Way Out

We searched high and low trying to find a place that would pierce our daughter’s (2yr. old) ears with a needle and not a gun (because the needles are better/less pain for piercing, especially young children!). So glad we found this place. It was worth the drive from out of town. We went in as a walk-in, were welcomed in by the employees, and quickly serviced. There are a variety of options they have to choose from for the earrings we picked for our daughter. We are happy with the service, our daughter did not cry at all, and the earrings look so cute on her!

Way out designed the perfect shirt for my daughters 6th birthday at the spa! She loved it and got so many compliments on it. Truly one of a kind shirt and amazing staff! Highly recommended !

AWESOME!! I have several cartilage piercings in each ear all healed up nicely. I change my jewelry up often. This time with my conch’s IDK what happened, not sure if too snug of a hoop or the material but my ears did not like. The right became super angry. I called Way Out first thing this morning since in the area and they said they could help as I could not get the right conch out.When I got to the shop there was a 45 min wait but staff could see the pain I was in and how angry my ear was. They asked the line to please be patient as they would only be a few moments with me and took me back. The girl (I heart you) saved my piercing and took me out of pain ASAP as she removed the Snuggie hoop with little to no pain. I mean she got the hoop out in second I didn’t even feel the clicker open. AWESOME, PERFECT. I said I would get my curved bar back in but she insisted on helping to make sure all was good.Studio was clean, knowledgeable staff, obviously super friendly and caring. The have really cute pieces of jewelry too so I’ll definitely be back for some pieces. I can’t thank the staff enough, so very much appreciative :)

This place is for you from custom vanity plates clothing. The staff here are top of there game. The daith didn’t hurt and looks great. Thank you Luna Stet and staff. Ive taken my twin daughters twice here, and once to their other location in Willow Grove Mall. I will never go anywhere else. The staff is always amazing !! So patient and caring! My girls had their septums done this time. The rainbow barbels on them are just too cute!! Shout out to the staff. Well see you soon with our other little one!

I had given it 5 stars before. Today I didn’t appreciate it when I’m outside which I didn’t realize they close at 7pm. I got there 10 minutes before closing. I stood outside for 4 minutes before I decided to call after the employee saw me and walked back instead of saying we’re about to close. I called twice, then someone answers by then I had walked away. I say, I’m assuming you’re about to close. She said come back tomorrow it’s 6 minutes before closing. I would respect that. Instead of ignoring me when it’s cold outside. I’ve been going there for over a year. It’s not okay.

I just went there yesterday with my mom to get my septum pierced and it was a great experience. I didnt have to wait long and when they took me back to get pierced by Bryanna she was so nice and explained everything to me, from the proper way to clean my piercing and where to get replacement nose rings if I want to switch out the one I have. If I ever get another piercing it will be from way out :) thanks for making my experience great!!!

Ive gotten all of my piercings done here over the years. I went in to get a replacement earring for my conch piercing and they didnt have exactly what I was looking for but the guy working went out of his way to look all over and then was able to find a ball to replace the one I had lost from my current barbell. Saved me from having to search around online!

Person who pierced my ears was really nice but took long to just mark my ears. Its pretty expensive and there are limited options for earrings..

The girl was very nice. She took her time with me while putting my new earring in as I got my daith piercing there b4. Very sweet, nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I was already hesitant to spend $80 dollars for a septum piercing and I came out with nothing but a hurting nose, feeling lightheaded, and NO REFUND, they gave me store credit which I don’t want because I’m not getting pierced there again. They told me to eat before I come but they decide to tell me that after she gave me the piercing which she didn’t successfully do, I even called up there before I got there so they could’ve me at that time too and I couldn’t lay down while she give me a piercing either but she told me that other piercers do that. She was nice but this experience was horrible. I don’t know if professional piercers ( I believe she isn’t a professional piercer) make these type of mistakes but I only scrunched up my face because of the pressure but other than that I wasn’t moving and she didn’t mark it because she said “I usually know where I’m piercing so I don’t mark it” then she wanted to try a second time meanwhile my nose was hurting but I decided to stop it.

They was very good in there . n the lip piercing was fast it was 4/10 it was done so fast i will recommend this place to any one . n will be getting more done

My friend went and got her septum pierced and had a terrible experience. Her piercer pierced the wrong part of her septum and then tried to pierce the right spot a second time to which my friend declined because it was too much. She should’ve gotten it right the first time. The piercer was rude and when my friend respectfully asked for a refund they declined and said they could only give store credit. Why on earth would she want store credit for a piercing place that messed up the piercing? She’s never going back. 1/5 experience.

Took my daughter there for earlobes ..one was botched! Hurt the whole four weeks so i took out the piercing and it immediately felt better due to releasing the pressure put on by the girl inserting the earring wrong! And the earring looks like a tongue ring..There is infection and now after healing there are lumps of skin like ketoids behind her ear, possibly from the clamp they used..the whole has closed so now I have to take her to get repierced! Not happy with this place!...........In response to way out...my dghtr is 15 so she knew to keep it clean! It hurt from day one till present at about 2 1/2 months! She felt relief from the moment I took out the earring! There are bumps behind earlobe still from however the piercing was done..She didnt want to come back to you again..Im sorry that I used the word botched..sorry you were offended!! But something went wrong from 1st day! Ive let it heal and now will take her to get it re pierced ..hopefully with no problem!!

Walked into this parlor for a replacement dermal gem 2 weeks ago.. I didnt like the selection so I asked the lady if its ok I bring in my own. She gave me a firm yes! She informed me the price will be $25 to change it; come back after you order it.I came back today, there was another lady behind the counter. Explained to her I wanted the dermal gem changed and was told $25. She gave me a strange look and said NO, $30I felt as if she upcharged because I had my own. This place needs to train their workers on customer service and pricing.

So my daughter had her nose piercing done here in July and the other night it fell out. We came to way out to get the free change because it should not have fallen out. I had no issue purchasing a new nose ring i just would like to have the so called professional put it in. The guy said they give coupon for 1 free change which she did not receive. Will be going back to louder than booms up the street. Much better customer service.

Oddly you have to be buzzed in as if its an expensive jewelry store with rare diamonds.The person behind the counter really couldnt be bothered with my request for a replacement nose piercing. She finally decided to show me exactly what I was describing that was not in the display. $27 later and a lot of huffing & puffing from the sales person, I left. Less than 24 hrs later, the piercing broke into pieces. No I did not bring it back because I couldnt find the top gem anywhere.Piece of junk.

I came here because I had my nose pierced at another shop and it was irritated and didn’t seem to have space to accommodate the swelling I was so happy that there was someone here to help i didn’t catch her name but she assessed the problem quickly took me in the back changed the jewelry I had and had my nose feeling and looking better great experience

I just got my septum pierced here and they’re amazing. My piercer was kiersten she was so kind and she reassured me that it would be quick and okay. she also was going over everything I should know with the piercing. Overall she was very helpful and kind. i love my piercing so much!

I had my eyebrow pierced here by Cielo, and it was absolutely phenomenal. He did a fantastic job, there was minimal bleeding and no swelling, and at a very reasonable cost. I cant recommend them enough.

The staff was very knowledgeable on piercing and answered all my questions and concerns with genuine patience and kindness. I received an ear lobe piercing. It was quick and easy with little to no pain. If I ever decide to get another body piercing Id go back to them again!

It was a very clean place and that put me at ease. I was lucky enough to have Sam do my piercing which was awesome because it was my first facial piercing and I was nervous. She explained everything in great detail. She made it fast and painless. I will definitely recommend.

I had my nose pierced here and never changed the original piercing. I went in and purchased 2 additional nose ring. I was told it was 20$ to change the piercing. I later found out that you can get a free change if you had your piercing done with them. I called the store to inquire about the free change. The person that answered the phone was really rude. She explained that I would need the voucher. However, I didn’t receive a voucher when they initially pierced my nose. I kindly explained that to her. And she was like ma’am there is nothing I can do for you. It was their fault and they didn’t provide me with the voucher. But I’m sure they have records to indicate that I pierced my nose there….

Didn’t actually get pierced here but they did change my jewelry for my double pierced nose . Very nice girls that work there & I’m loving my new jewelry! Looking forward to getting a piercing from them in the future!

I got my nose pierced about a year ago... Anyways first thing first the Spanish girl was extremely nice that pierced my nose... my piercing came out the next day.. I called she allowed me to come back no problem put it back in no questions asked...now 4months later I came in for a new nose ring they were not nice.. I feel like I didnt even want ask them to change it, but I was in there for a little while so what the heck. All I asked was can they put it in. She says you have to pay... I said OK I just dont know how to put it in ... she had me choose one It felt like she shoved it in I asked her why do it hurt now she said dont ask me!

I have gotten several piercings at this location (once at the willow grove location) and up until the last visit I was always a satisfied customer. Recently went in to have my lip piercing changed out from the original to a shorter bar, was told services are by appointment only and was placed on list for an appointment an hour later ok fine I assumed this new change was due to covid I get it went shopping at another store came back still to wait, the girl changed out the jewelry pinching my skin several times and again I get piercings/tattoos all the time Im not someone that complains of pain anyways the new ring was put in and I left, that ring feel out within a couple hours at this point Im at work and by the next morning Im sure the hole was closing and at this point and because of the service I said forget it, $30 down the drain which is another thing I was confused about because anytime Ive gotten pierced here I was told the first change out was no charge, anyways excuse the long post but speaking from experience this place has gone way down hill!

I love the staff and the location is convenient. They are very informant and professional. This is the only place I go to for my piercings. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars because the prices are high but you get what you pay for.

I got a naval piercing, it was $70. I personally thought it was quick and easy.

Honestly this was my first lip piercing and I got it done with Destiny and she did an amazing job she listened to Nesiah thoroughly and watched the hand movements that her mentor did and she pierced me very fast it didn’t take more then 5 minutes the customer service was really good too they all helped me with any questions I had and was super outgoing my whole experience here was really good I felt safe and comfortable with all of them 10/10 I almost passed out as well and both the apprentice and mentor told me I was gonna be okay and made me feel good when I felt embarrassed honestly can’t wait to go back too get more piercings they are my top piercing place great job ladies 💖💖💖💖💖💖🤩🤩🤩🤩

I was looking for some clear plastic retainers for my nose piercing for a medical procedure and the person working at the counter was knowledgeable and showed me what I was looking for. I like their protocol to have people talk to them at the door first before they allow them to enter the store and that it will lead to less infections with this pandemic going on among their customers and the staff.

The staff is always nice and very helpful and knowledgeable. The shop is super clean and has private piercing rooms. I never feel rushed and feel comfortable asking questions about shirts or jewelry. I only trust way out for my body piercings!

Drove an hour for them to say they couldn’t even pierce me.. lady on the speaker at the door was rude. I was able to go elsewhere and get the SIMPLE navel piercing that I wanted. Do better .

I’ve been wanting a piercing for a while and today i happened to be nearby. i went in and asked a few questions and they were super nice and helpful!! i got my lip pierced and the person who actually did the piercing was sooo friendly. they told me how easy of a piercing it was and how it wasn’t gonna be bad. they were right. it wasn’t bad at all. they even asked me if i wanted to listen to any specific music. it was sooo nice. my adrenaline was rushing so i don’t remember what they said their name was. i think they wrote that it was Nesiah on the paper. 11/10. they were amazing! definitely will go back.

Literally just bought two nose studs, the two females workers in the front, they greet you, but basically rush you out. Don’t offer other things or tell you anything, they literally just stare at you while you’re there. Just take the stuff and leave, not very friendly. Makes you feel like you have to hurry up and buy. Store has went down a lot (not in cleanliness, but in additive), it’s a real shame. Use to be one of my favorite shops as a teenager.

Went to get a trolls shirt for my 3 yr old daughter. The female was very helpful and patient with me. I left and came back and wasnt happy with the color and she quickly fixed it for me. Will be getting shirts done here in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at Way Out! Shannon did my navel piercing and made it as comfortable an experience as possible. She was so nice and efficient. Would definitely recommend this location for piercings!

The store opens at 11am, I waited 20mins before someone finally came and opened the store up. I asked the short, red headed Caucasian what time the store opens & she said “11am but everyone’s late” while laughing. She didn’t apologize for her & her staffs lateness then proceeded to tell me to wait an additional 5mins which turned into 15mins! Very,very unprofessional & I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE AGAIN!!!

I went in Friday to have them change my septum ring for me. I can’t do it with my nails 🙄 after buying a ring and having them change it for $30 Saturday one of the balls fell off now Sunday the other ball fell off. Annoyed is a understatement 😡

Went in to buy new plugs for my stretched ears, the staff was very friendly , helpful and even helped me pick out a new set. Also got a sweet deal on incense and will be my go to place for that from now on! 10/10

Got my nose pierced by Kiersten. She explained everything to me and after care. Asked me questions, made sure I was comfortable, and everything was very clean. Would definitely recommend going here.

I got my forward helix pierced here, she pierced it so close to the edge of my ear that it was being held there by such a tiny piece of skin. after not even one year, the piercing literally just fell out of my ear. i loved the piercing, i just wish it was done correctly.

I took my daughter here for her 18th birthday yesterday 10/18/17. She was so excited to get a her belly pierced. I noticed the good reviews so I traveled 45 minutes to go here. I called prior to find out details, pricing, if I needed an appointment, store hours and they were helpful. Well when I get there the so called manager asked for her I.D. My daughter only has a school ID which she left in her bookbag at home and it only shows a pic not a birthdate anyway. So since I am her mother, I said I would show my ID and we look like twins. Still the so called manager says NO and not in a nice way and then asked for a birth certificate?!?! Who carries their birth certificate around? They never mentioned to bring any of this on my prior call for details and she said well I should have asked?!?! WHAT!! Then my daughter remembered her drivers permit was in the car showing her date of birth so that should have sufficed. Again we received a NO...so at this point I am very upset because I was starting to get the idea that they just didnt want us in there!! DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE NOT NICE AND THEY RUINED MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY. It was 7:30 at night so I wasnt driving 45 minutes home to produce a document that she could have used a permit...WAY OUT IS A NO GO, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I SHOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM A 1 STAR BUT THATS ALL THAT IS PROVIDED

I went in to get a hoop nose ring. I asked the girl at the counter if it was the correct size gauge three times. She didn’t really look at my jewelry that I had to compare but she said it was correct twice. It is not the right size. Wasted money and time. Filled with disappointment. Would not recommend and will never go back.

Placed an order at 1:04pm was told to come back at 6pm for two shirts.. came back at 6:30pm and shirts werent even started.. three employees not doing much of anything so I was puzzled as to why two shirts with 5 hours of work time wasnt completed. Then shirts were started one shirt the spelling was incorrect and on the back part of thr instagram name I wanted was left off. I find it quite ridiculous to pay money to a business and receive this type of service.. The next day we went to the neshaminy location to attempt to get the shirts made again and it was a complete 180 turn around.. the service was phenomenal and quick!! And Brad himself came to apolgize for the mix up! It was refreshing to have that type of follow up from a bad incident the previous day. This is why we shop at this store! Thanks again guys!

Just got snake bites yesterday night and I love them! The lady that did them was so nice and cool. Wish I remembered her name. I swelled up but, today not as bad barely feel it.

One of the worst shops ive been in. The staff is neither knowledgeable nor helpful. The one girl sold me the wrong size studs for my lip and when i returned to the store 30 minutes later they told me i would have to buy all new jewelry. But i wouldnt have had this problem in the first place if they had sold me the proper size to begin with. No help whatsoever will not be going back there ever.

This place is all right. I went here and got my nose pierced. I’ve had my nose pierced Probably like two times before that. And whenever the girl put the needle through my nose, I started bleeding real crazy. And she had the nerve to ask me did you do drugs before you came here, did you smoke weed or drink before you came here? Like that is so rude. I straight up told her no, I don’t know none of it. And she still had the nerve to go on to say well usually that’s why people bleed when they get piercings because they either have alcohol in their system or they did drugs before they got pierced.

Usually i go down south street (Infinite piercing) for my piercings but i was right there in the roosevelt mall and my son talked me into going to way out for my medusa piercing. The girl that was there was nice and she answered all my questions but never notified me she wasnt that good at piercing. The girl ended up piercing me TWICE because as she said the first time she did it the bar she had wasnt long enough and when she put the needle through my lip the bottom end of the needle came out in a totally wrong spot..wayyyy off base so she insisted that she had to do it again and of course gave me some bs excuse about her messing up because of my lip skin..and the craziest part was she was VERY unapologetic about what she had done! So not the place to go to for anything probably other than ear piercing and hopefully there would be no problem with that.

Way out is the best in the business. The girls working there were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The prices are fair, and the merchandise is quality. Go get your nipples pierced people.

The piercer was super great and super kind!She talked me through it even though I had had this specific piercing before. They even offer a free change of jewelry when you bring back the voucher!

I came in after getting a botched piercing at the shore and the ladys helped me out. It was a quick and easy nostril piercing and it healed so well after I got it. I will be back for another one.

I got a helix piercing for my birthday. Ive gotten pierced 3 times at Way Out. They are very clean and follow extra regulations due to the pandemic.

I went there and picked out a piece of jewelry to get my nosed pierced it was 60$ And when i did get it pierced it wasn’t even the jewelry I asked for a month later the jewel fell out and a week after that the whole piercing came apart and fell out of my nose and I realize my nose was starting to keloid hi I had to take out the piercing completely and now I’m waiting for my bump to go down on my nose hopefully it will heal correctly now I know why they say no refunds

Years ago I had my eye brow pierced here, so I decided to go back to get a dermal in my face. This store stays busy. They have plenty of jewelry to pick from for all types of piercing.

I just got my septum done and the staff were very nice and it was quick I payed 55$ and 5$ for ocean spray +5$ tip and they explained how to clean it and care for it I recommend this shop its very nice 10/10

Way out has piercing of nose, ears, they also do tshirts with your logo on the shirts that you may want to purchase. You can have the cashier put what you want on your shirt. Its up on Roosevelt Mall, try it out for yourself.

Very nice people there, theyre cool and know when its time to be serious about piercing they pierce very well. Definitely recommend getting pierced there.

Went in there to buy nose rings got there it was one person to get a piercing they went to the back the two girls out front had me waiting for 20 minutes would had been more if I didn’t leave they was to busy on they cellphones bsing horrible services

NEVER GO HERE!!!!! they forgot to give me my piercing cleaning solution, they made me cry over my breakup, were very unprofessional, and the guy in charge made me and my friend feel very uncomfortable.
