What an amazing experiment. Pam and Beth both make me feel at home every time I’m there. Today was my first removal session. 8 tattoos started today and I was able to see the difference and the discoloration already !!! Totally worth every penny. It’s a bit painful but Beth, the nurse, is so professional and lovely to work with. She made sure to explain every bit from beginning to end. I’m so grateful that this experience isn’t anywhere near as dreadful as I have heard from bad laser removal places. Super highly recommended if you’re ready to make a huge change to your body !!!

I’m very glad that I found Removery. It is such a nice place, very clean and professional. Pam and Beth are very friendly and warm people. Talk about quick and simple! The gals here made the process so easy and simple that I came in at 2 and left by 2:10. On top of being made simple the process for the actual laser didnt hurt nearly like I thought it would. Ive got a tattoo on the back of my hand thats getting removed and I was expecting it would hurt like no tomorrow but instead I found that it practically tickled! Color me impressed and surprised!! So if youre wondering where to go for getting work removed for whatever reason, Id say youre already at the right place.

After being cancelled on numerous times for multiple appointments by the north Phoenix location, I got transferred to this Camelback location. What a completely different experience. I was greeted kindly, immediately upon walking in, by both staff members. When taken back to perform the laser removal - the tech went over all the history, and all of the current questions on the questionnaire - and had me sign a form (which I havent had to do at the other location), she also went over the progress, the current state of the tattoo and told me we were right on track (the other location has never gone over that with me), and she iced the area for me making sure I was fully numb (the other location made me hold the ice myself and kept asking me if I was good to go, making me feel rushed) and she also offered me a stress ball to squeeze during the process (which the other location has never done). I have to say, this was a completely different experience than the other location, and I would recommend using this location! Could be a coincidence, but I feel that the results were better after one session here as well. Shout out to Pam and Beth who were both AMAZING

I have been on the hunt for a place to remove my 4-5 year old faded but still dark microbladed eyebrows. Once I called and spoke to Beth who was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions that most places were not able to answer I booked my appointment for the same day. We were able to remove 90% of the micro blading in one session. Beth was extremely comforting, knowledgeable, and she prepared you completely for the whole process. I highly recommend!!

If you’ve ever had laser tattoo removal you know it’s not the most comfortable or fun experience. I’m on my 9th treatment and seeing great results since I changed from Delete to this location after the business was acquired. It’s more a bare bones experience than the previous spa vibes but I appreciate the efficiency and seeing the tattoo disappear. I am also so thankful that they not only honored the treatment package I had purchased, but added free treatments until it’s removed.

Don’t keep looking, book your tattoo removal here! Removery is the place to be for tattoo removal. I was originally referred here by my dermatologist. I’ve been to the Chandler and Phoenix locations, both are excellent. The main location I visit is the Phoenix location. Marisa is always friendly and welcoming when I go in there. They are very easy to schedule with and highly accommodating. The technicians really take the time to explain the process to you, ensuring that you understand exactly what’s going on with the process. In my original consultation, they were not pushy at all and wanted to make sure this was something I was comfortable with. Each appointment, they make sure you’re as comfortable as possible, ensuring that it is a smooth process. Throughout all levels of the company they are truly invested in the journey and continue to serve their community by offering their top tier services.

Great place for tattoo removal. They use one of the best lasers in the industry and their package price was unmatched compared to anywhere else I checked in the valley. Marisa and Jackie are amazing! They understand that its not a very enjoyable process and help make it more manageable when Im there.

These ladies were so helpful and amazing!! I just went to a scheduled consultation sat down and she really took time to go thoroughly through the process. They are very transparent about pricing and the time it takes for tattoo removal. They were even able to get me a session same day right then and their once I decided to go all in and the actual session was so quick and the tech was so understanding of me taking breaks in-between. (The pain isnt that bad I just have a large tattoo so it can be a bit spicy). Hopefully no more regretful tattoos but I would come back here for every one of them! (:

The results from the treatments have been working well…But beware if you ever accidentally miss an appointment.They will only be able to schedule you for 2/3 months in advance… which will hold back your progress by a lot.Wish they would have sent a reminder text the day of instead of the week before.This whole experience has been annoying and has put a bad taste in my mouth for this business.

Very nice place and very friendly.. but I paid $400 for a session and had 0 results. I know everyone reacts differently, but it didn’t even fade the lighter areas and left darker discolored spots.

They used to be Delete and offered numbing injections. They stopped offering this after being acquired by Removery. I definitely feel the laser now more than I did previously but the pain is bearable. Today was my final service at this location. My appointment today was with Jackie and she was great to work with during this appointment and my previous one. I highly recommend them. Im just glad their Peoria location that is opening up soon as that is much closer to my home.

My first visit I was offered a deal I couldn’t reject. Jackie explained everything in detail to the tee. After my 3rd visit I can’t wait to go back to see her and Marissa they make my day they make everything comfortable.Oh yeah my tattoo is already fading faster then I expected!

Beware!!! This company took over from Delete tattoo removal. I had paid in advance for a package of b12 injections which I had not completed when they changed ownership. I was told that a refund was in the mail. I never received this refund. I called several times always being told someone would get back to me. No one ever has. This has been over approximately three months now. Beware of prepaying! To this day they have not refunded my balance due. Bad business practices and poor customer service, save your money and go elsewhere!!

Sad day when Delete was taken over by Removery. I was a loyal customer here for 4 years with nothing but great things to say about this place. I referred many people to Delete before it was taken over by Removery. I just had a tattoo removal session under new ownership and I will not be returning. They no longer offer lidocaine injections prior to your session which was the one thing that made them stand apart. “Icing will be just as effective at pain control” is a complete joke and no where close to true. Not only that, my session was more expensive than previous for the same size tattoo AND previously the price of the lidocaine was included which obviously was not given today. The laser tech was good however the changes made under Removery ownership are not. I will not be returning.

Since changing from delete to removery this place no longer offers any type of numbing and doesn’t wrap or even give you an ice pack when leaving. They used to take their time numb my tattoo, ice me, and then wrap it up and I’d leave with an ice pack. It is so extremely painful I was shocked numbing isn’t offered anymore and wasn’t told until I was in the room about to get my tattoo removal. Not only that but I was in extreme pain and the woman told me to leave the ice pack. I am not sure how I will continue my sessions without any type of numbing offered. I would not recommend this place at all.

Seriously beyond any expectations. The micro blade/shade removal service was phenomenal. Desiree was so professional. I felt like she was a friend by the end. I went for a consultation and ended up doing my first session the same time. Although not typical results, my brows lifted almost 100% after 1 session. I am truly amazed and how great this was. I would send anyone looking for removal services to Delete. Great job!!

Read the newest reviews. This business used to be “Delete” the good reviews are from before they were bought out. I loved Delete, gave this new management a try and prices increased drastically and the results were a joke. I told them I would not be back and they said they would look into why I had no results with them if they were using the same machines as Delete. No one ever got back with me. Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your services.

Tick all the boxes when it comes to Delete! They have been consistently providing excellent medical treatment and care since I found them in 2011. Their treatment protocols produce instant results, staff are well trained, professionally schooled and they are very easy to communicate and work with concerning appointments & customized care. Prices are excellent for Phoenix. I went to another laser salon and they quoted $4000 as opposed to Delete quoting under $400 for the same treatment. I miss Dr. Mundt but the staff here is always genuinely concerned about patients, their health, positive outcomes and tangible results. Overall, best medical staff, best equipment and best treatment packages so that youre confidently in and out with zero drama. Would highly recommend!

Very disappointed with the lack of service I received trying to get an appointment at this place. I had filled out an online form for tattoo removal and received a call. When I returned the call I was sent to voicemail, left one and never heard back. So I called again a few weeks later, no answer and again left a voicemail. The third time I reached out I was finally able to connect with someone who then scheduled my appointment for the wrong office, so I AGAIN had to call back and have them cancel and reschedule for the correct office. Today 11/19/2022 ( over a month after my initial inquiry ) they call to tell me they need to confirm which appointment I will be making it to because I have two scheduled, so whoever initially scheduled me didn’t fix their mistake. At this point i said forget it. I have never had such a hard time trying to schedule something as simple as a consultation. Imagine trying to schedule the actual laser appointment!

Jackie and Marisa at Removery at that Camelback location are amazing, patient and super knowledgeable. They both answered all my questions, which there were a lot of questions! I wanted to get my microbladed eyebrows removed and Jackie has done just that! She removed the dark pigment and I will be returning to remove the rest in a follow up appointment. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner….Thank you ladies for all your help!

I have had six (6) sessions for the IV nutrients along with the (b-12 and fat burner) shots. Feel great every time.I have seen Sam, Porsha ( not sure of spelling) and the main Dr. All have been amazing. Sam is the primary nurse there now ( Chandler location). And I feel she’s just amazing! Always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed every time. I would recommend this office and the IV nutrients to anyone looking to boost their health.

I am on my last tattoo removal treatment and it is amazing...its almost completely gone! I had a large red, orange and black tattoo on the back of my neck that I got to match an ex-partner. I wanted it gone because of the memories and for professional reasons. Dr. Mundt has been so great and I always enjoy my visits, all the staff is so friendly. I had such a positive experience that now I am having laser hair removal and spider vein removal done and theres already a huge difference! A++

All of the positive reviews for this place were from before Removery took over. After they took over, they nearly TRIPLED their prices. I used to pay 115 for the SAME laser and SAME techs under Delete and Removery raised my price to 270! I pay 100 at Phoenix Skin for the same thing and Removery has no explanation for why they are supposedly worth 3x more. Save your money and choose a different company. I doubt they will be in business long with their ridiculous prices that are nowhere in line with the area.

This place is beyond amazing! The staff there is so nice and friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone. I started on one tattoo and decided to get my others removed. Dr.Mundt has been the one working on each tattoo with me and let me tell you.... She rocks! She is legit awesome at what she does! I was one of the unfortunate clients of Dr. Tattoff that paid in full but did not get the guaranteed treatment when they unexpectedly closed their doors and stopped responding to their clients. It has now been a year+ later and I figured I will never get my money back or the treatment that was promised to me, so If I want these half removed tattoos gone, I have to find another business. I did a quick google search and found Delete with really high ratings. I made a consultation appointment and began the removal process that same day (just last week). I love this place so far and I am so glad that my past experience didnt keep me from coming here. They are so welcoming and the Doctor really knows her stuff! Cant wait to finish my removals here. If you are looking around, definitely give this place a try!

Delete tattoo and Dr. B are amazing. They are doing a fantastic job with my friend Cory. He is so excited about getting his tattoos removed from his face and head so he can get back to a normal life. We were able to get the sessions paid for by the Fresh Start program which helps get people back in the work force by removing tattoos that affect their chances with potential employers. I was skeptical at first because I previously had tattoo removal done at a different place, with almost no results. I figured Id give it a shot here though. Im shocked at how quickly I started to see results. Im doing my entire face, so Im fairly impatient wanting to remove my ink. The pricing is very fair, and the doctors are extremely nice and make you feel comfortable. Yes, its painful. But its worth it, and the experience was not so bad thanks to the staff. They have the latest gear for the job, I wouldnt go anywhere else, personally. Cant wait to see the end result and finally feel confident with my face again!

Not only is everybody here so nice, but Dr. Mundt is incredible and I honestly believe I couldnt do tattoo removal without her! She is so reassuring, and funny, and makes the whole process all about you and your needs. Im currently only halfway done but the progress I have seen is so exciting. You get what you pay for here! Also, the office is super cute.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They could not care less about business/if you or they are on time or not. I’ve been here 2 prior times and had amazing experiences prior. This third time, despite it being my usual appointment time and day I had to WAIT for 30 whole minutes while the front desk ignored me, everyone acted like this was okay and when I said if I was 30 min late I wouldn’t be able to be seen they were extremely dismissive. Plus they had a no show for 10 am so what were they DOING. My appointments take 25-30 minutes so I actually had to wait here longer than my literal appointment. Don’t know why this occurred but I’m livid and unsure why they are so untrained in customer service. 0/5 go find a different removal place that actually works on time.

Their service was friendly but the results of the tattoo removal service was not. I paid UP FRONT for tattoo removal services from this establishment over 6months ago with a tattoo the size of a dime. I was guaranteed my tattoo would be gone, I paid $380 for laser removal service with the last paid session ending on 07/31/19. To this day my loved ones as well as myself havent noticed a difference.

Although Im only 2 of the expected 10 sessions into my Tatoo removal, Im already seeing results and Im very happy with the experience. Dr. Nelson is great, I highly recommend her! She does a good job of explaining the process and making sure you are as comfortable as possible. Shes also a good conversationalist, so the time passes quickly. The facilities are nice and clean and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at ease.

Dr.B and the entire staff have are so amazing! I felt very comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked in the door. I have been in the process of removing a large foot tattoo for 3 years and felt Id never be able to see it through. Ive had 3 laser treatments on it prior and could not continue because the pain was unbearable. Dr.B gave me lidocaine injections (not topical) and I didnt feel a thing! So happy to have found her :)

Ive been going to Delete for a couple years now to have tattoo laser removal, hair removal and multi-vitamin IVs. The service is actually 6 stars and not 5!. Everyone has been great and very easy to work with. Ive had treatments from Dr.Mundt, Dr.Murray, Desiree and lately Ive been getting most of my treatments from Dr.B. Dr.B is absolutely awesome and makes the entire process painless and worry free. I recommend anyone to looking for top of line treatment to go to Delete.

This was my first visit and I had scheduled micro-needling and a chemical peel. I have rather sensitive skin, so I was apprehensive.I felt immediately comforted walking in and seeing a medical center; the environment was exceptionally clean but also relaxing.The staff were knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment.

Staff is friendly and helpful, but the company itself is greedy and you can get better results for way less money at other places.

I do not recommend this place for tattoo removal, I stopped going to delete and started going to Phoenix skin on central for tattoo removal literally seen more difference in the ONE session I got at Phoenix skin then the 3 sessions I got at delete. Not to mention I was paying $220 for a 6 inch tattoo and at the other place only charged me $75 a session, they are professional and clean, my skin looks great. It’s really not about the money difference but the difference in my tattoo between sessions.

I recently had an accident that left me with a Road Tattoo. According to the plastic surgeon the Road Tattoo/ scare could only be removed by PICO laser because it was black and red. Since the scar was on my face I had some concerns. Jackie and Marissa were so kind and comforting the process was a breeze. I am happy to share after two treatments my Road Tattoo is gone. PICO really works and Jackie and Marissa are kind caring professionals.

The Dr injects numbing into my tattoos and I can barely feel her doing that.. then when she does the laser I cant feel a thing at all! Truly a life savor. They have the best machine on the market that is stronger, which means less treatments necessary. They are convenient and quick. Love the staff.

This place is top notch. Staff are so friendly and Dr. Mundt is super sweet and the best part is, it works. If you have a tattoo that you want gone then Its worth the money and its worth the drive if you live in the east valley like myself. Ive completed four sessions at Delete to date, and have just moved out of state, and will need to finish up with someone else.Like some, I was a little surprised at the estimated cost to remove my tattoo, mine was a full anklet, and Dr. Mundt estimated 8 sessions or more, and for a tattoo my size, the total cost would likely be over $2,000. She spent over 30 minutes with me during our consult, and I felt very comfortable with her, so I agreed to see her on a pay-as-you-go basis.Dr. Mundt is incredibly talented, compassionate, and friendly. Each time I went to her, we talked about my progress, and she ensured that I was good and numb before zapping away. I had one session that didnt go as anticipated, and Dr. Mundt made it right by displaying incredible integrity with regards to the cost.If you dont have all the money at once, I would recommend you spread out your removal sessions to every few months, so you can save up. Im convinced that you get what you pay for, and Dr. Mundt was able to remove over half my tattoo ink in four sessions. When it was time for me to move out of state, she helped me find another practitioner in Charlotte who uses the same laser, she sent me an email with all the information for the treatments she had given me to date, and gave me her personal contact number in the event I needed to followup with her.You will not regret going here. And do yourself a favor, dont skimp on the lidocaine injections. I have found tattoo removal to be incredibly painful without it, and Dr. Mundt makes the numbing injections affordable. You can even request she give you a prescription for topical numbing cream so you dont even feel the injection needles!Thank you Dr. Mundt, I will miss you.Sarah A.

Laser is strong and after 2 sessions of the pico laser I’m finally starting to see the tattoo fade! This is the only laser that has touched my purple and teal ink, and I have tried several lasers over the last 4 years. Very clean nice place and easy to get to..... it’s not cheap, but if it works, I’m happy to pay the price. Staff are wonderful Dr M who does the laser is very nice and accommodating ..... I have not used the numbing yet, although, the last session I had I almost wish I had, but I fought through the irritating snaps and finished it. I have an incredibly high pain tolerance, but for those who do not, I’d suggest getting the numbing shots .

Dr. Nelson is so amazing at numbing my foot before my tattoo removal! She literally stuck probably over 20 needles in my foot and I didnt feel a thing. She is so gentle! Highly recommend this place. They have the pico laser which is the best on the market for tattoo removal!

This place has been such a relief and a game changer. I was writhing around in Pain at Laser Away and would dread going. Delete Tattoo offers lidocaine shots for numbing and I literally feel nothing!! On top of that the staff are so warm and caring and at every appointment I feel so taken care of. Amazing results!!! I had migration from permanent eyeliner and can’t believe I waited this long to fix it! I did the Injectible Numbing and didn’t feel a thing. I tried other treatments with my artist that didn’t work, and it burned - very painful but the laser removal was pain free and it worked!

Recently was charged $25 due to some policy however what they failed to acknowledge was THEY canceled on me once for not having a laser machine that worked. Wheres my $25 fee for re-scheduling on me? Also, they sell tattoo removal it does not work. Better off getting a cover up!

Dr. Chung and I have been working to remove 8 tattoos on my legs, and both upper arms. Most have faded significantly. The price quote was very reasonable and its always a joy going to the office. I come all the way from Yuma, a 3 hour drive there and back, so you know it has to be top notch.If i lived in phoenix, id be recommending this place all the time. For years I wanted to get a botched tattoo on my hand off , I work at a dental office and this ugly thing was so visible I truly hated every time a patient asked what I had on my hand. Finally 1 day I decided its time to get rid of this thing. First consultation was great this office truly has the best equipment. 3 treatments later and bye bye tattoo . It has truly changed me, I no longer am embarrassed. Truly forget it was even there. What tattoo??

I recently had a nutrient infusion from the wonderful Dr. Nelson while battling a cold over the holidays. She clearly explained all of the benefits of the infusion and what I might feel during (cold hand, smell or taste of vitamins, etc.), so there were no surprises. I went as a referal from a friend for Hair removal. They gave me a great price. But after attending for a year every 6 weeks and hair grew back after a few months off. This may be a place for Tattoo removal only, not hair removal. :(

Would not recommend this place, treatment is not consistent. High turnover, I’ve asked several times for certain staff to do my treatment, months in advance. Day of the appointment, the individuals I’ve asked to do my treatment are not doing my treatment. The receptionist, stated they try to accommodate all patients requests. I asked months in advance for these individuals, and on top of that, they were there treating the person that came in after me! GO TO LASER AWAY!!

Former company was acquired and did not send a formal notification to customers. Refused to honor former pricing and discounts after spending over a year working on a tattoo removal.
