Homestead Tattoo

I’ve gotten 2 tattoos done by Shane and they are honestly my most prized possessions. I’m constantly receiving compliments on his work and I will be coming back for more!

Best piercing experience! Jessica was so quick, professional, and warm. She was kind and accommodating to my kid, who wanted to hold my hand. The environment was super welcoming beginning to end (which was about 10 mins); 5/5 hands down!

Justin is so talented, have two tattoos from him already, and definitely plan on coming back!

I had a mixed time with Justin. When I first got a tattoo from him when he guested in buffalo, I got a pretty big thigh piece and he worked fast and was super nice which is why I came back to him even though my tattoo has really heavy shadowing from the ink bleeding under my skin. My most recent appointment with him went really poorly. I was getting my back tattoo colored in and my pain tolerance for my back isnt the best which is why I had a shorter appointment. He kept the needle in my skin for so long and I was overloaded with pain much faster. I thought I was giving him enough physical cues to not go so long as it was hard to speak while being tatted and when I mentioned how a certain area hurt more he mentioned how he could tell and saw the signs but he still kept tattooing while going what felt like a minute of straight time with the needle in my skin. When I told him I had to tap out, his reaction made me feel super bad about having to do so but my vision was foggy from the pain so I knew I had to. When he wrapped up my tattoo he barely secured the plastic wrap so on the drive home, the tattoo stuck to my shirt and I had to painfully peel it off. It super sucks feeling like because I had to tap out, I was treated worse and like he didnt care about me as a client anymore.

Absolutely blown away by Justins work, so incredibly clean. Great vibes at the shop, cant wait to go back!

Best place to go in the area for traditional old school tats. Everyone does amazing work. Clean environment with a good atmosphere. 10/10 recommend.

What a great place! Topper planted an awesome Lady Liberty tattoo on my leg. No better tattooing in the city, hands down.
