I had the honor of getting my first tattoo from this shop by my favorite tattoo artist Kelsey. She is an amazing and upcoming talent. I have gotten 6 tattoos with her and I have at least 3 more planned in the near future. There is also a lot of very talented artists who all seem to really work well in a team. It is a very friendly atmosphere and i truly felt like a guest and not a client. Treat your self to a tattoo and book with Kelsey ASAP.

Got tattooed by Antoinette and am thrilled with the results. She reworked 2 of my tattoos that I thought were lost causes and came in when she didnt usually work just to accommodate my schedule. Forgot to confirm my appointment and she still showed up. The shop was very clean and comfortable. Cant wait to get an original piece done by her. Would highly recommend.

I got snakebites here! liam was my piercer and he was so sweet and made me feel super comfortable. he really lets you speak your mind and overall just wants to make you feel happy with your piercings.

Got a tattoo by Dave on Friday. With 100% certainty, I can say that he will be my artist. He is amazing. Great attention to detail and takes pride in his work. He wants to do something youll love and he will be proud of. Hes new to Boundless but not to tattooing. Im extremely happy with the work he did on my arm. Although I have several tattoos, all are in hiding (back, feet, thigh), I told Dave I wanted something that was actually art and something I would be proud to show off being visible on my arm. He did not disappoint. Thanks Dave for the great tattoo and experience. Also the shop is extremely clean and big. You walk into the lobby but the basement is huge. Overall, it was a great experience.

I’ve got a handful of tattoos at boundless over the past 7ish years but today i got mynose pierced by Aaron! he did an amazing job.. explained every step & made me feel really comfortable. super happy with how it looks!

This was my first time at boundless and I will definitely be going back! Everyone was super friendly and the shop was clean. I highly recommend Liam for piercings! He was very patient and knowledgeable. I will be recommending him to everyone! He is great at what he does and made the entire process super comfortable.

Walked in on a Friday, artist was great. Super fun atmosphere and the artists are funny and great. Will go back soon. My artist was Stephen, more traditional based. They have a wide range of artists with different styles.

Im 16 years old, and just went in to get my first ever piercing (ears). Staff was very helpful, and the piercer was very nice and friendly. Got it done quick and easy. Only downside was maybe the price, but id much rather pay more to have a good piercing than go somewhere super cheap. I would definitely recommend.

Took my daughter to get her first piercing and Liam was AMAZING! VERY informative and made both I and my daughter extremely comfortable with the whole process. Highly recommend!! The place is pretty dope too!

Went in to get the other side of nostril pierced for the third time because I was unhappy with a different shops placement of the original. Came here after reading multiple positive reviews about the piercer Liam. He was very patient and knowledgeable and exceeded expectations. I ended up getting my conch done as well. 11/10 satisfied with both Liam and the company’s care and attention to detail.

Liam is awesome. I had a problem with embedded piercings 2 days in a row. My ear was swollen 3x normal. He got them out as gentle and quickly as possible and was able to save both piercings, replacing it with correct jewelry. Thank you Liam!

I went in a few weeks ago for a F*&$ Cancer tattoo. First of all the price of that tattoo was super reasonable, i wouldve paid more, and when I told my twin brother about it, he came in and got the exact same tattoo. I literally just sent an email to the tattoo artist because my BFF wants to get one as well (the exact same one)Tom (tattoo artist) was very professional and clean, the entire SHOP was extremely clean, im not sure it was the owner or just am employee of the shop, but this gentleman always had something in his hand.After the stencil was placed on me, the tattoo artist had another artist come and double check the placement, and i watched that happen a few more times as I was sitting there.I cant say enough about this shop or the quality of the work and professionalism they display. I plan on visiting again very soon.

Im 17 and got my ears pierced today by Liam! It was an amazing experience; the staff was incredibly nice and Liam walked me through every step. He showed me the sterilization process and I was impressed by how clean the facility was. 10/10 would recommend for all ages

Went in as a walk-in and the staff were friendly. I was looking to get my first tattoo and Carlos was a great artist who gave me exactly what I wanted.

Walked in for a Daith piercing. Liam was excellent. He was really nice, explained everything step by step, the whys and hows, and warned me it was a pretty painful piercing, but he was so smooth and seamless with it, it barely hurt. HIGHLY recommend. Super awesome shop too!

George was the most humble artist I’ve ever worked with. He was patient and open to my ideas/input with any adjustments to my tattoo before or during. He took his time to make sure He got every detail right. Such a great experience and I’m beyond satisfied with the end result. This was a meaningful tattoo and George was the right guy for the job! The shop was clean with such awesome decor and the staff were friendly with great sense of humor. I will definitely be returning for my next tattoo here with George☺️👍

Liam is an amazing piercer and all around such a cool dude! So far, he’s done my septum, which is completely straight and healing wonderfully, and most recently pierced some snakebites for me! After about a month he switched them to shorter bars for me and the angles and positioning are absolutely perfect. The quality of work done is 100% worth the cost, and every visit he makes sure I’m as comfortable as possible. He answers any and all questions I have, and is extremely careful throughout each process - not just in terms of handling my face, but also when prepping and making sure everything is clean and sterile. I will definitely be going back as soon as I can to get some more piercings done. And in the future when it’s more in my budget, I’ll hopefully be back at Boundless for some tattoos!

I got my doubles pierced by Liam and it was such a great experience!! So clean, took time to make sure they looked right and walked me through every step in the process. I’ve been in a lot of tattoo shops and this by far has been one of the best experiences! Looking forward to coming back!

I went in today and got a piercing done by Liam. I called ahead same day and asked if a walk-in was okay and whoever answered the phone was extremely nice and informative telling me it was just fine to come on whenever I’d like. Then I got there and immediately was greeted by all of the employees standing there and Liam spoke to me about the piercing I wanted to get. It’s been ten years since I’ve had a piercing done but he made sure I felt comfortable. He was attentive and made sure I liked the placement and angle of the piercing. He explained to me the aftercare and answered all the questions I asked and then some. He’s a super cool guy if I decide to get more piercings I’ll be back here 100%. Rest assured that they’ll take care of you.

I came here to get my first tattoo as a walk-in and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure on the process but I told them what I wanted. They said ok and didn’t ask any more details about what I wanted or bother to learn my name. I came here because I know of Mikey from the hockey family and I want to support him. I hope next time is a better experience and more than a transaction.

Recently got my navel pierced by Liam and he was so sweet and kind and comforting for every part especially considering I am prone to fainting. He was extremely wonderful and very accommodating. Not only was Liam very kind, but everyone else in the shop was super helpful as well and provided me with everything one could ask for. I would definitely recommend coming here to get pierced rather than anyplace else because they are exceptional and also the best place in the area. He is also super informative with anything that could go wrong and with every step of the process. I got my nose pierced by Liam the other day and it was an amazing experience! It was sterile and comfortable environment. In previous experiences with getting piercings and other piercers I’ve felt like I couldn’t ask questions or voice concerns. Here it felt very comfortable Liam answered all my questions and was very friendly about it the whole time. I can’t say anything bad 100% recommend his work and will be back!

I was looking for a reputable place to get a new piercing done and i stumbled across Boundless Tattoo! Liam was incredibly nice and friendly, and he seemed just as excited as I was to do my venom bites :) I felt more than comfortable to be getting my piercing done there. He walked me through the process and explained the aftercare to me and then proceeded to take the time needed to make sure my piercing came out exactly how I wanted it. Everything was clean and sterile and I absolutely loved how it came out. Will for sure be coming back here for another one!

Liam did the best job on my nose piercing. From consulting through email to the moment I walked in the shop he was friendly, attentive, and excited to do the piercing. He was very sanitary with his work and took the time to make sure placement was perfect. Seeing his passion and the pride he took in his work made me very confident in my piercing. I would 100% come back for future piercings with Liam.

Took my daughter to get her belly button pierced by Liam over the weekend. It was a great experience. The place was nice and clean, everything was very sterile and professional. Liam went through the process with us and allowed us to ask questions. He was so nice and made my daughter feel super comfortable. Everyone there is so incredibly nice and respectful! You will truly feel valued as a customer. Aside from their amazing work, I loved their signs that very openly expressed their zero tolerance policy of hatred to anyone, no matter their race, gender, or sexuality. Never felt safer in a tattoo parlor! Definitely the only place I will get a tattoo from!

Liam made me feel completely comfortable through the entire piercing process. he even kept asking me whats up? talk to me when he could tell i had something on my mind. he kept reassuring me that i got this which alone, was very relieving considering i was quite nervous. these were a bit more extreme and intimate piercings for me, but Ive been wanting them for a long time. Liam made me feel safe. he walked me through each step, even gave me a stress ball, although the pain was not as bad as i expected. he kept making sure his work was efficient, symmetrical, and still up to my standards. checked in with me the entire time. took his time even though i was a walk in. the piercings are healing fantastically. ...long winded way of saying, thank you Liam, i appreciate you and your work is above and beyond compared to other shops and people Ive been to! you made me feel like a badass lol. I will be back, hopefully the tattoo artists take as much pride in their work as well!

Tldr, While my tattoo design looks sick, it isnt what I wanted, and I was treated poorly by my artist from start to finishTbh, this was the worst tattooing experience Ive ever had. My artist was Claywater, and I will never be back to him. I made an appointment a month in advance and put down my deposit. When it came time for my appointment I got checked in and was then left to sat for about an hour when my artist walked past and the very nice man at the front desk called the artist over and told him I had been waiting for him. Claywater left, saying he was not ready, another 30 minutes go past, and he came out with my unfinished design. I asked him to make 2 small changes. They get changed, and I think its time to rock and roll, I change into my shorts and wait. Another 30 minutes passed, and it has been 2 hours since my appointment time, and the stencil is printed.Claywater lays down puppy piss pads on the chair Im meant to lay on, which was humiliating, not to mention he didnt properly sanitize his space. He places the stencil on my thigh, to which I reminded him this was to be a hip tattoo. He straight up told me no. He said he could raise it up a little higher, but he designed it to be a thigh tattoo so he would do it as a tattoo.In the consultation, in the appointment booking, in the check-in, I put over and over that it was a hip tattoo. I put numbing cream that i had bought from this shop on my hip in preparation. I should have left, but I didnt want to have invested this time on my day off for nothing.I continue with the tattoo despite everything. Overall, the tattooing process took 2 hours. I paid and tipped, used my deposit, and left. I only got the line work done. He used such a heavy hand when tattooing me. Theres a decent amount of blowout on the tattoo, I only got the line art done. He asked if I wanted to book for the shading, and I politely refused.Wont be back

Ive been tattooed by Andy a few times now and hes always great, I will continue to go back. This was my first time getting a piercing from Liam and he was badass. Very patient and explained everything to me. Definitely recommend Boundless

The piercer here is incredible! I have had a few piercings in the past at other locations and this was by far the best experience. Very kind and knowledgeable about the piercings and after care. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for piercings! Only con was the pricing is a bit pricey, especially the cost of the jewelry (which wasn’t informed of before the piercing). but would take the cost over a bad piercing!

I’ve gotten piercings at many different shops and all by different piercers. This is finally the place I will go back to. I was very comfortable and confident in Liam’s skills in getting my piercings right. He worked with me on placement and we talked it all out and I’ve already recommended him to a friend for her future piercings!

Hands down the best atmosphere I have come across in a Tattoo shop. Everyone was friendly and accommodated our group so well. Hannah was amazing, the groups tattoos look amazing and we cannot thank her enough for her time. This shop is one of the best shops Ive ever went to get my tattoos. I have 6 tattoos and 3 were done at this shop. The owner is amazing, friendly, and very welcoming. All the guys in the shop are super friendly. They make you feel very comfortable when giving the tattoo. The shop is very clean and well set up! I was just there the other day for my latest tattoo and I cannot say enough how much I loved it here! the parlor was so night and bright with a lot of cool and fun artwork everywhere. all the artists kept talking to each other and glancing at everyones work to see how things were going and overall it was so friendly and inviting here!

I showed him a photo with want I wanted and within minutes he tweaked the design. The tattoo he did on me is amazing. It looks better than the photos I saw on Pinterest of what I wanted. Went on my birthday, to treat myself to a tattoo. Very clean, was able to walk in a nd get tattood on the spot. My artist was very professional.

I had been going there for years, even bought the artist a gift for his new child… last time I was in there I felt beyond disrespected and taken advantage of. $150 a hour is a high price but they failed to let me know the uped the rate to $200 per hour untill after my tattoo.When I brought it up at the time of payment he stated he could have charged me more, but didn’t which I thought it was a complete joke because he was giving consultations during my time with him and taking cigarette breaks and eating. For some reason he thought I needed to pay for his time to do all that. Now he has done that in the past, but I kind a let it slide, because I am a very nice forgiving person, but this time he just slapped me in the face with it, and failed to tell me there new prices before tattooing me And to top it off now I have a tattoo that is missing Ink in parts and I don’t wanna go back there. I am now going to the constable. I called to ask why an email wasn’t sent out to the customers to inform them of this price hike and the one guy that always answers the phone there decided to get nasty with me so I see I am not as valued as I thought I was. I’m sorry, but I’ve also heard them talking about tattooing women with stretch marks, and how disgusting it was. I really had to toss this around to leave a review but every time I look at my tattoos and I see the damaged one it just bothers me and how he just took advantage of me. Just be aware this is my honest review.

I went in there to get my old nose piercing out because I was having problems with it and Liam was such a great help and he was very patient and respectful. Thanks to him, I now have a better nose piercing and I’ll definitely be back for another one.

Carlos did my first tattoo and it was the best experience! He was very easy to reach, always emailed me back so quickly and was so professional and kind. I first send him an idea of a lion and flower tattoo and told him to put his style into the tattoo and he did just that! When he sent me the sketch, I was AMAZED. The day of the tattoo, he was ready to start immediately. We first talked about the sketch and where I wanted my tattoo. He placed it in the perfect spot and made sure it was absolutely PERFECT before starting. He took his time, made conversation and was so personable throughout the whole tattooing process. He added such great details and his work is just so CLEAN and neat. The lines, the shading, everything was amazing. I told him I wanted my lion to look realistic and it is exactly that! I am SO happy with my experience and will definitely be going back to him to finish up my sleeve! I definitely recommend him whether this is your first or 10th tattoo! Hes awesome!

Clay did my flash tattoos for Friday the 13th - was super quick and next to no pain. So many designs to choose from that I definitely want to get another tattoo from him. Clean studio, great artists, fun environment- can’t really ask for more.

Ive had several tattoos done by a couple people from Boundless. They are clean, professional, and very artistic. Fun shop and great energy. I would HIGHLY recommend trying them out! You cant go wrong with whoever you see! Also for the first time I I bought theyre aftercare cream that the owners make homemade and its AMAZING. I will never use anything else on my tattoos. 2 thumbs way up!!!!

I started coming to see Dan over a year ago and Ive been so pleased with all the amazing work he has done on my sleeve. Ive spent a lot of time in this shop over the past year and I have nothing but amazing things to say. I can rave about Dan all day but I also need to mention how friendly and professional everyone else is there also. Its always fun sitting next to George and Carlos. lol I had a horrible experience at another local tattoo shop 15 years ago and was terrified to start getting tattoos again. Dan and this shop has built my trust up again and I wont ever go anywhere else. Ive recommended several people here and will continue to do so. Boundless is my tattoo home. ❤🤘🏻

Ive been looking for a place to get my next tattoo and stumbled across Boundless! I was immediately impressed by the 4.8 star rating and the amount of reviews. It seemed promising.As I dug deeper through the reviews, however, I was shocked at the way negative reviews are handled. The responses from the owner are sarcastic, rude, argumentative and overall unprofessional. I was turned off of this place before even visiting.As a business, the LEAST you can do is make your clients feel heard and respected; yes, even if you (the person responding to the reviews) personally disagree with the customers perspective.Responding to customer complaints is not the time to get a zinger in or prove anything. Its embarrassing, really.

I have been coming here since they opened in 2015 and worked with Mikey prior to that and they have always been super awesome and professional! I have worked with 3 different artists at this shop but most recently with Max. Everything they have done for me has been clean and quick and I cannot wait to finish my remaining projects with them!

Great, clean shop. Very bright lighting. Great ambience. The artists are all great to talk to and add to the overall friendliness. Dan Curatolo has done some amazing work on me and my wife and him and this shop are our only recommendation if someone asks where to go. Though all the work I have seen coming from the other artists has been of the utmost quality as well. If you are thinking about getting ink, go here first please. Went here to get my first tattoo. I was slightly nervous, but everyone in the shop was really cool and made you feel welcomed. George did a tremendous job and I expect to be back for some more work in the future!

My experience here was amazing. I have had all of my work done by Andy, and I refuse to go to anyone else. The shop is extremely clean and professional, but they make you feel very relaxed. Everyone at the shop is very personable and welcoming. Cant think of a better place to get work done. Go see Andy, hes an amazing artist and does excellent work!

I got my first big peice done by Dennis and words cannot describe how happy I am. The shop is clean and sanitized, all the staff are extremely friendly and talented. Dennis had to deal with my scheduling issues and he handled it with kindness and professionally. He and the other staff made my experience there outstanding one to truely remember. Every time I come in for a tattoo Carlos exceeds my expectations and adds his own style to each of them. He is an amazing artist and I will never go to anyone else!

Went in on friday the 13th for the $50 flash tattoos. complete and utter waste of time stood in line for two hours after they opened at 11am. mind you it was 19 degrees outside and super windy. they didn’t seem to care if people were freezing outside while waiting in line because not once were we offered to claim a number and go inside for warmth while we wait. also would not share the designs for the special on their instagram so didn’t even know if i was going to like anything if i somehow didn’t get hypothermia before entering. all round horrible experience never even made it into the building because they were literally only taking one person at a time every 15 min.

Cisco is awesome, hes done all but 3 of my tattoos and I have a lot. Ive followed him from when he first started in the field. Great artist! The shop was clean and professional. I will definitely be back, got to finish my sleeve.

I had a last minute ideas and Dan had a last minute opening so I messaged him and he invited me to the studio for the next morning. He understood what I wanted to get and I was out within an hour of coming in. Very quick, proficient, friendly and professional! Will be coming back!

Carlos did 5 small tattoos on me last year. They looked fine at first then later once I got home I noticed how crooked my tattoos were. After the tattoos healed all of them had large amounts of scar tissue. I followed all the aftercare that was recommended (I have 2 large tattoos by different tattoo artists that dont have any scar tissue and I followed the same exact aftercare). So I guess he didnt know how to properly tattoo or went too deep with the needle. Also the ink on all 5 tattoos has blowout. These tattoos are not even 1 year old and already look so bad. Very disappointing.

I patronized this particular parlor mid-day, on a Sunday, as a walk-in. Carlos was the first to address me and inquired about my desired services. He politely informed me hed get to me in about 30 mins. I was delighted and patiently waited. During that time, an incident occurred that got the staff a bit frazzled. As a customer, I was impressed at how well the staff discussed the matter without alarming the patrons. I sensed Carlos was a bit bothered but, he always maintained his cool and professionalism. Ive frequented more than a few tattoo establishments. Boundless Tattoo Co. is BY FAR the most thorough and clean Ive witnessed. The energy was pleasant and I didnt feel like an outsider. LOL. I felt valued as a customer and enjoyed the decor. Yes, Ive paid less for tattoos but, at the end of the day, Carlos made time for my last minute arrival and my tatt is EXACTLY what I wanted. Id pay again and again. I hope his day improved and that the staff and management realize he was merely being professional and avoiding being a jerk to an unwanted visitor. I would give them 0 stars if I could! Dennis asks for consultation and deposit. We came in for consultation but he really didnt give us much time. He really didnt want to discuss the tattoos we wanted. He took our deposit and scheduled our tattoo time. He really treats consultation time just to get your deposit. We got paid baby sitter to watch our kids on the scheduled date for the tattoo but little did we know, Dennis did not have us on a schedule. NOT once did he say he was sorry. He wouldnt give us the deposit back until when he got paid so I had to go back several days later to collect my money. Lots of time and money down the drain! I will never go back!

Just got my first tattoo from Dennis he did a phenomenal job , i couldnt be more happy . He was clear , focused and made sure I knew the whole process. The shop is great and had a very welcoming atmosphere . Will return again for some more tattoos in the future .

First thing I want to say is that this shop is very well kept and clean including the restroom. I was the first client to enter the shop and got a chance to see how the place was left the night before. All equipment was neatly put away, work stations cleaned and chairs were off the floor as the floors got cleaned as well. I also noticed that there were hand sanitizer stations all over place. This shop is clean. I also noticed the equipment was modern and up to date. I didn’t see cordless tattoo machines before until today.The tattoo artist I chose was Dennis who greeted me and guided me through the steps to the computer where you answer health questions and get registered in. We then discussed the work I had wanted. I had added a few changes to my original idea and was feeling unsure so he gave me a few new options and ideas which were much better ( I’m not an artist ).Dennis was polite , confident, and professional. He kept checking to see if I was comfortable as he listened to my stories. I noticed his sanitation certificates including a course specifically on COVID-19 prevention that was taken last spring. I was certain now that I made the right decision going there. I loved the quality of work he did for me, I got more than I imagined, and my arm wasn’t all torn up and raw either. It was done right. I also liked that everyone there has a positive attitude and well together.As for his work and the rest of the crew I suggest looking at Instagram or Facebook page for Boundless Tattoo. All the work done there is amazing.I’ll be recommending friends and family here.

The staff have a wide range of skills, experience, and are all knowledgeable and accessible via email and social media. Seriously, check out their work. Do your research. Thats what I did and I have zero regrets. If/when I get the funds necessary, I will be back to see Andy for my next piece.

Walked in and we werent greeted at all even with artists standing all around. We were laughed at when we asked to get tattoos and mocked when one of them said Well, do you have an appointment? We said no, we didnt know we needed one. All of them looked at each other and they all said no and went back to their work. Very disappointed especially after reading all the positive reviews. Definitely shouldnt let the reviews get to your head, guys. Have never had a poorer experience with a tattoo parlor.

Bear was absolutely phenomenal. I’m very picky for my piercers as well. I stopped going to one because I didn’t like his demeanor as it stood. I contacted Bear for a tongue piercing checking up on how he does his piercings and he wa so incredibly helpful. When I went in not only was the entire shop friendly and happy to help, but Bear was thorough and discussed how we could work with my veiny tongue to get me the piercing I want. He checked with me every step of the way and made sure I knew how to care for my piercing despite me obviously having piercings already. His thoroughness has not been matched by an piercers I have met yet. Will be coming back in the future!

The piercings to me are expensive, BUT! so worth it. His pricing might seem high, but once you see how thorough and clean he is, you understand why. Bear is an amazing piercer, with tons of knowledge. Uses only the best of the best for jewelry too, which is where the high prices come in. Recommended!

Had an amazing experience with barron. I got a VCH and nipple peircings and my husband got his frenum pierced. He was so infomative and easy going and really made you comfertable. Not only are the staff the friendliest in the industry, I know at least Mike has won multiple awards for his tattoo work. I have only heard good words from anyone who has been there or been worked on by any of the staff. Cherry on top: its a family ran business.

Me and my girlfriend have emailed this place a few times with no response, we didn’t think to much about the no response with this figured they were busy. Well today we called and I asked how we would go about scheduling a consultation for a tattoo, the guy was like oh yea just come by. We get to the shop and there is a sign that says wait outside for assistance, so a girl comes out greets us... I explain we just called and they told us to stop by she was like ok give me a sec I’m gonna go check ...20 mins later we decided to just leave because nobody came back out to let us know anything, which we would have been fine waiting had we been told something... Super disappointing since we had been researching different shops!!! Wouldn’t waste your time on this one!!!

I went their today and ask them to take out my daith piercing and put a plug in because I was getting a MRI it took 30 minuets before they even helped and only to find out they did not have the plug to put in my daith! And it only took like 15 seconds to take out my daith and they had me wait 30 minuets. I will NEVER go back their again! You may be really good at tattoos but definitely not piercing, in my opinion
