixed. Will definitely continue to use this shop.

My surface piercing from Infinite has lasted over 9 years (!), which is pretty atypical and speaks volumes about the artists understanding of proper placement and technique. I havent visited in a while, but Im glad that I chose Infinite for my piercings back in the day and am happy to see the shop is still going strong.

Quality/cleanliness is what I come for. But two times I’ve been here it is *a little* over the top as far as needing to copy your ID every time & you have to fill out paperwork every time even if you’re a previous client?? The jewelry is overpriced (quality, but too pricey for me personally.) And all the people I’ve interacted with here are on the pretentious side. It makes me not want to return. At my latest visit, I was talking about finding the right size jewelry for my nose since I have a “professional” job now. I’m tired. I just got off work. I didn’t mean anything by it. I simply meant a desk job/admin office etc. The person behind the desk in a very offended snide voice said “oh I have a professional job too.” Yeah you do. I get it. I didn’t mean it that way and I didn’t need that comment after a long day.

Got my nostril piercing done here by Zach, and he got it just right. I was a bit nervous going into it, but he definitely eased me into it and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. He did it quickly and with minimal pain, and it came out exactly how I had imagined. Would definitely recommend!!!!

The most easy, seamless piercing experiences Ive ever had! Had difficulties with a nose piercing I got somewhere else, was having a lot of pain. They fixed it with no discomfort and I had immediate relief and its been fine for years. Theyre too awesome.
