My friend and I were feeling spontaneous (shocker!) and we stopped here and got a tattoo. walk ins were welcome and there was so much to look at, the atmosphere was pretty chill and it was worth the price. high quality tattoo and it was relatively quick. he offered any touch ups were free and was super nice when informing us about the upkeep and cleaning/lotion timing etc. we had a great time. thank youuuu.

Sean does all my ink now. I feel so beautiful with all my tattoos. I was nervous getting tattooed because of a bad experience at another shop but I found Sean on Instagram when he posted his tattoo of the week and just had a feeling to go in, and ever since hes been my go-to artist! His hospitality and passion for art speaks for itself! Amazing quality work. Getting tattooed here at this shop has been a highlight of me moving here to Phoenix. Thank you Sean. See you soon.

I’ve been coming to this shop since I was 18. I got my first tattoo here and I can’t go anywhere else. I’ve had both Evan and Veronica. Veronica is the BEST! She is so kind and funny and talented. She really takes the time to listen to what you want and make sure you love your tattoo. She’s done amazing work on me. I’ve never been to a better shop than here. It’s just one of a kind with both of them being some of the coolest people you’ve ever met. You’ll never be disappointed at Crawling Squid!

Veronica has done almost every single tattoo on my body and I wouldn’t ever consider going elsewhere now! She is beyond talented and very friendly. The shop is very clean and has a welcoming environment which can be hard to find in the industry. Evan and Chris are also very talented & nice.

I had a tattoo cover up done by them. The tattoo artist was named Sean Barry. He drew me this amazing jack skeleton with flowers and vines. It fit my personality perfectly and not knowing anything about me. He was amazingly nice. The place was well lit and very clean. And had line work and coloring done in 3 hours. I got it done on December 27th and the aftercare he told me to use worked quickly. I would never go anywhere else for a tattoo. They where the best. Thank you so much for this masterpiece Sean Barry.

So impressed by the quality of my tattoo. I came in with an idea and my artist Veronica managed to draw up exactly what I had in mind in no time at all, and it came out better than I could have imagined. I have been coming to this shop for 5 years with my best friend. I always wanted a tattoo, but never took the leap! Veronica owns my left arm. She gave me my first ever tattoo two years ago, and when I was ready for my next one, I went straight back to her. She is a gifted artist, and also has an incredibly light hand. She lays down dark black lines and her shading is beautiful. She’s also really fun and funny, as is the owner, Evan. Great shop, great vibe. I’m all in.

Evan did the best matching tattoos for my husband and I. Was a very relaxing good experience. He was very considerate of us the whole time we were there and made sure we were happy with our tattoos. We enjoy the fact that he also offered free touch ups after our tattoos have healed if they need them. 10/10 would recommend and we plan on going back for more. Husband has a few friends looking for tattoos he also intends to send their way.

I get ink work done every other week from Evan and I won’t go anyplace else. He takes his time, we work on what I want tattoos of together and then he works his magic. I’m mostly working on arch angels and demons right now, but I plan to get several other pieces done as well! Great shop, good people, excellent work! I’ve been getting tattooed by Veronica since like 2014 and in that time she has turned my body into ART. I have two almost complete sleeves by her, some beautiful leg pieces and every single tattoo is so thought out and executed. Veronica cares so much about the work that she puts out and values your input. This shop isn’t like most that are intimidating to walk into or lack customer service. Her and Evan are both fantastic and passionate about tattooing. You won’t regret getting tattooed by either of them.

I worked here for a few months helping around the shop and it was nothing less than a wonderful experience. Evan and Veronica are extremely caring and understanding people, the work they have done is amazing. This is not only their job but also their passion which can be seen with the detail and care put into every piece they do.

I got my first tattoo here and the employees were so calming. They talked me through the process, which had calmed my nerves a lot. Now I’m planning to go back and get another one done by Veronica. She does very thorough tattoos. She is very detailed oriented. Would recommend her to any one looking to get a tattoo.

Very poor quality tattoo i am very disappointed considering it was my first tattoo it was very rushed and now i have to get it fixed somewhere else:(update: 2 weeks later and parts of my tattoo are just starting to disappear, i understand it is a finger tattoo and it fades but it should not completely come off especially this soon. honestly kinda glad its coming off considering it looks nothing like what i wanted. ethan did a horrible job on my first tattoo and i want him to know i an very upset. he rushed and finished this tattoo in less than a minute, not acceptable at all. a tattoo is not something that can be erased and done again, this is on me for the rest of my life….if it doesn’t come off like the rest of it

Sloppy Work Im happy with my tat solely for the meaning behind it but its amateur work at best the ribbon that wraps around is going in front instead of wrapping around the back which destroys the depth of the entire piece and they didnt have a steady hand so from afar it looks fine but when you start looking closely it looks like a 12yo just practiced on me for the first time take your money elsewhere

I recently got a tattoo here and it was a mistake to come here, my tattoo has nothing to do with how I wanted it, I was carried away by the comments thinking that they were going to make me a good piece but it was the opposite now I will have to do another expense to cover it.That was the example of the tattoo I wanted but they didnt get it right, the only way to fix it is by covering it up

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Recently just started getting into tattoos have a few of my own and just bought my own gun, walked into the show because it’s local to ask for recommendation on where to buy supplies, and the older gentlemen with grey hair was insanely rude and said “I’m not telling you, figure it out yourself”, and continued to insult me to the point we’re I walked out the door, wouldn’t recommend this place
