Wonderful experience! Had my septum pierced and she did it so quickly and painlessly! It literally took me longer to pay and check out than the entire piercing experience. She was very knowledgeable and informative and let me know if I have any issues I can call her and she’d help. I definitely will be sending my friends to her and will be back soon!

Stopped in to replace a lost helix piercing and Paloma was top notch. She skillfully replaced my lost piercing and I started on my Right Ear cuff.

Her new piercing place is literally a back room . She changed ppl she was renting with but the vibe was 2/10 , I asked for a dermal literally was struggling to put it on because we didn’t fit in the room we were in I knew something wasn’t right 2 days later when I tried checking on it . I would message her about issue and scolded me for opening it up .obviously !! No something wasn’t right when you did it first .so I’m not trusting! Reminds me of when piercings were done at the swap meet at least those you had space and were a little honest ! Dnt recommend left me with a keloid forever and a bad taste in my mouth . Never going back to get pierced with her . Or in that place she calls shop.

Phenomenal experience, walked in so we did wait a short while but it was worth it, prices are good & space is clean. Paloma was quick & efficient.

I was completely nervous when I went in there but Paloma reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. She was in and out so fast that I didn’t think I had gotten a nose piercing Told me how to complete my after care. And told me i can always reach out to her if i had any questions. Paloma is a very nice lady.

I called, however, it went to voice-mail. Not even 5 minutes went by and she texted me! Very informative and although I dont think English is her first language she makes sure you understand what shes saying. She was late coming in and took 10 dollars off my piercings so no complaints here. I had my vertical labret done in the past, and it was extremely painful as someone with a low tolerance, so I was scared getting it redone. However, it was less painful surprisingly. I got my septum done as well which didnt even hurt 🫣 shes fast, and makes sure you see her using a new needle and using ink and a disposable tooth pick rather than a pen which is known to be bad piercing wise if youve done research. Im really impressed considering the price was really low. I was expecting it to be shady not going to lie, but Id recommend her to everyone in Arizona. Way less shady than other places in Phoenix.

I originally came in because I needed new earrings for my two helix piercings. They were causing issues and not healing properly. Even though Paloma doesnt usually sell earrings by themselves, she was extremely kind and allowed me to buy from her collection. Well, one thing led to another and I ended up getting a conch piercing. I have 4 other cartilage piercings and I was convinced that my ears just didnt like piercings, because they always took years to properly heal. My conch piercing was a bit irritated for a week and that was it. I have had no problems in the 3 months Ive had it and Im amazed. I wish I had all my piercings done by Paloma!

Took my daughter to get a piercing here and let me tell you, I was very impressed with her professionalism, the cleanliness of the area and how well she explained what she was going to do. She made sure to provide a little brochure with FAQ’s and indicated we could call with any other questions or concerns. She will definitely be our go to person for piercings. I have been going to 2012 Tattoo for years for piercings. Last year I was contemplating getting a Tattoo. This was the first place that I considered being that the staff is friendly, the shop is ALWAYS clean and they follow universal precautions of being sanitary.They did not disappoint. I was so happy with the tattoo that I went back a couple of weeks ago for another tattoo and I LOVE IT! I’ve only had piercings done so far and the only one I will go/take my friends to is Paloma. She’s so down to earth and genuine. I am planning to get a tattoo but still doing a lot of research I will update this review if I decide to get a tattoo here as well. They seem like amazing people!

I found Paloma the Piercers phone number from the reviews below, and I must say she is pretty cool. Prompt, polite and I got nervous about getting my nose pierced today at the last minute but she made it such a relaxing experience that I became relaxed too. I didn’t even tell her I’d be doing this review, but her work is sanitary and precise and I love my nose piercing. This makes my 13th piercing and if I get a 14th I’m calling Paloma!

This is definitely the place to go to if you want a piercing last minute. Just call first to be sure the piercer is available. Paloma was so nice, the shop was clean and she was quick.

2012 tattoo has the best body piercers and tattoo artists . paloma who did both piercings did an amazing job so if your wondering where to get your next piercing definately come here. juan who did my first tattoo did an amazing as well . he took the time to really capture what i wanted and really paid attention to detail. First of all the lady that did my daughter tattoo was awesome the problem i have is with the owner the lady so my grandkids was in her shop so my granddaughter drop potatoe chips on a accident on her floor she didnt give my daughter time to pick them up instead she goes to a 3 yr old child and snatch the can out her hand so my daughter facetime me to let me know what happen so i told her to just get her kids and leave as im telling her to leave this crazy owner hit my daughter and snatch her phone what kind of business owner is she if my grandkids was a problem she could of ask my daughter to leave but she better thank her lucky stars i wasnt there she was being so greedy wanting the money its sad you have people owning public businesss like hers but dont have no dam training in customer service

It was all fine until i left the piercing they gave me had a bad screw and i went back and told them they had a faulty screw on the piercing they had just given me and the charged me for a new one i would of had no rpoblem buying it but it was their faulty screw that didnt work i think i shouldnt of had to pay anything but i did NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!
