Went in twice for ear piercings first was double upper lobe second was to fix tragus piercing that was done years ago by an amateur. Sam was there for both sessions great guy. Make me feel comfortable so comfortable I brought in my daughter the second time for her second lobe piercing. Sam didn’t mind me asking questions will definitely recommend him to everyone.

Kadillac Tattoo Deuce is also called Hard Times Tattoo. It’s a clean and professional tattoo shop. The tattoo artist that did my work was Mike. He was excellent. His work was the best I’ve seen and the price was fair. I will be going back. Highly recommend. Parking available on the street. Cash machine available. Cash only.

Great place for safe & clean tattoos & piercings with talented artists. Ive gotten 3 tattoos from Mike and every time hes calmed my nerves (Im a baby when it comes to needles) and did and incredible job. Ive also taken my 11yr old daughter to him to have her 2nd holes pierced in her ears and he was just as great with her. Their prices are also great and definitely not over the top like most businesses these days. Definitely recommend if your looking for any new artwork to add to your body or looking to add a new piercing. You know their clean and your in great hands from start to finish.

The environment here is super welcoming! Ive gotten two tattoos by dylan, and a whole back piece, piercings, and smaller tattoos done by Mike! Everyone here makes sure youre comfortable and itt always good times! Prices are unbeatable compared to the quality of work you receive!

I came to get my nose pierced for the first time today, it was a great experience! I called first to make sure I could walk in, the girl who answered the phone was nice. I was serviced quickly…The guy who did my piercing was really nice (wish I got his name). It was a quick process, not as painful as expected. He gave me aftercare tips etc. I’d definitely recommend!

I came in today for piercing services and the piercing area was very questionable. She used a tool from a package that was rusty and the jewelry was in dirty boxes. She herself had a bit of a smell. Definitely will stick with Infinite for piercings. Their cleanliness standards are questionable to say the least.

Andrew was very pleasant and patient while myself and two others decided what we were getting pierced. He was also refreshingly honest when we asked his opinion about piercings in certain areas. Prices not bad.

The guy who did my tattoo had an attitude and was real arrogant. The truth is that for this type of service they should be more friendly, since one goes there with high emotions to get a tattoo and you meet a bitter person who doesnt let you feel comfortable and makes you feel nervous.  He didnt even give any recommendations on how to care for tattoo after, just said Im done, if I didnt ask I wouldnt know.  I would definitely not return to this place.

Alex was amazing love my piercings. Alex was very informative on the after care instructions and she made me feel relaxed the whole time. You can tell she enjoys what she do one of the best experience when it comes to piercing.

Awesome shop. Very clean, artists are friendly, and while their prices may be on the higher side for some, I felt comfortable paying what they asked because they were thorough. Theyre legit, by the book, and just dont want you to get in there for the money. Trust me, they get business, and the work is good, so just check them out....

I went there to get a nose piercing, they asked me to fill out paper work, when I was finished I was asked to come to the back, I walked in and seen he had needles that he was going to pierce me with out and the nose ring was out, nothing was in packages, he was handling all the tools with bare hands no gloves, I asked him why was nothing in the package? His response was that he was tryna have things move quicker for me, that makes so sense, then he said if I wanted him to re clean the tools it would take 30 min because those were the last tools he had for the day. Then he tried to reinsurer me I was safe. I just got up and walked out, I don’t believe not one of these good reviews, the piercer didn’t even have any piercings, I asked him why is that he said he didn’t like piercings. I’m glad I didn’t let him pierce me

Okay so I really like the tattoo. My son and I both had Mike. Super customer service. Awesome prices. NO REGRETS. We would recommend.

My Husband and myself went in today to get a simple nostril piercing, we called ahead and the person answered the phone told us to come in and we could talk to the piercer about what we wanted. The man who pierces is Mike, he was extremely rude and not professional at all. He didn’t have on a mask and was offended I asked him to have one on while he was piercing. I let him know this was my husband‘s first piercing aside from his ears, so with that in mind I expected him to go over what’s going to happen, what he had in mind as far as placement and what he was using to pierce him with. I Have these concerns or expectations because of my own experience of being pierced in the past and also and more importantly I was a piercer several years ago. He did not go over anything, he didn’t have a sign any paperwork nor did he discuss aftercare. He didn’t show us what he was going to be using he didn’t explain to us the gauge that he pierces with nor did we pick out the jewelry, he didn’t even tell my husband to breath or when he was going to piece him, he just jabbed him with the needle. Luckily I was a piercer several years ago I know how to care for piercings and tattoos. Sadly not everyone has this knowledge and I wonder if people go home not knowing what to do for their new piercings. His bedside manner was not desirable he was very rude and not personable, making us an overall bad experience.

Dylan has been absolutely amazing treating my daughter whom is 18 getting her first tat and my lil sister whom came and has keep coming from Albany NY just for him . The comfortability that he gives my girls speaks for its self with the time and travel. Highly recommend in his generosity and his great work in art. For all 3 of us.

I’m not sure what man did my tattoo but he rushed and the writing looks weird. Charged me $100 for 5 tiny words. I don’t recommend going to this place if you want QUALITY work.

I went last year to get my nipples pierced which was free because he was building his portfolio but I told him I was gonna go to the bank across the street so I can give him a tip, however my bus was coming down the street & I was gonna be late to work otherwise, so sorry about that. EVERYONE thinks their Kat Von D nowadays.This guy was completely unprofessional and dismissed me because he thought my idea was beneath him.I wanted simple descreet script lettering.This guy comes back with some fancy cursive lettering that I didnt ask for.And basically says My way or the Highway.Clearly I chose the highway.I choose to spend my money where Im respected and celebrated.Not where Im tolerated.I will never step foot in the Kadillac again!

The tattoo I had originally wanted done I was told couldn’t be done. I had gotten an adhd ribbon with the letters ADHD underneath. This is on the back on my neck which it totally off to the right ( not centered). My D’s look like O’s. Very disappointing for the price I paid and how it turned out. Would never recommend or go here again. I now have to cover up this tattoo.

Not a great experience the tattoo artist who did my tattoo was extremely rough and rude. He was too in a rush to eat his pizza after. My tattoo is healing and looks horrible he missed areas of shading in and the line work is horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I give zero stars

Tattoo artists dont need social skills, whose basement did you grow up in, maybe your thinking of barber shops , shrinks or mayoral canidates. They are a breed of their own, dont it hurt enough from the tat? If you were hurt by their words, methinks you aughta get thicker skin. Stay focused on the task at hand,grasshopper and suck it up.

The shop is clean, the artist took the time to listen to me and create something better than I had imagined! Im already planning my next tat.

Not a good experience at all went on to get a price on a tattoo and schedule an appointment but didnt even get a hello. I stood there for 38 minutes and got completely ignored by the staff until I finally decided to just leave . Wish I could give negative stars

I walked in and immediately got attitude. Youd think a place that works on people would have better social skills. And as I walked out from being tired of the attitude, the dude continued to talk back with major sass.
