I went in to get my third lobes and Tragus done and had a fantastic experience! The shop is very welcoming & clean. Dj was awesome he did my piercings and he was very friendly, thorough and really knowledgeable! This is definitely my new go to place! Can’t wait to go back for more!

I found this place on Google for a piercing. I didn’t make an appointment and they were willing to take me! His hospitality is top notch! I appreciate his feedback for placement. Keeping in mind of my anatomy and what he recommends especially for the healing process. I came back again almost a year later and he still remembers me! This time I got 3 piercings. Pricing is great! Maybe I’ll come back and get more piercings again later 🤔

Recently I brought my daughter to Extreme Tattoo and piercing to get her ear lobes pierced by DJ. He is a very thorough piercer and made sure I understand all care and options in care solutions as well as talking with my young daughter in a way appropriate for her age. I can tell DJ is a father by the gentle and fun way he took care of my daughter and made this experience fun and memorable for her. I highly recommend Extreme Tattoo and will probably be back myself.

This guy had to fix this nose piercing that this junkie spider did out front of Harold’s carol bike week 24. Extreme tattoo did it the proper way! Spider is a junkie scumbagg that has to do events cause he no good! Spider did a tattoo on this hillbilly that got an infection. Someone needs to infect his head. Love to find this junkie and put him out of business. Extreme is 1000% better and a CLEAN studio, not behind a dumpster behind a hillbilly bar.

DJ was able to take me right away for piercings and I could tell he really cared about the job he was doing. Very professional and they are beautiful! Definitely would recommend.

Lost the jewelry on a newish piercing. Went in and DJ got it all cleaned up and put some fresh jewelry in. He was very friendly and the shop is nice and clean. Will definitely be back.

DJ made the whole experience so quick and easy! I called ahead to schedule an appointment a few days prior just in case, and within 15 minutes of me coming in, I had the piercing I wanted! It was quick, easy, and DJ had lots of great know-how about piercings. I definitely recommend others to go here!

Came in because the helix piercing I got done at a different shop got really infected. They cleaned it up, replaced with a better earring, and gave a bunch of helpful info. Less than 24 hours later the infection was gone and I’m digging the new earring! Super friendly shop, we’ll be coming back for our next piercings!

Excellent experience. Daughter got her nose pierced. She was nervous and got a little light-headed during the procedure. Owner was very comforting, explained every step of the process to her, and made her at ease. After care instructions were precise and let her know he was available for any concerns if needed. I took my 4yr old here a few months ago to get her ears pierced and I couldnt be happier. The experience at the shop was awesome they made my baby comfortable and made her laugh. I wanted to wait until her ears were totally healed to write an honest review and they healed perfectly!!!! This is exactly why I made the decision to go to an actual piercer and not have them done with the gun. You guys rock and my little looks so cute wearing all her different earings now =)

The owner does such a great job and is super knowledgeable. Hes the only one Ill let puncture holes in my loved ones. Super clean, personable and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate us as customers.

Called ahead about getting my eyebrow pierced. Said they had time and got there about 10 minutes later and before I knew it paperwork was done and I was sitting in the chair. I went for a horizontal and underneath the brow. He looked at maybe two photos and went on with it. Placement is perfect and I barely felt a thing. Incredibly knowledgeable and really informative on the aftercare. 24 hours later and it looks great with minimal swelling. Ill be back whenever I decide to get something else pierced!

Paid 500$ for a very detailed wolf (was supposed to be) told me they had the skill obviously they don’t stuck with a tweaked out fox on my arm shame on you

Showed up early to my appointment and was seen immediately. Had my helix and my right nostril done at the same time and had a very, very pleasant experience. The gentleman who did my piercings gave me all of the information I needed for aftercare and was extremely professional and kind during my visit. Its been about a month now and this has been by far the best experience Ive ever had with piercings (Ive had quite a few) and they have never healed as well as these are. after about a week and a half I basically forgot they were there because there was no pain or discomfort from the healing. Extremely satisfied with the service provided and I will continue to go back to this shop for any future piercings and jewelry. highly, highly recommend.

DJ was closing up shop when we drove up. I was in desperate need of replacement jewelry (Im from out of town) and he opened his shop up just to help me. VERY much appreciated his help... a vacation lifesaver because I would have cried if my piercing had closed haha.

A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!I had a dermal piercing on my hip that needed to be removed ASAP because my skin had starting forming over the piercing. I reached out to a few different places and either didnt get a response back or had a difficult time with scheduling an appointment to be seen. I was so desperate I went as far as seeking treatment at a Urgent Care, who suggested I go to the ER for my problem instead because they didnt have a special tool that is needed to remove the piercing. Urgent Care also mentioned that there would have to be cutting and stitches involved just to have it removed with no guarantee of it being successful. My SAVING GRACE was Extreme Tattoo! Darryl who is the owner, took care of me and was ATTENTIVE and PROFESSIONAL. I felt he was very KNOWLEDGEABLE and HONEST about the removal process that also came with what I believed to be a FAIR PRICE! He made what I was expecting to be a painful and scary experience as COMFORTABLE for me as possible. No cutting or stitches were necessary! It was apparent to me that he has been in the business for quiet some time, knows what he is doing, enjoys his job, and CARES about his CUSTOMERS. I cannot thank him enough! I HIGHLY SUGGEST anyone looking to get a piercing (especially one removed) or a tattoo to check out and CONSIDER Extreme Tattoo. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I was a bit nervous about getting a nose piercing but DJ made the whole process very smooth. He eased my nerves, was very sociable and made me laugh. Before I knew it he was done. I highly recommend this place. I was very pleased with the results and service. My husband and I will definitely be returning for tattoos.

I received a piercing from this shop. After realizing I needed to get my ears re-pierced for a wedding the following day I called around and this place was the only place with availability. The owner pierced my ears and did a awesome job. The shop is very nice and clean. A year later I came back to purchase new earrings after I lost mine and they dropped what they were doing to help me find the size I needed. I cant speak for the tattoos but the piercings are great and the customer service is excellent!

I was BLOWN AWAY by the kindness and the understanding of the owners and GREAT ARTIST Michael. Me and my son were getting matching tattoos and a couple other ones each. This was my first time getting a tattoo and the amount of time they took to make sure everything was sanitized was way beyond what we expected. The art work was 100 times better than what we sent them. I will be recommending Extreme Tattoo to everyone I know who wants tattoos and piercings.

DJ is the man!!!! Went here some months ago to change out a piercing and loved the service.We walked in 30 minutes before close and he took incredible care of my sister in law, he was so professional and helpful, answered all our questions and sent us on our way with plenty of info and care tools. So so glad we went with this place, especially because everywhere else we called didn’t have any openings. If you need to get a piercing done of any kind GO TO DJ!!!

Overcharges for tattoo. Owner will always state he can’t find the contract/you went to the wrong shop. Nope Darryl, it was your shop. Disappointed because I went to your shop for a fair and honest price. You instead doubled the price. Oh and I couldn’t walk out it was my daughter’s birthday. I called and scheduled an appointment also they day we arrived you seemed annoyed we were there and you had to “sketch“ the tattoo she picked out. Hopefully DJ got his $80 tip.Have a wonderful day.

I brought my 5 and 7 year old to have their ears peirced for the first time. It is clean, quiet and parking is easy. Both my daughters piercings were fast and as pain free as was possible. They look great and have healed really well with no complications. Very professional, sanitary and well done.

Very knowledgeable! Recommended a different style of nose piercing for me and just putting it in at home it ALREADY feels more comfortable. Also shared info on how best to help the skin around it since I have damaged it a bit. Friendly and all around great service and clean shop!!Remember to bring cash!

Got a piercing done not too long ago. The owners are really great people, the man pierced my nose while the lady called their shop dog to calm me down. It was a great experience, they were like family to me, the showed care and compassion, piercing looks amazing, price was right and the business was super clean and modern looking.

My friend and I went to Extreme Tattoo to get tragus piercings on our ears. We had checked out several locations prior, (one we walked out on because the vibe was shady.)We made an appointment here (which they recommended over the phone, so you arent waiting awhile - first good sign) Upon entering this place, it was SUPER clean, (hand sani at the front as you walk in!) everyone was super kind and professional. Our piercer was super knowledgeable, made sure all questions were answered and provided some great tips. We were super happy with our experience and would for sure recommend this place for piercings in a heartbeat.PIC: Day 2 - no redness at all!

This is such a great place!!! As soon as my daughter and I walked into their doors it was nothing but a warm welcome as if they had known us for years... Ryan was great with explaining everything to my daughter as he was piercing her noise and what to expect after.... my fiance and I are planning to revisit them to have Brad do our King and Queen tattoos... This place is amazing! the piercer was so nice, the appointment was quick and easy, and the piercing looks perfect! they give you a lot of good advice and free stickers if you ask for them!! definitely going back for other piercings and tattoos!

This place was tattooing at NASCAR in Phoenix and did a tattoo I had wanted They quoted me 2 hours. 6 hours and $450 later they were finished. I removed the protective plastic they put over it after two days and immediately noticed that the writing looked unfinished in the middle of the tattoo. I went back to the shop and talked to them. The owner was a complete douche and had no clue what he was talking about. He said the plastic had pulled the ink out of the lines, he never even looked at the tattoo. An apprentice was saying that I could just go to another shop later, pay more money, and get if touched up. This place is a complete joke and the owner literally doesn’t care about his business or clients. It was like I was wasting his time telling him my concerns. Please don’t go to this shop! It’s awful

In remembrance of my son Jon. My daughters and I got Tattoos at Extreme Tattoo. The staff are genuine whole hearted people. The artist were fabulous. Sailor Mike and Prince are great artists. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Did I mention this was my first tattoo!

I dropped in for a walk in tattoo, and was very impressed with not only the extremely friendly staff but the reassurance my tattoo artist, Phoenix I think his name was, gave me. It was my first tattoo and I couldnt have asked for a better experience as someone with a pretty extreme needle phobia. The tattoo I had done was a design I made and the way it was copied almost exactly was really impressive and the linework is even and beautiful. Im debating getting it colored or just black and white shaded, but either way I will be back for my next tattoo once I save up enough! Ive got the tattoo bug now and am planning a sleeve! Thanks DJ and everyone else for making this a fantastic experience for me!Edit: your dog is also adorable and a total lovebug :)

Dj does not stand behind his products. I received a Christina piercing and it is crooked. Then the jewelry he placed didnt look right when I got home. Later that week I took it out and the stone was broken in half. Went back and all he could say is Ive never seen that happen. He said he would talk to the company he uses for jewelry and get baack with me. He never did. I still have broken jewelry. He was very unprofessional

The staff at this shop is very friendly. This was my first tattoo and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. My 17 year had her nose pierced. They explained everything and it was a great experience for her.

We had the best work done on my neice. Ryan has the best personality and Diane is the most curtious and nice owner of the business I would 100% recommend this establishment. Ryan was super clean changed gloves frequently and the work station was super sterile and very tidy. Every time he used a different needle he used new sealed packages and showed us each time. We drove to this establishment from Williams az. It was a 3.5 hour drive and I would do it again. We loved the experience we had with Ryan . My neice was so happy

I got my 1st tat here may 2019. It was a Celtic symbol that represents mother & son, in memory of my son who was murdered in 2014. I just got my 2nd tat of a phoenix. Not only because it represents Rise Again but also Represents SkyDive Phoenix for the AshDive I did with my sons ashes. I am beyond Satisfied with both tats. Employees were freaking awesome. The atmosphere was very clean, organized, and comfortable. The only reason I give 4 stars is for prices. Other then that I have and would recommend Extreme Tattoo

Best place in town to get your piercings! Guy was extremely cool when I went to get my nose pierced.... Has a variety of colors at this location and came out amazing. With COVID being a current issue store was very well cleaned.... 10/10

I walked into this tattoo shop with high expectations due to the other highly rated reviews. As soon as I showed the shop owner what I wanted as my tattoo, she immediately shot me down and questioned my reasoning behind the tattoo I wanted. First off, it was rude. Why do tattoos need reasoning behind them? Also why would you shoot down a potential customer just because I am a young girl? I then proceeded to get lectured as if I was a small child listening to its mom. It was incredibly condescending and made me angry. Like this lady literally had a koi fish tattooed on her arm! What is the reasoning behind a fish??!! The only reason this place is getting any star rating is because of the dog. Horrible customer service... all they did was make me feel horribl

I just had a 6hr tattoo done by Roderick at Extreme Tattoo and couldnt be happier. GREAT artist who took his time, paying attention to detail and gave me an awesome tattoo. The owner was very nice, and I had an all around great experience.

Came in for their Friday the 13th deal back in September 2019. However I learned after the fact that the owner/management have Pocketed tips from the artists. Definitely will never come back here again for the sake of the artist.

Went in there was nobody there at all no business or anyone to say they were bad or good so I trusted them.Got my second ear love RE PIERCED for $120.00 having done that before I knew what to expect.3 days later I get out of the shower and the top ball falls out.I call in the guy DJ is rude says I have to come back in and that they do that because its loose.In my experience the piercer is supposed to tighten it enough so it doesnt fall out whenever.Bad experience will not go back will not recommend

Couple years ago when i was about 17 years old i was stupid enough to go to a shop without even looking at reviews or checking out there work. Im not talking about this shop, but the artist bingo which use to work at a shop called inksane gave me a tattoo i regreted for years! I wanted blessed written in small letters on my hand. Instead of blessed he wrote beessed. It was so embarrassing rocking that tatt and finally i got it covered up because laser removal was to expensive. Thanks bingo for all the embarrassment you brought to me for all those years. And he didnt even give me a refund or help fix it lol now i got a dope rose over it. Finally i can show off all my tatts.

I worked for this shop and had to leave for family emergency. Was given a check for the money I earned and went to cash it only to find out the crooked owners stopped payment. These people are crooks I strongly recommend not supporting people who scam hard working people. Do yourselves a favor and take ur business to an honest shop. Do not support crooks
